Not good. AC barely working. Toilet clogged up. No elevators.

I was pleasantly surprised. Room was big, clean, nice big, tv, desk, tons of plugs, big mirrors, iron, and it smelled so nice. Toiletries were good and seemed tamper proof. Not any hall noise, close to fast food, gas stations, sit down places, the freeway. Breakfast was good, tables were clean, and the employees were all smiling and friendly. Close to Levi Stadium, Great America Amusement Park the Great Mall, Top Golf, Whole Food, In-N-Out…

Hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly. Room was on the smaller side, which I did not expect, but it was ok. I would also add that the minibar was making a strong noise, so sleeping was a bit disturbed by this. Parking is ok, enough parking spaces and parking places wide-enough. I spent just one night there, so I could not comment on more, but overall if happy with the price they charge, it is a decent choice in Sunnyvale. Breakfast was not that great, only a choice of food. Also the location is not the greatest, it is close to a very busy road and if you are not lucky to get a quiet room, you will hear a lot of noise during the night.

The person working the lobby desk on Friday, June 5th, around noon, was not friendly at all—he seemed angry. He refused to give me the room early, even though the entire hotel was empty; he just wouldn't do it. He was really angry—who knows why. Don't stay here; you'll have a terrible time.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable . The breakfast was not too bad. I did not like feeling or being treated like a criminal by the front desk clerk. I also did not get the room that I wanted because she second clerk lied to me. I was very displeased with the customer service that I received from the first front desk clerk.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, management, and its people! I’m on an entrepreneurs budget, and this was budget friendly for SF, but I can now say it competes with the best. Admittedly, I was nervous, as a single woman, to stay, but everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and warm - I instantly felt safe and at ease. The rooms were so nice, large, and sparkling clean and well maintained with comfortable beds, working appliances, and good drapery to keep the light out. The morning breakfast was more than you get at most hotels and delicious too. I went there nervous about my stay and left without a worry. Staying here was comfortable and worry free, allowing me to focus on my work and daily meetings. And every evening I was offered warm tea made fresh to settle in for the night. So grateful for my stay here and all the staff that made it possible and made me feel at home. I will definitely be back.

The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Felt secure: enter through lobby, or use key card to enter building at the other end. Room doors are inside. Easy parking. Friendly, efficient staff. Nice breakfast with a variety of options, hot items change daily. There is indoor & outdoor seating available.

Beautiful staff and property, great location, felt extremely safe with small children! Mostly business people here, very quiet, except the noise from busy road, but with air conditioner it didn’t bother me, the best thing about this place was the staff, very friendly and very kind!

Breakfast had different options daily. Easy parking. Bed comfortable. Very courteous staff who gave good advice on places to eat and how to get to Levi's Stadium. Felt pretty safe. Overall, a good 2 night stay.

The room was clean, check in was easy. There was plenty of parking and EV parking as well. I booked through Expedia and I was surprised to see an additional my total to be $50 more than the cost of when I booked. Other than the hidden fees, it was overall a great stay.

The room wqs not ventilated well. WiFi don’t work, which is unacceptable in Silicon Valley. There was a dead cockroach in my room when I checked in

There are places to eat, and grocery shopping places within walking distance. Room is clean, only some red ants show up at bathroom sink, it does not bother that much.

This is an underrated gem with easy access to Moffett Field. For business travelers, you can't beat the proximity along with easy access to coffee, restaurants, and a grocery store. Breakfast is great, rooms are great, staff is always wonderful. Three cheers for the espresso machine!

Check-in was wasy and staff was very pleasant. The location was easy to find and a convenient distance from the freeway. Breakfast was good, and what one would expect for continental. The coffee machine was super easy to use, and allowed several different styles of coffee, i.e. latte, cappuccino, etc. All in all we had a clean room, comfy beds, and would definitely stay here again when going to a concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater, which is less than 5 miles from the hotel.

I had a smooth check-in and stayed just for one night at Best Western Silicon Valley Inn. The room was fine, but I did miss having complimentary water. A water cooler in each block would have been a thoughtful touch, though there was a vending machine for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was included, and while the options for vegetarians were limited, it was still decent. What stood out most was the staff — they were cordial, efficient, and made the stay pleasant overall.

There was no elevator. This was not disclosed and I had to drag all my 7 suitcases up the stairs. No option was given where I would've asked for a 1st level room instead. The staff did not disclose this and it is very disappointing in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Had to find somewhere to stay on the dot, ended up picking here due to the reviews and do not regret it! Very clean room, friendly staff, quiet, and very convenient! If in the area again, definitely will be staying here!

