Great location We got stolen our valuable shopping bag 2 days ago by the bell men from our Range Rover, and we know the thieves but the hotel does not protect their customers !!!!!!!! Super bad experience, they are unreliable and dishonest

The best hotel in Los Angeles without a doubt! From the staff to the room, to the amenities, the smell of fresh rosemary… no other place I rather be!

Liked the bar in the foyer but foyer not big enough for it. Breakfast area lovely but service very slow. Front of house staff lovely and very helpfull Service was slow for breakfast and often needed to be followed up. hallways are dark and dingy and could do with a makeover. not up to standard. get the billiard table out of the lobby.

Room wasn’t ready. Room so noisy. Downstairs foyer so noisy like walking through a college frat party. Terrible

The location, restaurant, cleanliness of the room and bathroom I paid for a city view but got a room facing the street with a lot of noise in the middle of the night

the rooftop experience was really good. The staff were very helpful. The poolside experience was also good although there were no Roaming service providers you had to getting up The afternoon and evening staff were not very helpful at all. The morning staff were. The experience didn’t feel as luxurious as I would have liked however I was told that West Hollywood is a little bit more edgy however the rooms could’ve been more luxurious. We had a random fridge on the ground in our room in addition to the mini bar

Impeccable hospitality from all of the staff, super clean rooms, amazing spa and massage experience!
- 5/5
One of the best hotels we have stayed in! Everything was absolutely first class, from the cocktails to the amenities. I highly recommend; however, make sure you use the daily resort fee! We didn’t know about it until day 2.

We loved the rooms. Bed was super comfy with superb views. Terrace rooms are a must. Food was nice, a little pricey but what you’d expect from a property of this standard.

Cool restaurant at the roof Super loud place, imposdible to sleep. Also the building seems old and used. Thin walls, can hear tv or people talking in other rooms

Pros: Modern setting and ambiance, rooftop pool, friendly staff, excellent restaurant (Ardor)--their milk bread and onion rings are world-class), great location, clean and comfortable. Con: Can get busy/loud at times, particularly in the evenings. The water seems to be softened, which makes it difficult to wash shampoo/soap off the skin--this is more of a particular preference than a con per se.

I loved the room!

Nothing Cheap room furnture, not clean, broken phone, tears and wear all over the place.
- 3/5
Very loud. Lobby reeked of weed after 8:00. Phone in room didn’t work and despite our letting management know, it was never fixed.
- 5/5
Excellent location in safe area to walk around with good restaurants nearby. View from the rooftop where breakfast is taken and pool area is located is breathtaking.
- 4.5/5
Everything. Beautiful rooms, great views, amazing rooftop pool and restaurant, lively nightclub in the basement, and all right in the middle of WeHo. Bar is so crowded it can take 15 minutes to get a drink, some wait staff or an extra bartender would be food.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
Diego was just incredible throughout our stay – so genuine, kind, and always making us feel at home. And the pool team deserves a big shoutout too for taking such great care of us and making our time by the pool extra relaxing. The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s really the people who made our stay so memorable. Can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing! It was our families first vacation to California, they upgraded our room and delivered us fruits and champagne as a welcome to California and thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. Everyone we interacted with was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend it to friends
- 5/5
Spectacular hotel, beautiful room, great service. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Clean lines, consistent themes. The staff were amazing (Jeremy, and the pool host from Illinois, Stephen who worked Saturday evening in the lobby). Housekeeping staff were all friendly and struck up conversations. It was just a great experience. I hope to come back!
- 3/5
We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, the beds were comfortable and the room had a sleek modern appearance. There is a $42 per night resort charge which we knew in advance, which, in line with all US hotels that charge this, is really difficult to justify. The gym was good, the pool is really pretty small, shallow and cold - not really for swimming. We found the food overpriced and not great - our room service order was mediocre at best. West Hollywood itself is strange - very rough in places with poverty very apparent next to multimillion $ houses. Not sure we would choose this area again.
- 5/5
An absolutely beautiful hotel. The pool area is fantastic. We upgraded our room once we got there and enjoyed a beautiful large balcony.
- 5/5
So beautifully designed.

- 5/5
Amazing property, design, staff and service
- 4/5
Great property but alot of road and traffic noise
- 3/5
Location and design Past 10pm the hotel turns into a loud and somehow tasteless night club
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great stay.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Thank you
- 3/5
We were honestly very disappointed. The room was extremely basic, devoid of any character or decoration. There was a resort fee we weren't expecting as well as a very high city tax. The lobby and roof deck were attractive but for the rest, not worth the almost $1,000 for an unremarkable room.
- 4/5
It's a nice hotel, but I would not rate it a 5-star hotel. The entrance is small and inconvenient. The rooms are clean but missing simple amenities, such as towel hangers. I would not pay more than $500/night for this hotel. The rooftop restaurant was excellent.

My favorite Hotel in Los Angeles!

