The front desk attendant was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We did not try the breakfast that was offered.

I liked how clean it was. Staff was friendly. Pool wasn't open. According to staff the had a leak from an upstairs room. The pool water however looked dirty. And the breakfast could use some seasoning. The eggs and sausages were bland. So was the gravy. Didn't finish my meal. The parking lot was clean.

My only issue was that the TV didn't work. Getting to the room early evening hoping to watch a little TV was out of the question. I called the front desk and the clerk told me she can come and reset the TV or I could unplug it to reset it. I did that and the TV still did not work. It was storming a little, but to go all night with a TV that didn't work was horrible!!!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay except that the pool was closed.

Bathroom door would lock from the inside to where I was unable to get in. Called downstairs and they came and got it opened, but with an attitude ( just one female staff member). Window view from the room wasn’t too pleasant.

Overall stay was great, with a couple minor exceptions such as the safe non operable and no bottle water in the room.

The bed was so comfortable! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was exactly as expected for this type of property.

The gravy and biscuits were cold. The sausage was lukewarm, and orange juice tasted water downed. Hotel was clean and front desk staff greeted us with a smile, each time we passed by. The pool was out of service, due to reconstruction.

Close to the venue where I was attending a wedding Needs a lil renovations . I asked for a room with a tub, the tub had a little rust in it and the stopper did not work.

The employee at the front desk was great! She tried very hard to help us. The breakfast selection was great as well. Our room smelled like URINE! There were no other rooms available, so we had to stay in the super stinky one. You can tell that this hotel was once very nice, but it is beginning to become run down.

The room was very spacious,clean,and quiet. Breakfast buffet was included and had many choices. Parking was a bit tight and parking lot had extra people sleeping in vehicles beside property.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice room. Enjoyed our breakfast. Would like to have used the pool, but it was closed and under renovation.

The location was great. The property itself was not good at all. The rooms smelled old and there was a smell on the sheets. The breakfast wasn’t good at all the eggs were hard and the sausage tasted weird. My kids didn’t even want to eat it. But the waffles were great!

Check in was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy too. Breakfast was ok. Kim checked us out because the normal staff had a repairman come in.

This hotel cancelled my room because I hadn’t checked in by 10 pm. We were at a baseball tournament and had to be back at the fields the next morning. We found out at 10:00 that we were going to have to drive an hour and a half home just to drive back the next morning. All because of an incompetent manager/staff.

Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the best stays we have had in some time now. Nothing. All was good.

It was very cleaner than the holiday inn which is in the same parking lot which we stayed in a day before! The staff was very sweet and helpful however we did have water on the floor from the AC when told about it nothing was done when we were there but we made them aware and no compensation was given to us at all

It was near freeway #1 I reserved the 2bdr suite but got a small room with 2 full size very high off the ground beds. When I asked about the 2bdr suite I reserved & even confirmed over the phone just before arriving, she said they didn't have 2 bdr suites & that the booking company didn't update their site for availability rooms. Refused to ancel & give refund. 1 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. Booking.combagent said he could only credit me back $50 & I didn't get that either. Very disappointed in both. I even sent pictures in email

Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Check in person seemed to have her mind elsewhere. Woman came up to my husband and asked him to get her a room. He didn’t. The next morning she was in what appeared to be a night gown with a little bit earring breakfast.

Very Nice Clean Hotel The Young Lady at the front desk did a Great Job with the problem her Co- Worker had checking me un. Problem Checking in. The Young Lady put in the wrong year on My card and it was Declined 3 times. Her Co- Worker Helped out and fixed the issue.

Hotel was fair. Alarm clock in the room did not work. Microwave did not work. Half of the vanity light around the bathroom mirror did not work. Overnight staff seemed to be distracted when asked questions. But the room and linens were fine and comfortable. Overall, worth the cost for a one night stay.

The staff was wonderful, kind and attentive, the pool is being redone and parts. The hotel are being refurbished. It was a good value and I would stay there again.

