Beautiful hotel, great amenities.

Great hotel and location, it’s expensive and I did not know about all the extra fees and taxes which totaled an extra $100 a day.

Beautiful resort, however was frustrating that you could not bring your own cooler to the pool.

When we finally can afford time off and plan a getaway we want a place we can actually appreciate for what it offers even if prices are up. TIBR and BRGR do not disappoint they deliver. From the cleanliness of the property, beautiful properties and a welcoming staff TIBR delivers. We can choose other nice places but keep coming back here. Love it.

2bedroom suite was pricey for size. No smart TVs so options were minimal. Beach was great but long walk to water. Room service was prompt but no luxury. Plastic and paper in a plastic bag and coffee pot was coffee carafe with disposable cups. …. No tray with food plated nicely etc. missing that in the experience. And we requested a late check out and was granted to noon, but our wrist bands stopped working at 11 am. Not really great!

They do a great job catering to their guests! Extra perk.. fresh cookies in the lobby after 4 everyday 😊

Wow-what an incredible property! We had the best experience. The staff are a master class in customer service. Traveled with six family members age 8 to 79 and we all had a great time playing on the beach and in the pool and hot tub.

Enjoyed our stay, one bathroom in the suite with a glass door to the bedroom was not good, hard to sleep when people put the light on and the bedroom lights up. All staff were great and the pool was good

Property was great. Very family friendly. The beach was amount of space from the beach to the hotel was pretty vast but we didn’t mind the walk.

Beautiful resort we have stayed at multiple times now and it never disappoints. From the onsite amenities to the service and location, it's a great resort and well setup to serve both adults and children. Highly recommend.

The resort is modern with clean rooms. Beautiful location and the views are spectacular. Treasure Island has all the amenities one could want. My family and I loved it and wouod recommend it to everyone. We plan on coming back.

We could see a portion of the ocean from our room. The view of the ocean from the pool was wonderful. The room was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. The staff was also very night.

Bed room ceiling fan did not work. The pool was out of order for the duration of our stay. did not know this before booking.

Shame on me, i expected being an opal property that my level of accommodations were different. The motel really tarnishes the bran tremendously. On a brighter note, hotel staff were awesome. Everyone i encountered was smiling snd happy to be there. Bravo to them.

The room was spotless, food was great, and enjoyed the drink service by the pool.

The kitchen had everything that I would need to make simple dinners. Fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, dishwasher, pots, etc.

Beautiful resort which we have stayed at many times. This time however, I ve see a slight dip in the property. The building needs cleaning and paint. The ice maker in room was broken. Stains on sofa. No more nespresso machine which i really injoyed. Just regular coffee now. This used to be a 5 star resort. Down to 3.5- 4 now sorry to say.

We had a wonderful family vacation here. The sweet set up is fantastic for Family! We could put two sets of adults in one room and enjoy the middle living area and have breakfast together every morning. Great proximity to the beach, it is a little bit of a walk, but you literally are on the beach with no road between you so it makes up for it! The restaurant food was fantastic in the pool is Beautiful. Beds are comfortable all around a really great place to stay!

View on the beach was fabulous. Kitchen and living room so if you want to save money like we did it’s a great place to bring food and drinks. Nice bar and pool area. Stayed several times here and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful resort. Service was great. Staff very attentive and nice! Stunning views! Suite we had was perfect. Small kitchen with full size frig. Big balcony for our morning coffee. Bed was very comfortable. Loved every second!

We loved this resort. It was absolutely beautiful and even the standard resort view was beautiful and looked out to the pool and ocean! All the staff members were wonderful and nice. The BRGR restaurant on site has SO much more than burgers. In fact we never got a burger there but had lots of other delicious things like their express breakfast, the sonoma chicken bowl (OMG yum), their shrimp with honey on it (comes with like 16 shrimp!), and their beet salad. I wish there were more good dining options within walking distance (many closed still from hurricane) but overall that is our only complaint! We would totally stay here again.

Food and Beverage was a major downfall at the hotel. I am surprised there is not more reviews on it. Only one server at the tiki bar, we waited 40 minutes for drinks. Every experience was similar, so we stopped going. Same situation by the pool, only one server. Expect to wait and be approached with some frustration. Not only is it disappointing for guests, it’s a’missed opportunity. Restaurant was inconsistent. First experience was fine, second experience took over an hour and it was was only half full in there. Our friends had time to walk across the street, sit down, eat and return before our food came. We got no condiments, only meal and toast was hard. They play music by the pool but you can barely hear it. The glass railing next the the pool are cloudy. Just not what I would expect for this price point. The night ambiance in the pool area is nice, fire pit and gas laterns, some of the furniture showing age. The fire pit and laterns on the lower portion were never lit while we were there over 4 nights. It’s dark in this area at night. Not what we had imagined. All in all, I don’t think they’re quit in line with what they charge per night.

Located right on the beach with a 2 mile walking/running concrete path. Hotel is very clean and updated. You do need to pay an outside vendor for beach chair or umbrella.

