Enjoyed our visit to the area and our stay. The owners were pleasant and helpful. Was peaceful and relaxing. Would love to come back.

Simple and clean, and fantastic location right on the beach.

My room was on the second floor and I asked the office clerk if he could take my 47-pound suitacase up the stairs for me and he did it without hesitation! The room was lovely and everything was immaculate. The kitchenette was definitely a plus and a full-sized refrigerator with a microwave too. There was dish soap and and accessories for doing dishes. There was a set of four plates, cups, saucers, and silverware. I did not lack for anything! It was n easy walk to the pool and to the Gulf of America with established pathways. I loved collecting shells and walking in the Gulf waters. The owner allowed me to use her computer to do pre-check and print out my airline ticket, and I truly appreciated her willingness to do this for me before flying home! What a wonderful vacation, I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this Mom and Pop motel in Treasure Island right on the beach!!!

We were well accommodated and enjoyed our entire stay!

This place is wonderful! I booked for two beds and we ended up in a suite. The main space when we entered had a full kitchen, table with 4 chairs, computer desk, double bed, pulldown sofa bed and coffee table and a TV . There was also a bedroom with a smaller tv, set of dresser drawers, small bedside table and an open clothes closet. A very clean bathroom with tub/shower. We also had a small balcony and were on the floor above ground level (stairs at both ends of the walkway) and we had a beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes and silverware. The main street hotel is on has many restaurants and little shops .

Stayed 2 nights. Great choice. Loan of beach eqipment a bonus.

This was an unreal location. Right on the beach. Super clean. Amazing owners. Perfect swimming at the ocean. Ghe pool waa amazing ti have. Surrounded by the best restaurants(highly recommend crabby bills) my kids loved it. We would definitely come back to this location. We had the 1 bedroom. My kids slept on the sofa bed and husband and i slept in the room. Air conditioning in main area and and in bedroom. Stove microwave. Fridge. You wont be disappointed

The pool could be cleaned; the bottom of the pool had some discoloration and needs to be repainted. Great location near the beach and paved trail on the beach makes for convenient walks. Close to food and several ice cream shops. (Which is very important on vacation) Overall, a great experience! We would return there for another stay.

I had researched so many places to stay and I am extremely happy I chose the Beachside. The location was great, we walked to everything and didn't have to drive once. Our room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a family-owned business, and they truly strive to make everything just right for your stay! It is a small resort motel, so don't expect all the amenities of a larger one. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, and the people who stay there are friendly! I highly recommend this place for any couple or family who wants a fun beach vacation without breaking the bank!

Our stay was amazing. The property and rooms were clean. Price was fantastic given location on the beach.

It's a small place - 17 units - some of them with kitchens. Very private feel. Very near shops and restaurants. The owners are very attentive , always tidying up the walkways, bringing towels when needed and even doing laundry for a reasonable fee. Adaquate parking. We love Treasure Island - been trying different places since the Thunderbird closed. I highly recommend this place. We are returning in a few weeks!

Happy little surprise on Treasure Island. Staff were very friendly and the room and whole property were clean and tidy. It is right on the beach, with a nice walking path stretching a mile or so in either direction. No shoes needed to take the step from hotel to beach! Easy access from this location to restaurants and accommodations. We walked the beach to John's Pass, and who-knows-how-far in the other direction. Beach is the usual white sand beauty in this location. If we travel to this area again, we would stay in this same place (and there are, of course, many to choose from).

Our room and the pool looked like it was recently renovated (probably due to last year’s hurricanes). Very clean and updated. Loved that there was a kitchenette. Only downside was a musty smell (again probably a result of the hurricanes). Even with the musty smell and my allergies, I did not suffer any more symptoms than I normally do. Would recommend staying here and we would come back in the future.

We stayed for four days due to a family matter. Everyone at the motel was friendly and offering assistance every time we saw them. We have already recommended this place to others that might travel to St. Pete.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very CLEAN, simple, spacious. & the bed was comfortable. Nice pool & shuffle board… A quick walk towards the back of the property brings you right to the beach. Great bike/walk path separates the hotels from the beach.

All was fine except most guests sat outside their doors smoking cigarettes. Which prevented us sitting outside our door to relax.

