Nice cute motel with Vintage vibes.

The room we had was separate from the main part of the hotel and was very quiet and easy to access. The property was very close to the beach, across the street. The coffee pot did not have the proper adapter for the k-cups, so we could only use it for hot water, which worked fine for us. I would definitely pick this place again.

Kimmie was great, very nice, accommodating, and understandable. Very helpful. Very dirty, not well maintained. First room we were placed in, was not rennovated, very dirty and smelled. Was moved into a renovated room, smelled better but still dirty. Only had one ac unit in bedroom, rest of place was hot, no ac unit in front. Dirty appliances. Horrible mosquito issue, bed bugs, pool water is not well maintained, smelled and was murky. Would not stay again, wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

Remodeling noise happening in the room next to me into the evening & then starting at 0852. Good thing I didn't sleep in. Check-in after 1600 & Check-out at 1000 is complete BS. And for God's sake, STOP overusing the Gain on the towels! That crap is cheap & so Toxic. Smelled horrible. PROS: King suite was good sized & had many windows. Location/proximity to the beach. Pool.

The room itself looked cute but the hallway closet stunk! It was musty and the pillow for the sofa pullout was in there. There was no blanket for the pullout. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and on the shower tile Paint spots on the floor. On Saturday night, someone was working on the room next door, drilling, etc at 10:30 at night.

We enjoyed the pool. The mattress was amazing. Just across the street to the beach. Staff went above and beyond! The steep stairs where we were.

Needs hot water fixed only had semi warm showers, killed numerous terminates and roaches, mosquitoes were out due to makeshift pond. No sheets or blankets for pull out couch. No trash bags to take out trash had to get my own. Air conditioner needs to be replaced or upgraded.

It was a little weird they have on a paper of rules to make the bed before you leave? So I'm not sure if the sheets are washed after each stay. They pretty much make you do the cleaning part when they should have a cleaner? The rules were just odd.

comfy room, nice area,nice staff, quite a walk to ocean but we are in our 60s and a bit lazy lol,we enjoyed our stay. only thing was that we could hear our neighbors just barely,but when we turned on a/c it blocked the voices,other than that we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Never had a room that offers coffee, but does not offer anything to clean your coffee cup with. A little bottle of dish soap would go a long way. In a small space a curved shower rod works wonders. Never had a room with a kitchenette that did not provide any utensils.

The room was really cute and was perfect for our stay. The air was nice and cool. Unfortunately, it wasn't as clean as we would prefer. A container of food was still in the fridge upon arrival and there were all kinds of stuff under the couch when we folded out the sofa bed. As a former housekeeper, I felt attention to detail was lost a lit bit. This property was in a great location and access to the beach. There were plenty of options close by for a quick bite or shopping as well. The pool area was also very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

An ice machine for the guest would be amazing. And the lady you have running the place I apologize. I cannot remember her name absolutely love her. She is great.

When I first booked this stay about a week before my stay, the staff was hard to get a hold of. I had to call several times to get a hold of anyone to confirm my reservation. First red flag. Once we arrived in Florida, I knew we would not be arriving at the location until midnight, well past the scheduled check-in time. I called the front desk (once again, it took several calls for me to get a hold of anyone), and they mentioned there was a virtual check-in option. I sent my information over and was meant to have a code emailed to me. I did get an automated email, but it wasn't until we arrived at the hotel that I realized that it did not have the code attached. This was around 1-1:30 am. My party was effectively left stranded outside the property with no way to get inside our room. The hotel itself was not in the best shape, made worse by how late it was. The area felt unsafe and a bit rundown. We tried calling the front desk, after hours line, and texting through the Hotels.com portal several times and received no response. We ended up waiting for about an hour at a nearby restaurant to see if we would hear any response, but ended up having to drive 2+ hours to return to a friend's apartment so that we could have a place to stay for the night. Even now, an entire week later, we have not heard anything back from the hotel regarding the incident. Even though we did receive a refund (through Hotels.com), the entire incident was entirely preventable and very unprofessional.

