We enjoyed our stay, for an older place it was great, clean, laundry on-site & right on the beach. Just didn't like all the drinking & bad language in and around the pool & premises. They should have a designated Smoking area, not right in front of the rooms, people that don't smoke or drink can't sit & enjoy their space without having to be amongst the smoke/stink of their neighbors. Other than that it was good.

Convenient to the beach and restaurants. Cheap rates. Rooms outdated.

We have been here many times, I absolutely love everything. The location is amazing, the staff are always so so amazing - this time we left my husbands hat on purpose but they called to make sure we didn’t want to because they saw him in that hat daily. My only complaint in the many times we have stayed here - we got a bed that was uncomfortable - made horrible noises when moving, and just wasn’t comfortable. However, the other bed in the room was great! Despite this, we will still keep coming back over and over.

The views are very impressive, the apartment I stayed in was extremely clean. No odd smells , beds were very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was excellent. The pool was big, clean and water very warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment a little dated but gave it that island tropical charm with views of the beach. DEFiNATELY already planning my next stay there. Highly recommend.

The staff here are very friendly, unfortunately for them, they have to answer dumb questions like where is the ice machine? It's in your room. You just need some sink water and start it up. Office doesn't open until 8 am, so no coffee before then, but the coffee pot in the "lobby" looked like it had never been cleaned. The room was very comfortable, the ac really works well, and the shower is amazing. Best part is that it is really on the beach! As far as amenities, I didn't see any. Unless you have a very small vehicle, good luck with parking. I spoke with another guest and he said that he had to park in the paid lot next door because all spots were full at the hotel. That could've been a tourist going to the beach for the day though. The room was clean also and the fridge (amenities maybe) worked well. This place is fine for maybe $100 p night price, but we paid over $200 for 1 night (because its on the beach) so would really have expected coffe in the morning and an ice machine on property

This place was great. Convenient location close to everything, quiet (other than our group). It has an old Florida style. It’s not a really fancy resort but it’s was perfect for us. Staff were amazing. They were all real accommodating, friendly and treat you with respect and act like they’ve known you forever. My only complaint were the beds. Very very firm. But the good definitely out weighs that. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you IBeach gals…

Everything you need for a quick beach getaway. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and the amenities you may need. Kitchen, fridge, stove, iron and even a fan. Not to mention a great beach view, a swimming pool, and a grill. I would recommend, and definitely stay again at iBeach.

Pool could be better maintained,room not spacious

Ice maker in room was full of mold, no place to hang clothes, no place to put stuff in the bathroom, no hooks in the bathroom, doors only secure with deadbolt

I do want to say the first staff member we encountered in the morning, Doug, who said he was temporary help was great. He was super friendly and helpful. The second young lady we encountered as we checked in at 4:00 was NOT friendly at all, not welcoming and didn't even respond when we said thank you. She needs some training in customer service. She does not belong on the desk.

Friendly & helpful staff. Location is the #1 reason to stay here - Beachfront. Only 12 or 14 rooms, it’s old school motel with nice pool, free laundry, full kitchen, laid back vibe and quiet. Free parking is a bonus. Reminded me of the motor lodges when we did family vacations as a kid. Don’t expect fancy or pretentious.

Great location for us - easy access to the beach, sloppy Joe’s and Caddy's are walking distance along the beach/boardwalk. Our favorite restaurant Middle Grounds Grill is also within walking distance along with several other places to eat/drink/listen to live music. Hotel was ok. Amenities in the room were adequate-nice big TV, a/c, full size fridge/freezer, ice maker. We stayed 1 night and enjoyed the sunset from our balcony. It was a good value for us.

Beach view was great, the property is safe and fun, parking is a bit tight but manageable.

Quiet for the most part. The room we stayed in had a cracked door and broken shades. The bathroom was a little old and outdated. The staff was very nice. The location is great.

Great little motel! Friendly staff. Loved the free washer and dryer (from 6pm till 8am) our motel room had a small little kitchen area with sink and nugget ice maker, a small fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The beds were very comfy. I would definitely recommend this place! Can't wait to go back!

