Reviews
The hotel is generally clean and well-located, with friendly staff and a small kitchen in the rooms. However, many guests have complained about the $10 daily parking fee and the quality of the breakfast. Some guests have also reported issues with the air conditioning and refrigerator noise, as well as the need for repairs in some rooms.
- Clean and well-located
- Friendly staff and small kitchen in rooms
- $10 daily parking fee
- Poor quality breakfast and air conditioning/refrigerator noise

The room was large, but lacked sufficient A/C. Whomever thought it was a good idea to have one wall A/C to cool a suite is not very smart. These rooms have a fan cut out in the bedroom area to bring “cool air” from the A/C living room area. Also, the room we stayed in had black ants in the restroom. To remedy the ants, Lysol disinfectant spray was provided by the front desk staff. If you want to encounter black ants and sweat while sleeping, book your stay!

Nothing No air conditioning in the bedroom, only the room when you walked in. Beds were like sleeping on a very hard board. Breakfast was for crap.

Horrible breakfast I had a stomachache after breakfast

Breakfast was lackluster. No hot food available. If I'm getting nitpicky, there was one small hair on the shower curtain, but it was easy to miss. Overall, a great stay with no real complaints!

My technician was stranded. They should be kicked off Expedia
- 5/5
The facility was beautiful well kept and relaxing. The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and the tv had a lot of options for viewing. The water pressure was good and towels were nice and big and cozy.

The front desk staff are RUDE. No one as front desk for 4 minutes. No hello. No smile. Did not stay here.
- 1/5
Staff is rude and not informative. Don’t know there’s parking fee until check out.

Breakfast Was Horrible! We Didn’t Even Eat Had To Go Out .. We Were On Town For The Seattle Game Vs the 9’ers.. Best Bed Worst Continental Breakfast Out of The 3 Places We Stayed … We Were There For a Week ..

Breakfast would have been cool. Even on the go breakfast.

The staff was lacking support. And I will tell you why when I checked in it was maybe around 10 PM and I checked in they gave me my key. I went to the room. I opened my room. I had all my belongings all my bags which were a lot and I opened the door and I am shocked when I opened the door. It’s somebody’s room somebody staying there. All of their stuff was everywhere. I was so scared around downstairs. Let the staff know she said I’m sorry that must be Mr. blah blah blah‘s room. She gave me another room didn’t offer any type of compensation any extra apologies I could’ve been hurt if this individual would’ve been in his room or the family could’ve been in the room and could’ve been frightened. I could’ve gotten hurt. I felt that the staff member was not understanding. She gave me another room. I couldn’t sleep all night I was scared because just the same way that I opened somebody’s room. I was afraid somebody could come in and open my room. It’s definitely never staying there again. I do not recommend this hotel.

- 3/5
Parking should be included without fees.
- 5/5
Nice property; clean.
- 3/5
While we understand the hotel is older, the room we were in could’ve been cleaned better. The bathroom sink just had caulk around the rim that had what looked like mold on it. The hand lotion dispenser had had soap in it. Clearly mislabeled. The tub has this what we presume glued on bath shower mats that have what looked to be mold around it. The towels didn’t look clean. The floor also looks outdated and not sure how clean the carpet is. The bed and pillows are HORRIBLE! Uncomfortable caused kinked necks and extremely sore back. Kitchen was ok no sponge though and extremely limited cooking and other utensils. Parking was fine. However check in was terrible! Vanessa C was so rude when we checked in. She was not willing to listen to us when we told her our card had been compromised just a few days before we arrived at the hotel. She made a huge fuss about it and slammed the key to the room on the counter at us. Her social skills and professionalism is very poor.
- 3/5
Housekeeping was my problem area where you have to explicitly request even though all their pamphlets are showing there will be service
- 4/5
Good location for freeway, gas and a quick bite with a grocery store just up the street.