This was a great place! Also- the two bedroom I booked had two bathrooms, but only one bathroom was listed! I almost didn’t stay because of that- what a pleasant surprise!! It’s 1 full bathroom and one half bath. Place is a perfect location and the room was very nice, quiet, comfortable. My only complaint: check out is at 10:00 am and they are not flexible. This is super early. And you can’t check in prior to 4 pm. Hours suck, but I would stay again. I’m shocked at all the bad reviews

We were able to adjust the ac and then very comfortable. Shower has great pressure and hot. The bathroom has 4 bath towels. The pool was maintained and perfect temperature. The exterior is not super manicured but not too bad for what you pay for. It was everything we needed for our anniversary weekend getaway and just minutes from the beach. A couple noise issues from adjoining rooms but nothing they had control over but it was taken care of upon request. The rug in the room was slightly curled on the corner and this could pose a hazard. The beds were not as comfortable because each side of the mattress felt a bit sunk in but we've slept on worse. Sheets and blankets were clean.

Office closed on arrival, no response to phone calls, no VM, no response to text or email, online checkin using QR code did not work, waited 40 mins and about to leave when a maintenance man turned up on anothe matter and let us in. Still no response of any kind from the management. The non existant service

There was only one washcloth and no hand towel in my room. I called the front desk 3 or more times before someone finally answered. Then I was told that she would bring me what I needed the following day. I was checking out. So I made do with what was there.

The ceiling fan was covered in dust and didn’t work. The AC unit drip pan outside of room was never emptied. The trash cans were overflowing. The pool area was never cleaned up and there were multiple broken chairs. There was no one in the office to speak to. Staff response to complaints were subpar. The motel is old and the renovations seem to be just paint slapped on to make it look “refreshed”.

Everything was fine. Cleanliness is the key and the room was clean.

I loved the location and the room overall had been furnished nicely, the bed was very comfortable. Shower very small and needed cleaning. They expect you to clean your dishes at checkout which is all of 2 coffee cups (no plates, silverware or paper towels available), but don’t provide anything to clean it with. Total time for a 1 night stay was 18 hours; check-in at 4:00pm and out by 10!

Air condition in the bedroom was very loud. Place was not very clean. Bathroom was poor. Pool area was dirty most of the time we were there. People were smoking. One cigarette smoking was on oxygen. Probably wont stay there again

Unfortunately nothing is in walking distances. The pool area was disgusting & there were children swimming without someone watching them & they were out of control. I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with us & I couldn't put her in the pool. These kids were jumping splashing totally out of control. Also a domestic situation occurred on the second floor cursing,yelling,banging & making threats I didn't need my granddaughter 2 witness that situation

The King Studio Room 126 had no bathroom outlet! I had dry my hair by the coffee, refrigator, and microwave. Gross....who does that? No ice machine either. Price was out range online too.

Location. The extra pillows in the closet were very comfy. Check in and out was easy. It was nice to have a larger refrigerator and microwave. Could have been cleaner. The pool had a layer of hair/debris floating on the top. Check out time was too early. WiFi would not work on the TV regardless of how many times we tried reconnecting and even forgetting the network. There were stains on some of the linens.

Free parking on the property. Good proximity to beach access. Clean. Friendly staff. Kitchen was a little sparce. Ashtrays on the walkway tables were dirty (used). Inadequate bedding for the pull-out sleeper (be sure to check this before the office closes). Overall, decent for the price (cheaper than most in the vicinity). Our stay was only for 1 night.

We have been to better and have been to worse. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not it. However, with that said the place was just fine and met our needs. You are on your own, as they do not provide maid service. I believe many of the motels in the area are moving to this model which we understand given the state of the economy. Keep operating costs down. The management is not always on site but are nearby. So you can call if any issues arise. The staff we dealt with were pleasant and accommodating. I have seen some terrible reviews for this place. It is not that bad.They are modest accommodations. I found the rooms quite cute actually. Love the beach theme!

The floor in the room was not clean, feet were very dirty after 5 minutes out of the worst shower I have ever used.

