Very clean, good breakfast and reasonable price

My experience at the hotel was excellent, the front desk staff were very friendly, the room in excellent condition and everything was very clean. I had no complaints about my stay.

The property appeared to be newly renovated. It was clean and well maintained.

The room I had the smoke detector started going off at 10 pm just out the blue. I went to the staff and asked if they could change it but they informed me not until tomorrow. So be aware of that and the location is not close to many things.

Booked a king bed through Expedia upon arrival another customer was complaining about not getting the room that they booked upon entering the only member working the desk stepped away and was gone for about five minutes to get another customer a plate it then took said front desk clerk 15 minutes to fully check me In. Not very excited about the check in process I worked for five years in the hotel business and even though the room was clean staff can scare away your customers I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again. There was more warmth in the extended stay front desk lady at the next door location then at the la Quinta that I stayed at.

Beautiful location and easy to get to where I needed to go. Good complimentary breakfast. Property was unkept, elevator was not clean, workout room equipment did not work properly. My room was so hot and even when I turned the a/c on and down it just could not keep the room cool.

It was very nice- had everything needed for a comfortable trip (pool, exercise room), great buffet breakfast and iron/ironing board in the room) and clean with well-maintained grounds. I would stay there again.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again should a need arise.

The staff was nice. The room and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. However, there was a constant odor of weed in the hallway from other guests. I spoke with the desk clerk. She followed me to my room and confirmed the smell. We were verbally chastised by another guest who was upset we had alerted the staff. The smell had seeped into our room, hence we had to pile towels at the base of the door. We won’t stay here again if the hotel refuses to enforce the no smoking policy. (We saw cigarette butts on the ground near the pool)

Great location nestled away from busy high way. Room was super clean, breakfast buffet was great. Additionally, the staff was super helpful, including the people who clean the room. Opportunities are the hotel need updating, the elevator was old and looked dirty. Perfect for a quick stop, centrally located, including shopping and restaurants and highways.

It is not comfortable that the room has no safe.

Friendly staff, but I can't give the staff higher marks when the property was so disgusting and nothing was done about it. Both elevators looked like crime scenes, absolutely filthy and smelly. Walking in the back door, there was an odor the entire time. I changed to use the hot tub, since that was one of the amenities I booked the property for, but it was also filthy and full of a million floating bugs, trash, etc. I was in so much pain I was still going to use it if I could get a skimmer and do so myself, but they didn't have one. Breakfast was bare minimum, not great. I stay at hotels all the time and rarely give a review, but this one had me feeling like I got ripped off. If this were personal travel, I would have cancelled and rebooked somewhere immediately.

Room where clean , swimming pool was nice and clean , staff where very friendly and well organized, this hotel is very quick and located in a great place on Brandon next to all restaurants , store and all main routes and highways. A+

We checked out on a Sunday morning, went to church and then our to eat with local family. Went back by the LA Quinta and asked if we could change into more casual traveling clothing and they were very accommodating.

The property was clean. The rooms were clean. The staff was great however didn’t see any Bendy machine machines and paid almost 5 dollars for a Coke, which I thought was pretty ridiculous.

Our 1 night stay was amazing! Breakfast was ok, wish they had way more options. Overall, I had a good stay no issues.

Even though the hotel is very close to US75, traffic sounds were very muted and I had no problem sleeping at night. Room was nice and clean and very comfortable.

Did NOT like the toilet situation for a senior citizen. Will really be a liability issue if a person falls while trying to get off "low" toilets or are not able too. Issue really needs to be addressed.

Around the sink in the bathroom was dirty. Some of the towels looked like they had blood on them and pee. Breakfast was ok. Muffins where not fresh there where no bagels that was disappointing. Pool and hot tub was amazing other then all the bugs. If there was a skimmer left out i would have cleaned the bugs out myself. Staff was friendly. Wish i could have left my pet in the hotel room vut because she whined i was not able to. If you are a pet friendly hotel why cant you make a floor just for the pets to not disturb the other residents that dont have pets. I was limited as to what i could do because i had to take my pet everywhere with me. Thats why i stayed with your company to have a pet friendly stay.

Estuve 3 dias, no tuve ningun contratiempo en mi registration, es un lugar muy tanquilo perfecto para descansar , el desayuno no estuvo mal , sencillo y sirven lo mismo todos los dias , asi que si no les gusta repetir lo mismo todo los dias como desayuno , tendran que salir a buscar algo diferente..pero de ahi todo muy bien, otra cosa , NO tienen wifi solo lo basico , si quires ver mas q tus apps, tienes que pagar.

