Not fancy and right by a busy truck stop. Not in the greatest part of town. We just needed a place to stay for a night so it suited our needs. Dogs allowed.

Overall we had a great experience at a very reasonable price. The area of the country has a very high crime rate. I felt our car was safe because of the location of the property and the parking availability. The only point of contention for the room was the very very loud heater/air conditioner.

Had several truck plazas near so some noise but overall a good place to stay.

Everything was great. Staying for 2 weeks for work and dont have a complain.

Easy and secure parking with multiple entrances. The hotel has three floor and very accessible. The rooms were clean, well kept, and comfortable. Staff were friendly upon check-in. The complimentary was adequate and included bacon and eggs, different cereals, oatmeal, muffins, juice, milk, etc...

Room was okay for what we needed. It appears the room hasn’t been used recently as there was some dirt. Also, the smell in the area is horrible-BUT NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL!

Because the room is always clean, staff is always friendly, area is safe and the price is excellent, I stay here every time I travel through this area.

Dirty towels left in dresser, road getting to it is full of huge potholes, truck stop is right behind it so not easy to get in and out of and noisy with all the trucks.

The baseboards and the walls and corners were kind of gross. Also the soap dispensers were empty in our room, so we had to use what we brought for hand soap.

This hitel was quiet but that was the only positive. The bed and floor were soaking wet from a leak right above the bed. Leak looked to have been there a while. The bathroom door barely closed due to where the toilet was placed. The door was fithly with what looked like drips of dirt where someone had sprayed cleaner but not wiped it off. There was what i can only explain as a brown stain next to the toilet paper holder, which of course, Im going to assume is feces. Overall i did not expect a 5 star experience, but i was sorely disappointed with this place. The office was closed when i discovered the leak so was forced to sleep in a wet bed.

Got in late but check in was easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. There is a truck stop near by, with accompanying traffic and sounds, but it never bothered me. There are a few nearby choices for food and fuel, and the interstate is very close. I will be making a reservation here again the next time I'm returning from the east coast.

Couldn’t sleep, sheets were unpleasant and there was a bit of a musty smell. I would’ve been happy if I could get a good nights rest but I couldn’t at this particular place (I go to many hotels for work travel)

The place needs a good scrub down inside and out. Don’t wear white socks they will never be white again. The bathroom door is covered in coffee stains. Bed was comfortable. Shower was Decent.

We were traveling through on our way out west when we decided to look for a place to spend the night. As always, I use Expedia reviews to help me make a decision on the property that I would choose. This property was highly rated and the only exception some people mentioned was the location is close to the highway and it is noisy. We had the air conditioner on at night and slept through the entire evening without being awakened by any noise. This is not a large hotel, but it is certainly one that I would stay at again on a future trip.

It was pretty good. Only issues were the pillows was flat like pancakes, the mini fridge and AC kept making a weird noise, and their was a weird smell. But other than that it was an easy check in process the room was clean.

The customer service was wonderful. The hotel is a little outdated but very clean and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The linens were clean. We had an enjoyable stay.

other than the truck noises at night and the random scraping on the walls on the other side it was good. i was with my husband the entire time.

It was clean less traffic

Room itself was ok. Fairly clean, comfortanle bed. Kept hearing a loud hum, figured out was from the frig. Unplugged it, and that eliminated that noise. There was loud banging next door, don't know what from. Liked that room was on main floor, made it convenient to take my dog out. The outside grounds were littered with trash and dog waste.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a mouse, either in the wall or the ac unit that kept waking me all night.

However, late in the evening the room "freshener" wore off, and its scent was replaced by a distinct smell of dog, and even dog pee at times. If my wife had not been sound asleep for a couple of hours at that point I would have asked for a change of room. I mentioned at checkout that I was unhappy. The desk clerk apologised, and said that if I had told him early he would have moved us to another room. I pointed out to him that the bad smell was masked by an air freshener when we checked in, so I was unaware there was an issue. He apologised again, but clearly could do nothing. I wish that there was a way to select only rooms that had not had "pets" staying in them

If anyone decides to stay in west memphis deluxe Inn is the place to be because the price is right and you're 10 minutes or less away from Memphis.