The pool was out of order both times we stayed there (a week apart). It was also a bit warm when not in the room itself. Overall it was a good stay though. There is breakfast in the morning, which is nice.

Bathroom had beautiful new countertop. Then I took a shower and noticed when I used my foot to push water to the other end to rinse the soap out, clumps of mold started coming from the bathmat. Around the toilet had been neglected also. I took pictures and showed the man at the desk. He immediately contacted another woman who got on the phone to someone. They obviously were very upset and I know the problem was handled. They apologized. Would I stay again? Yes. It really is a nice place, just had a lazy employee.

Low price. You get what you pay for

I was expecting to be able to swim but the pool was out of order and had been for several months. This should have been divulged so that I could have chosen a different property. He treadmill in the gym did not work. The weightlifting system was missing a bench and had a folding chair replacing it in the room. I had to go downstairs and request cleaning products so I could clean the headboard on the beds and all the surfaces by time I finish cleaning the surfaces the towel that I use was trash. It would never be clean again. The heat temperature on the main floor was unable to be regulated by the staff. The key they had to this thermostat did not work so the dining area was quite warm. My thoughts about this property was I need to get a reef partial refund for this day. It was ridiculous.

As far as breakfast goes. Needs some cleanimg in ros Hooks in bathroom fell off the door, shower was very slick and easily slipped on it. Needs anti slip on base. Parking was okay.

The breakfast was decent and the room was spacious, however the pool was closed while we were there. The indoor pool was the only reason that we booked the hotel for the kids, and we would have went elsewhere if we would have known ahead of time. Nothing on hotels.com or the emails the property sent leading up to the stay, including the day before, mentioned the pool being closed. Quite the opposite actually, as it highlighted the heated pool and hot tub as a perk. The kids were disappointed to say the least.

Clean room and friendly staff. A little dated, but nice. Hot water was only warm in our room and refrigerator did not work in the second room we booked for our guest. A huge disappointment that the pool was closed.

The pool was closed due to the roof collapsing in. Staff were unapologetic about this being closed, despite this being the exact reason I booked the hotel. I asked for a discount due to this issue, and was told it was a perk, and not a part of the room rate. This is not a desirable location, so that did not make sense to me, as I would never have booked this hotel if not for the amenities such as the pool.

My room was very comfortable. The only concern I have is the comforter was dingy color wise.

Shower was super slippery. Elevator was sketch, sounded like the brakes were failing. Crack in ceiling in room with peeling paint. Indoor pool was closed. Bathroom sink had deep crack in it and sink took forever to drain. Sitting area has seen better days. They were dirty looking. No way was I going to put my kids on the sofa bed.

Front staff not really friendly, the customers before-left over food was in the fridge, the fold out bed sheets where dirty with hair, some of the pillows smelled like body odor, sink didn't drain properly and the site said pool and they're pool has been closed for a long time. feel like i got ripped off considering i also had to pay 50$ deposit after i made the non-cancellation reservation

Not a lot of parking and the room was not super clean the floor was kind of muddy. It was ok for a quick over night off the highway. Night staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and the common area was clean and nice.

We have stayed here twice now and both times was great. The rooms are clean and well kept parking was good and the staff very friendly. The only thing we did not like on the second stay was the pool was closed other than that it was a fantastic place to stay.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was delightful! (I believe her name is Gabriel) She was personable & helpful. The room was great as well. Clean, plenty of bedding and towels. The housekeepers were quiet in the mornings, which is huge when you are trying to sleep past 7 am, and they are cleaning rooms in the hallways. Def would recommend! We didn't eat the hot breakfast offered, but it smelled good!

Hotel receptionist night and day was both pleasant. Nothing bad to say about that. The property itself was OK no complaints. Only thing was the little off smell in the room when we first got there and in the bathroom where the shower head comes out of the wall it was not covered it was just opened so you could see the inside of the wall and the stuffings ! other than that nice stay no problems.