Best location. Staff was wonderful. Pool was wonderful. Bed was comfortable. My room made me feel like I was staying in a college dorm. Only a couch. Not comfortable. Hardly any dishes. Everything needs to be painted. Had a great time with the other guests. But it really seemed like the owner does not care about the property.

You get what you pay for, cheap. You can tell they rushed to "cleanFix it up afyer the last hurricane 2 yrs ago. The guy told us it was hard to get permits and inspections but they went around it all, no inspections? Tiny bathroom with only 1/2 the outlet available; the other 1/2 had a wireless router plugged in that vould not be unplugged or the WIFI would go out for all the units! We killed 4 roaches(not waterbugs) in the room.....ugh. The heater for the pool was broke so the water was chillier than I wanted to be in down in Florida!!!

The beach is fantastic this place is like a shelter horrible drunk people up all night being obnoxious rude washer/dryer run all night. Plenty of places to stay don’t stay here

Great location to the beach. There was ample parking. The room was nice. Beds were nice. However, it seemed a bit dated, and there was a dead cockroach in the room. Staff was very nice.

Very old place. Noise from the street was very loud. No room in the bathroom to store anything. I think every other guest smoked and there are ashtrays outside every room which is smelly. We were fooled by the pictures, It's close to being a tear down if you ask me.

The Oceanview was wonderful from our room! The property is dated but very clean and comfortable, all of the staff were wonderful and the location is conveniently located. The value for the dollar spent is well worth it.

Parking was a little packed with narrow spots - the room itself was clean, staff was nice, and perfect location for a night at the beach!

The heated pool was awesome room was clean and staff were friendly. Be patient because there is only one staff member on property and they are gone at like 9 pm. A pole holding up a gutter collapsed in front of us while walking but it wouldnt have harmed us even if it did fall into us. It is right on the walkway to the beach and your parking means you also do not have to pay for beach parking. The price point is alot cheaper which makes it worth it. The property needs ALOT OF TLC AND REPAIR including inside the rooms as it is outdated. Our room came with large fridge and kitchen and microwave too which was cool. Bottom line: cheaper than surrounding places to stay and still right in walking distance to the action

Room had a beautiful overlook of the beach. The pool was right outside our room for easy access after a hot day at the beach. Beautiful sunset right from our room. Will definitely be visiting again!

This place is a dump. 85 and AC didn’t work. Coffee maker in room but no coffee, no cups, nothing. No toilet paper on the roll when we arrived. You can’t even get to the toilet paper from sitting on the toilet without dislocating your shoulder. People talking outside the room till well after midnight despite being told that “quiet time” was from 10:00 PM till 8:00 AM.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. The hotel is right on the beach and I enjoyed a beautiful sunset! The pool area and patio were both clean and inviting as well. And the hotel is right in the middle of the strip! Tons of restaurants all around!

however we were a guest during a cold snap and the room has no heater. They carried a small heater in room. Froze all night. Room missing remote for tv while looking for it behind the dresser etc you can tell it has not been dusted for years! Very little water pressure in shower and no electrical outlets in bathroom and bed was sagging in the middle. Again fabulous location and great staff

This is a budget hotel and lot's could be done to improve the room and isn't. We were told multiple times it is from the hurricane yet other hotels nearby have much better rooms for the same price. Also if you are sensitive to smoking they allow people to smoke in areas that you have to walk through to get to your room.

Couple hiccups on our arrival, however EVERY single problem was immediately addressed and taken care of. This was our 2nd stay, and I can't wait to be there again. Great staff at iBeach!

The place smell bad and the couch is so old it’s not even good to sit on. Plates and cups are bad. Pots and pan is not usable. Table is not good. It’s really not worth the price I paid for

Hotel has 2 levels with 18 total rooms. Beach is right out the back of the property. Boardwalk is available if you don't want to walk on sand. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Also, a Publix is across the street! Hotel is a bit dated--think 1950's roadside motel. Staff is friendly. Heater in room works sporadically; not usually a problem in Florida, however, it was chilly last night(Mid-January). For an inexpensive room to rest for the night this hotel is great.