I made the booking, my guest friend arrived first while it rained hard. the registration desk was kind to allow her park at "registration" spot, so no need to re-park during bad weather. Registration is kind to give us extra 30 minutes for check out. The only issue is bed is too soft for me, I got a massage after checking out to fix my sore back :-((

Needed a last minute place to stay in Silicon Valley and the reviews led me here. Pro's: Free breakfast, very clean, free parking Con: Just wish the towels were a little thicker!

My room was very clean and well laid out - in line with expectations for a property in the 2.5-3 star bracket. Wifi works well and easily accessible.

The shower pressure was less than ideal, no elevator to upper floor, dry air but it was clean, free breakfast and bed was comfortable and it was quiet and dark in room.

Stayed here when we came to the area for a 49ers game. Stadium was only 15 minutes away. We Uber’d there for $25. Breakfast was good. Place was clean & staff friendly. No complaints.

It sucked to have to drag my huge suit case up stairs since there’s no elevators and the building seems to be very old school motel feel. The rug in the room was very dirty and the room had a weird smell. It wasn't horrible, but based on the reviews I guess I expected more, especially for the price.

When I arrived at 9:30 p.m., the front desk first asked me for my personal information, such as my phone number and email address. Other hotels had not asked before. The second front desk almost charged me more than $1,800 by mistake, and I found it in time, he charged me $120,70.Third, he gave me the room card of the wrong room. I couldn't enter the room. I went to the front desk to change a room card. Fourth, when I opened the room, the room was not cleaned. I found the receptionist again. He didn't say a word of apology, but just changed the room for me. I said I wanted to complain about him, so he said he was sorry. The next day I found the manager, and I was not satisfied with the manager's reply.

The check-in process was very easy and the room was very spacious. The only issues were the breakfast room was incredibly small making it too crowded to get food early enough to beat traffic. Also, the mattress was lumpy that I could feel a dip in it no matter where I moved on it. Made for a tough night of sleep. It was quiet though so definitely not a bad place to stay.

Very clean property, there was a small issue with a leak outside the bathtub along the wall, but the front desk was not aware of it, the front desk was very grateful we reported it.The front desk people were so sweet. Just an FYI there is no elevator it’s a 2 story multiple buildings hotel. We called ahead of time and requested a 1st floor room. Smaller room good for a couple and shorter stay. Not a resort or staycation hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We took a leisurely drive to downtown Mountain View for ice cream and happened on a free outdoor concert at their Performing Arts Center.

Staff, friendly, very clean room and property. As a single female traveler, I was not comfortable with the set up. This hotel is more like a motel with internal room doors. My entrance was not near the lobby. If I wanted to be in a more visible area, there was an up charge. The window to my first floor room was unlocked, which I only happened to find before I went to bed, after I had left my belongings there. You can hear anything that happens in the hallway. The peep hole on the door is also open, which made me uncomfortable so I covered it with paper. I am not a paranoid inexperienced traveler. I frequently travel solo and am cautious and aware of my surroundings. Don't recommend this for like minded solo female travelers.

Booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for my husbands birthday. I was very impressed with the service. The room was very clean, they offered breakfast from 6am to 10am. Convenieny located right by the freeway, walking distance to McDonalds, and there is a small shopping center and gas station a few blocks down the street.

Room was nice and clean, property was quiet and upkept. The lady who checked us is was very nice. Would stay at this property again!

Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Room looks clean but I was disappointed to find lots of ants around toiletries especially on the shower cap. I was offered to change room but since I already took out everything and it will cause too much trouble for me.

Overall it was ok. However, Thursday @ 1:00 a.m. I was awaken by the family in the next room. They were talking so loud in their native language that I heard there whole conversation. I called the front desk and they came and told them to keep it down. Then 30 minutes later there was an altercation with 2 men down the hall and one of the men was choking the other and you could hear the one being choked grasping for air. I looked outside the peep hole but couldnt see anything, so obviously they were in their room. When I called the front desk and told them what was going on, he said that he is looking at the camera and doesnt see anything and he just came to take care of the loud family as requested. I told him I dont care if you dont see anything down the hall from the camera, someone is getting choked out and grasping for air in their room (At this point Im scared to leave my room with all the profanity that was being exchanged and being a women I didnt feel safe to exit my room). Then the same person who came to tell the family that they needed to keep it down, walked down the hall from one end to the other and walked away. The 2 men were very loud. Nothing was ever done. I didnt feel safe and wanted to leave but had no other place to go and had one more night left, I tufted it out then couldnt get out fast enough to go home. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. The older man at the front desk who I called obviously didnt care about the safety of the guests.

The room came with a refrigerator and microwave and was clean. The shower water pressure was a little light but overall a good and safe place to stay.

Very good services

The particular night that we stayed was very loud over night, and I could not sleep well. I think the room was poor in sound proof. I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms (not one room, but from multiple rooms).
