This is our second stay at Ocean Club, we absolutely love everything about it!

Condo was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a good location, with all amenities included. Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Covered parking was a plus. We will definitely come back soon.

Place was great, very sterile, well maintained. The stairs to the pool were a little much for me but I managed. Really missed the old comfortable style of the original hotel!

Very clean and staff was very nice. They don’t clean rooms daily or at all during your stay which wasn’t a big deal for me because I like to clean my own stuff. You sit dirty towels outside and they bring new ones and there’s a garbage chute for you to empty your trash. If you’re looking for a nightlife hotel this isn’t the place for you. Bar closes very early around 8pm. Great location, room is probably the best on the strip I had found. Looks just like the pictures. Wouldn’t plan on anyone sleeping on the pull out bed. It feels like you’re sitting on concrete! Would definitely recommend to anyone only complaint was washer would only wash on hot temperature so some of my clothes were ruined. I told the person at the front when I left so hopefully they looked at it

The pool was closed during our stay which was a bummer. We had an issue with the icemaker which was taken care of right away. Staff is always nice and helpful. wish they had 3-bd units! would def return again.

We stayed for one weekend and the experience was disappointing. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time and no one on staff seemed concerned. The microwave in our room did not work, which made simple things inconvenient. The hotel is not actually right off the beach and you end up walking what feels like two miles of sand just to reach the water. You also cannot see the ocean from the rooms. All those large windows only give you views of sand, trees, and the street. For a place that advertises a beachfront feel, the ocean feels very far away.

It is beautiful!

Location next to the beach, it was modern, spacious with excellent facilities and comfortable beds. Pool and Jacuzzi were very good with nice bar area. Close to shops and restaurants. Nothing. It was a slightly longer walk to the beach than envisaged but not a problem.

This was our second visit. The condo are nicely equipped with all the basics. Salt and pepper, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap, etc. They are clean and all have a view. We love the convenience of 2nd floor. The pool is beautiful but a few more umbrellas would be helpful along with some rules for not throwing balls at the pool. Some families like to take over. Other than that, the location is amazing and there are so many things within walking distsnce and the beach is amazing too. We can't wait to visit again.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ocean Club to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay while visiting the St. Petersburg/Treasure Island area.

Only weakness was the King Bed was a soft / worn mattress (on my left side of bed) and difficult to sleep in comfort.

We had a lovely time. It was bigger than expected and had everything with needed.

The room(s) was outstanding. Everything you needed, just like being at home. The pool was small and to many kids playing ball, that made it not useable. The beach access was more of a walk than what we wanted, no chairs on the beach that were provided by the club & no restaurants on site.

Excellent location, wonderful view. Great rooms, but terrible reception. The hotel was relatively empty; I asked for a paid late checkout, but they told me they couldn't accommodate it. Checkout is at 11:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM—that’s 5 lost hours! At 11:10 AM, a very rude young woman from the front desk called me, scolding us because we hadn't left yet! I will not be returning!

Great location. Super clean and entire property is well maintained. Large 2 bedroom suite with well equipped kitchen, and large laundry machines. Bar onsite was nice as well. We loved our stay!

Pristine condition and modern. Friendly & helpful staff. Great location. Ample bar and plenty of restaurants/grocery nearby. We have stayed at many locations in the area and children live there and we all were impressed. Also, lots of used beach toys and pool toys so you can leave yours at home and save the $. Thanks!

Overall, Ocean Club was a very nice clean newer hotel. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Beware, it's a long walk out to the beach. We knew that going in but if you're not into that distance, make note. Also, to rent 2 beach lounge chairs and an umbrella was $40 per day. We plan to say here again in the future.

The room was fabulous! Spotless, modern and spacious. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was perfect. The balcony overlooked the pool and the beach which was just a short walk away. The hotel is in a great location with the beach so close, a Publix just 1 km away, lots of nearby restaurants to choose from, and walking distance to the village in John’s Pass. The staff were super friendly and helpful and always around doing something. We would totally recommend the Ocean Club Treasure island hotel!