Clean room

Very clean! Breakfast was amazing! A real gem for the price! Unfortunately our heating/Air conditioning system had a ticking sound that drove me crazy and kept me awake. Although this gem still deserved a 5 star rating!

Awesome hotel for the price

It’s a nice hotel but could use a little bit of polish. It only takes a little bit of extra cleaning and straightening to make a good hotel and look like a great hotel. The lady at the check in desk was very nice but like others have said, she was on a personal phone call the entire time. The pool area needs some attention as one section of ceiling is falling. The pool bottom needed vacuumed but the water was nice and VERY WARM. Like a giant bathtub. We slept well and ate well the next morning.

Breakfast was very nice, lots of selection. Towels were nice a fluffy!! Very nice property

Room was just ok.. The young lady at front desk was very nice. TV remote had tape keeping the batteries in the remote. TV volume would be be so low and the next minute, it was so loud. Cold air kept coming out of the radiator. Had to turn up the thermostat on the wall. No water pressure in shower.

I absolutely love this hotel and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding.

The property itself was pretty good. The check in was pretty slow. There were 2 working the front desk one checking in the line and the other one was making phone calls at 6pm to see who was still coming. She should have helped check in the guests then resume the calls. Wait time was about 30 minutes with 4 guests. Rooms were good. A little out dated but clean and nice. We stayed New Years Eve to New Year’s Day. I felt like the could have left breakfast open 1 hour later to accommodate a few more guests. We got down at 8:30 am and they had already stopped replenishing. So when we got down it was already gone. If your hours are 6-9, you should serve through 9am not stop at 8:30 or 8:45. Traveling over NYDay is already difficult with things being open. I think this just shows how unaccomodating they are. Just like the check in was slow. I also checked out and asked for a receipt. He said I could get that from Expedia. Really, you can’t print me a receipt. Again, just not a strong customer focus.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The tv in our room didn’t work but when we went to the front desk, she told us she didn’t have anyone else there to help and gave us a suggestion that took care of the problem. Our biggest complaint/concern was when we pulled down the comforter, there was blood on the sheet in a very obvious spot! We didn’t feel it would be of any use to go to the front desk as she had already told us she was alone. We put a towel over the blood and slept there anyway. I was disappointed that this was not seen and taken care of when the linen was changed. We informed the front desk of the problem in the morning.

We only stayed briefly, arriving late in the evening and checking out early to travel to our destination. It was a perfect place off the highway to rest, but this wouldn’t be where I’d want to stay for more than a quick rest. Here are the drawbacks: - the hot water was luke warm at best - water pressure was low - carpets were stained (the dark color of the carpet hides it well - not all outlets work, which we didn’t discover until the next morning when some of our devices weren’t charged.

Good place for an overnight stay

There was an issue with not receiving hot water in the shower. After notifying the front desk, we were told that someone would be right up to check on it; however, no one ever came. On my way out, I stopped by the front desk, and the person there apologized, stating that he had forgotten because he got busy. The water issue was never resolved. The last thing you want to experience is lukewarm water in the winter.

The staff was friendly and cordial and overall the facility was good. The biggest complaint I have was that there was no hot water in the morning so I got stuck with a cold shower. That was at 6:30 am. For this reason only I won’t rebook there.

Decent for its price range. Very weak WiFi on 3rd floor.

When we checked in, the first room we were assigned was around 90 degrees. The heater was set as high as it could go, with the fan on high. We tried turning on the cooler to cool it down, but after approximately 20 minutes the room had only cooled down a few degrees and it was already very late, so we wanted to sleep rather than fight with the climate controls. The very friendly and helpful man working at the front desk moved us to another room with no complaints. The second room was also too warm, but we were able to get it cooled down. While we chose to stay in that room, the bathroom wasn't super clean and the sink didn't drain properly. Checkout at this property is at 11:00 am. Because we had checked in late at night, while I was checking in I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout and was told that by 11:30 the housekeepers would be knocking on the door to get us out. The next morning we were very conscientious of the time, and were out by 10:45, but at around 10:35 housekeeping knocked on our door. I did not answer, because I was in the bathroom and couldn't tell if they were knocking on our door or another door nearby. Then, ignoring the do not disturb sign, the housekeeper came into our room. This was completely unacceptable. I will not stay at this hotel again, and don't recommend it.