The room was clean and looked updated, bathroom had a good shower with great water pressure. Room came with a small refrigerator with a nice sized freezer as well as a microwave. All in all very satisfied with my stay.

It was enjoyable very peaceful.

This is an extended stay type hotel that should have 1 star rating. REEKS of marijuana in hallways & especially rooms! People hanging in parking lot all night, loud & walking all over hotel. This is not safe area & room was filthy! I threw away socks I felt obligated to wear because floor hadn’t been mopped because they were black & covered in hair! Bedspread looked like cottage cheese with all holes & rips in it. Coffee maker didn’t work, tub was rusted down back & had standing water in drain. We didn’t stay & didn’t feel safe walking to office for refund after dark. Lesson learned & NEVER AGAIN

We got locked out of our room at 1am and went to the front to request another key. It took someone 30 minutes to come to the window. I had to slam the mail slot multiple times to get their attention. They were in the back sleeping! They are too cheap to hire more help that they would rather do everything on their own even at the expense of not having good customer service and burning themselves out.

This place is a great stay for the price! So clean, bed was comfortable, nice staff. Definitely recommend for stay.

Management gave me a better room than I originally had. I had one on the 2nd floor and they gave me a room on the first floor. I requested a smoking room and they found me one that was still an excellent room. I would stay there again if I needed a place to spend the night.

Completely surrounding him sort of an industrial area. Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but inside is very clean. Very modern. Would definitely recommend.

Race track nearby operated until midnight. Very noisy. Was 4th of July so maybe not always open that late. Room needs a dehumidifier. Like a cave. Hotel is part of a truck stop area. No where to walk if you have a dog. Best part is cheap price

My reservation was for a King bed , non smoking room . We were given a smoking room with queen double beds. Uncomfortable 2 nights to say the least. And everything that we had with us smelled of stale cigarettes.

Ok in a pinch. Noisy people, thin walls. We had constant pot seeping into our room. Cheap and just ok. Clean enough to spend the night while traveling through. People are up late and early.

Small hotel. Clean and quiet. Located where truckers rest, so their are convenient stores all around. I would choose this spot again in the future.

This was a great hotel choice. Not an issue with wifi, many places to eat and supermarkets. It is my the freeway but that caused no issues with noice. 10min away from beal street ... great location

Dim lighting, no lights at the desk, no electrical outlets near the desk, no tissues, no breakfast. It’s evidently near a race track and cars were racing until midnight and very noisy. I won’t stay here again and I don’t recommend it. It needs renovation.

Only stayed to sleep real quick before moving on: Air didn't work well, Duvets had burn holes, water in shower was luke warm at best (5AM no one up but me), and we did not go in search of ice due to people wandering the parking lot.

The room was clean and seemed updated. I was only there for 7 hours before I checked out. Outside of the Inn was runned down and didn't look that clean and safe.

The room was very good. It was clean and recently painted. The biggest drawback is the fact that it sits next to 2 large truck stops. There are dozens of semis moving about at all hours of the day and night--often blocking the access roads.

Unfortunately the deadbolt on my door would not work and the area is a little questionable which made me feel a bit uneasy.

My reservation clearly stated pay at the property..and that check in time was from 2pm until midnight..but at 2pm they ran my card before I arrived and said it was declined so they cancelled my reservation and refused to rent me a room..The owner made it clear that he don’t care to much for African Americans..I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone they clearly false advertise EVERYTHING..

It’s a trucker stop basically. It’s very conveniently located not far from different sites. Noisy repairs were done late at night.

Just stayed 1 night travelling. Motel is relatively clean and has recently upgraded furnishings. We checked in late due to flight. Desk was friendly. Maid in the morning is not friendly.