Nice condo, huge balcony and quiet area with huge beach area. Furniture in small sitting area not very comfortable but we got by.

This is the most beautiful place on the beach. The room was immaculate. I loved the view on the generous size balcony. Everything is so new and modern. I liked the washer and dryer and everything you need in the kitchen. We have been to many places along gulf boulevard and this was by far the best. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Comes with everything you need in the kitchen. Super clean and well taken care of . Very safe! Walking distance from a lot. Grab and go beach supplies!

Every room has a great view of the beach. This was perfect accommodation for our family with young children! Despite not having good weather the pool was heated which was great and the kids loved it.

Location. Beach front Extra charges added to my account after leaving having been told none due when checking out . Have complained and front desk still not forwarded invoices to cover or explain them. Extremely unhelpful when requesting information on them and not interested in solving. Parking fees for quest now appeared after having been told they were non chargeable by two different receptionist.

The beach view was unobstructed. New appliances, and a very clean room.

The kitchen has everything you need so don’t worry about buying anything except your groceries, laundry pods they provide you with that too. Loved the amount of space our room had for us mom, dad and three teenage girls. We enjoyed the bar and food while we were out swimming in the pool, towels were provided which you can also take to the beach. Will be back soon.

This hotel was a great choice! Amazing ocean view, super clean and really spacious. It was perfect for us, and made our vacation really pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

We have never vacationed twice in the same spot, but we were here last year and loved it, so we came back. This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in and the beach access and the boardwalk is amazing. We were really happy that our favorite bartender, Jake, was still here. For us, it’s the great (and clean) rooms, balcony views, and easy access to the beach and local amenities that makes us love Ocean Club.

This was an amazing resort with easy parking and friendly staff. Its proximity to the beach and John’s Pass was really convenient and made for a great vacation.

We had a great stay. I do wish they would atleast sweep the room daily because the sand on the tile floor was insane daily, but we did really enjoy our trip.

It's not a kiddie pool. We were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub, but unfortunately, we couldn't.

Beds/sheets were *AMAZING*!! All rooms had ceiling fans which was great for those of us who need white noise to sleep. Downside? $45/night in **ADDITION** to room rate for “resort fees”; it’s just another bs scam to drain more money from people.

Room was very clean. Pool area was clean and kept tidy. Some of the staff was friendly but a lot of the staff was borderline rude. I would say most of the staff was rude. The beach was a decent walk from the room but not terrible. All things considered we’ve stayed here and sunset vistas and would choose sunset vistas hands down.

We stayed in a 6th floor suite - 2 adults, two 18 year olds. Wonderful views of the beach, suite was nicely equipped. Easy walk to beach, and St John’s Pass, and other conveniences. Staff was very responsive without being overbearing. A very enjoyable stay!

We were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully this property met our vacation wants and needs!! Starting with the room itself, it was absolutely gorgeous! I can tell it has been recently renovated and what a great job! When you first walk in you encounter a beautifully gleaming white marble tile floor! We had a two bedroom/2 bath suite on the 5th floor. The bedrooms are ample sized and the mattresses are SO comfortable, possibly the most comfortable mattress I have ever encountered at a hotel. There were even two kinds of pillows to choose- from, firm or soft. My husband and I enjoyed being able to have our own bathrooms-what a luxury!! The kitchen/living room area was so spacious and had a large kitchen island with barstools which was a convenient place to eat breakfast and have coffee in the morning. The kitchen has anything you would ever need to cook and eat your own meals. My only suggestion is the addition of a tea kettle. There is a Keurig all ready and loaded with coffee pods for you. Our large Gulf of Mexico facing balcony was amazing! Our suite had a full sized dining table and 6 chairs and was perfect for early morning quiet and watching sunsets In other reviews people were complaining about the noise and music coming from the pool area while you are trying to enjoy your balcony time. Although this is true, we did not mind it and enjoyed the music selection. Shout out to my new friend at the pool bar Jake!! Thanks for the best margeritas I've had!