- 5/5
Edition always rocks. From NY, to Miami to LA, I’m a big fan. Hotels are super nice but service is just superb.
- 2.5/5
Great design and lovely smell The taxes and extra charges for one night amounted to $149.27 which I find absolutely obscene and the overnight valet parking was $70 again far too EXPENSIVE

their phone didn’t work, had to ask them to make up the soft bed 5 times, nobody knew what time the rooftop bar closes, food from room service was really bad, our room was not ready until 5pm. Not worth the price at all

If you want quiet luxury and spectacular service this is it. If you’re in the market to splurge, this is the place to be. Everyone was overly enthusiastic to help in any way possible which is amazing. The pool had the best views in LA. It feels like you’re staying at a rich family member’s apartment, who you happen to like, and has a great sense of interior design. I will be staying here again when I come back to LA.
- 5/5
Amazing facilities, nicely decorated, spacious rooms and modern style. Rooftop pool is a plus and the bar in the lobby is full of good options
- 5/5
Lovely Edition style with beautiful roof top / Pool area with great views of LA. Great location and great dinning.
- 4/5
Person who helped me check in was rude. She not only wrote a room number which did not exist on my card sleeve which had me searching for a non existent room, but she also double charged me for a room I already prepaid. Had to wait for the refund for the extra charge. Super unprofessional and lack of accountability and lack of remorse shown by the front desk person.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
Over rated. Rooms were very mediocre and not clean for a upscale hotel
- 1/5
I’ve stayed at Editions all over the world including this one previously. This Edition has always been the worst for a plethora of reasons (slowest check-in, incorrect room service items arriving), but this was the worst stay by far. Not only were there incorrect room service items with no replacements for the correct items arriving but the shower had NO hot water. For a 5 star hotel this is insane. Never coming back. Never never never.
- 3/5
Overall our stay was just okay for the price. The AC within the room was rickety and barely working which led us to being warm each night. Also we had guest next door and above us who were extremely loud in the middle of the night from 230am-4am
- 5/5

Wonderful hotel and staff! Will be returning in the future!
- 5/5
We stayed for our anniversary and had an amazing time. Our room was gorgeous, the staff was very attentive, the restaurant was delicious and the pool and rooftop bar is great as always. Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
What my wife and I really liked though, is it has a boutique vibe, and is very chilled. A sanctuary. Roof pool and bar are great. Service excellent. Recommend and we’d stay again

Stylish, high quality, clean, amazing location, gym was huge. No complaints, will stay again!
- 5/5
Everyone was very welcoming, especially Mr. Charlie the receptionist. Thank you and hope to come back soon.
- 1/5
There was no hot water in the morning
- 5/5
A true 5 star hotel. Incredible, professional and kind staff who look like they truly enjoying working here! I am so glad I got to stay here last minute and as a Bonvoy gold member it’s only Edition hotels from here on out!
- 3/5
Rooms are average with an average view, the water in the shower was changing temperature, from normal to very hot every other minute which was very annoying and unpleasant. Very cold atmosphere, pool assistance 0, you pay an additional $100 a day for “city occupancy taxes”,and $35 for a destination fee, definitely wouldn’t recommend, for the price you can definitely stay at a more welcoming and comfortable hotel.
- 5/5
Great location, nice design, good views