I would rather see the shampoo- conditioner and body wash in a larger (refilled )dispenser to avoid using that much plastic -

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The beach and pool are just steps away, making it so easy to soak up the sun. I couldn't resist trying their restaurant, and wow—it exceeded all my expectations! Both breakfast and dinner were divine, but the spinach and artichoke dip? Simply out of this world! I also adored lounging in the rocking chairs on the balcony, taking in the stunning views. The room was beautifully designed, and the beds were incredibly comfy—perfect for a good night's sleep. Overall, I can't wait to come back!

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Very friendly helpful staff, good location, good amenities. I thought the only thing and maybe it was because I visited in early March, it was kind of too quiet. Restaurant almost always empty. Not sure why.

I couldn't be more impressed by this property. My room (1 bedroom king suite with gulf view) was impeccably clean and tidy, with a very fresh, modern, and comfortable design. The pool area was very clean and inviting. The gym was surprisingly large and exceeded my expectations. It was stocked with more equipment than your average hotel. It was clear that its design was a priority, rather than an afterthought. The restaurant on site was well above average. The food fresh & tasty, and the staff very accommodating and friendly. What pushed my experience beyond an enjoyable stay at a well kempt property was the front desk staff. When I initially arrived, Alex checked me in and was fantastic. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Unfortunately, I just had the one experience with her, but it stood out. Over my stay, I had several interactions with Antonio at the front desk. In a word, he's a superstar. I was absolutely blown away by his service. He went above and beyond anything I ever expected or desired. It was clear he sincerely cared, and it was important to him I had the best possible experience. It's often attempted by hotels and other customer facing businesses to provide great service. However, the execution rarely meets the intent. Not here. It is blatantly obvious customer service is a top priority here, and its staff truly cares that its delivered

The hotel and staff were so friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved our stay! My only complaint was here were a lot of families with young children and it was very loud around the pool. Due to the hurricane, dining options were limited in the area, that has nothing to do with the resort, The restaurant at the resort was excellent. I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful room - we paid for the Gulf front and it was worth it! This property is one of the newer ones on the beach - survived the storm well. Beautiful pool and small sandy beach area with chairs and a tiki bar which wasn’t open yet but will be fun when it is! We will book again!

The property was excellent. The only complaint was the lounge chair service for the beach. They could have better communication with the resort, and nicer loungers.

Amazing friendly staff. John, Antonio, and sweet lady who I didn't her name but amazing checking me in on 8/7. The room was spotless and beautiful. Truly enjoyed eating at BRGR, food was fantastic (Dinner and Breakfast).

Been going for years. The upgrades done since our last visit have been amazing. Will definitely go again with our new generation of family members and continue to make great memories.

The property is nice, the room very comfortable and well taken care of. The pool is small for the resort. We were not able to use the pool area, it was always full. We had a very bad experience at the hotel restaurant, BRGR restaurant. The server was very rude and disrespectful with us. She provided a poor job and was very sarcastic. I DO NOT recommend that restaurant. The food is ok, not excelent and the service is AWFUL! Keep away from that place.

love this property, 3rd time staying here. one of the nights of our stay was a really bad rainy night and hotel staff dropped off some snacks and wine to our room which was much needed and such a nice touch! love how close some restaurants/bars are walking distance from the hotel..perfect beach access with a great bar downstairs by the beach! will definitely be a returning customer!! :-)

Beautiful Beach

First time to Treasure Island, Fl. We had the best time thanks to our resort. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved the fact that the room keys were our wrist bands- very convenient. Will definitely stay again!

Room was very well appointed, modern and comfortable.

This is my family’s 4th time at this resort! We brought everyone, even the dog and had the most amazing time! We’ll be back!!

For the most expensive price in the area, the service and guest appreciation was disappointing. The pictures of the view as posted are very misleading. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful place, amazing staff and great food!

We had a beautiful balcony view of the pool and the beach. It’s quiet and low key and plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas. The beach is a bit of a walk so I recommend a wagon to assist with your belongings. We also had a challenge finding the people that rent the umbrellas on the beach. There is not much to eat after 10 pm and room service stops, so make sure you’re prepared. If you prepare for the 2 things you’ll be set! I would definitely recommend this resort and go back.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort and we plan to return again. Our room was large & clean. We enjoyed our meal at BRGR and being on the beach for hours is what we loved the most! This is a beautiful property!

This is a very lovely property with exceptionally pleasant staff. The owner put a lot of money into renovating the property and making it a very pleasant location. The pool area is terrific, with nice bar service. The burger restauarant is also excellent. Rooms are clean and large. Next to the beach as well, and lots of things to do in the area. This is a place I would return to for sure.

This resort was spectacular. The staff was wonderful was sparkling clean all the time. The rooms All have use of the gulf.

Location is great, by the water. Perfect for a family gateway. Room is fully renovated and clean. Service was also great.

When I booked the reservation I thought I was getting a regular shower. Walk in shower. We ended up with a handicap shower that got water all over the floor. Everyone was nice and the food was amazing at the restaurant but for the money I paid I thought I was getting a better bathroom and shower.
