I enjoyed the beach, and the room. The ocean views were spectaculars as the sunset at the beach. The beakfast was good. The parking must be free, because the hotel is expensive.

We had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn. Recently updated, beautifully maintained, excellent location, great view of the beach from the balcony. Complimentary breakfast too!

It was right on the beach. The coffee pot was missing in our room and the fan didn’t work in the second bedroom.

We could hear the people in the room above us. Someone, probably children, were running back & forth. The suite we were in had an adjoining room, and we could hear someone talking through that door.

The front desk staff are excellent. The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. Decent view of the gulf. Loved having 2 balconies in the suite. The location is perfect. Walking distance to most anything we needed. The sunset was amazing. Every one of the staff members we encountered during our stay was fabulous. They were so helpful and friendly.

My room overlook the beach! And it was beautiful. The people there are super sweet and kind and im glad me and my famoly stayed here.

Our hotel was right on the beach! It was perfect for our littles. We would hang out at the beach, then shower off and jump into the pool! The boys also loved the hot tub! There is a nice paved walking path along the beach which made it easy for us to explore! Breakfast every morning was convenient for our kids! Room was clean and very spacious

Our room overlooked the south beach area; beautiful view! Staff was very nice and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. We loved breakfast and especially Happy Hour!!

Location was great. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Super clean, room was comfortable and it was quiet. Staff was excellent and very welcoming. The continental breakfast was delicious! This place does not disappoint! We loved it! Really nothing.

We are a family of six with 3 boys/3 girls. Our room was absolutely perfect for all of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The staff were all so accommodating and polite. The breakfast was great and the proximity to the beach was great. Outdoor pool and hot tub were also amazing. Highly recommend this hotel,especially for families!

View was unobstructed and the pool was beautiful.

The staff was very nice in the breakfast area. The rooms were clean. Problem with the water after a transformer blew out. We were not contacted to let us know and we had no water for about 1.5 hours. Communication was not good on water service and the need to boil water. Someone should have called our room to explain. No one did and we found out after overhearing another guest talk about it. Needs improvement.

Nice breakfast. Room clean. Broken balcony chair. TV remote inop. Bath sink faucet very loud, wakes sleeping partner. Poor shower design, soaks the floor. Parking fee.

Great views - we we're 7th floor south facing. Updated in many ways, water shower pressure outstanding. Wall thermostat, quiet interior. Every room has a balcony (top of my bucket) lights

The property was very overpriced for the quality of services

Nice area, good breakfast, and clean. Needs some decor updates but overall not too bad. However, the bed was in a need of a mattress which is a deal breaker. It was like sleeping on a rock. I would give this a 5 if the mattress was decent, however, would not stay again without a decent mattress to sleep on.

Front desk staff extremely rude. When i would go to the front desk they always stated what do you want versus a good morning or hello how can i help you. They refused to help with directions and every time i went to get towels they said they didnt have any. I asked for housekeeping so i could get trash emptied but they refused to come. I went here before a few times over the years and they never treated me so pourly. I am also a titanium marriott member and it didnt matter to them.

Maid service was excellent, but I was locked out of my room due to a maintenance staff error. Was not able to get it corrected until the next day. So I could not unlock the door myself. Unacceptable!

We hadn’t been back to treasure island since the hurricanes. It was great to see so many business have totally or mostly recovered. The Residence Inn doesn’t seem to have been adversely affected at all which was wonderful. The breakfast and pool were delightful. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower were so nice I actually bought the brand on Amazon to have at home. It was a bit of a trek to the shoreline of the beach but worth it. In our opinion, the Treasure Island beaches are the best in the area.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. From staff personnel at front desk, to bartenders to maintenance to housekeepers—all top notch and genuinely friendly.

Stayed in the 1b suite with 2 kids. Not 1 but 2 balconies for the sunset/beach view. Breakfast is good you get waffles, eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit cups and orange juice. The kids loved tbe quick access to the beach. The pool and hot tub was perfect at night. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Alan in the kitchen is something else. He makes cookies for the kids. Will be back Stayed an extra day.

The facility is very nice. The only drawback and disappointment is the "Complimentary Breakfast". Considering the number of rooms at this resort the dining area is entirely too small. Only 7 tables of which 1 is a two seater. The eggs and sausage were the same each day. You would go and get your food and there would be no tables. This is a big resort and should have ample tables for the guess. We ended up twice leaving and going to a restaurant for breakfast.

Other hotel staff were very good as well. Two problems we had with Expedia. First; Expedia did not explain that the “Studio” rooms did not have an oven or cooktop. Staff at Residence Inn upgraded our room to include full cooking ability and ocean view. Second; Expedia failed again to mention there was a $20 plus tax parking charge added to the price. Loud cars starting during the night was not appreciated Parking fees charged… when making reservations was told everything was included in total cost. At checkout still charged again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we absolutely love it. It's so nice to have access to the Gulf of Mexico Beach and the boardwalk and to Sloppy Joe's. It's very cleanly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We certainly will be back.

Property was in good condition. They seem to maintain the property well and plenty parking. The staff were very friendly, always with a smile ready to greet. It was just what we were lookin for. Beach not very crowded, the waters were warm, the pool was very clean and all this made out stay feel very comfortable.