This hotel was the nicest place I have ever stayed!!! The view was amazing! Staff was so accommodating and helpful. The room was beyond clean and we had everything that we needed to get started on vacation. If there ever was a need for something we ran out of, the staff was very quick to accommodate. The check-in process was very simple and quick. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!!

Pool is nice, with attending staff on hand maintaining the area. There's a pool bar and a sunset rooftop bar. The gulf water is a bit of a walk through the sand, but the beach is clean also. You can get chairs and umbrellas there if you choose.

A few tips.. -I would get to the pool early to get a chair- it fills up fast and most people are there all day. -Prepare yourself for a super soft mattress (if you have a bad back I feel like this should be known!!). -Bar food is limited but usually will do the trick for a snack or quick lunch. -They did have a DJ one day by the pool, didn't bother me at all but I know some seemed bothered. -Check out the roof top bar when / if its open. We were bummed it was closed our last few nights due to predicted storms (that never happened). -Pool is on the smaller side, please remember kids like to be kids in the shallow. I know some adults were rolling their eyes when trying to stand and read in the shallow and got splashed.

Rooms were very clean and provided all things needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. Only negative thing I would say is the cost of beach chairs and umbrella everyday. I feel there should be a better way to include them in the cost of our stay.

Beautiful place, very clean and lots of room. More room than we needed. The layout is a little strange as the master is next to the entry door and common space is down the long hallway. Great views and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable here.

The beach view was excellent and in general, the room was clean. The property left some things to be desired such as: light daily room tidying (garbages emptied, beds made, towels replenished without being asked)...I requested my sheets be changed in the primary bedroom since my duvet cover was a little dirty and they could not accommodate me until the following day - no one wants to sleep with a dirty duvet cover. The spaces were also a little tight. Overall it was ok but I would probably not go out of my way to stay there again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean I felt like they were not very open on some of their policies. I only found out after booking our non-refundable rate that they only allow parking for one vehicle even though we had 6 people, so we needed two cars. They made us park the other vehicle 10 minutes away and we had to pay an additional $75 for city parking. We would not have booked here if we had known that coming in. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was unwilling to help us out in any way. Also, in case you think chairs on the beach are included, they are not. We got to the beach and grabbed 5 chairs and a lady quickly came and told us they were $10 a piece. We will never come back here.

Love the location and of course the beach view off balcony - loved the boardwalk right outside as well and walk able distance to many local shops and restaurants. Appreciated the staff and their helpfulness in all needs and the bartender exceptionally perfect for his job! Another fun thing was the rooftop although we didn't hang out up there nice option! Also the bonus was the small gym on site - we walked the beach right out the door for cardio and got in some strength training as well! Overall met all expectation! In the condo it could use four chairs that are at bar height or something, we like to play card games and yatzee at night with family but had to bring in chairs from outside deck and tables all the time. Also the room was missing some utensils and coffee maker upon arrival - and although they got these right away at the front desk, it would be wonderful to not wait until you need them to find out they're not there! :).....everything easy resolved ....

Ocean Club is a very nice well kept beach front property in TI. The Condos are modern, and the amenities are very good. Very clean and spacious unit. Parking for one car is included, and adequate chairs for the pool and surrounding area. beach chairs available for a reasonable price per day. STRICT no refunds policy. All money must be paid up front with no possibility for refund OR ANY CHANGES! Know that going in. We did, signed up anyway, and lost money when TSA problems cancelled flights, 2 days lost. Refunds denied and no extensions to our stay given. Again, we knew that going in but harsh. There are many other places around the area that do not have that policy. Also, they play music all day long around the pool that is too loud from multiple speakers. They refused to lower it and so forget about "sitting with a good book" in quiet; go elsewhere if you want peace and quiet around the pool. They also made billing errors on our bill at checkout that the desk could NOT fix on the spot. Had to wait 3-5 days with phone calls to sort it out which they did.