Room was nice, pool was great. Very close to beach, St Johns Pass. Restaurants all there, great location. If you plan to cook, our room had full kitchen but could use additional kitchen items.

The rooms aren't in the greatest condition, the TVs are good but the flooring is dated/ stained the kid that manages the place is cool. No iron or steamer in the rooms.

We arrived to the room late, put the kids to bed only to find no propane to fuel the hot water tank. Checked out first thing in the am without a shower during our travel stop. Asked for a room credit and crickets :(

The staff stood out to me the most. Kasim and Tobin went beyond the extra mile to provide what I would deem excellent customer service. The staff there are working extra hard to reestablish a motel experience with true meaning. This, just after the property is recovering from the storm surge from the previous hurricanes. I hope the owner will provide monetary incentives for how hard these guys are working to make the customer and the space better.

They didn’t have garbage bags in the garbage cans. They didn’t have shampoo just two bottles of conditioner and they had no heat. They put a little space heater that shuts on and off all night long and keeps you awake most of the night and under the bed had a bunch of look like from somebody throwing a party in the room letters from a banner it’s like they only clean what you can see, but it was quiet right by the beach so I guess if it was warmer out, it would’ve been a lot nicer but next time they should check more closely when they’re stocking the room to make sure they put both shampoo and conditioner, not just conditioner

Check-in was a Breeze did it online showed up a little bit after six sent me the code and what room I was in but no heat no thicker blankets for the room only had one towel in the bathroom and no wash cloths expected a little bit more from this place, but didn’t get it

Was a great getaway for our four night stay

We stayed one night and had 5 people - generally hard to find or really expensive. This was a great price for the space we had! We were very happy with the rooms, the bathrooms and the amenities. The floor was not as clean as we’d like but that is the only complaint we would have. Overall, a wonderful, quiet stay. Pool was cold and refreshing and private!

Unit was nicely remodeled with ample space for family of four. TVs were big and sofa and beds were comfortable. A little chilly due to temperature outside, would have been nice to have heated units. Angie was outstanding and very accommodating.

Just a really old hotel a very long walk from the beach. It is what it is. All of the staff I encountered were very nice. The room was a clean no frills, affordable flop for a few days when I needed a quiet place to work. The Gulf is across the street via an access, but it is a really long way to the waters edge.

This place was pretty good, especially since they have had to recover from the hurricanes from last year. The tile floors were chipped, and the shower/tub were not perfect. The kitchen area was cute. The place calls itself a “resort”, which is not true, but whatever. It was a reasonable price, so will not complain too much. Not sure I would stay here again since the check in time was not until 4:00, but the check out time was 10:00 am.

This was better than expected. Remodeled so cute. Quiet. Very comfy furniture. The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing. So kind. If I had to say a negative the only thing I could think is the pillows. There was only 2 and they were way too big and firm.

Great all around experience. My plane landed late front desk staff reached out to me to see if i needed them to stay later so that I could check in, I was able to make it before the office closed, super kind and thoughtful on their part to check that I was able to make my reservation on time as the office closes at 6pm. Room is clean, updated, everything worked, and ac was amazing after spending time at the beach or going for a walk. A lot of restaurants and shops are within walking distance or a short 3min drive. Only draw back was trying to figure out how to get the shades fully closed at first around the a/c, but an easy fix as I prefer the room dark when I sleep. Lastly day of my checkout (10am) my flight wasn’t until 4pm on Monday, the front desk was kind enough to help me out with a late check out to accommodate me due to my flight. I was able to go hang out at the beach for a bit longer which was needed before jumping on a plane. They were even so kind they waived the fee since no one was booking the room for that morning. All around very accommodating and great experience. Would go back

Place is a hidden gem. Cute rooms, updated with huge tvs, stainless steel appliances, cute decor, very quiet, laundry, bbq grill, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Angie, the manager is amazing, and extremely prompt and helpful. Pool was clean, comfy bed and furniture, walk right across the street and you are at the beach. Free parking. Maintenance guys were even very helpful when i asked them to help me lift the top back on my jeep. I will definitely be returning. Not soon enough! Great place to vacation.