I can’t share a review if I never stayed there

The rooms were clean and great.

They have a fitness center, but it's pretty low end. The only treadmill is broken. One elliptical. They have a weight machine for a few exercises and a few lightweight dumbbells. No mats or benches for doing anything with the weights, and no water, towels, or sanitizer in the room. Breakfast was definitely low end. They had some waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Only apples for fruit. No yogurt, no bananas or oranges. It seemed like they were out of a lot of stuff and we weren't there late at all. Ice machine on the main floor was broken. I'd say the room was pretty good except for a couple of minor issues but the amenities need attention.

The good about my stay at Comfort Inn Suites was the staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. However, the bad is as follows: once inside the room checking for cleanliness, I noticed a spot on the sheet that was turned down with the comforter. I got a set of sheets from the front desk and as I was removing the covers, I noticed stains on the sheets further down near the foot of the bed and after taking them off, the mattress cover and the mattress pad were both stained also. I had to take all of the coverings off the bed.The refrigerator was extremely loud and it had so much ice inside the refrigerator that it froze food that I had in there (it needs to be defrosted), the trash can was dirty, the sleeper sofa looks like it needs to be replaced, the walls were dirty and needs repainting. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and there were rust stains on the bottom of the door frame, the water wouldn't get hot so the shower was warm but not hot, and I had to run the microwave 3 to 4 times to heat up food. Besides all of what's listed above, the location was good and the overall appearance of the interior and exterior of the property is good.

The room was fine - nothing extravagant; but very quiet for getting a good sleep.

Pull out couch was gross and stained, no linen. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, hair left behind from previous guest. The food in the lobby was stale. There was a family above us that ran around and stomped for over an hour during late hours. The front desk was helpful with that. Staff was nice but overall I would avoid staying here again

Room excellent, comfortable bed, nice staff. We had a leak in the ceiling from overflow shower on floor above. Towels were brought up and they sorted out the problem.

Pool was not clean

Parking was fine no issues. AC worked fine. The cleanliness was my only issue. I had to clean my room it was not clean and it wasn’t cleaned my entire stay housekeepers only took the garbage I had sitting at the door with soiled towels and remade the beds. I stayed for 5 days! Since a refund was not an option we just stayed and dealt with it.

There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door, I took a picture and showed the front desk person, she wasn’t the friendliest. I didn’t want to be charged for something that was already there. The front desk person told me they already know and I won’t be charged. I didn’t get a receipt when I checked out, that front desk person said I would get a receipt from Expedia and I still don’t have a receipt. The breakfast was usual for a hotel. I wanted to tip the attendant but I didn’t see where to leave it. I really liked the glass shower doors in the bathroom. It helped with not getting the floor wet when you took a shower. The beds weren’t that comfortable and they fold the pillows to make them smaller and if you don’t realize that, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We stayed one night and we would stay again if we had too.

Check-in was an indication that it was not going to be a good stay. The person checking us in was too busy talking on her cell phone with a friend to interact with us. She was typing in our information while tilting her head toward her shoulder to keep her phone balanced as she had a personal conversation. The room did not have any drapes over the blinds which allowed too much light in the room. There may be a leak from the shower or some such thing as the bathroom floor was moist.