Nice view of beach. Staff was not friendly. Plenty of parking space, but they would not allow additional parking space even though initial communication said it would be available. Light in walk in closet didn’t work. There was no dresser provided for our clothes which made it difficult as we were there for a week. More like motel than hotel. Definitely overpriced for accommodations.

The property was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean, plenty of chairs and towels. AirBnB and VRBO both advertise in the price "All fees included" yet we were charged a per day resort fee on top of listed price! This fee you are hit with as you check in, so you don't have a choice in paying it.

One overnight parking pass

The place is well taken care of and the staff is friendly. Location is excellent. Great beach. Pool and Bar are great also. Only thing that could’ve been better was access to the stairs from the outside. We were on the second floor and the elevators can take some time depending on timing.

The rooms were nice. I saw several people with pets, one of those people told me how nice the hotel staff was to his dog. The staff were always polite and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an issue with the 1st room upon check-in. The next morning (we got in late the night before) they were really great about helping us out and switching us to another room. We really loved the location, layout of the room, and just about everything about it. We plan to go there again!

We’d stay here again. The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The King bedroom did not have good noise insulation, so all the road noise could be heard, so we slept in the smaller queen bedroom. It was nice having a kitchenette. Ocean is a short 3-5 minute walk.

Suite was nice and spotless. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a window and living area could use more seating. Kitchen was great. Staff didn’t seem to be fans of guests that use Expedia. Property was well kept and nice for an area that is still recovering from the 2024 hurricanes. They give you a ton of rules after booking and at check-in which comes off a bit annoying but I get it…especially being on the beach.

We had an issue with a very loud smoke detector inside the room going off MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the night. Front desk was called at 2:00 AM which they responded right away but solution was to remove IT from ceiling. At 4:00 different alarm went off. Front desk was notified, solution was to remove smoked detector from ceiling and bring it to reception. When requesting for front desk to come and solve the issue, we were told to remove it ourselves. once removed smoke detector continued to go off so we called again and were told to place smoke detector in the refrigerator given that it was probably caused by temperature changes. WE COULD STILL HEAR THE ALARM FROM THE INSIDE THE FRIDGE! finally 5:00 am we were able to go back to sleep though concern about lack of smoke detectors. I went to speak to front desk in the morning I was told to wait and speak to Manager- Shirley. Around 1-2 pm I went back to front desk to speak to manager and report that smoked detector went off again!!!! manager stated she would reimbursed resort fee ($45) for the inconvenience. I explained that was unacceptable and that my family and I had not gotten any rest throughout the night. She was dismissive and rude explaining how we had book through Expedia and that I should contact them, and that Expedia did not even pay full room cost. alarm went off for over an hr, at 10pm went off again. Solution, ALL alarms removed from room. NOT SAFE! PLENTY OF OTHER HOTELS TO STAY.

Staff so friendly and helpful!

Our end unit was excellent! Super, sparkling clean right down to the corners. Beautiful view and stunning sunsets. The full kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to make meals and reheat restaurant leftovers. The unit is larger than most apartments (the hallway is exceptionally long). The bed was heavenly. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Beautiful room, beautiful sunsets, diggers on the beach directly in view from hotel the entire time we stayed (moving pipes from hurricane beach repair) but we still got beautiful pictures, heated pool and hot tub was nice, enough long chairs around the pool, tether ball was fun for kids, walking path along beach front was very nice, walkable to beach and big Publix grocery store, room was spacious and nice, front desk very accommodating with all our needs, prompt service. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Unit was clean and bright and quiet. Fun activities close by. Good fishing off the shoreline, soooo many shells, sand was beautiful, loved the professional sand sculptures, fireworks on beach at New Year’s was a nice treat. Lots of good restaurants near by. I wish the gym was bigger and had mirrors.