The staff were very rude and unfriendly to talk to, I was told there is no guest parking. But later on heard the receptionist giving another couple directions on where to park for guest parking. Rooms are very unfinished and poorly maintained. The handles on the door are wobbly like they could fall off or be easily broken into. Overall a very poorly put together hotel definitely shouldn’t be on such a nice beach. Please expect low quality everything if you plan on going here.

The room is in poor condition. Vintage 1970's. Large streamers of dust hanging from the ceiling fan. The couch is falling apart- no support and the cushions are worn out. Noisy patrons sitting outside thier room speaking loudly Overall, the property feels like a drug house. Steer clear.

Left the room in a good condition but ended up changing a 100 dollar cleaning fee on my card. I'm thinking after the fact that we forgot to leave a housekeeping tip and housekeeping must have done it in revenge.. I'll never go back

For the price, this was a great place the stay. Everything wasn't perfect, but the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Angie was extremely helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her. We also were pleasantly surprised by the free use of the washer and dryer. The beach walk trail was right in front of the motel, easy to get to, easy walk. Restaurants and shopping were very close. Our bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. You can hear neighbors and anyone out in the pool (which is just right outside the door of our room), but it was fine, no one was overly loud and it was a problem for us. The room was older, but had some nice amenities like a very large TV, a larger size mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, a small ice maker, which were all surprising with the inexpensive price. Definitely an older motel, but it had a fun, vintage feel to it. We liked and it would come back.

For me, it checks all the buckets for necessities - heated pool, nice and professional staff, quiet hours during the evening, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash wall dispensers, microwave, fridge, comfy bed, lounge chairs on the patio, super close to restaurants, walkable neighborhood, and right on the beach. They made a few updates since the last two hurricanes which makes it look more aesthetically pleasing inside the rooms. Will definitely be back.

You can tell it is older hotel, but they look like they were trying to upgrade it. Bed ver comfortable, room was clean, air conditioning very cold. It sits right on the beach. The workers were very nice and helpful.

The staff is exceptional. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are new, at least in our room. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom needs a remodel but it was clean and plenty of hot water. Work in progress recovering from the hurricanes. My only wish, would be a smoke free property. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and maybe 2 lamps by the beds for better reading light.

If you’re looking for an upscale stay this most likely isn’t your turn to…BUT if you’re seeking the real Florida experience (think 1980’s) this more than meets the bill…relaxed, unpretentious and smooth. Other guests actually engage and say hello!

Perfect relaxing stay! We just loved the costal decor and coziness. Everything you need to use at the beach without extra charge. The beach right in the backyard and lots of eating choices within a walking distance. The staff accommodated when needed and we just felt so relaxed there. The place had two beds you could close off from living room plus a kitchen. Very spacious room. I’ll definitely book this place every time I’m in the area.

Stayed on the second floor. Great view of the beach and gulf. Had the best time. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. On the down side, I stored my clothes in the dresser drawer and when I packed up to go home, all my clothes smelled like bug spray. The stove was really old and took forever to heat up.

We just loved it. It's not a big fancy hotel. It's a cute old time Floridian motel right on the beach. It was great!

We were so happy that ibeach survived the hurricane. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had the pool to ourselves for the most part in contrast to the crowded pool on our cruise ship!!! This was our third time staying there and it won't be our last.

The location was amazing!!! Walk right on to the beach. The building was old and resobe, clean however mismatched and poorly arranged furniture. The staff were kind and helpful but did not look professional. The entrance to the building was not inviting looking.

The staff was outstanding! They even loaned us a cellphone charger when we forgot ours. The property is cramped with limited parking and from 9PM to until 8AM, you must exit around the beachside of the property to get to your vehicle on the side or in front. There really isn't a fix, short of 24 hour desk service, but patrons need to know this, especially if elderly or infirmed. The view from our room was gorgeous along with the setting sun each evening.

Clean room, and great view of the beach

We have been coming to iBeach for years. It is our favorite place on the west coast. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a relaxing, quaint get away either as a couple or with kids with fabulous views of the beach and pretty much everything you could need within walking distance then this is the place for you! Can't wait for our next visit!

The only negative is that the room needs an update. It is obviously an older building and has survived many hurricanes but the walls, the windows, window coverings, things like that need to be updated.