It was grate holiday!!
- 4/5
$65 per day for parking. What a rip off!
- 5/5
Excellent property and location. Staff was topnotch. Had a great staycation with the wife. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Unbelievable views and stunning architecture by both pools. Chic and modern decor all through the entire hotel. Lobby bar is beautiful and quite the center piece with a relaxing living room feel. The room was clean including top bedding, efficient air conditioning, and a wonderful selection of their own exclusive Black Tea amenities. Great bar selection and personal Nespresso machine. Both restaurants had an amazing healthy menu with several food options. Drinks arrived promptly with top efficient service and an extremely friendly staff. In Edition, the Sunset dance club on their lower level has a huge space, good music and it’s own bar. No need to leave as you have everything right there.
- 5/5
Exquisitely designed hotel with relaxed calming decor and ambience. The room was perfectly laid out, comfortable, spacious and exceptionally clean. The modern decor is tranquility redefined and the rooftop view is not to be missed. The staff are fantastic - from Jackson at check in to the attentive cleaning staff and Aaron at the rooftop bar. I had a wonderful time - an excellent hotel to come back to again and again.
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
The hotel is an exquisite property in the middle of West Hollywood with ample rooms, great views, confortable bed and balcony. The hotel is outrageously expensive and you would think that it would include parking, but that is an aditional $65/ day! The lobby is a party all its own, unless you dislike not being able to get a seat at your lobby bar or having a bunch of coked-up people at the lobby. The staff is knowledgeable but only after you call their attention, not what you would expect. Lastly, the bathroom light shuts down after a few minutes and you are left in the dark when you take some time doing your duty. Great hotel but very quirky.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel
- 5/5
Loved every second. Staff was super helpful and friendly
- 3/5
The stay was pleasant but I feel like this is not a luxury 5 star hotel as advertised. It is not good value for the money.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Rooftop and lobby bar
- 1/5
While the Cocktail Bar, restaurant and club are satisfactory, the actual hospitality and hotelier experience was beyond deplorable for a level of hotel that this is supposed to be.
- 5/5
Its appelling to yourger generation
- 5/5
Amazing & comfortable stay at the EDITION. It was my first time staying here and in addition to the staff being AMAZING, the rooms were comfortable, modern and the drinks and food were great as well. Bath + showers were so comfortable, and our view of the LA city skyline was truly amazing. Can't wait to come back and stay here again sometime soon.
- 5/5
An incredible overall experience. A great location to everything, and the rooftop area is amazing.
- 5/5
Fantastıc room and vıew , süper professional and friendly staff, delicious food and drink , 5 stars service , extra thanks to Jackson Saloane from front desk , super professional and friendly
- 4/5
Everything about the stay was fine, except the customer experience team seemed very disorganized. There were a couple of situations that could have been handled much differently during our stay.
- 2/5
Dont bother booking a room with a terrace, pointless as the views over look a carpark and derelict buildings. We never even used it so was a waste of money. The only positive was the location, i would not stay here again
- 2/5
We really enjoy staying here as long as book anything BUT the basic room, the basic rooms are way too small (I felt like i was in New York) with terrible views of the surrounding area. We initially put in a request to book double beds for our stay and the hotel was unable to accommodate which was disappointing. The room's view was of an old parking lot. When we called for room service, our phone call consisted of moving everywhere in the room just to find a good reception spot for service since our call was cutting in an out which was annoying.
- 1/5
I also ate at the Roof hotel restaurant. I was invited to eat at the bar. No chair was offered by the host. Staff at the bar were busy chit chatting with eat other while slowly making drink orders for others waiting patiently. After 5-10 minutes of standing, I finally made eye contact with the bartender and my order was taken. Eventually an elderly woman next to me finished her meal and offered me her chair once my food came. I had tacos and two drinks. The bill was $100!! The view from one side of the room captures downtown. The view from the other side of the room had blinds drawn. There is a door next to the bar leading to a balcony. I went to take a look and the outside balcony is used as service storage for the restaurant.. outside. Not very luxury at all, although priced like it is.
- 5/5
The rooftop pool and bar are beautiful and the service is excellent. Favorite hotel in West Hollywood.
- 5/5
Terrific property work incredible staff. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and will always remember everything they did for us.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful property, rooftop, bar, restaurant - everything. Keep coming back again and again...
- 5/5
Love the service
- 5/5
Themomstate is terrible, one of my TV didn’t work. Beside that everything is great price is too high for the size of the room on sunset which is a very busy street too loud for $800.0@
- 4/5
The amenity is nice. The room is ok. I like the pool a lot.
- 5/5
Loved our stay here!
- 5/5
The design was handsome and appropriately restrained..all the details were wetted as ex[ected... but it was what I didn't see that was so amazing...there was no direct light source...using a ssimple strip of a light tucked in a reveal on the back of floating wood wall panels....not only was it invisiible a but t it was also astonishingly bright but dispersed. evenly up ande across the ceiling...Its the first hotel I;ve seen actually get it right
- 1/5
hotel itself was amazing. staff not so much. asked to charge my tesla while in valet which they said no problem. checked out and car never got charged which completely threw off my whole day trying to get home. pay that kind of money for a room and not to get my car charged after being promised it would is unacceptable
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and modern. The rooftop pool is amazing with stunning views and the staff are extremely friendly. I can’t wait to come back again!
- 2/5
The room was too spare...not one amenity...including water. No hand lotion, or any product in site. Inefficient staff....terrible communication....I will never stay here again.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, they made my valentines special with complementary dessert and helping accommodate our reservations at the rooftop with expensing our drinks.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and great service
- 5/5
Great looking hotel. Superb service. Relaxed and friendly staff. Roof top pool has one of the best views of LA.
- 5/5
modern and chic, great location, nice on-site bar and restaurant

(My stay of 3 nights was less then 1,900$). I checked out and everything and payed the bills. It’s been 3 days and I still can’t understand why they charged me. Hope they response soon. Very disturbing. I travel a lot and such incident never happen to me. I will not stay there again. Watch out on your credit card details!
- 3/5
We paid $700 per night for my bday weekend and it was way overpriced for what we got. The room was okay and I liked the balcony but nothing to write home about. The service was also very non-accommodating both at the rooftop restaurant and when it came to room service and cleaning. We didn’t get our room cleaned until 4 pm which meant we were unable to shower with new towels or body gel, lotion etc. it took 3 hrs for them to send someone after we called to request cleaning. On the rooftop we missed breakfast by 30 minutes and asked if we could just get fruit and yogurt- the waiter said only lunch menu. We asked if he could just please accommodate us for those 2 things he said no. Later, we were having cocktails and asked for extra garnish- the answer again was no. We went out on a Saturday night, came back at 1 am and asked if there was room service- again the answer was no. I had to order door dash. Would never stay here again for the price with that low level of service.
- 5/5
