This place is noisy AF. We barely slept. Not and the staff was no help. We had partying guests next door who shouted and watched tv full blast until 2 AM.

Room was immaculate. All items provided was exactly what is needed. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and respectful. Entire hotel is extremely clean, neat and all in order.

Great location when traveling to the Silicon Valley region. 15 minutes from downtown San Jose and no more than 25 to Saratoga, Mountain View, Los Gatos and the beautiful sites in the foothills. About an hour to San Fran. 10 minutes to the 49ers stadium.

Very clean and orderly rooms. Meeting rooms, conference facilities were excellent.

The shower controls were broken and it seemed to have been for a while, so for the Hilton brand I expected more but clearly it was not an issue they paid attention too. Still the staff was receptive when I complained so good on them.

hotel was at maybe 30% capacity and they put me on the second floor under a room that was occupied by noisy people. I called the front desk at 11pm and they did nothing. Awful experience.

I would have rated it 5 stars, but there was a (surprise!) $25/night parking fee. You might expect that in more of a luxury area, but this is Sunnyvale, and not exactly in a ritzy part of it either. The Hilton Garden in Cupertino has included parking, FWIW.

Very clean. Convenient location. There was a constant low noise in the room plus once in a while ice making noise from the frig. I was surprised by parking fee. $25/night AND a $2 processing fee for paying the parking fee! It is not in the center of a city. Why is parking fee required? Breakfast was over priced with just ok food.

The staff at check in was amazing, the room was so clean and updated, and everything at the property was incredible. The price could not be beat! We even got a late check out, which was much appreciated considering we were traveling for my son’s soccer game. Allowing us to stay in the room an extra hour and a half was extremely helpful.

Clean, modern property. Good breakfast and lovely bar. Enjoyed our Super Bowl stay.

Very clean property, helpful and friendly staff. Listed menu for restuarant was not available on a Sunday night. Room was excellent. Food was very good even with the limited Sunday menu. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, fine stay and would book again.

The situation escalated quickly, and I was asked to leave the property. I complied without argument, went for a short walk around the block, and came back simply to return to my room. To my absolute disbelief, the police were waiting for me when I returned and I was arrested for trespassing. Yes, arrested. Over a situation that should have never escalated anywhere near that level. While things were eventually resolved, the entire incident left me shaken. It genuinely felt like the hotel was trying to set me up or escalate the situation intentionally rather than handle it professionally or reasonably. This was beyond poor service it was a disturbing and unacceptable experience. I would strongly warn others to think twice before staying here.

The room and bath were very spacious but, I wasn’t able to adjust the room temperature, we were cold all night, and the deposit amount $$$ was higher than the room price.

75 dollar pet fee was triple what we’ve paid at most hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. Added breakfast was 45 dollars. We won’t return due to all the extra fees

One in the bathroom the fan is not working. One of the beds every time you move make a lot noise. Other thing is the next room they make a lot noise like someone was trying open a door with a hammer.

The room next to us was loud and young daughter couldn’t sleep. I called front desk to complain at 12:30am and they said they would go over there. At 1am they were still loud. We have been staying at this hotel and now I don’t know that I would go back.

did not use any other facilities at all. checked in at 3:30 am, slept for a few hours the 1st night, and went out. the 2nd night was only slept and shower. nothing much.

Nice accommodations and facilities. Near hwy 101 and close driving to downtown Sunnyvale. However, beware lots of hidden fees. $25 for parking, no free breakfast, etc. Easy to miss when comparing prices, depending in which app you use.

Very clean, with fast check-in and check-out. I only stayed one night because we were going to a concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. The hotel is nice and conveniently located near fast food restaurants and a liquor store, which was very convenient.

The hotel was nice, workers were nice. Tv did not worked properly. Mold in the bathroom and sink drain had black mold around it. We didn’t like that the street behind the hotel had all those trailers and motor homes parked there in the street one after the other. We did not feel comfortable

This was a great place to stay over the weekend. the only reason I didn't give the property conditions 5 stars is because 2 or 3 of the Tesla chargers were not working, and other cars were parked in the stalls with the working chargers all night so I wasn't able to charge my car!

Booked a king bed room for higher rate but was offered a double queen room without any notification. Asked the front desk and said that’s the room we are offered (the system locked that specific room) and cannot make a change. The first night the lady at the concierge offered free bottles of water, and then the following days we were told that the water is not free - the hotel doesn’t even offer water??? Also after we checked out we never received the invoice, so I have to check my back statement to figure out if there’s any extra charges.

The first night was fine, but the second day the power went out in the hotel and we had no lights or AC. We ended up having to check out a day early and find another hotel.

Comfortable bed, modern design with comfortable amenities

However, there was a small but inconsistent issue at check-in. We had booked our stay through Expedia with breakfast included, but the receptionist didn’t mention this at all when we arrived. The next morning, we were unsure whether we were supposed to pay for breakfast or not, and had to go back and ask to confirm. It would have been much smoother if this had been clearly communicated at check-in. Aside from that, staff were polite and the amenities were great. Just a note for management to improve communication around package inclusions - it makes a big difference in the guest experience.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel. It was conveniently located near everything that was most important to us. For the price and condition of this hotel, we absolutely would stay again.

Hardest bed I have ever slept on and the worst pillows. Our room was directly over what I guess was the laundry room which had machines running all night and was extremely loud. Needless to say we had a terrible stay.

The only thing I missed in the room was a pen and paper. The hotel is excellent and very clean, and my stay was very quiet. They have full-size shower gel and shampoo, so there is no plastic waste. Breakfast was delicious.

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here. Unfortunately, the fridge was leaking on the floor in our room, and the body wash in the shower was empty. After being charged $25 for parking on top of that, I was disappointed this time around.