We liked pretty much everything about this place. Newly remodeled, fresh paint and the grounds were meticulously maintained by the hard working owners. Oh yeah, the incredible walkway all along the shoreline and the sandy walk to the ocean. Would gladly spend another week there in the future.

Not bad for ocean front motel the price was low. The staff was friendly and caring. Bonnie called and made sure I didn't forget my reservation before the front office closed at 8pm. I flight didn't arrival after 11pm. She made arrangement for our room to be open when we got there after midnight. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would return to this motel next time.

This is a hidden gem. They are wonderful! The rooms are perfect. You can see the sea out of your window or front door. The property is so well managed and maintained! I will be back it is my new favorite spot.

I booked the room on Expedia. I called the hotel to confirm the booking, it was answered with “hello”, I had to ask if this was the Beachside Hotel. I asked to confirm my reservation and she just said yes and hung up. So, I emailed. The reply was simply “Confirmed”. Nothing else. Online it says the office is open til 8 pm. I got there at 7:40 pm and the office is closed. I had to go to another hotel.

Small cozy hotel right on the beach. Despite the area latest disastrous hurricanes it is in very good conditions. Fully equipped kitchen. Functional swimming pool. Friendly staff/owners.

Our 1 night stay was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and even offered us beach towels for the beach at check in. The room was clean and updated. Only 2 negatives was the TV wouldn’t connect to the WIFI (which wasn’t a big deal to us, probably a simple fix we didn’t even inquire about it) & the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower (also not a big deal). Very clean and nice place will stay again. Pool looked really clean, outside area was clean, and nice walk to the beach. In a really nice area as well.

Beachside Resort Motel was without a doubt a 10/10. Bonnie and the staff were wonderful. My room was perfect, stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and so relaxing. As a Florida local, I will most definitely be back!!

The place was very nice. I would highly recommend it. Right at beach . Owner’s keeping up with the place. The only down side I would say is the water pressure was very low. And you have to wait a little bit for hot water. But other than that we had a wonderful time. Pool was great clean well maintained. Will be back again next year. 👍😁

Nice older motel with rooms that have a kitchenette, sitting area, and are very clean. Pool was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. Short walk out to beach and you cannot beat the price and location. The only item that could have been better was the bed's mattress was a little bit uncomfortable. All total, a great place and we would certainly go back again.

Enjoyable stay! Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Inexpensive place for a get away and would recommend it to friends and family. No thrills or over priced amenities but location is exceptional for beach trip!

New remodeled room was perfect for our weekend get away to Treasure Island. Walk to the beach, wonderful walking path along the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Pool was clean & inviting. Room was like a mini suite with microwave kitchen, coffee pot and oversized mini fridge. Table & 2 chairs plus other comfy chair. Nice bathroom too.

Our second stay, and it was just as fabulous as the 1st, it amazes us at how much the owners care for the property, constantly cleaning, polishing, touching up paint, the pool is immaculate! The walkability of this property is our favorite, we walked to breakfast, dinner, John's Pass, Grocery store and a bunch of Dive Bars, it was the perfect vacation for my husband and I. Thank you Beachside!!!

Treasure Island is the place to stay in Pinellas county and we would recommend Beachside Resort.

We loved the pool. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Ocean was quite a long walk from the motel, but that was true for all properties is this vicinity. They did provide beach chairs and umbrellas, which was convenient and a nice surprise. They do not provide conditioner, kleenex or paper towels, so be sure to bring your own. Highly recommend.

The property had everything that you would need. As close to the beach as you can get on Treasure Island. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. The owners were AMAZING! They were so very nice and had everything that you could need. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, books, boardgames, crystal clear heated pool, picnic tables and even charcoal for the grill. If you need something, just ask Bonnie and I bet she has it at the office for you!! Call them directly to see about a better booking price!! Highly recommend them! Thanks for being so friendly!!

Nice to know there are still amazing little motels left on Treasure Island! Perfect time away in the best place.

We had a nice time. The room was updated and clean. It did have a musty smell to the room, but I think it’s due to the carpets. The location is great and about a half mile walk from some nice restaurants and beach bars. $288 seemed a little steep but I’m sure it’s all because of location and spring break. I wish they had a vending machine for water.

