Pool is indoors on the pictures it shows to be outdoors and it was out of service. Elevators were like a sauna but other than that it was a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am on the weekends.

The parking was fine. The breakfast was ok. At the juice machine, two of the juice options were out and a third tasted watered down. The sausage was not in a pan, it was dumped onto the warming elements. I mentioned it to the server and he stated…that is how they always do it.

Left for a soccer game at 9am came back at 10:45-11 to rest til noon for check out. Was automatically checked out by staff. They reactivated my card went back to my room and found somebody else's suitcases in the room.

Was a great hotel

The staff was great. I arrived super early and wanted to check in early. I called and they were able to expedite my room being ready in 30 minutes. It was really appreciated.

It’s also in a great area surrounded by plenty of fun things to do close by .

The property had a strong scent that was a little over -bearing. I had to get my door key re-keyed 4 times. When it happened to my husband, I tried to add him to my account to make sure he could get a key and the front desk person told me that wasn't necessary that he could just ask for a new key for that room number. I felt that was not a very secure way to hand out keys to people.

Great location to go to events. Also the staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was excellent! I would always recommend staying there anytime.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't the greatest. Mold on the windows of the pool room. The water pressure in the shower was so bad one side of your body was dry by the time you were done rinsing the other. The last day of our stay we found a cockroach in our room.

Clean room, upin arrival was advised my room was not available as they overbooked so at 11pm we had no hotel, no additional funds as a refund to hotels app would have taken days. Management problem solved and magically found a room. Next morning meats at breakfast were out, pancake mix was out. It was a madhouse. Bed was comfortable. Parking was challenging.

Fine. Would stay again. Average hotel. Walking distance to food and drink with planning. It’s surrounded by other hotels and roads, but I still managed to find places that were walkable. Nothing spectacular about this hotel, but the gentleman working the breakfast area kept the place well stocked, neat and clean.

The room were all clean, and the breakfast was fresh and hot. They didn’t have any hot chocolate mix, which I thought was very odd but other than that, everything was fine.

03/02/2026: Breakfast it self wasn’t bad but 2 out of the 3 mornings we stayed, there were ants crawling on the counter. We also did not get the room we booked (2 queens). We were given a king with a pullout couch instead. Was not the ideal situation for what we needed.

The hotel was spotless clean , quiet and comfortable. A couple of small issue. Bathroom sink slowly drains, low water pressure and no forks for breakfast.

They changed my rooms after we found a small nest of roaches in the bathroom. We first saw one in the tub then after moving the towels we found a small nest. They changed rooms to a different floor. We didnt see any roaches there but it was still

The agent at the front desk was absolutely the best with her customer service, very pleasant and accommodating. She was very attentive to me and every time I passed through the lobby, she was great across the board with every guest.

Parking was easy, hotel was close to my event and the breakfast was great.

It was easy to park, in a safe neighborhood and very clean. The water pressure was low in the sink, but the shower was fine.

They charged me a 30 dollar deposit that still hasn’t been returned to me yet, also the front desk girl was smackin down on some food while she was talking to us. Other than that everything else was great. Good place to stay.

Stinky rooms, changed rooms three times and looked at 6 total, settled for the least stinky one. Would have got our money back and changed hotels if it wasn’t so late when we checked in

The staff was so nice and very helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and supplied. The pool area was clean. We did have to ask for towels for the pool but that’s not that bad really.

We did have an issue where our sink faucet broke and no one responded to our notifying staff of this. But our stay was so short we just worked around it.

I liked that there was lots of activity close by the hotel. Especially the golf centre. Lots of bars and restaurants.

We stayed here because we attended our grandson's graduation. Everything was great.

The first front desk clerk wasnt very friendly, we arrived 1 hour prior to check out and she was rude about it and told us to return. My parents arrived 10 minutes early and they still wpuld t check her in until exactly 3pm so advice is dont arrive early. When i arrived back to check in at 345, another front desk clerk was there and she was nice.

Negative: they did not make up our room between nights. The biggest issue was that the beds are very high. If you are less than 5' 5" you will be boosting yourself up on the bed. My elderly mother had to climb onto the bed as she's less then 5 feet tall. I did call the front desk. They didn't have a step stool and really had no ideas on how to solve this problem.

Such a wonderful place to stay. I was thankful that it was clean, the staff was super friendly and accommodating and add to that off the breakfast offered in the morning was fantastic! Really nice area off the entry way to get coffee, breakfast and watch morning news. I will definitely use this hotel again!

The property was neat and clean! Quiet and very relaxing. The only problem I had was the parking, it’s horrible there a semi took up like 5 parking spots and they didn’t see nothing wrong with that. But overall it’s worth staying parking just sucks! They share with both hotels on the side of them!

I found this property to be structurally new and pleasant on the eye. The level of lack of cleanliness the tracks from the overall quality of the experience. The hallway carpets were filthy, and the rooms and hallway smelled musty (like feet or old mop water). Upstairs guests were very loud. I checked in at 10pm and left at 1am. Preferred to drive home.

My family and I were looking forward to this stay. This hotel has always been great to us and we’ve never had an issue. Until this past stay. Everything was great until we went to the pool. The pool area was horrible! As soon as we opened the door to the pool. A fishy smell came straight towards us. Usually you could smell chlorine. So we chanced it and I told the kids maybe it’s just the floor. When we got in the pool we almost slipped off the stairs as the stairs and pool were slimy and slick. It was as if algae was in there. We were so disappointed we all got out went upstairs and showered. My kids said it smelt like a pond/ lake.

A lot disappointing. Don’t let the 9.-ratings fool you. The minute you walk in the door it has a horrible odor. They said it was normal and they don’t know what to do about it. I called spelt Kool-Aid on the floor just as you come in the door two spot. A day later the red Kool-Aid is still on the floor in front of the door after I’ve spoken to two employees. The room was very clean and did not smell. The pool water and area smelt terrible. The breakfast was edible and that’s all I can say about that. We were very disappointed will not stay here again

A classic holiday inn experience not bad at all

Verify pictures and amenities as they are not accurate. Breakfast is not stocked, out of food completely by 8:30 and customer service regarding room features and amenities is laughable. Spend over 50 nights a year traveling and this is one of the worst and dishonest experiences i have had.

It was great to have breakfast and coffee every morning. Our room (304) was clean and spacious. I especially appreciated the full-length mirror and small shelf outside the bathroom—it was perfect for doing hair and makeup without taking up space in the bathroom. A thoughtful touch for guests
