    This property is perfect for anyone but especially families. It’s on the beach side. It’s only two floors so it’s easily accessible for almost anyone. The pool is clean, and the chairs are clean and comfortable. Each room has its own chairs under the awning as well to relax anytime. The room is the perfect size and is equipped with anything you need for cooking, showering, and sleeping. N/a

    Easy access to the beach. Staff responded quickly to our questions/ issues and were very friendly. Place is older but has had some nice upgrades in the form of the kitchenette. Great to have beach towels provided! Had to ask for bed linens for pull out sofa bed, not in the room. Could use some tables at pool area and some new lounge chairs as some were in need of repair. A bit pricey for what it is but still good.

    The location was great. I didn't like the check-in/out process. The shower was really small and tight. I'm pretty small (I'm 5'0" and 120 lbs) and was hitting my arms on the walls trying to wash myself.

    The location was great and room has everything you need in your room to cook, and extra toiletries. On this stay it was not as clean as our previous stay at Arvilla. I am not sure if they have changed housekeepers, but there was still sand on the floor and dust covering the light fixtures and ceiling fan as well as the bathroom light fixure. It was something that was overlooked for some time.

    The place was great. The customers service was great. The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were great. Close to the pool which was a nice pool. Only issues we had would be the bathroom shower needs a light since it’s pretty dark. And the a/c in the bedroom was loud. Which wouldn’t stop us from getting the room again tho.

    The property is in a great location just a short walk to the beach and the view from room 112 was great. Table was broken in the room the top would come right off if you tried to move it and there isn’t much parking and parking is tight when I left I noticed there were multiple dings in my door

    I liked nothing. I enjoyed getting a refund. The cleanliness. All my my towels were strained but there were bugs coming out of the toilet paper, walls and sink. Turns out they were termites.

    Location is great. Nice little spot. Coffee make wasn’t working late check in due to housekeeping taking 45 min after 4pm when check in was at 4, but was quickly accommodated by a later check out that was greatly appreciated

You have to use the same towel the whole stay. And NO parking. I think there's 17 rooms and maybe 10 parking spots. The overflow parking is 3 blocks away. And the sink and shower drain slow. I even went and bought drain clog remover and it didn't help. The lady cleaning could try and do a better job. There was hair on the microwave, hair in the shower and food crumbs on the floor and chip crumbs in the little bin they put chips in. And the smell of vinegar when you walk up.

    The views from our suite were amazing! The location and pool was exceptional! The bathtub was not clean and no shampoo or soap when we arrived. The outside needed work. It was run down and dirty but the pool was very clean.

    There is no staff available on the property. We struggled to check in- there was a QR code and number for us to complete check in but we struggled to get someone to answer the phone and give us our code number for the door. Then there were no supplies in the rooms- no hand soap, no linens for the pull out couch. We had to again call and have all these items delivered to us. Entire stay was a hassle and we will not be booking here again.

    Noone answers after 6pm. . The room was dirty. No sheets on the bunkbeds and then when I went to make it there was only enough for one bed and Noone would answer to get more. I wrote a review the night I checked in because I was so upset and couldn't get a response from anyone. Then after I did get help the next day I was asked to change my review. My room was on the main road. Very noisy and the only gathering place is outside my room. So everyone was out there early in the morning and having their coffee and smoking. Ugh

    The place has a terrible check-in process. That needs to be improved. The rooms are nice...They need to improve having soap in the shower. They need to address the water backing up in the shower in some rooms. We had a party of 20 people ND reserved at least 6 rooms. There were small issues with each room. And the parking is insane. Let people park across the street at your other property. Don't send us down the street for overflow.

    Great location—perfect for catching beautiful sunsets. There’s boulevard where you can walk , run or take your baby in the stroller . It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of grocery stores, shops, bars , and restaurants nearby. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. The only downside was the cleanliness of the floors—they were extremely dirty. I also found trash under the bed, including paper and plastic cups. Other than nice place with a friendly staff

    Beach access No one was on site to check us in. We got there at time (4-5pm) we said we would, but office was closed. Came back an hour later, still closed so scanned barcode from note on the door and sent a text. We waited but no response. Texted again. Around 8 pm, called booking.com and she said she’d email them and if I didn’t hear from them within 45 minutes I could get a refund. We’d already spent hours waiting and we were out of patience, so we headed back home without ever setting foot in the hotel room. I will never try to stay at this motel again.