The stay was good. Plenty of parking and the QT gas station was within walking distance. Interstate very convenient to get back to, with 2 other hotels close by with restaurants. Good area. Hotel Room was very spacious with plenty of towels. Buffet breakfast was also good but there was no drinking water. They had water with lemon by the front door which was awful tasting. The other hiccup was their credit card terminal. Even though the terminal showed approved, it wouldn’t show up on their system and they wanted me to slide my card again which I didn’t do. My app showed pending and I asked for a manager. The front desk notated my account as I refused to slide my card again. This also happened to another guest in trying to pay the $50 for incidentals. Apparently IT did some work to their system the day before which maybe causing this issue. Now the bad side to this issue is when I checked out, the hotel cannot drop the pending charge since it never hit their system so now I have to follow up with the credit card company to have the pending charge removed.

Nice stay outside of Memphis. Very large room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Very nice staff. Room was clean and cold. Indoor heated pool. Lots of options at breakfast, more than I've seen in a long time. (Biscuits and gravy, pork and turkey sausage, grits, toast, bagel, pastry, waffle maker with 2 flavors, eggs scrambled and boiled, cheese) Great price.

The hotel was very nice conveniently located off an exit. Able to walk to Cracker Barrel. Gas station available closeby also. Room was nice with two queen size beds and sleeper sofa. Nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was good. Coffee machine offered options of latte, cappachino, hot chocolate etc.

Good clean property and rooms at great price. Overall staff was friendly and professional. Wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Hot breakfast was barely warm, scramble eggs didn't taste right and coffee was some sort of a mix of liquid contaption, wasn't real coffee in my opinion. Nothing like fresh brew coffee and this wasn't it. Other than that a decent stay.

My one big negative was the breakfast. While lots of reviews talked about the variety, no one mentions the poor quality of the variety of foods. From the cold grits to the very low quality (probably powdered) scrambled eggs, it was hard to find much to be excited about. We mostly stuck to the pre-packaged items and the make-your-own waffle station. The coffee machine was DIY Starbucks that kept saying it was out of beans, but all we really wanted was regular, sub-par roasted black coffee. The dining area was very clean and tidy. Would stay again, but would just hit the chic-fil-a on the way out of town.

Not the best stay we have had. The water in the bathroom came out brown. The television was not in service. I called the front desk multiple times from the room and my cell phone and they never answered.

The smell of pine-sol in the lobby was so strong that it was burning my eyes and nose. I had a headache just from checking in. The room smelled like mint and made me feel like I was sitting by an open can of Skoal. The mint shampoo maybe? The remote was missing the back and had scotch tape over the batteries so they kept falling out. The mini fridge froze my food and drink and was so loud that I eventually unplugged it so that I could sleep. No ice bucket in the room. Overall not bad since it’s a newer hotel, but it’s the smell that may keep me from coming back. I can’t stand pine sol.

They had a city wayer ban so the breakfast wasnt available of showers they have water bottles but we will try them again wasnt there fault water was down thevlady at the front desk did give us some muffins on the go

Spacious rooms, large breakfast area

Bad: the tap water in the room tastes awful, the room keys do not open the exterior doors on the ends of the hallways, the coffee and juice in the morning taste weird (likely because of the water), the shower water is very soft, check in was very very very slow

It was quiet and easy check in.

Check-in was easy and fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning, terrible, I went to use the microwave and it was dirty, the shower had long hair on the wall and tub. Breakfast, the normal of this hotel

Only issue was checking out. No one was manning the front desk and I needed a receipt.

Very nice place with a pretty great breakfast. Only two things that werent ideal. The carpet was sopping wet under my air conditioner. The lobby and the room were both set to cnn and the volumn up. Last thing I want to hear when checking into my room after a long day of driving is that b.s.

Room as dirty including couch was covered with pet hair, desk and other surfaces had so many pet hair everywhere. Overall property was not clean at all, even guest restroom on the first floor were found be smelly. The only good things was breakfast. Would not stay there ever again.