We got charged when we checked in because of our pet. We called to confirm that they knew we were bringing an animal because there was no way to input that on the website. And during the confirmation call they said nothing about an additional charge for our pet. We had already paid 1100 before the pet charge. Staff was upset when asked about rags and towels for the pool and room. They were also upset we asked for a do not disturb sign for the housekeeper to know about our pet. The room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and smelled sour and like cigarettes. The room windows also did not lock on the first floor. They also stated on the website and in the confirmation email there would be a game system to play and WiFi and we didn’t receive both. The bed had a completely broken frame and the bed was lopsided.

The hotel room was filthy. Long hair hanging from a folded supposed clean towel. Long dark curly hairs actually embedded in the ceiling. From what I do not know. I could go on.. but I’m pretty sure I made the point.

We’ve stayed here previously and were surprised at how much it has deteriorated. The elevator is truly a mess with chips in the walls and floor, horrible first impression. Carpeting in the room had holes, the hallways are dark, breakfast ends at 9am, they don’t accept cash for the store purchases of snacks and the parking lot and landscaping looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. The staff does their best with what they have to work with, which isn’t much.

We have come here for three straight years. The facilities are always great but the staff are what make it very good. This year we can to an ever better version, they redid the lobby and exterior and it looked great!

I was pleased with the accommodations. The employees at the check-in counter were courteous & efficient. My only suggestion is for the check-in/ checkout staff to smile more. It would make people feel more welcomed and it may increase the possibility that they will stay at the hotel again.

No the hot tub was Luke warm at best and no where did it say on the website did it say that both pool and hot tub closes at dusk. I’ve never heard of a hotel pool closing before 10 pm. Also our next door occupant was loud all night with loud music playing we even asked for them to quiet down and they said no we had a soccer tournament that our son was playing in and we were lucky to get any sleep. The next morning on championship day game we were woke up with loud music at 5 am it lasted until 9:30 even though we asked for them to quiet down. Isn’t there quiet hours at hotels now days. I have every intention of going through management to get our money back thank goodness our kid wasn’t affected by the lack of sleep because he’s amazing at soccer. I’m livid at the loud staff that when cleaning rooms were talking on cell phones and being just as loud as guests. Isn’t there a rule to be quiet until later in the day. Went for the hot tub and of course k get out to it and it’s ice cold not working and also the wrestling teams stayed there and it sounded like WW3 on each side of us and in the hallway. After complaining many times, they finally addressed it.

There were cockroaches everywhere. It was disgusting. The office will not return my calls for my refund and it’s not okay.

While the Hotel room was not bad, and the staff was friendly. On more than one accusation my wife and I had found roaches coming from the bathroom. As you can imagine, that is pretty disgusting. We told staff, nothing was done about it. Very disappointing for an otherwise good establishment and brand.

Staff was friendly. The rooms are big and clean. It has a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was hot and they have a two waffle makers when the batter machine, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins etc. The mall is across the street along with restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang. Dave and busters and top golf also in the area.

Staff were nice, but lacked customer service, seemed rehearsed and not genuine, started off bad had to run back and forth from the lobby up to the 5th floor only find out the lock on the door was not working and having to run back and forth trying different keys before finally switching rooms, which were definitely not the cleanest, but it served it's purpose for the night.

Room appeared to be clean, and the bed was comfortable. We slept well. Understand that this is a dog friendly hotel, but the room had an extremely strong pet smell that was hard to overlook. Our window also faced the highway and there was a lot of road noise.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend 2025 and I loved it staff was very friendly when I checked in hallways were clean the room was beautiful and very spacious there was no weird smells anywhere there was not a lot of noise at all and the best part the showers we're not warm but not super hot it was a perfect balance breakfast was okay at best but you're in a very great location so you can go anywhere for that

The TV in room #526 is garbage it's turns on and off every randomly 15-20 minutes and that doesn't make any sense please switch it out. Also the hot tub was not heating up but the jets worked.

The location. Seems like it’s right on the interstate and thats all I could hear all night is traffic. Terrible nights sleep.