    The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the fact that the Guild was just a short walk from the hotel, The prove was reasonable I never saw or heard from staff. If there were any issues, there was no one there. The rooms are really dated and need an update Quiet time was not enforced

    The pool. Our room was not cleaned: the floors were dirty , the ceiling fans were full of dust, the ac filter needed changing (indicated on the ac). Our door would not look from the outside , contacted the resort through text and phone was told they would fix and never did.

    The walk to the beach was pretty. Room was not cleaned before our arrival. Mattress had been peed on and a fuzzy blanket was used to cover it, trash in the bathroom and hair on the shower walls. No parking, no staff working at the facility, locked out of room upon arrival and had to wait outside for 45 minutes trying to get someone to come let us in. Door kicked in by a man with the lady running the motel on our last night there, stating they didn’t know we were there and then looked up my name and realized I was supposed to be there just not in that room (even though that’s where I was told to go and given all of the information).

    Do not let pictures fool you. The pool was dirty and discusting. Two of my grandchildren got infections from the pool, a double ear infection and a urinary tract infection. The hotel was never occupied by any staff so therefor the hotel was not maintained. There was trash that would pile up, the pool area was never cleaned. Because of this, there were rats. After we notified the office which was a block away about the pool, it was shut down for 2 days while they had a company to clean it. Very disatisfied and will never go there again.

    Only 1 washcloth, had to clean air-conditioner filter,no broom or toaster. Head board was dusty. Trash under the pull out couch. Pull out couch couldn't fold down in the position it needed to be because of the space between couch and shelving. Pool area was full of broken tiles, only a few loungers and no outdoor tables or dining areas. Grill caught on fire while there due to lack of cleaning from staff.

    Easy access to the beach was the best. Just took my beach chair and took the path directly to the beach. Parking was easy and safe. The kitchen had everything needed to cook along with dishes and silver ware. Clean linens were provided along with toilet paper and paper towels. The room was very clean and loved the nostalgic bathroom, but the tub needed some TLC and cleaning around the caulk. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The pool was also clean and the water was warm for a nice evening swim. My only complaint was there were 2 remotes for the tv...one worked and one didn't and should have been removed. We will definitely come back and stay again:) Thanks for a wonderful Spring Break 2026!!

    Parking was 1 very small space left right off the sidewalk, bathrm had dirty rug- no clean shower towel to step on, shower looked too skeezy to even use, no soap at sink- had to use shower soap on wall to wash hands, had 2 sets of towels for 3 people. Loud window air conditioner ran constantly, bright overhead light switch also turned off tv- so had to be on to watch tv.

    Parking was easy. The room was uninhabitable due to broken windows with bullet holes and blood stains, which we were told from staff was from a fight between college aged kids who rented the room and had a big fight. Apparently, there was more damage, but they didn't replace the windows, yet tgey still rented the room. Also, it was very windy and the windows were rattdue to the holes and cracks. They looked like they would completelt break at any moment. We were completely SHOCKED! I had my reservation canceled and STILL have not received my refund, although Cass, the manager, promised it was processed.

    There is no one around the property to help out with check ins. There were at least 3 other parties that arrived we helped out because they had issues as well.There was another property down the street theyowned but like this property no one was there. They do have phone numbers posted but good luck with that or getting someone to call you back. We lucked out with someone working on the roof of the property and they had direct number and general manager came over quickly. We also had problem with a canceled flight due to weather so we were going to be delayed a few days. Got them on phone one time about problems and a few text but no help with that. Said no rooms were available and when I said there were they didn’t respond. The room types we had originally were not available but there were ones we were willing to change too again no help. I need to say we have stayed at this property plenty of times in the past and they were always helpful and friendly. We did not realize they were under new owners and everything has changed. I have to say the only saving grace at this property was the housekeeper Kimmy. She is beyond amazing and the other guests agreed. She is truly the only reason we stayed along with travel friends and the only person to quickly respond to us about anything. She always brought us things upon request .They did change our second room because it had plumbing issues letting me know they were doing me a favor because it was an upgrade.