Staying at ocean club resort was a great experience. The unit are clean and huge. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only drawback is the constructions that were on the beach which we were not informed about before going during Christmas time.

Would absolutely stay here again. A couple attention to detail items were missed cleaning the second room we had here, but it did not overwhelmingly detract. There were absolutely lovely staff here and the suites were a fantastic respite. Don’t count on the hotel bar to feed you.

The only bad thing was the dog smell. It is a pet friendly resort and I have stayed at other pet friendly resorts before with no problems. The condo reaked of dog smell, like a home full of dogs. I had to keep the slider open to air out.

Clean room, friendly staff. It would have been a 5 star stay, however, there was a dredging barge operating during our entire trip. The droning of the diesel engine, and scenery disruption were minor issues caused by the dredging. We smelled a foul, sulfurous, sewage type of odor at a few locations like circle k and walgreens near the dredging barge. Unfortunately, in the middle of our stay, the same horrible smell was somehow coming in our room. We got out of our shower, and the smell was eminating from the second bathroom. The staff were understanding of our desire to not ruin our experience, and placed us in another room. The smell never made its way into the second room. All other aspects of the stay were nice and uneventful.

The things that stood out, was the View!! It’s so nice to just walk straight to the beach. The place was very clean and the people there were real nice and very helpful. We will definitely stand again

The room that my family stayed in was BEAUTIFUL. The place smelt wonderful abd clean, staff was amazing. Leo from the front was was always helpful and friendly. My family will definitely be staying again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We will definitely be back! While it's not the cheapest it is a great value. Stunning views and easy access to the beach. Restaurants close by as well as a very nice Publix grocery store. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Can't wait to be back.

Amazing property very clean and spacious. Very nice to be so close to the water and beach. Lots of great restaurants and groceries close by. The only bad thing was the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Very minor things for such a great accommodation.

This was a great stay! Our room was spotless, and it was very big and spacious. The staff was very friendly too. Only complaint is that it’s a bit of a hike to get to the beach. But it’s still worth it. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner around the baseboards and edges It seemed like it doesn’t get wiped frequently. My main concern was the overwhelming black mold growing in the stairwells bottom floor. The smell was unbearable, please get that remediated.

The unit was excellent. The price for these accommodations was very reasonable. It had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There was a washed and dryer, full well stocked kitchen, living/ dining area and a large patio. The appliances were spotless and looked brand new. Everything worked perfectly. There are large screen easy to use TV's in each bedroom and the living area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very well kept and clean. The outdoor spa was exceptional. Parking was great. We have been traveling since 2000 in many locations around the USA and other countries. These were by far the best accommodations we have experienced. Wonderful experience and an exceptional staff! When we return to this area we will stay here.

About exactly a mile walk to John's Pass was a plus too.

The bulding and grounds were in great shape and well maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs available by the pool and beach. The room was perfect and view beautiful.

Shelby and staff were a pleasure to work with, the units and pool are were very clean, and the ocean front was beautiful and well kept.

There was a bit of confusion and upset on arrival regarding the resort fee and taxes, which ended up being higher than what was confirmed by Expedia, but aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, a really enjoyable holiday with beautiful memories made.

Great time

Truly unbelievable experience --- I can't say enough good things. The suites are gorgeous and huge. The pristine cleanliness was second to none. The oceanfront private property was gorgeous. We can't wait to go back! PS - A big shout-out to the manager that greeted us upon arrival, I think her name was Cheyenne, she was so sweet and so nice to see after our long trip.

There were 6 travelers, including two children. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the elevator was easily accessible and available, we never waited too long. The veiw from our room was impressive. The bed rooms were clean, nicely decorated each with a TV. The washroom connected to the master had a double sink and a stand in shower. The Amenities were great. the only downside was the walk to the beach, a bit longer than we would 've liked but over all our experience was good. Thank you Ocean Club!

