Location next to highway. 1st room assigned smelled like smoke, so next room was slightly better. The complimentary breakfast was ok however staff didn't refill banana. Was told they ran out of bananas.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast included some hot food (protein) in addition to the usual array of carb-heavy foods. Nothing negative stands out.

Very quiet over all the water was rusted coming out of shower and sink so bad it turned the rags brown and my air conditioner was broke or something very hot in my room

They didn't clean our room, no hot water Saturday night and Sunday morning. Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. They did clean the other room either and their phone didn't work. They were remodeling and paint fumes where in the building.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Person at check-in was nice and breakfast was ok, but room was not the cleanest. There was a stain on the bedspread, a square of the carpet had been cut out and repaired, (they should remove the carpet all together), the mirrors were all smeared, and there was a leftover coffee packet in the coffee pot.

I was actually surprised, in a good way. The room was large and very clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator. The staff, especially the evening desk clerk, was very nice and helpful. Our TV remote needed batteries. He did not hesitate to assist us. He was very polite. The breakfast was good as well. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again! Keep up the good work!

Very nice staff and room was beautiful!

Heater did not work. TV was difficult to operate. Laundry facility did not work. They were kind enough to do my laundry, though.

Needless to say I did so for another room and the front desk staff was very kind and loved us. Our new room was fine, no smell and clean. Definitely not recommended for more than an overnight stop.

Loved the variety of breakfast options, everything was warm and satisfying. The room was about avergage for a hotel. It was clean, my only complaint is that it smelled like old cigarettes. It was a non-smoking room, I have a feeling it's from before those days. Probably just needs new carpet. Other than that the parking was convenient, and staff was friendly!

The room had a bad odor. We picked up an air freshener while we were out for dinner. Bathroom sink fixture dripped and the toilet rocked from front to back. Breakfast was ok: egg patties, sausage links and cold gravy. There was a microwave that could warm it. Waffle batter was gone at 8:30 & was not refilled, though they served until 9:00. Service people were friendly.

The only real complaint is that the air conditioner in our room was so loud you couldn’t even hear the tv! Other than that, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our stay while there.

Nice and breakfast ready

I normally don't fill out evaluations, but this motel needs to be exterminated. As I was walking and about to enter my room, I notice an unpaid and uninvited guest above my door. The breakfast was not filled to keep up with the guests, water downed juice and pancake/waffle batter and the fruit was not attractive-looked old!

Nice big room. Comfortable bed. One suggestion is that the faucet in the bathroom needs to stick out further over the sink. After I wash my hands, I have to put them so far under the water that my nice clean hands rub up against the side of the sink.

Highway noise is a thing depending which side of the building your room is located, but isn't terrible. Easy access and being in close proximity to a big QT station is very convenient.

Great last minute booking. NINA is AWESOME! I got a non smoking room, but it smells like I got a smoking room. Not sure if it’s in the room or the rooms adjacent. Regardless, safe to sleep…just loud in odd numbered rooms.

Hotel was directly off the interstate. Not too many restaurants near and it was a busy area so a little noisy. Again for the money, you get what you pay for but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety and was hot.

It appeared as someone shook out the bath floor mat in the sink, and the sheets were so filthy. I actually slept on top of the comforter in my clothing. Just too tired to find somewhere else to go and sleep, which was almost impossible on top of the highway. With extreme traffic until early morning

The check in process was bumpy as the door keys did not work so had to change room. The beds were comfortable even though I was forced to unplug the room fridge as it made to much noise. Breakfast options were good.

Hotel was a bit runs down. The breakfast was spartan. Everything could have benefitted from a little more upkeep. Good location next to freeway. Convenient access to Memphis and nearby attractions. Casino was across the freeway.

This property is poorly rated because of old building and needs updating, cleaned and staff was doing nails at counter when I arrived. Would not put us in a room facing our parked vehicle because of third party booking. Felt unsafe in location. The front desk in morning was on his phone watching videos with volume loud. Told him someone peed all over the toilet in lobby, he did not get up and clean it as long as I was there. Old bug nest along baseboards. Never ever will stay in that location again. They need to shape up and get professional help. I did not sleep that night.

It was a nice overnight stay. They are always very accommodating when we stay.

The first room we were assigned was labeled non-smoking but had a strong stale smoke smell. We were then “upgraded” to a business suite. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was black around the bathtub corners and the vinyl floor was peeling. Breakfast included was limited at best. I have stayed at Quality Inn’s in other areas of the country that were excellent. Unfortunately this was not.

Easy off-on the interstate

The room was priced properly. Not the nicest but it was cheap. Only thing I felt uneasy about was the lack of security cameras on the parking lot. Because of the area, I felt like my vehicle was vulnerable. Other than that, no complaints.

The 1st room I had - the door didn’t close. 2nd room was not clean, a/c took half the night to cool, dish TV service kept cutting out, breakfast was not tasty and very small sitting area - had to take my food to my room.

Open space

The room we were in was very noisy with highway traffic, the room felt damp, it smelled stale & like it had been a smoking room at one time. The carpet had a big hole in it, the rest of the floor felt sticky, the coffeemaker in our room didn't work & breakfast was pretty bare.

Check in was good. Room needed updating. Room must have been flooded at one time because the bathroom floor tiling was lifting and baseboards were bad. Smelt moldy.

We arrived at after 1am, very tired. Came to the front desk. No one was there. Rang the bell. Waited a minute. Rang the bell. Waited another minute. Called the front desk. It rang for another minute and then the front desk person showed up. Got to the room and it was very warm, non smoking room that wreaked of smoke. The pillows were dirty with yellow stains. The chair was stained. The bed was okay. I hope this is the last time I ever stay in a Quality Inn because there is nothing ever “Quality” about a Quality Inn. The price was pretty steep at $135 for a $35 grade inn

Clean up the front entrance so it doesn’t smell when you walk in the front entrance. Don’t allow smoking at or near front entrance. The motel was dirty and smelly.

Rooms were clean and it was convenient to downtown Memphis.

We had a great stay, and had everything we needed.