However old building/property needs to be updated, rooms need changed pillows and mattresses, which were very uncomfortable. Not very clean, saw cockroaches in the stairs, also room didn't seem very cleaned we found old socks on floor from prior guests, dust, and lots of spiderwebs

This is a great hotel in a shopping district right across the street. There are many food choices in the area and the only downfall of the whole thing is it’s right next to I 75 and you can hear the cars at night Wissing by.. but other than that it’s a great hotel and we’ll stay there again

Parking was easy. The room was close to where we were attending a wedding and the room big enough to get ready in. I would have hoped for bigger beds, but I knew they were double and not queens when I booked. The hotel didn't have any available rooms with queen beds.

We loved our room! We were able to visit the hot tub and it was soo nice, stayed super hot. Bed was so comfortable. This hotel has everything on my wish list for a hotel to have- free breakfast, free parking, and a hot tub. We will stay here again any time our travels take us back to this area. We stayed in the King suite for a phenomenal price and had plenty of space for our stuff. The room includes a microwave and a fridge! The property is tucked away behind some shady trees but also situated not far from a huge shopping plaza down the road.

Staff was not professional. Price was too expensive for a hotel that is under construction. Their room smelled moldy. There were people sitting in the parking lot. I did not feel safe with my two children. I love my car at my son’s apartment due to the safety deer in the parking lot. Elevator definitely felt like it was gonna break. General manager, Richard was called when I was providing my concerns. He refused to take the call but would talk to the hotel Associates.

When I checked in, the attendant at the front desk was amazing and helpful. Gave me all the info I needed. I was a little skeptical, but she made the little "needs work" issues worth overlooking. The pool/hot tub was clean and enjoyable. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy. Of course there are things that need updating/improving, but again the great service and hospitality outshine those issues. I plan to stay again.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and updated. The beds weren't the most comfortable, as I personally don't like firm beds...but that certainly won't deter me from staying here again. I like the location as well. It's hidden and felt safe.

No regrets or issues at all... The walls wasn't thin like other hotels... Its an upgraded Hotel Facility with access to a lot amenties... Quiet area with local shopping plazas, a mall, Town Center and the AMC movie theater and plenty of restaurants to choose from... Friendly stafff and cleanliness as well... Overall a vacation to relax has accomplished the goal to come again

it was a very weird stay. From the moment i got there i couldn't get into my room and the TV was not working. Then when went to get their snacks, i realized the food was expired and the cooking i bought were there from 01/01/2023 which was on the label, so threw up the food and didn't feel comfortable eating there from that point. The only thing good there was sleeping with their cold AC, but had to leave already cause their stay is very short, unless u have more money to pay.

This hotel was cool. There was so many cars there so we had to park in the back. I loved how spacious the room was. Breakfast was good. The pool was a bit cold and the hot tub was too hot. Overall it was worth the money that we paid. The kids really enjoyed themselves.

We found multiple hair on our bed sheet so we asked for the clean ones but we had to put them on ourselves. The front staffs were not friendly.

Very good option. Close to restaurants and other stores. I like the brakfast too, I am staying weekly for business. Suggestions: Downy for the towels and bacon in the breakfast.

Renovation

Super exciting day it was a trip that I had been planning for since February. I have been paying towards decent tickets to the Katy Perry concert so we were super looking forward to the day. I like to plan things way in advance gives room for error. I am kind of ridiculous about it bc I try to prepare for whatever may happen along the way. I think the worst part of my trip was checking in and dealing with the woman at the front desk. She made me feel horrible. She was cancelling our reservation. Too bad so sad. Was her attitude. She kept saying the manager was on a conference call so I couldn't talk to him. I had plenty of proof I was the person who reserved the room. I felt like I did something awful. So it set the mood for sure. I didn't think we were going to have anywhere to go and like I said this is a trip I have been looking forward to a long time. I think I was giving her everything but my kid to prove I was indeed me. Do you want a background check? I think the room was nice. No complaints there but I really didn't feel like being there. She was ugly. We checked out as soon as the sun came up. My only complaint about the hotel itself is the back door which was close to our room has a key lock and it doesn't work. It just stayed open. It's pretty dark on that side of the hotel too. Just uncomfortable.

We arrived Wednesday afternoon a couple hours before the Yankees and Rays game. The staff were very friendly . I had trouble with our door key, the man came up and showed me how to use it. The night clerk helped us get a glass a milk after the game and was very sweet

Renovations going on all over but our room was very outdated. Breakfast was not very good. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Tv was literally like 20 years old.. Take the good with the good and the bad with the bad. Hopefully will be better when everything is finished.

Stay was good!