The room was wonderful. Large, extremely clean, bed was comfortable, walk in closet (however dark in closet, cant see unless you turn bedroom light on). Bathroom uses Kohler brand, very nice. Great kurig. My only issue with room was you could here rooms above, beside you. Main bedroom is on street side, very noisy, can't open curtain at all because its right beside hallway to other rooms. You could see right in if someone walked by.

Room was super nice. Clean, comfortable and Up to date. View is amazing from the balcony. Just keep in mind if you arrive early, they will hold your items, but you are not granted an early check in.. well we got 30 mins early. At check out… there is no late check out. Again they will hold your items… which was nice. Both coming and going you can hang out around the hotel. Walk to the beach is a little hike away, not terrible though.only a handful of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely need an Uber but they are reasonable if your not going far,

such an awesome property, great view, and nice clean 2 bdrm full kitchen room perfect for a get away. this is my 2nd time staying here in the last 2 years, and this year for my birthday i was let down and bit and underwhelmed. i bought almost 200$ in groceries from Publix to cook in the room, and there was TONS of ants all in the food and kitchen the day after i bought them and had to throw most of the stuff away. also im not sure why, but i met a few cool people in the pool/bar area, but beyond those couple of people, i have never been around more rude, upity, snobby and miserable people EVER on a vacation. it was literally crickets in the pool area all 5 days i stayed on my birthday this year, no laughing, smiling NOTHINGGGG. was super hard to believe and depressing. also the hot tub was about the same temp as the pool so that was really a let down as well. Just my honest review nothing more nothing less.

Excellent beach view, pet friendly, right on the beach and see dolphins while making meals. Cleaning supplies are supplied for wash machines, dishwasher and hand washing sponge for pots and pans, broom and cleaning supplies also included for those sandy floors. Leo at front desk is great.

The hotel is very clean and has a great location for a quiet getaway. Every unit has an ocean view and provides a well equipped kitchen area with utensils and cooking equipment. Staff is available upon request which we did not use cleaning services as only stayed a few days. Pool area kept very clean and my only recommendation is to maybe add some tables on the roof top deck as it is great views but only a few chairs provided. Overall a great place and we will be back.

It was absolutely perfect! Loved the beds the kitchen bathrooms. All was so fresh and clean. Maybe silly but my favorite thing was bracelet door keys! You never ever had to worry about leaving it and having to go back for it. And hands were full it’s ok just stick you wrist to door and you were unlocked!! If I ever get back to that area I will definitely stay here again !!

The property was beautiful! We loved the nice white finishes in the condo. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The beds are super comfortable with ceiling fans and televisions in each bedroom. We sat on the balcony every morning to drink our coffee. Usually swimming pools are too cold for me and this one was perfect temperature. Also, appreciated the no smoking/vaping policy! Nothing worse than trying to enjoy fresh outdoor air if that is going on so thank you for keeping things clean! The bar was great for a quick drink and small snack! We would definitely stay here again! The burgers at BRGR Kitchen and Bar is just an 8 minute walk and they were delicious!!

The room was nice but when you book it doesn’t say you can only park on vehicle. Then they send email saying you can add another but when I got there I was told you can’t add more vehicles, which was very misleading. The whole stay there was about 6-10 spaces empty at all times so I don’t understand why you can’t pay for extra parking when you pay so much for a room.

Staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The grounds were great and close to so many fun activities. The beach view was incredible.

The staff are friendly and kind. The views of the beach from the room balcony are beautiful, especially at sunset. There is a rooftop to also watch the sunsets. It was very peaceful and calm. The bar is nice and cozy and staff are pretty cool. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome too. Free parking as well. I highly recommended this place as we felt relaxed and all the guests and staff were happy so it definitely shows this place is great!

