    We tried to check in early. They told us it was going to be an additional $50. We agree to the terms and at the end they charge us $60 very disappointed. And top of that after our second night, our room was infested with cockroaches. It was pretty disgusting. This will be the last time we go to this hotel.

    We were in town our daughter was getting married this added more stress to our weekend. We had to book another room at a different hotel. We were only there 30 mins. Nat’s in the first room and the heater did not work. The second room offered to us we saw roaches. We left and the police was called because the staff didn’t initially want to give us something saying we didn’t stay there. Everything. We were told we were getting a full refund and our credit card was still charged $451 for the entire 4 days. We’re currently waiting on our refund

    Other than that the room was nice and chilled coming in late, dark, quiet, and a comfortable bed (pillows weren’t my favorite, and no variation between them as far as fill type or soft to firmness, but I’m particular and always bring my own).

    I will not be staying here again. The carpet in my room was so dirty, the water from my shower turned black when I stepped in. The bathroom door was missing hardware, so I could not shut the door. The toiler paper dispenser was rusted and disconnected from the wall. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and the vent was rusted. The air conditioner could not keep up to the temperature setting. Staff seemed disengaged from guests - on their phone in the lobby instead of behind the desk. Bad experience and not worth the money paid.

    Check in was good and the young lady working the desk was friendly. That was the only good part of the stay. The continental breakfast was poorly maintained. The building is rundown. There were wires hanging from the ceilings. The bathroom was disgusting and in dire need of a renovation. There were some sort of flying bugs, probably gnats, all over the property. The pool was not available and the excuse was it was being remodeled, but there was no visible work being done. The property was apparently owned by the usual suspects that are notorious for running a poor establishment. Come on Comfort, do better. Do not get your room here.

    This hotel was run-down. Upon walking into the hotel, it smells of mold. The elevator was never cleaned during the 3 days we stayed! Let's start with the room! In the bathroom, the toilet was loose the toilet paper holder came out of the wall. GROUT VERY DIRTY! Next half the room floor was soaked by the window ac unit again mold in the air .. The beds had stains and smelled of body odors.. 100% the worst property I have stayed in .

    The location was good and hotel provided what we needed. However I found a HUGE dead roach in my room and there was no hand soap. When we noticed our room didn’t have soap upon check in we asked for some from the front desk associate. We were told “there is body wash in the shower….”

    Our room smelt awful, paid for queen beds but we definitely had full size beds, breakfast was terrible, my son’s waffle tasted sour and biscuits were not cooked all the way through, and we found roaches on our last night there. We will not be returning to this hotel at all.

    I also requested bedding for the pullout queen bed and was given twin-size bedding that didn’t fit. On top of everything else, the entire hotel smelled strongly of weed. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially because Comfort Suites is usually one of my favorite hotel chains when traveling. The only positive thing I can say is that the pet fee was very reasonable at $25 per night.

    This property was horrible. Our room was not cleaned, the phone was not working, staff did not know where anything was, no hand soap in the room, iron didnt work, sink stopped up, and the pool was under construction, but clearly on the website it was suppose to be available. Oh and when leaving the room there was a big ass roach behind the bathroom door. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They should be be ashamed. If I could give a negative review I would.

    Room 111 had a serious pest issue. A large roach crawled on me during my stay, which was extremely disturbing. Staff was informed but no refund or meaningful resolution was provided. I would not recommend staying here due to cleanliness and pest concerns.

    Not worth what I paid. Room was very old, tv didn’t work only 4 channels that actually worked everything was just audio only, pool was closed, only one elevator and that took forever. The front desk guy wasn’t very pleasant seemed like he hated his job, didn’t bother to tell us what time breakfast started and ended. He checked us in and then just handed us our key. I would not come back here again

    We booked through Expedia and selected indoor pool as we were traveling with kids. This hotel popped up so we booked it. We get there and the pool is down until December. No signage in motel of this at all. We asked how to get into pool and that is when we are told closed until December. You have to search extra amenities to see pool closed which if I am selecting indoor pool and the hotel pops up I am not going to go searching to confirm its open. We asked if we could cancel reservation and would pay the first night fee (we had two rooms) and they would not let us. We even called corporate and they also were and aslo told them we would lose the one night fee but they also did not help us. Upon arriving in our room was trash in trash can and a hand towel with makeup on it. It our other room was a small sack of clothes someone left. We mention this the next day and they really didn't care. I would not recommend this hotel or any comfort suites after this experience.

