Island Inn Beach Resort

Island inn is absolutely the best. It is the closet to the ocean on treasure island, and the tiki Hut is absolutely amazing! I will most definitely be back! The staff was super friendly and so nice! They let me store my bag in the closet until my roam was ready. Everything about this place was amazing! There was absolutely nothing I didn't like

View was spectacular and the room was very nice. Bed was super comfortable. From my room on the 3rd floor, I would have to turn on the hot water the night before if I was going to take a hot shower in the morning.

Location is great, staff very nice and helpful. Nice area around, good space with parking. We will come back. Our room 319 was without towels bar, no hooks to handle clothes during taking shower. No safety bar in the bathtub. No decaf coffee, no tea, bring your own. Fridge old model. Kitchen cabinet need remodeling, does not closed. Only 2 chairs. TV search does not work, no youtube or other apps.

Huge, comfortable room w ocean and bay views. Two patios to enjoy. Double fridge and induction stove top in kitchen w numerous appliances. Near restaurants and Publix. Soft beds and sleeper sofa. Fantastic. Took a while for the water to get hot but front staff is available 24 hrs a day.

No breakfast but the was ok we stayed on the 6th floor it took awhile to get hot water there. Hot to the 6th floor floor took to long to get hot.

Clean. Easy access to the beach. Tiki Bar was a nice addition. Parking is terrible. Room was said to have ocean view and Bay view, we had oven and parking lot/street view, would’ve had to practically lean completely over the balcony railing to see the bay.

Steps from the beach, beach towels provided, quiet and peaceful. For the money charged for this room I would expect a much better mattress and couch. Especially the mattress. Floor felt like it was dirty and there was no stopper in the bathtub making it impossible to take a bath.

The view was great and very convenient to everything. No hot or even warm water for the 1st 2 days. Only 1 small lamp. Light over vanity did not work and the entry only 2 out of 3 light bulbs worked.

The location was nice. Beach access was great The room was old. Plumbing barely worked and the bed/pillows were like sleeping on a rock

We liked the close proximity to the beach as well as the firmer sand which is much easier to walk on. The room was nice and had what we needed. The sofa could have been more comfortable but not awful. They have plenty of parking which is also nice. We would stay again. The shower handles could be updated. Hard to operate.

Only the view. Condo is outdated! The property manager is rude, she came out like she wanted to fight going off on my elderly mother. We were parking for a second in the disabled parking to let out my mom and she went off on me and my sister till the front desk girl came out and settled it. But then I walked back into the lobby and they were both talking shit! Unprofessional as hell. Parking sucks! Rooms are outdated and staff is rude! Pay extra somewhere else save your money forget this dump! I had a 4 day stay no extra towels or garbage bags. Never will I stay there again.

Direct oceanfront room on a quiet beach. Room very clean and had everything needed to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The property was ocean front. Futon/couch did not have any cushion. Hurt to sleep on. Unit did not sleep 4 as advertised. Floor was filthy. Unit did not look like the pics online. Dresser was broken and couldn’t be used. Toilet paper didn’t fit on the toilet paper holder. Air conditioning didn’t work properly.

Love this location on the beach, short walk (<100yard) to water, has private swimming pool and tiki bar that has views of the beach and sunset also. Balcony has gulf views, while the door has bay views. Beach chairs and umbrellas in closet were a nice touch (maybe left by past guests vs provided by host as they were in listing). Sea dogs and Shrimpy's are walking distance, but they close early (by 10). Publix grocery and liquor is less then mile the other way also. Small public parking lot right next to building. Minimal parking on hotel side, but extra parking across street.

The location couldn't be better. The beach started, literally, right below our balcony. And the location on the 3rd floor was close enough to really see what's going on but far enough up to give a vantage point. The parking was abysmal. We checked in at the 3:00 time given us. Our options were to block the flow of traffic & unload our suitcases or park in a lot across form Gulf Blvd (busy road) & schlep our suitcases through traffic to cross. There were no available luggage carts either.

Unit was updated and modern finishes. The mattress, bedding and pillow were divine. The oceanfront beach view is gorgeous!.Lot's to love here.

The location is phenomenal. It is an older hotel, but they've done a great job updating it. We went for our anniversary, and we will definitely be back!