    The first day they gave me the wrong room...not the room I paid for...the only running water was the bathtub and we had to brush our teeth in a bathtub!!! The owner promised to reimburse me until the night prior to checkout...thats when she denied saying that and the suite was available the next next day and it still was not as nice as the photo although she said it was an upgrade...which it was not and we hadNO TOILET PAPER and No WIFI or TV the day before last to checkout which Maria said we could have checkout at 12:00 until maintenance guy in a threading manner was trying to get in our room and when I opened the door he YELLED at me saying..."THE OWNER WANTS YOU OUT NOW"...if I wasn't going straight to the airport I would of called the police...I was truly scared ...I took the owner for her word until she didn't stand behind her promise...absoulutly terrible!!!

    I was able to change to a lower level room however since they don’t allow early check in I most likely won’t be staying again. It’s a cute place and the lower level rooms are all new! Bed was comfy and everything else in the room was nice, I just prefer to be able to check in so I can enjoy all my time on the beach

    Unwelcoming. We are repeat visitors to the Arvilla. We were disappointed that their remodeling after hurricanes in 2024 was limited to some new bathroom and kitchen fixtures. No heat in the unit. No front desk and no service. My wife called the number we were told to call to fir assistance to ask for an extra comforter (no heat.. did I mention no heat?) and no one called back or brought one. We we issued two towels for a week and told to wash them ourselves. We were also told that we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels and soap when the small supplies left for us were depleted. Lastly the beds were nice but the whole place just seems sort of thrown together with some fresh paint. While the neighboring hotels on both sides have nice landscaping there is none here. Just a barren stretch of scrappy sand between this motel and the beachwalk promenade. No effort or caring put into the whole presentation. The environment in summary is very downscale unnecessarily. One bonus is they did redo the kitchemettes in the units and put in new refrigerators since we were there in 2023. Overall though not worth the price at same price level as some of the better places on Gulf Boulevard.

    The unit was clean. We did have a couple issues. The sleeper sofa was right next to the bed, so there was no room to open it. Our daughter slept on it as a sofa not a bed. There was no blanket for it either, they did provide one after I texted them. There were no closets or a place to hang dress clothes. Over all a nice place at the beach.

    Very clean and has everything you need. 2 burner stove refrigerator. Table for 2 to sit. Snacks and water! You can see the ocean and quick walk to the waters edge. Nice walking trail. Pool was very clean and nice. Cant wait to go back

    Arvilla is a hidden gem on the beach. It is a smaller hotel but extremely well-maintained. It has a clean pool with nice chaise lounges to chill on. The room is newly renovated with nice decor and has a fully equipped kitchen, should you decide to cook. The bedding and mattress are of a good quality: you will have the best sleep! If you are looking for a perfect getaway, look no further: Arvilla won’t disappoint you.

    We enjoyed the size of our room the view from our room was beautiful 😍 the stuff was great our tv broke and the maintenance man was there in ten minutes with another tv so over all we had a great vacation

    We got stuck in the room when our door stuck. My husband pulled the doorknob and the doorknob came off in his hand. The pool was a greenish color. There were bullet holes in one of our windows. Some kind of bug was in our bed. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we stayed one night and left early Saturday morning. Horrible experience!

    Freshly updated rooms and property really looks nice. We've been coming for the last 3 years so it was nice to see the updates. You can't beat the location being Gulf Side. Price is still reasonable even with the updates. Highly recommend staying. Can't wait to come back next year.

    Unfortunately with all the potential t this property has, it falls short in basic items. Hair dryer, toaster, iron. The kicker is we stayed 4 nights and were given 1 towel per guest to use for the 4 days. No was cloths. Calls repeatedly to office were ignored. Office is offsite, this adds to the difficulty in resolving issues.