    First off nothing worked! They are either renovating their pool or closing it but either way they should have this listed that it’s not available since it’s an indoor pool and hot tub. Second, there were little black bugs in the bathroom , not sure what kind of bug but it was definitely moving . Lots of them. I advised staff of the phone in the room not working , the manager came up blew on the cord and tried several times to make it work which it was obvious it wasn’t working. He then said it’s something wrong with the cords in the wall and that he could just leave the broken phone but never offered a replacement. Then our room cards kept deactivating. When i confronted them about this I was told by the receptionist that another guess had been put under my name. I’m not even sure how that happened. So I ended up with 3 cards. The breakfast was awful. The sausage was not done at all, they serve the same thing everyday. The power went out and they closed the elevators and advised we had to use the stairs until the power came back on which eventually it did. The front desk receptionist was ok. They weren’t rude they just didn’t have supplies. I also booked a king size bed room and they gave me a double bed room . My whole booking was a mess to be honest. Truly unfortunate. I will NOT be booking this hotel again. EVER!!!

    The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly, and the bed was really comfortable - I have a bad back so the bed is always hit or miss. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I didn't have any issues with the wifi. However, the public areas were a little run down and the room was a lot run down. The smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling; the entry and vanity lights were seizure-inducing with their flickering; the tub was resurfaced once upon a time, but 12"square chunks were flaking off; the curtains weren't hanging from all their hooks; there were stains in the carpet; the display on the AC unit didn't work; nicks and paint scuffs were on the furniture and walls; and the buttons in the elevator didn't all light when pressed. So, I wouldn't stay here again, when there are so many other hotels in the area.

    Was a bit rundown out dated. The bath tub had paint chipping away. Pool and hor tub was broken under construction. Was not informed on website. They had breakfast i didnt try it. My opinion it didnt look very tastful. My husband sampled the gray it was alright. I do have to say The staff was friendly and accommodating. That was the best part. And i got a good night sleep.

    Our bathroom tub was peeling, the shower curtain was ripped to shreds, the shower handle was broken came completely off when trying to turn the water on.     It was my little sister’s birthday and she wanted to swim in an indoor pool, which is the only reason I booked this hotel- the pool was closed off (under construction) and this was listed NO WHERE. We were also not told this at check-in. The hotel allows pets and we found dog hair in the bed and there was a woman with a dog in her arms at the breakfast buffet. Very disappointing experience.

    The room had lots of wear and the front desk gentleman acted as if he did not want to be there. I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub advertised. We showed up, put our swimsuits on, only to find the pool area was blocked off with a sign that said “under construction”. It was not told to us at check in and the website does not reflect this information. We were extremely upset.

    If i could give less than a 1, I would. It was absolutely disgusting. Im not a super picky person and we have stayed at cheaper hotels, but the condition ofbthe rooms and the entire facility was unacceptable. It smelled of mildew. The roof in the hallways showed water damage. We had 2 rooms. Tvs didnt worknin both rooms. Carpets were ripped up, shower curtains didnt stay closed, looked like blood on the hair dryer, hard water stains on carpet from ac leaking. I would not recommend at all. We checked out and went to a diffrent place it was that bad. Oh, and the "breakfast" wasnt even worth trying. Very disappointed with this hotel.

    The room had some trash behind the night stand. Some of the plugs didn't work (the hair dryer didn't work and I think it was something with the plug cause I couldn't get anything to work in that outlet. The pool was not open due to renovations and didn't see it on the website anywhere that the pool was out. We picked that hotel due to price and the pool while we were there for soccer tournament.there is a picture I am trying to load that shows it out of order but never seen it on the website

    And carpet was ripped on threshold of bedroom floor causing a tripping hazard. We had to book and stay another night and were charged over 100.$ I won’t stay here again. It’s gross and it’s unhealthy with the black mold. Overheard another guest raising hell over finding a dead rat in the microwave in his room and black mold. I guess I have that to be thankful for, not finding a dead rat in the microwave’.

    Almost all bathroom tiles were missing the grout in between and moved as you walked on them. Door looked like someone tried to break in and the top lock was completely missing. Shower curtain didn’t stay closed as shower rod was bent.

    It was however, clean. So very thankful for that. Never had my room cleaned and stayed for five days so I brought down my towels to the front desk and they happily gave me more. The body, shampoo and conditioner are in the shower attached to the wall, and they were empty, although I did ask to get refilled, they never were. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Grateful for that every morning!

    I usually have a great experience when i use expedia but this comfort inn was very disappointing. The room i rented i did not get. I rented a king size bed with a jacuzzi in it. They put me in a queen size bed suite without a jacuzzi. The carpets were wet and dirity and the room was so humid that the a/c was not able to help it. We told the hotel staff and the switched rooms but it was the exact same way. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small and not vey comfortable at all. I originally rented for two nights but we check out after the first night. It seemed as if the owner is maintaining this hotel on the cheap. Very disappointing.

    The first room we had there was no phone to call the front desk, one of the bed was not stable on the platform so every time you sat on the bed, it tipped to the other side, had to go down to the front desk to have the manager come and take care of it the place was outdated and look nothing like the picture on the website. The first room was not clean so the move us to another room, if I had a chance I would've found another hotel because I had paid in advance I didn't want to loose my money. I will go on the hotel site for my next stay and not use this again. This hotel should be condemned.