Everything was good, but the elevator were out the whole weekend and I had to carry my items up and down the stairs

Great and convenient place to stay ... Easy check in and out, breakfast with normal options nothing fancy but able to satisfy everybody... I'll definitely come by again ...

We always come every summer to this hotel with our grandkids. Everything was very nice, better than a couple of years ago. I don't agree with paying for parking when you are a guest at this hotel. I remember years ago we never had to pay to park. And then to charge tax on parking. That is just wrong!

A cockroach in the room. We had to kill it and told reception and they didn't do anything about it. Air conditioning not working properly. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. They expected us to set it us ourselves. Mattress smallest than frame. The women in the reception in the morning were very nice and friendly. The manager responded well to our situation. One guy at the reception was not friendly when we arrived.

The hotel is nice. Having Breakfast included saves a lot of money. It is right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. The hot tub is nice as well. We enjoyed going in the ocean each day.

The place was beautiful! Very clean! Check in was very quick and the staff are wonderful. I was a little disappointed over the view from our window but it was a last minute reservation and it was so hot out anyway It didn't really affect our trip. Breakfast was wonderful and I liked that they serve cookies at 3:00. That was a nice added bonus. I was surprised at the $20 per night for parking. This was the first time we had ever been here. I thought it was a little expensive but we like it well enough that we would certainly come back.

My go to place to stay on tbe gulf side. Beach access is the best.Trail on the side is great for night walks.

Great pool, friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, which is beautiful. They have a happy hour from 5p-6p, drinks are half price. Located on Treasure Island, there are many restaurants on the water and shopping. The cons are: there is no restaurant. The hotel provides breakfast, but no meals after that. You must rent umbrellas and chairs for the beach-the hotel doesn’t offer free chairs and umbrellas. Very kid friendly, we were at the pool all day with my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. The pool was very clean and towels were provided.

What was supposed to be a weekend stay turned into a week stay. The staff members are amazing. When I extended my stay they had no issues accommodating me and my family. The property is clean, quiet, and updated. Beds are super comfy. AND Did I mention HAPPY HOUR EVERY DAY ( PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK FOR CHAD) lol. I could go on and on. Definitely will be staying here again.

The hotel was in a quiet area, and the view of the ocean was lovely. I loved that there was coffee and tea in the lobby available 24 hours. I loved that there was breakfast available, and had a wide selection of items. I liked having the full kitchen. The staff was sweet and helpful, and when I had a problem with the TV, someone came right away and fixed it. I will definitely stay there again.

Fun trip

Our first time at the Residence Inn in Treasure Island. We had our family from Germany visiting and and five in our two bedroom suite. It was wonderful. Sitting area adequate and two bathrooms made it wonderful. The only thing that was VERY FRUSTRATING was arriving for breakfast and no tables available. I have mobility issue which makes that even more complicated. Maybe there is a way to make seating for guests for breakfast....

Great beach hotel; very well run establishment

View is beautiful. A little upset that the pool was not heated at night since it was alittle cool because of rain during the day.

The only reason for a four star would be needing to update rooms but overall it was fantastic and we would certainly come back.

My sis & I were wowed by the exceptional and friendly staff. The sunset views from the patio were incredible. The room was private and quiet too.

Great location, steps from the beach. Nice hotel but the breakfast buffet is very humble and the hotel really needs refurbishing. It is barely OK with its dated décor, it should be modernized.

Double Balcony. Clean rooms wonderful kitchen staff. Towels for the beach. Pool is not heated but if the day is hot its ok.

The views were better than I was expecting, spacious clean rooms that would be great for a longer term stay, and great accommodations including beach towels. I have stayed at many hotels in this area over the years and will definitely be rebooking.

This was our 2nd time and it's become our go-to for a beach vacation. Good value for the amount of space and proximity to the beach. The property is well maintained - the friendly staff were doing paint touch-ups and always around keeping public areas clean. Some small notes - we kept our garbage separate but not sure of the recycling and compost policy. Parking - especially if returning in the evening - is very tight. Luckily we had a security staff direct us to a spot that's normally not a regular parking spot.

This proposition close to many eating options which are all within walking distance. The location is close to the board walk and beach.

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time. Our hotel was amazing! Watched the sunset over the beach every night from our balcony on the 9th floor. Will use hotels.com again!

The pool needed some attention in that the area between the edge and the water line looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed for awhile. Additionally, one evening, we went beach after dinner only to find the gate back to our hotel was chained shut and we had to find another way back (thankfully, I had walked another way that morning). That just seemed rather odd.

Altogether my stay was pleasant. l don’t think you should have to pay for parking . The daily hotel rate was overpriced also. The breakfast staff was very nice. There was pork sausage and without a request one if the staff member made turkey sausage for me. This was very nice

We have stayed there many times and love it! The staff was very friendly. They even have beach towels and pool towels

The morning breakfast was cold with limited selections. There was hardly any space to dine/small and cramped. There was only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel located on the 2nd floor. There were really no amenities offered. They charged $20 a day for self parking. Except for the pool area (the pool was small), there were no available seating areas to hang out and relax. My wife and I went to another hotel every morning to pay and enjoy our breakfast.