Initially i was a bit apprehensive about my booking due to prior reviews, but i can saw i was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean nice shower plenty of space, staff was nice. Plus it was close to everything downtown. No complaints will definitely book again next year.

Noisy area and woke up to roaches

Recently visited here, Great place to stay if you're vacationing for the weekend. Reasonable prices and its safe and quiet place. Only thing is smoking hole was in the cover, but they brought us new ones.10/10.

The room was clean and well-lit. The bath facilities worked well. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The heat system was a bit strange since it blew cool air when the heating element was off. There is nothing fancy here, but it is a good, comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here a few times recently while in town to eat BBQ and sightsee. Owner & family very good at providing whatever is needed. No fuss, clean, and safe, which is saying something for West Memphis I guess. Bed was sloping to one side, and I had to ask for a hand towel, otherwise everything was fine.

This was just the kind of place we needed. Location is a little bit questionable, but it's an ok motel for an overnight stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient. I'd consider it again if I was arriving late to the Memphis area or passing through.

The motel is very clean. I arrived late and called them to let them know and they were very accommodating. I arrived at 2:30 am and check in deadline was midnight. They don’t have breakfast but give you cold water. The bed was comfortable and that helped me sleep well. The bathroom was nice too. I would recommend this hotel because they offer a good rate and it is very clean and comfortable.

My stay was ok , the shower curtain was musty as if it didn’t dry out from previous parties . But other then that the stay was great .

Close to the highway exit. It's close but not straightforward. A bit tricky to find the right street to approach the property. There's a a big chance you'll miss it in the first attempt.

Worst hotel in West Memphis. You’re better off paying cash at a cheap motel than staying here. The staff is racist and very rude. The room had beetles and roaches. We never complained not one time and were treated with the utmost amount of disrespect from staff. They never brought housekeeping to our room or offered any room service on our 3 night stay, but at 10:59 am on the morning of our checkout they sent one of their staff members to bang on the door and told us to “HURRY up.” I’ve never been so disgusted with hotel management in my life. The front desk guy originally told me he didn’t have any rooms available when I walked in. So I went to hotels.com and it said there was a room available and I booked it. I walked right back in and said sir I just booked a room online. He was embarrassed and said not one word while he checked me in. That was the beginning of the horrible stay. Then the second night of our stay we had 3 family members from out of town come to see us and bring my baby nephew who I hadn’t seen since he was born. They weren’t even in my door when the same guy called the room to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to have visitors. I immediately questioned him, “So I am not allowed visitors to come in for less than 15 minutes to see me from out of town?” What is it a prison? He changed his attitude quickly and said “Well if one complaint-“ I cut him off kindly and said sir you won’t hear a peep. So I rushed my family back out and left. Never will be back.

There is a race track down the road and you could hear races until 11pm. This was on a Saturday night. Not sure how often races occur.

The Deluxe Inn definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very affordable and clean. The check-in staff was nice and we did not experience any problems during our stay. This hotel is in a light industrial and truck stop-loaded area of West Memphis so if you are a light sleeper or uncomfortable in those environments then this may not be your best hotel choice. We, however, enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Memphis!

The rooms definitely look better on the inside than the outside. My room was clean, had a huge TV and a great deal for the price. My only complaint would be that the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The cleanest low-cost hotel I've ever stayed in. Clean room, with some upgrades (like granite bathroom counters), fridge, microwave, large TV. a true non-smoking room, with not a hint of smoke; smelled as clean as it looked. Excellent place for that quick overnight when you're making distance on a long trip. Superb location next to Loves and Pilot for convenience needs and quick gas-coffee-and-go in the morning. I will stay here again.

Pleasant, no frills hotel near the intersection of 2 major interstates in West Memphis. In a large area filled with truckstops, so no lack of gas stations. Have to drive a bit for good restaurants. Overall, good value for the money.
