Very unexpectedly, 1st time turning on the shower the hand held shower nozzle was on shooting water at me.

Staff was very friendly, it was quiet, good breakfast, good grassy areas for walking our two small dogs. Unfortunately, some previous guests had obviously been irresponsible and not cleaned up after their dogs. That is not the hotel’s fault though! We had a good stay there!

Great location in grandscapes. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Breakfast was ok and normally very busy making it hard to find anywhere to sit. Still would recommend and we will be back.

This might have been one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at despite it being full of little kids for a soccer tournament. Parking was easy. My check-in took less than a minute and the room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. I liked the layou of the room and having the bar sink near the mini fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, just right for my needs. I will stay here again if I am in town. Special shoutout to the woman who checked in me.

Location The room didn’t have a couch as advertised. Once relocated to our room with a couch, it was not as it was in the picture with the wall, dividing the two spaces. The TV volume didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable went down at 9:30 for breakfast on Sunday. It was full of food but we’re told by the staff they were closed. Seems like on a weekend. The breakfast could be till 10 AM and if there’s still food laying there that it could be eaten instead of thrown away was also overcharged. They charged me $10 over the final price booked on Booking.com. I brought it up to them and still no adjustment. Also there is a five dollar parking charge that wasn’t advertised.

Yes the room was clean. But the staff at the front desk was the least friendly. Had no interest in helping me whatsoever. Barely spoke a word except to say “no” to whatever I asked. Other than her. Everything else was good!

The enire time we were at the Hotel the card key system for the doors were not working so everytime you left your room you had to have the person at the front desk let you back in your room. The reason this was worse then should have been is there was only one person working at the desk so they there were were checking people in and opening everyones doors. So it became a huge problem waiting 10 - 20 minutes to get into your room. She would have an elevator full of people that we would have to stop on each floor to get people to their room.

Rooms were hot. Moldy. The doors are paper thin. For some reason the rooms have jack and kill doors. All of them. Bathrooms have sliding doors. No locks. No exhaust fans. Makes sense why they have mold. This is the second time we stay here that we have the same experience. Won't come back.

We went for our 18th wedding anniversary! Angel was so sweet and excited we were celebrating! Our room wasn’t available due to our late arrival but Angel was sweet enough to accommodate us to something similar! She’s the best! And I would definitely come back. Breakfast was delicious! Each day was different variety! Room was cleaned and offer fresh towels every day! My husband and I loved it!

The stay was great, just a little staycation for a birthday celebration but the staff was friendly and accommodating allowing us to check-in early as we had a lot of things planned in the area. I mentioned we were going to the new World Springs Spa to the receptionist and she offered discount cards for entry and food. It was perfect!

I loved the heated pool, cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. Lisa at the front desk was awesome. I did have a slight issue with the first room and she resolved the issue within a few minutes (by the time I went to my car and came back issue was resolved).

We enjoyed the breakfast, good variety. We thought that the lobby decor was unique and great for photo ops. The location was also a plus, very centrally located to many activities, restaurants, and entertainment. Friendly staff! Our room was a little warm and the front desk came to reset the thermostat. Room never really cooled off. Fridge was unplugged. And the tv wouldn’t turn on with or without the remote. Room was clean and bed was pretty comfy. Also, the blackout shade did its job!

However, only one elevator works, no a/c in the hallways, no microwave in the room, only one towel, breakfast was poor (even for a hotel), blackout shades were definitely not blackouts and didn’t even cover whole window, had to reactivate our room key every time we came back in and the remote key was always in the “requested” mode. Holliday weekend and one guy was covering everything, he was wonderful and very friendly but there was a long line of people needing help.

Angel gave great service. She called our room to check about our A/C since we had an issue with it upon arrival. Loved the check out time being 12pm. The policy was super easy to bring our pup with us. The gym was nice, good for basic workout. Pool was cool that it was indoors, but 1st floor smelled like chlorine because of it. Wish the pool hrs were the same as the gym hrs.

Front desk staff were excellent! Very helpful, friendly and efficient! There lots of kids there at same time so it was noisy in the hallways but not too bad after 10pm. I would stay here again.

Couch and chairs really dirty . There were socks left under the desk from previous guests personal soap and hygiene stuff left behind. I saw the girls cleaning few rooms next To me and they were not changing comforters. Staff for check in where super awesome/ best customer service. Dirtiest room I have ever experienced. Very disappointed. I don’t usually leave comments but it was bad.

I requested an accessible room as I am a leg amputee and need it to take a shower. Unfortunately depsite the price of this room is higher than a regular room, I was told it had been given away by the time I checked in.

The hotel was overbooked and our room was given away. We were given a smaller room, some snacks and water.

Our experience was horrible, they didn’t get our rooms like they were supposed to so we had to change, the rooms they put us in were smelly and disgusting and everything was sticky to the touch. Found used bandaids in the window that my kid tried to play in.

This was a great place! Convenient location, clean, kind staff, and THE BEST breakfast bar I've had at a hotel. Our kids loved being able to stack their waffles with ALL the things. Its close to andretti, top golf, lots of shopping, etc. I will be staying here again.

The property is in a central location in the colony surrounding by many things to do and places to eat within a short radius. Rooms were clear and comfortable and would definitely stay again down the line.

We arrived early and staff allowed early check in. The room initially had not been cleaned yes, so she apologized and upgraded us to another room!

We visited this Hotel on 12/31 to bring in the New Year due to location. The hotel had a nice tree in the front. As we were checking in a wonderful lady at the front desk offered to take our picture next to the Christmas tree. I do not have her name but she checked us in about 7:30 PM 12/31. Nice touch to our visit.

Everything was good but we arrived from out of town, it was hot and no available rooms, i kept coming back and Resheda kept telling me no rooms, then i came back again over 1.5 hours from originally wanting to check in at 3 and Delvin looked and looked and got us a room Thank you Delvin! Everything else was magnificent!

Rasheda was amazing in making sure our room was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. Had a day at Granscape and worldspring. This location is perfect for the venues.

Overall we were pleased except for the bed. It was very uncomfortable and lumpy. We did have an issue with the AC but Omarr came and replaced batteries in thermostat then all was good. He’s a great asset for your property. Very professional and friendly.

Great place to stay if you want to avoid the busy-ness of the colony. Quiet hotel, I just wish they had better pillows and an AC unit that would keep a fan on at all times.