Loved that it is located right on the beach and the Treasure Island beach path. It is a bit dated, but can't beat it for the price. They do need better lighting in the back corridors at night. It is a great option for anyone wanting to stay beach front on a budget.

Outside of the facility needs some attention. However, the rooms on the first floor have all been remodeled. We were given room #1, which is the end unit and overlooks the ocean. There are tables, chairs and a grill outside to cookout. The pool is right outside the door to the room. We were able to walk right to the beach to watch a gorgeous sunset. The staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful overnight stay. You can't go wrong booking the iBeach Resort.

Was a great stay as usual. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Beach is steps from the resort. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also Publix is a block away for food and liquor. We will be back

Having a pool was important to us and I feel gyped.

Pool was closed but they made arrangements for guests to swim right next door. Very handy. I can’t wait to come back!!

We will definitely return. This is a local family run business. They were so nice. The rooms were clean. This is an older facility, so it isnt a white glove place, but we loved it. Their pool is great, they have extra chairs, unbrellas, amd beach toys for the kids. Its right on the beach. We will be back!

It’s an old school Florida motel, clean & safe with a great location.

This place is 50+ years old and is 30 feet off Gulf Drive. Very noisy and unsafe parking 10 feet off the highway. Shower worked but water temperature was good only a short time cause valve did it work. Terrible noise all the time. Door to the unit would not lock if you left the building. Licked from the inside but could not lick uf you left the room. Webpage looks good but the experience sucked.

Super cozy, unassuming spot for a beach stay. Just what I wanted for my weekend trip. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, staff were kind. Publix is right across the street and anything else you could want is walkable. Can’t ask for more!

We had one of the apartments. It was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well in the unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Two AC units, one in living area and one in bedroom above one of the beds. Occasionally had a water drip drop from it. The pool was clean and a welcome perk for the grandkids. Located on the beach so was very convenient. A few restaurants within walking distance. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back! Only issue was no one came to clean the room as advertised.

There is plenty of food options around this property. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t have any problems with the beds hut others staying with me hated it. This place is situated next to a public parking lot and throughout the night multiple times the police come in that lot and your entire room lights up. It wouldn’t be bad but the blinds inside the room were broken allowing light

The staff was still friendly and the place still clean, but not quite as upkept as it once was. More sandy than in years past. We will still go back. The place is still comfortable and very affordable. I just hope they will add the things to the rooms that it needs for a normal stay.

Such a great property. Loved the location and how small and quaint it was. The people there were nice, friendly, and helpful. Beds were comfortable and what a bonus having an ice maker in the room!

I loved it, other than parking. Everything we needed and more. Location was out of this world.

If you’re looking for something simple, affordable and convenient this is the spot for you. We had a Gulfview top floor spot with a kitchen, bedroom and pull out bed. There was no AC in the bedroom just one wall unit for the whole place. Always felt chilly walking in but with the bedroom door closed it was a little warm at night but comfy if you’re ok sleeping with a sheet and fans. The reception and laundry staff were sweet and easy to talk to. We’re no frills kinda people so the chipped paint and cement cracks around the pool and parking lot didn’t bother us but if you’re picky, don’t bother staff that doesn’t control those things and just stay somewhere else. I got what I expected for the money we paid. So I was satisfied. Manage your expectations

Great location. A broom and dustpan in the room would go a long way to help control sand. A new coat of paint would go a long way outside. The pool was great minus being kind of green and a light sitting on the edge which looked to have come out of the pool. Another good touch would be some uprellas by the pool area.

The resort is dated. However, for the price it was very good. It was clean and the location on the beach was great.

I have stayed at this property a few times because it is very close to shopping, walkable, and easy access to the beach. The staff is friendly and they accommodate your needs. However, the motel needs some updates. This motel suffered the impact of two huge hurricanes in FL in October 2024 and they were able to recover.

My main complaint is that there was a group of young people smoking pot at the pool. The hotel is very small, so the strong odor permeated my room. No staff members intervened to discourage it. Disappointed after that.

The bed was FAB. And the staff was GREAT.

Our stay itself was good for the price. The service was excellent, clean towels!