Really great place. Right on the water, water views, arguably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed, and I have stayed literally thousands of nights in hotels over my 40 year career. The owners are very friendly. Would recommend without hesitation and have already booked my next stay.

Quaint, nostalgic place practically on the beach. Super accommodating; family owned. Upgraded our room ion checking in. Clean. A lot of smokers outside, but that’s Florida for you.

Another great get away. This is our 3rd year. This is a well kept, comfortable, private motel. It has everything that we need. Great location. The staff is exceptional.

The property has been recently refreshed. The kitchen is well stocked, even has salt and pepper. Also enjoyed and was surprised with the use of beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. The property is very clean and the owners work non stop and are very accommodating. Will definitely return!

There is a pool, grill, shuffleboard, lounge chairs, and easy access to the beach. The room is small but very functional with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. I would stay here again!

Small property in great location. Right on the beach, keeps property in excellent condition. Walk to wafflehouse for breakfast or up to T Birds for some afternoon music and a cocktail. Johns Pass close by for dinner or activities.

It’s a nice but nothing fancy quiet place to stay. We enjoyed being somewhere that wasn’t overly crowded and loud. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful walk through the dunes to a huge beach. Quiet and clean. Pool in great shape! Great value! Fridge better than mini, but bring cooler with ice. No machine.

Location location location! We spent a four day weekend there recently and had a great time. On the beach, restaurants/bars within walking distance. Mini fridge in the room for snacks/fluids. Pool was great for a dip after spending the day on the beach and swimming in the Gulf. We're planning another four day weekend there soon.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay. We used the pool, beach and short walk to restaurants . All made our stay just perfect. The front desk staff were exceptional.

The ppl that work there are the rudest people I’ve ever met. There was no hot water but for a few minutes. Then when I asked bout the hot water I was told to not run the sink at the same time for hot water. Then after that they accused us of smoking in the room when we never smoked in the room. I no this review ain’t going to hurt them because there cheap place to stay on the beach. But I would advise anyone going to st. Pete beach never stay at beachside hotel an resort. The ppl that r working this hotel are the worst ppl to talk to. They kicked us out for something we didn’t do so when ur looking for a room keep this in mind Because if they don’t it to me they’ll do it again.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to everything on Treasure Island Beach. It’s immaculately maintained and every detail is thought of. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The resort itself is not the newest on the strip but is well taken care of to preserve its place as the true “treasure” on the strip. I wasn’t able to rate relaxation on the survey but would give 10 stars.

Was not nice at all have a service dog and refused to let me stay against the law in fla had to find somewhere else and just came from a funeral so my day got worsr

This property was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Very family-oriented. My daughter and I felt very safe there. We could leave personal belongings sitting outside our room and not have to worry about anyone taking anything. I didn't even lock my car half the time we were there! GREAT PLACE TO STAY! EXCELLENT DEAL FOR YOUR MONEY! BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE!

This place has old Florida motel charm, but the rooms have been recently updated. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained, and the staff super friendly and caring. The location is great as well.

Room was very clean and modern. Would not have minded a cabinet over the counter to store food, dishes, etc. to get them off the counter. Nice and close to the beach and loved the paved path that goes behind all the condos and hotels and gets you to a few restaurants.

Very friendly staff and well kept inside and out. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Wide sidewalk along beach behind the hotel with people walking, jogging and cycling. I will choose this place again.

This is a small, simple, comfortable, clean and very well maintained property. The proprietors were kind and responsive to any needs. Heated pool was a bonus given cool weather. Great location on the beach and close to everything we needed.

The motel was extremely clean, modern, had everything you need for your stay. The people were very friendly and accommodating. Pool very nice, beach perfect. Very reasonable price. Could not ask for more.

The man at the front desk was great; he was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and what I needed for the day. The only issue I had was taking a shower in the morning- I ran out of hot water after about two minutes.

If you want a beach view this isn’t the place to stay. The first room I was in had bed bugs and was offered to stay another night in the room for a comp or get a different room. The second room was clean and free of bugs but the worse mattress and pillows.