This is a lovely place to stay on Treasure Island, well maintained and stocked with a spectacular view of the beach. I have stayed in many hotels here in TI, and this may be the best! The daily fees are sort of high, but include parking and many other amenities. The staff is terrific! I’m wishing we could stay forever!

We were very pleased with our 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff graciously offered us an umbrella and chairs to take to the beach from the donation stash. We really appreciated that and returned the items when we left for future guests.

We have stayed here many times and had a wonderful experience except for our last visit. Our 6th floor premium room was over the pool and the music was....overwhelmingly loud. We love music but when on vacation and sitting on your balcony, you want to be able to talk to each other. The music was so loud, our family couldn't hear each other, so unfortunately, we paid for a balcony we couldn't enjoy. It was loud that we actually took a video. Avoid a room over the pool. Great music but not for those who want to enjoy their balcony. And we so loved this property.

The hotel was very clean and they supplied pots, pans, cutlery, cups, utensils, and so much more. Every room has a smart TV. Decent parking outside and parking garage under the hotel which leads to lobby/elevator. Room service will not come every day as their idea is to not bother their guests but you can request room service at any time at the front desk, and management is very helpful! They have a gym located on the second floor along with a bar. The bar has a decent amount of liquor and the bartenders were amazing! The bar also has access to the pool and hot tub so you can come back and forth for drinks whenever. My personal favorite thing about this hotel is how close it is so john’s pass. It was about a 2/3 minute car ride. We were at John’s pass fishing every single day and they have EVERYTHING there from food, bars, charters, party boats, wave runners, a beach, and a whole boardwalk full of shops. We are definitely coming back here. 1 thing, the walk to the beach is a 6/7 minute walk from the time you step out of your hotel, but it is worth it to swim in the ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets.

As soon as you open the door, you can see down the hallway of a view of the Gulf. You are truly renting a 2bedroom, 2bath condo with a full kitchen and full size washer and dryer...everything you would need!

Not your typical resort. It was like a mini-Condo on the beach. Peacefull and relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance to most everything in the area. It was a great getaway for my wife and me.

The layout is great, allowing for every suite to have a beach view. Accessible to a quiet, beautiful beach. Plenty of dining options ranging from casual to fine dining within a few miles. Easy drive to St Pete Beach and Clearwater beach, also. Was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you for an amazing stay. Would recommend to anyone. PS definitely enjoy sunset from the rooftop. The room was great: looked updated recently, quiet, plenty of room, very well maintained and included small things like washing machine soap. The pool was nice and included some pool toys. The restaurant/bar was convenient but wished it had more food options. The lobby was a hallway with a small desk as the check-in counter. We did have some "fear" once we came into the check-in area.. like what did we get ourselves into but the property was very clean, friendly staff and the room did not disappoint. The property is more of suite/vacation rental than a hotel but in a great way.

As a travel agent I have traveled extensively and reviewed a plethora of properties. I would highly recommend Ocean Club. The check in area is small but it gets the job done. All condos are gulf front with beautiful views. Previous reviews remarked about the music from the pool- we were in room 206 which is almost directly above the pool and we didn’t have a problem. The actual Condo is very clean with everything you need for your stay- pots and pans, dishes, can opener, toaster, keurig (complete with a variety of pods), quality towels, and comfortable beds. There is also a full size washer and dryer in each unit. Others also remarked about “the trek” to the beach. Please remember that the waterline on a beach is variable and building codes require structures to be specific distances from the beach. Additionally, Florida law prohibits the destruction of certain grasses and sea oats. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach OR there are plenty of umbrellas, chairs, sand toys,and floats that are in a communal area left by previous guests. There is a limit to one car per unit and with this parking is free. WiFi can be spotty as my partner did have to use her hotspot in order to work from our unit.

Beautiful spot, the suites were clean and lovely with plenty of room for our family. The views were beautiful! The only thing I would want to change would be that there would be more beach umbrellas for guests to use and that the music wouldn't be so loud for the pool.