The room was spacious, modern and spotless. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Outdoor area was nice. Breakfast was okay. Air conditioner did not cool the room to my comfort level. Toilet was unusually low. TV was too small.

I loved the rooms and the area. Only problem was the keys stopped working the second day, had to get new ones and they were renovating the hotel which we would hear off and on throughout the day. The room was comfortable and clean. And the area was perfect, there were many dining options, movie theaters, and shopping plazas nearby.

I've stayed in this property before a few times and this time was not as expected. There was no notice previously of the construction that was happening in the lobby. That wasn't a big deal just a mild inconvenience. However, the keys stopped working after each attempt so had to keep going to the lobby to get the keys reset. Happened every time I left the room. Also the AC in the room was not working and they couldn't switch me rooms because they were sold out. I made it work and they had someone come by the next day to fix it but it didn't seem to get any better. Overall disappointed in this stay and will probably have to find a new hotel in the area for my regular visits.

Construction of lobb

Our room was great, bed great. The only problem was that there must of been a animal in The room before us. We found dog hair on the bottom of the bed and other place (which you normally look at) I knew when my allergies kicked into high gear so I took allergy meds. Other than that the room was clean very clean. Food for breakfast was good. The wait for the waffle maker was a little long like 20 minutes but We weren’t in a hurry. The bathroom needs a brighter light or maybe the one outside of the bathroom for us that can’t see and want to put makeup on.

I was told by the property they had contacted Exoedia to issue a full refund for the 1 night stay i arrived after 10pm on Sunday there was active construction with tile cutting and dust, this should disclosed. In addition my additional $150 deposit that was put on a credit card was not refunded and has now processed in full. I have to have the credit card company, my bank reverse this transaction as the hotel took this directly, then when i told them about it instead of fixing it i was told there was no one who had the authority to issue a refund there until next week. So i have to inform my bank.

There was construction being done on the property. They did a good job of putting up signs to show us where to go though. I did have two separate problems with the key locks, but when I called the front desk both times someone picked up very quickly and came and helped us in less than 10 minutes.

The staff was so nice very helpful. The place is very clean. The housekeeping is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are large, stylish, comfortable, everything needed by a traveler, very clean. Grounds and view from large windows are garden-like! Lobby under construction will be gorgeous. All staff helpful, polite, pleasant and friendly.

It was only one night but, was quiet, confortable and clean! I’ll recommend it!

Had reservations and was unable to check in early,Renovated going on but over all it’s Average for price,my room was very Humid.

I was charged 3 different rates for the same room of a 6 day stay and when I questioned I was told talk to Expedia since I booked with them but I paid the hotel. Also construction going on all week unable to use front door to register and to drive around to back of property and luckily someone let me in to register and get a key card.

Lots of potential. Can’t wait to see after the renovation and upgrades. Pool was great.

Very clean and I appreciate the travel sized Dove toiletries.

It was very friendly and clean. The hot tub wasnt working properly which was one of the biggest reason i picked this hotel. The breakfast is very plain and the same thing every day so that was a down side as well. Other than that it was amazing.

They are in a remodeling the entrance time and it is a little bit of a problem to get in but the rooms are quiet

Just meet the expectations, looking for a quiet, clean and safe place.

The property was in construction, that is something that they should tell people when reserving rooms. Everything looks old and the hotel need updating. My tub in my room was dirty. It was not clean at all. I was only there one night sp when i was checking out, i informed the staff. My mom and i had to sponge bath. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience. I was in a rush to check out because i was only there one day, on my way to my aunt funeral. I will not recommend this hotel.

It is always a great stay when we come down. The only things i didn't like what the elevator and in the room 503 we stayed in had no exhaust fan in bathroom.

The air conditioning was not working properly and the main elevator was not working at the time of our arrival. The address for the hotel is confusing and brings you to a horrible neighborhood hotel that is not safe to be around.

I enjoyed that you are pet friendly, the room was larger than expected, the staff were wonderful. the stay was great.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, however, we had to go out and buy air freshener for our room because it smell like pet. We also had difficulty opening and closing the door to our room. We were informed that there was a trick to it. Go figure

Very convenient location in the lovely town of Brandon. Hotel is close to main roads for easy access to wherever your plans take you but seemingly tucked away providing peaceful surroundings. Plenty of dinning and shopping options nearby. Also within minutes from main local attractions, theme parks, big fun in the city of Tampa and beautiful beaches. We, as a family enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next time.