General Disappointment: Beware of hidden extra parking fee of $10/day and increasing to $15/d in Jan/2026 where surrounding hotels in the area offer free daily parking. Breakfast items are very limited and unappetizing. My stay was disappointing. The room was OK
- 5/5
I stayed here with my 8 year old son. 3 nights. It’s definitely better than the past hotels I have stayed at. Cleaning could be better, there was dust on top of the fridge they definitely didn’t clean that part. The bed was comfortable, pillows could be better. But it’s okay. Slept well and so did my son. recommend you keep socks on or your slippers on in the room. I like it because people there are respectful and quiet like I have stayed in other hotels where people make so much noise while closing or coming into their rooms or in the hallways etc. and that disturbs you specially close to the time people sleeping. I feel like you should be considerate of others. But here that was not an issue. I wish our stove top worked because it did not. That’s the only problem I had in my room. But everything else was good. I saw many who stayed there were families and kids. Really lovely staff too. Felt welcomed. And I love that they do have a laundry room to do your laundry and it’s complementary, no cost to guests. Also there is many food nearby and grocery store and parks and gas. All you need. If I ever wanted to stay here again, I would.

The suite was roomy and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize Sam at the front desk who checked us in the late evening and was there every evening during our stay. He was very personable and accommodating to our requirements. He is very customer centric.

Very run down facility. In need of an internal upgrade desperately.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful- so friendly and engaging. The room was super clean. The hotel was outdated and need of some updating but was a solid choice. I appreciated the good price, cleanliness and friendliness!
- 3/5
When I checked in, I was told the hotel was overbooked and was sent to another hotel. I had to pay the fee for lyft.

The check-in process took a very long time. The hotel was fully booked as there was a concert at the Levi Stadium. We waited for more than 25 minutes. There was only one staff member in Reception. Around 3:20ish, another staff member came in, but her computer had issues, so it took another 15 minutes before she could check in guests. Aside from the check-in, which we were disappointed with, the room was fine, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast
- 5/5
It was very clean and nice. Love the little dogs they had as decorations

Thanks well recommend and stay again
- 3/5
We arrived at 3:30. Check in began at 3. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, especially when there’s an event nearby and there was an event the night before as well. When we arrived there was a line out the door for checkin. There were two people checking guests in. It was absolute disaster. It took them so long to check in each guest, then one girl was not very personable and awkward to guests. Maybe it was her first day? Who knows but she just didn’t seem like she should be at the front desk. They RAN OUT of clean rooms and we had to wait 20 minutes after we checked in before we got keys to our room. There was a concert at a nearby stadium and this really put so many people behind in getting there on time. It was a beautiful hotel compared to many others around but the fact you don’t have rooms ready after the time that checkin starts is completely ridiculous. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t count on them being able to get us into our room on time. Next time I’ll come ready instead of expecting to have time to get ready there.
- 1/5
Possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Room was not ready after 4pm for a 3pm check in. I paid the deposit and left to a concert without a room, room key or any paperwork. When i returned at 1am, the clerk was overwhelmed. She kept getting my check in mixed up with the other guest who walked in at the same time. I gave her my ID, she then asked me if my name was Ethan (i am female). I said no, you have my ID. She said oh well there's another Smith that has a reservation. I again repeated you have my ID. My room was luckily ready however the clerk said i did not pay my deposit and said i had to pay. I showed her the $250 posted to my credit card, she said that it showed pending so didnt go through. I tried explaining it shows pending because it's a deposit. She said she needed to call her manager, who did not answer so she said she'd give me the room without the deposit. She told me i needed to talk to "Wendy" in the morning and explain i paid the deposit. As soon as i got to my room, the front desk was calling because i "left" my ID. When i went down to get my ID that she did NOT give back to me at check in, she said it does look like i paid my deposit. She apologized because she said she might have been distracted and heard her manager wrong because she had lost a diamond. I asked if "Wendy" would still be there in the morning so i could discuss my frustrations about this entire process and she assured me she would be there in the morning. 7am, i went downstairs no Wen