A very clean hotel. Well worth the money for that fact alone.

We loved how quiet it was the beds are super comfortable. The beach towels they provide are top tier. Stores are within walking distance and if you need a ride there is a thing called free beach rides they take you up and down the beaches and to restaurants and stores and all you have to do is tip what you feel they earned. We had an awesome girls trip will be returning suggestion would be a basket of welcoming snacks!

Our family of 6 stayed this past week and the service her was impeccable! Check in was easy and fast! All the staff were very helpful with anything we needed, even a scale to weight bags before we checked out! Having the bar near the pool was very convenient for drinks and snacks, the drinks were amazing. The beach was just a short walk away and towels were provided as well as there being a selection of sand toys for the kids to use! Can’t wait until our next adventure at the Ocean Club!

Gorgeous apartment, super well equipped with kitchen items. Ocean view and lovely balcony. Super clean. Decent pool with sunbed availability. Only found one excellent restaurant within walking distance (Middle Grounds). Rest of food options nearby were junk food. Rubbish check in experience but other staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 minutes walk to St John’s Pass. Snack bar in bar was not great. 10 min drive to supermarkets. Good for a few days but would not want to stay so far out for a week. Rooms not serviced during 4 night stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was so big. The kitchen was amazing, nice bedrooms and the view was to die for. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

Suggestion: Golf cart from hotel to beach.

Love the rooms we had and the kitchen! Great access to everything.

Only concern is the tile floors are beautiful but very slick when wet. Would be nice to have an entry rug for wet feet and shoes upon entry to avoid falls.

The suite was very clean, spacious, and stocked with all we needed. The property is well maintained. We enjoyed our suite and the views from the balcony and the roof top. The beach is so beautiful. Front desk staff very knowledgeable and polite.

We totally shocked how elegant the room was. It was large and well stocked. The beach was a longer walk than normal but beautiful view. Best place we have stayed in a while. We loved it and will be back!

Do not hesitate to book! Excellent location and hotel. They thought of everything and provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, and toiletries. Beach is excellent and pool, while small, was perfect.

This property was clean, updated & modern. The suite was roomy & the view of the sea was great. The balcony was even spacious & the sun wasn’t beating down on it at any point. However the actual location wasn’t great. There were no stores close by to grab bottled water, etc. We didn’t get a rental car because we assumed we would be able to walk everywhere but John’s Pass boardwalk is a full mile or so away over a bridge and so was everything else it seemed. So we had to Uber everywhere pretty much though we did walk to a restaurant or two & tried to utilize the beach walk to do this. The pool area was also lacking. There were no trees, foliage, or landscaping around it at all. This area was hit by the hurricanes last fall I’m aware, so lots of hotels are closed down or still rebuilding. I just thought some potted plants or something would’ve been nice around the pool. Also to access the pool/beach, you have to walk thru a parking garage which I didn’t like at all! The staff was so nice tho & very accommodating. We wouldn’t stay again. We would try to get something at St.Petes beach or something closer to John’s Pass next time.

It is like having a full 2 bedroom apartment. Fully stocked kitchen & a washer & dryer in the unit. I am very happy with my family & I’s stay.

Staff was very friendly. Property was clean and well taken care . Right on the beach, volleyball court and a nice bar near pool.

Very clean resort. Loved that they offer beach towels, one less thing to have to pack. Every employee I came into contact with was professional and friendly. Leo, who checked us in, was personable, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He always made sure we had what we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would stay at this resort again!

We enjoyed the immaculate unit which offered all the amenities that we could possibly ask for. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. All the personnel we spoke with were friendly and eager to help with any questions we had. A very enjoyable stay!!

Only inconvenience was the availability of pool towels only when the bar opened, which was at noon. Other than this, we had a wonderful time.

Property was nice and clean. Room was clean, great view, nice to have a pool and hot tub.