    The location is ideal, with easy access to businesses and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is quite old, with many amenities in disrepair. There are unpleasant odors in the carpets and beds, which are also uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning unit is noisy.

    Sheets on the bed were dirty. Tv did not work. Remote did not work. Rooms did not have enough lighting. A dog was off the leash walking in the hallway. Drywall was damaged in the stairwell. The curtain in the bathroom was not a proper size so the floor got extremely wet. There was hair from the last person staying there in the tub.

    There was never anyone at the front desk. I always had to call to get someone to show up the room smelled when I went in and then after taking one shower, there was at least 2 feet of water in the tub that would not drain even the next day, I told them and they didn’t do anything the breakfast was decent and the people were friendly just weren’t very attentive

    Our stay was nice. The room was clean and did not have any distinct smell like I had heard others mention. Breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that the bed was hard, but my S/O didn't think so... so I guess that's just matter of preference.

    I love the fact that the reception overnight check in person always remembers My Name by my telephone number I love the fact that he's very personable and then on top of that the breakfast is absolutely exquisite in my opinion not everybody will have the same opinion when you come into the room it is literally its name it is so comfortable from the sheets to the blanket to the bed itself the whole statement that it represents is comfort from the living room area to where you make your coffee to your mini refrigerator it brings so much Comforts of home away from home so I strongly recommend it especially for the price

    My check-in was fast and stress free. Dk was very friendly and assisted the customers before me with speed and with a personal sense of care. The facility was very clean from the time you stepped in through each day of my stay and the aroma scents was very relaxing. Chetan prepared all of the breakfast events during my stay and they were abundant. Equally important, you can see how prideful as well as the care he took in preparing the breakfast dishes which were very timely, satisfying and enjoyable. Will I come again, OF COURSE!!

    The keys did not work for the room and I had to go back to the counter. The elevator jumped when it started headed down once when we used it. The floor was wavy and I almost rolled my ankle. The couch bed that we paid extra to be in the bigger room for was broken and almost folded back up when laid on.

    We stayed for soccer games. It was conviently located by the fields and resonably priced. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. The one issue was that the carpet on floor of the threshold to our room was frayed and bare to the cement and the hall carpet was bleached from cleaners.

    The pool at Comfort Suites is usually closed I say that because the last Comfort Inn I stayed was also closed. If that is important call and ask. Now the rest is very good like great location nice and comfortable bed and depending on demand good rates. Breakfast is always decent it is not the continental grab and go type.

    Called customs support and received basically the same answer. Non refundable room- which I would understand Except for the fact that the room I booked doesn’t even exist. The entire situation does not sit right with me. The front desk didn’t CARE and the customer service agent “couldn’t” do anything about the issue. I asked for a credit so that I could immediately find other lodging, that wasn’t an option apparently. She said she could cancel the booking and ask for a refund, but it wasn’t a guarantee that I would get my money back. Carpet torn up, water was brown, more than half the channels didn’t work on the TV, front desk agent no help at all, ac didn’t get cold, just a lot of upkeep needs to be done and the listing needs to be removed or hotels.com need to stop working with this location.

    The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The bathroom sink is in your room and not the bathroom. There was a picture in our bathroom that looked like it had mold on the frame. You could tell that my room had some water damage by the ceiling. You couldn't block the sunlight with the curtains. Last but not least there was a cockroach in the area where you get your syrup. I notified the front desk immediately and after waiting five minutes I left. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. We didn't have regular pillows for our bed. We had 6 throw pillows as our pillows. DISAPPOINTED. NEVER AGAIN!

    First of all the door would not shut. The only way to be was safe was by locking the deadbolt from the inside. Doorknob was useless. If I left the room, it was not secure. Second the toilet didn't work and there were no smoke detectors in the room. As I was a late arrival, I had no choice but to stay the first night. They said repairs would be made by the second night, however no one entered the room and did anything . I know this because I left money on the nightstand and it was still there. So were all the problems. All I saw was the night manager both night and day and he didn't seem to care at all about my safety. Or that nothing was done. His reply was I told the day man. Had I felt safe, it would have been tolerable. But as it was, NOOO. I did NOT stay the second night.

    The washer and dryers were not working and I couldn’t wash. I had rust around the tub. The entrance light was flickering on and off while the switch was turned on. I had to press and hold the power but on the remote frequently to get the TV to turn on. I had a whole in the comforter on the bed and a stains. I drove from Cypress Tx for my boys All-Star football game and our overall stay was HORRIBLE. The fire alarms went off early in the morning waking everyone due to something burning during breakfast hours. My Boys lost an hour of sleep right before their game. I had to get my own fresh towels cause nobody could assist me on getting them.

    Odor in the room was stale, carpeting was icky. Rest of the room ok. The manager checking me in was a little off-putting, would go over when he was not at the desk and sit in the breakfast room talking on his cell phone. (Night desk attendant). Noise from next room at times and someone knocked on the adjoining door to mine one night when parties argued. For being located in a nice part of town, I was a little surprised at the condition.