    The lady that runs place, I cant remember her name, but she was fooking amazing! Expedia booked me a dame day reservation and they couldnt accomodate same day. She switched me to a nicer place across the street newly remodeled and super duper nice with an extra day! I will never stay anywhere else on treasure island!

    Room 109 had just been renovated. We truly enjoyed our stay. They are renovating all the rooms from what we witnessed while there. Just know to go down to the sister motel (The Oasis) for check in…. We sat in our gulf view room and watched the fireworks right from our window

    Stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this dump!!! We were told the key to our room was left on the table inside the room. Upon entering the room, the smell of marijuana was so empowering that we couldn’t take a breath without coughing. I am 7 months pregnant and could not stay in this environment. When booking, it showed pictures of updated rooms, none of which looked like the room we were given. The room was very old and very dirty. The smoke alarm had been ripped from the wall, foam around the A/C window units, tub was disgusting, walls/floors/doors were dirty. There was absolutely nobody on-site to complain to or try to get a different room. We were forced to find another hotel. When I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone the next day, she was extremely rude and basically called me a liar and refused to give me a refund. I’ve never spoken to someone that was so unprofessional. This place should be condemned, or at least inspected for safety issues.

    When we arrived we were met with mold, floors caked with filth, TVs did not work, door did not lock, electrical outlets not covered. Furniture was missing drawer and broken. We requested a refund from the front desk and while she at first said she would get us one. When I called back inquiring the owners denied my refund. I had to scramble to find another place for my family to stay and was put another $1200. I have since contacted code enforcement and after them seeing the pictures they are going to be doing an investigation into the property

    It was great! The room was so cute and updated. The bed was very comfortable, you don’t get that often at a hotel. The pool was clean and are places to sit around it also there are chairs outside the rooms. The staff responded to messages quick. I most definitely will be coming back soon!

    At the time we checked in a sign on the door told us to go up the street to check at a sister hotel. Once I got to that hotel. it was not an easy to find the office. They could have put a map on the door. Better yet, they could have emailed a notice that this was how you check in and where. This matters because they only give you a 2 hour window to check in. They are in the middle of a remodel and our room was not remodeled, dated but clean which explained the low price. Hot water was good, 2 burner stove, small fridge with freezer and microwave. Beds where fine. AC cold. Pool was in excellent shape. Overall everything clean and quiet. They had pots but bring everything else, plates, cups, plasticware. Blinds were ok but room was bright. Great view of the ocean but a quarter mile walk to the water. We stayed in June of 2025, Mon thru Thur. Quiet time of the week. We would stay again for the right price and knowing what to expect.

    Ein wenig gross aber die Amis moegen das ja.mir wars egal.easy check in und easy check out. Schoener Pool und zum strand ca 5 minuten zu fuss.kann ich weiter empfehlen dieses Motel. Man kann auch zu Johns Pass zu fuss gehen ca 15 min zu Fuss. Das mit dem park ber Pohne geht nicht. konnte die Park App nicht runterladen ohne den Account auf US zu wechseln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.thank you🙂

    Checked in, went to room and wow, this place a dump. Couldn’t locate my room as numbers were not clear. Finally found it to find two men already staying there. They apologized and left BUT gross! The maid changed the sheets, but the MJ smell and mildew smells were awful. The tub was filled halfway up and wouldn’t drain. I wanted my skin to burn off after standing in this room. I booked a one queen remodeled room. I was given a two double piece of crud garbage of a room where trash was left from the two guys who thought that was their room. They literally unpacked in the time they checked in and discovered it wasn’t their room. I went to front desk to attempt to get a refund. They said i had to call Expedia. I didn’t book through Expedia. I booked through hotels. Expedia had no idea who I was so I called hotels. They took my complaint and said they would call Arvilla. As I was put on hold I heard the ring of their phone and she picked up and hung up on them and told me the call dropped. I’m sure they get complaints all the time. Again this place is a dump. Beachfront dump. I told hotels she is front me and to call her back. She of course said she leaves in 5 minutes. She picked up but claimed the boss is out on maternity leave. Yeah right. In the end hotels can’t refund me and Arvilla is not answering phone from them. I’m sure they blocked their number. This whole experience makes me so angry.