Hidden gem of Treasure island. Outside of the hotel is a bit dated but the room was freshly remodeled with a full kitchen. Staff brought fresh towels when asked. Missed a connecting flight that caused me to be a day late and after hours. Had no issue checking in. Hotel is right across the street from the beach. Cant beat it for the price. Ill definitely stay here again if I am in the area again.

Worse place to stay EVER no one at the office to greet you nor do they answer the phone when you call the phone number. Get to the room and for having a kitchenette in the room they provide nothing. No paper towels, hot pads for oven when cooking, nothing to clean dishes or dry dishes. One towel per guest for bathroom and they don’t check on you to see if you need more towels plus no toiletries you basically have to go shopping to make sure you have everything for your stay. They leave a note telling you the bare essentials but they never come around to see if you need anything or if you’re doing ok. If you’re new in the area better make sure you have everything mapped out cause you will definitely get no information from owner or help because they aren’t around to ask. If I knew this I would have never have stayed here only thing going for this place close to the beach.

Good price for being close to the beach. You can walk across the street to get to the beach. Pool was warm - but like other reviews stated, they only provide 2 towels for the entire stay, which was frustrating. Ample parking which was included was a plus.

The unit we stayed (138) was amazing, excellent conditions, just remodeled very nice, and was extremely clean. The common areas also very clean.. they have security cameras outside the property. We will stay again there.

This property needs some love! It said everything was just remodeled but it does not look like that.there were ants everywhere!!! Inside and out. Window air conditioner dripped water outside on the patio which was wet and slippery all day the whole time it was on. Pool was really dirty, stuff all over the bottom even though they had a robot cleaner in the pool,bathroom toilet ran which was very loud and annoying especially trying to sleep right beside the bathroom.

It looks nice. LOOKS but thats it ac isnt or a fan insnt in the living room so dont plan on sleeping out there if you like ac. Bed broke from js sitting on the edge. Wifi passwords are wrong they dont provide dish soap or sponge but require you do to them. They advertise youll have hand soap hand towels wash clothes but they dont pool chairs break when you sit on them.

Hotel room was so cute and clean. No complaints about the room at all. The only downfall of the hotel is the service. The office is only open from 10-6 and closed from 1-2 for lunch break. They only provided 2 towels even though we had 3 guests. When we asked for more towels we were told that only 2 come per room for your ENTIRE visit. No exchanging dirty ones for clean ones. So gross and we ended up buying towels.

The room seemed clean, I’ll give it that. But the absolute lack of communication, contact, or even attempt at a resolution makes this the first negative review I have ever written for somewhere. This good reviews must be paid bc this place was a joke. I can let most things go. However, I was alone, my room was in the “courtyard” where people were sitting outside of my door as well, smoking, and the walls are paper thin so at 11pm after a long day of traveling was awful. The window on the back had a light shining directly in it straight to the bed, but to close the blinds, you have to block the AC. The door lock was mediocre at best. I didn’t feel safe as a solo female at all. Had I received a return call or spoke to someone during office hours & salvaged the second night, by moving to a different room, one where people didn’t congregate outside my door, this could’ve been much different. It’s the lack of effort that makes it a disaster. I paid for a different hotel & am completely out the money for this hell hole masked as a “business.” Heaven forbid you attempt customer service & speak to someone who left you 3 messages over 2 days, all of which were polite. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I love my stay

The hotel is being renovated, I bought dish soap because there was none and Lysol wipes because some surfaces were grimy. The couch in my room was built in hell. Otherwise it served its purpose. Was close to the beach and other amenities. I personally will be more mindful of such places in the future.

I recently stayed at the Oasis Palm during my trip to Teasire Island and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and dinning areas. 5 minute drive to John Pass

Amy, the property manager went above and beyond considering she was managing 2 properties! Her attention to our needs was paramount and without exception. The place didnt make me feel comfortable. We spent most of our time off premises. It was dirty. The pool had been closed by the department of health. There were cockroach sightings. My kids refused to bathe because our tub looked so bad. No thanks.