Watch yourself.. When you checkout an set up a reservation..2 .fifty fee plus tennparking fee (per day) which they had over 40 spots still available.. Was told if we put the too-fifty deposit on a debit card there is a 50% chance we will get it back?? 50% chance really?Very rude an not very professional.Cant leave your window open cause they dont have screens or they had holes in them. A/C only un 1 room.. can keep gping but you can book an fund out for yourself.. Wont be using expedia anymore ..No help!!!
- 2/5
Check in took longer than expected. The room was fine. The black out curtains did not do much as it let all the light in at 6am. Breakfast was very limited and sad.
- 4/5
It’s a good spot to stop for a quick trip. Only stayed 1 night
- 1/5
Well just don’t book here because if for some reason you have to cancel you loose your money even if you don’t stay there even if you cancel.

It’s good for a price but there were ants in the sink and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
- 3/5
Made reservation for handicap accessible room but when we got there we were told room wasn’t available. Didn’t even have stool for shower. Furniture not comfortable except for bed which was wonderful! Breakfast buffet only had hot food two of four days.
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Didn’t love the $10 parking fee
- 4/5
We chose the Grand Suite for a 4 day stay. The layout was ideal for our needs. Unfortunately the room had a strong smell of the cooking spice, Garam Masala. It was hard to get use to the smell, but we opened windows and made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet needed a good cleaning and there was a rundown oversize chair that they squeezed into the bedroom that definitely needed to be retired. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.
- 4/5
This is our go to place to stay and it never disappoints, BUT the shower curtain rod was loose allowing the curtain to open at both ends.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay while my husband and i were on a trip to visit lots of friends. The one bedroom king suite offered us everything we needed. Wendy, the manager was very kind and accomodating. The breakfast had a good variety of hot food. Good value stay.

- 4/5
It was good. Clean. We booked through Hotel.com and had stayed here last year and were surprised when they told us, after we completed our check-in that we had to pay $10/day for parking. Never happened previously. Anyway...
- 2/5
This hotel is not meant for visiting people. I was visiting friends that were already staying in the hotel. We arrived after 10:30 and were told that the doors remain closed at that time. The front desk charged me for parking without telling me. I have an issue with the communication. I should be told that i was being charged. My stay was ok with the exception that he also told me the wrong time for breakfast and afterwards the person at the front desk said that they would refund the parking and they never did. It wasn't even my car, it belonged to my friend who was already staying at the hotel long-term. Overall the condition of the hotel was fine but the its strange that the tv doesn't face the front of the bed.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. We were there one night but would work great for extended stay. Even had a dishwasher in our room. Full size refrigerator. Bed very comfortable. Affordable, too. Would definitely recommend. No hot food for breakfast. Had cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, coffee.
- 5/5
Service is always excellent. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The included breakfast is the best continental breakfast I ever had. The only complaint I had is one of the staff at the reception desk who checked me in. She never smiles at any body, making me feel uneasy.
- 4/5
Okay
- 5/5
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with full small kitchen. They also have a workout room and laundry room, both of which we used. We will stay again when convenient.
- 5/5
Great stay, very quiet during the holidays. Near 101 for great access north to SF ir south to SJ, Gilroy or Monterey.
- 5/5
Clean hotel and polite staff. Rooms were well stocked and beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
Great place and reasonable price!
- 5/5
Was ungraded to a suite by the great staff.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Nice rooms and property. Very clean.
- 4/5
Excellent except the property is a little bit old.
- 4/5
I could feel the management team was changed. The breakfast is different with limited choices, and we need to pay for parking.
- 2/5
The table in the room was dirty a sticky. The room had plumbing issues and water coming from the shower was brown and full of sediment. No room cleaning service, although having been told at check in that it was included.
- 5/5
I liked the spacious room
- 5/5
Great service/ location. Love the full kitchen. VERY pet friendly. Good central location near the 101 and the 237.

- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. This place is clean spacious and safe.
- 4/5
The refrigerator was very loud and woke me up during the night. There was sufficient parking.
- 5/5
Excellent people
- 5/5
The reception staff is top notch, friendly, professional and helpful. While the hotel is dated, they provide great customer service and value for your stay with various amenities, such as the free breakfast, all day coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Mold in the shower
- 5/5
Staff was lovely. It’s no 5 star hotel but for a quick weekend trip is perfect & it was just what my family needed.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and budget friendly!
- 5/5
No issues
- 2/5
We were given a room with a broken sofa and shower, then moved to another room with a lock that didn't work all the time. The room was never cleaned during our stay.
- 3/5
Most uncomfortable bed i ever slept on.
- 4/5
Easy access, close to work property.
- 5/5
Wendy checked me in early and provided a nice room. Very clean hotel, reasonably priced in an unreasonably priced area. If it says that way I’ll stay again !
- 3/5
My experience was reasonable. Not good nor bad. Somewhere in the middle.
- 2/5
Poor attitude for staff serving breakfast.
- 4/5
Good hotel, had everything we needed. Comfortable and spacious. Charging $10 for parking seemed unnecessary, and the fridge in the room was fairly noisy. But apart from that it was good and all we needed.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
Mattress wasn't great. The breakfast offered was a pittance of a meal, and I had to take it back to my room to eat because there are only 2-3 tables available to sit at at breakfast.
- 1/5
The property is very old and not upgraded at all and poorly maintained
- 4/5
it was very quiet.
- 3/5
The hotel marks its check-out time at 11 AM, but I was locked out of my room at 8:50 AM. I had to return to the front desk to have my key reactivated, which caused a delay in my 9 AM business conference call.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Its centrally located to all freeways.
- 5/5
I was extremely pleased with the hotel itself and the friendliness and capability of all of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small but full kitchen. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.
- 5/5
I was delighted and didn't expect it to be a wonderful stay because of the cheaper price.
- 5/5
Great motel!!
- 5/5
Nice service
- 4/5
More protein or organic foods for breakfast will be nice.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
The front desk staff (especially manager, Wendy) was fantastic. They were friendly and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Older property. Clean room that was spacious. Not the greatest air conditioning setup - it got warm in the bedroom - but for the price consider it worthwhile.
- 5/5
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Kitchen a plus for extended stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, eggs still had some powder.
- 2/5
Check in was easy and they even gave us a complimentary shuttle ride to the light rail station, which was appreciated. That said, at 5:45 AM we heard a loud crashing sound that sounded like a gunshot come from the bathroom. The light fixture had filled with water and essentially "exploded". Water was dripping from the ceiling light fixture. My husband went downstairs and was told their maintenance guy didn't come in for a few more hours and they were sold out so nothing could be done. Didn't even give him a bucket or other temporary solution (more towels maybe?). We used all the towels and the crisper drawer from the fridge to try and abate the flooding situation. Finally fell back asleep despite the dripping and then they woke us up again at 8 to give us keys to a new room (for an hour or 2?). Just got dressed and left after that. Was offered to email them if we want to stay there again complimentary...but still was charged over $225 for the crazy, wet night of "sleep". Would have AT LEAST appreciated a discount. Not sure if we even need another stay in Sunnyvale.
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 5/5
I booked a two night stay at Larkspur Landing. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and had all the expected amenities described on their online site. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and it had a full kitchen. The staff was polite. The air conditioning was excellent and refreshing. It wasn’t humid at all in the room. Parking was easy, but the hotel charges $10/day for parking. They require a $250 deposit which is refundable if the room is left as it was found. There is also a nice laundry room.
- 5/5
Fantastic price, super clean, friendly, safe place in the South Bay. I'm planning to make it my regular stop as opposed to the much pricier standard chains. 24/7 free coffee and breakfast are icing on the cake.