The air conditoner was out in the lobby and hallways, the room showed signs of heavy traffice, marks on walls, desk chipped, couch covering soiled etc--- on person to check in --customers backed up to entrance-- person at desk had to multitask while doing check ins

Room more expensive than should be. It was just okay and basic. Close to Walmart & Food outlets. Right on highway access road so easy to travel places.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted. Throughout my stay the staff was polite. It made my family feel welcomed thank you.

What was unique was the check out experience. When thinking your deposit would be returned after you returned keys, I was told to sit and wait five minutes until my room was physically checked for me to receive my deposit back. I have never experience something such as this in any event of staying at a hotel. But I guess, I should have suspected something being that the hotel excepts cash for your deposit.

Everything was excellent

The pull out bed was awful. No bedding which we called for but the actual pull out had a spring coming out and uneven. Food was not good and the lobby was like 100°so we didn’t stay to eat.

The only complaint was that the breakfast was not hot, had to heat it up in the microwave

The front desk manager was top tier and handle every visit of the upmost importance her name was Angela and I think her attitude and attention to detail made me want to visit more comfort establishment and definitely will return to that location she goes above and beyond her duties as a front desk personnel.thanks for a wonderful experience

The property, particularly the rooms were not as clean you would of liked. Not incredibly obvious, but stains on floor, hair in bath area from previous stays, etc.

The room was comfortable and clean. Beds were welcoming until the monster child(dren) decided to run back and forth across the floor and jump off of things until after 10p. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come down on us. Then purposely started stomping after being told the first time to knock it off. 2 calls later and closer to 11p the little monster(s) stopped and sleep was had. They could use different shower heads that had more pressure or a detachable. They did have a breakfast that looked good, but we didn't take part because of another long day of travel and storms as we headed North

This is a very nice Comfort Suites. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area. Price was reasonable, and they had a decent breakfast.

The property doesn't feel very safe. The rooms are adequate. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs runn and the sausage under cooked. The cofee was not good.

At first glance our room seemed clean but when I put our toiletries down on bathroom sink and went to move the kleenex box it was STUCK to the counter in brown gunk. There was also an empty 1”vial at the edge of my bed

The only negative I can say is that the whole 4th floor had a disturbing and weird smell. It permeated our room around 4 o’clock in the morning.

Loved my stay

The location was very conveniently located near I-40/I-55 access. It was noisy though due to the traffic however the room was fairly quiet considering the location

No problems with the property other than a little hard to find in heavy traffic

There was an odor in the hallways as soon as you got off the elevator. The next day it was lighter smell then the day before but the room was nice and clean.

The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Getting there is a little convoluted. Not far from the interstate but not a straight shot.

The extra deposit that I had no warning or choice about

This hotel is nice enough, but nothing special. It is relatively new so still clean and in good condition. The room was comfortable and quiet, the AC/heat worked, and It is convenient and close to gas and dining. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast was disappointing.

My stay was great. Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was amazing. I went back for seconds. Will definitely stay again

We stayed 2 days and the first night I found a spot in front of the couch that was sticky (like someone dropped syrup on the carpet) I notified them about it (front desk and cleaning people,) then we went out for the day it was still there when we checked out.

Pros - the staff is very friendly and efficient. The overall property is in good shape, and the rooms are clean and modern.

Only downfall was the low water pressure in shower.

Check in was very slow...not do to a crowd at 1:00 AM, but it just took a long time to process each guest. Breakfast was ok.

I’ve stayed at this location before but my experience was better last year. The person who checked me in on Saturday afternoon was really nice. The person at the front desk Saturday was preoccupied by her phone. The bed was comfy but the pillows were super small like micro pillows. The breakfast was pretty good but selection was somewhat minimal. I had to ask the front desk for assistance with the waffle dispenser but no one came. The juice machine was out but no sign. There were also not enough grab n go breakfast items like muffins and granola bars. I that heard some homeless people came in and cleaned out those items. I hope that’s not true. If so, safer measures need to be taken to correct this problem.