But we must remember thatthey are recovering from a 2024 hurricane, so I am assuming that the rest of the things will be taken care off (not cleaning related)

We loved the location! The place was VERY clean and upkept. Older but our favorite location to stay while in Florida. Big drum washer and dryer that are new and free to use were a huge add in bonus.

This property is great for beach access, you just walk out the back of the property. The room was clean and neat, nothing fancy but was comfortable. There were a few things I had issues with. There was no dresser or drawers in this room to unpack. There were no wash clothes. The conditioner container was empty and front desk said they didn’t have any. The tv was not working properly and front desk didn’t know how to fix it. The pool area was clean and water was comfortable. Nice that they had floats to use in pool. The staff were all pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this location for an inexpensive beach getaway.

The hotel location is excellent. It is right on the beach and walking path and a large supermarket across the street. The hotel staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was amazingly courteous and helpful. The hotel is old but the experience was very nice.

Basic clean motel. Right on the beach, quiet and easy walking to bars and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful. Very nice welcoming pool. Highly recommended and if in the area will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was convenient to everything and clean. Same short walk to beach as public parking. Pool was clean and warmed. A/C in room was crispy cold. Linens, quality and clean. Had everything you need for a lengthy stay, cook top, microwave, fridge, ice maker in the room! For the price, would be tough to beat. If you’re boujee and looking for a 5 star resort, move on. If you are looking for a quality stay on a budget, this is it! Would def stay again.

The owner was onsite and made sure anything needed was available. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. It’s located right on the beach in the middle of everything happening all day and into the evening. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I have been telling my wife for years about how much fun it was to vacation in Florida back in the 1960's and1970's before Florida had become a huge commercial vacation destination filled with high rise hotels lined up along the beach. I was surprised when I was able to still find a small mom and pop motel located on the beach on Treasure Island. The I Beach Motel is a nice quiet place located on the beach that has less than 20 rental units. It is your basic Mom and Pop Motel. Nothing fancy, extremely clean in an excellent location. The staff members at this motel are amazing. My wife and I both felt that everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure the guests were happy. We were frequently asked during our stay if there was anything we needed. Christine at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. If you are looking for a place to stay that takes you back to old Florida, the I Beach is the place for you!

Great 1 day trip to beach with a quaint hotel on the beach. Friendly staff and recommendation to go to sloppy Joe’s for dinner was on point during the sunset. Will return next year for a few days longer. They did good with rebuilding after hurricane.

I love ibeach resort. Whenever i come to treasure island, i always stay there. Looking forward to my next visit.

The was much nicer than I thought it would but the hotel did really have any amenities

Well, the people were friendly about everything, but they didn’t have to good of maid service, they only had one male attendant and he was trying to fix up all the rooms. And then on the weekend they had one lady for all the rooms. And then there was only one office person that checked everyone in and out. And the rooms were a bit strange, the bed wasn’t that comfortable, and the microwave had to be unlocked to be used, and the kitchenette was about two feet from the wall so a large person would definitely not be able to access it. So I think we’ll be staying somewhere else next time we go to treasure island.

Amazing views, right on the ocean, dolphin sightings, beautiful beach. Room nice and comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly staff.

The property is an older property, but it’s in great shape. Very quiet close to Beach close the restaurant. Perfect for low budget.

Place is super old and I just don’t think it was worth what I paid for it. I wouldn’t stay again. If it was cheaper then probably.

iBeach is located on the beach with oceanfront views. Recovering from 2 back to back hurricanes has been tough, but their team is top notch and determined to make your stay great! Lower rooms had to have most items replaced so if you are looking for something specific, just ask. Upper rooms haven't changed and all rooms now include a countertop icemaker!! Sarah, Barbara, Jamie, Gladys and the rest of the staff deserve a huge shout out for their excellent customer service. We love staying here and look forward to our stay next year for an entire month. If you want a quiet clean convenient place to stay, this is your hidden gem.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and very nice. Publix is right across the street and the beach is right out the back.... We will stay again for sure!!

Located right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

There are still small damages in the area from the hurricanes. That is to be expected. All new furniture and mattresses on first floor. Comfy!
