    I had a late check-in I called ahead of time like early that morning and spoke to some tournament he said it was okay well I got there around 10:00 I think but the young lady that was there was a Spanish lady she wasn't so friendly she was just like very light through she just seem like she didn't care and then the Spanish boy walked in she spoke their language and she was okay with that so that made me feel uncomfortable she was more attending to what he wanted then versus what I needed so I was ready to go Customer service

The carpets were sticky.. I had on white clean socks. After a shower and walking around they turn black. So they really didn't mop the floor.

    I liked it The administrator, the girl who checked us in, did everything quickly and efficiently. He's great.The rooms are good, the stay is comfortable This time, I didn't like the man who said I was checking in early and that I should still pay for early check-in. It wasn't said in a nice way.     Location was perfect. To get on our cruise ship and the price was good When you walk into a property and they have plexiglass on their front desk counter. Kind of concerns us. Then proceeded to the elevator which looked like it hasn’t been never cleaned. Walking through the hallway to our room needed to be upgraded and maybe pictures. The room furniture is very outdated and some outlets were not working. I would pay a little more because of location. But we’ll never stay there again because of the cleanliness and oldness of the property designs.

    There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet were black everytime I was barefoot. The standard room does not come with tea/coffee facilities even though mentioned on Expedia. Housekeeping is only on a Wednesday so you need to ask for toilet paper, fresh towels and I am guessing bedding if required. Rubbish doesn't get collected sobwas told to keep it in the room until check out. This room would be so much more comfortable if it was upgraded and cleaned regularly. The gentleman on reception who I can't remember the name of, I want to say it's Raymond or Ray, was the loveliest man and gave me a very polite, friendly and professional check in and check out. This hotel is lucky to have him as part of their team as this was one of the only things I can say was good about my stay. For what was paid to stay here I feel it should have been a better experience. It is overpriced for the quality that is offered.

    I previously wrote a review about the staff being super helpful and nice. However, the place itself is literally one star there are people not only living there, but the room smelled very musty and moldy, and was somewhat damp. The entire stay had to go to the gas station and get car fresheners. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good, but it was not due to a lack of cleaning completely it is also due to a lack of upgrades. The beds are horrible. They’re literally springs. The refrigerator was barely cold until the second full day.The pool was completely filthy and did not have any chlorine in it whatsoever they were children, jumping in and out while their parents sat in the car getting drunk and high, and they’re older kids were smashing lights in the back flipped over the only green bench there I am a very easy-going person and it was very difficult for me to spend the three nights there. I honestly just didn’t want to lose the money I had already paid. I wouldn’t choose this place again and it should be disclosed that this is also peoples homes.

    I found a few bugs in the bathtub, one of the beds seems to be broken, the lamp over one of the beds didnt work, a light bulb in the table lamp flickered & the room smelled horrible!!! I did let the front desk know the next day. They offered us a different room so we looked at it and it wasnt much better. The 3rd room was a little better. We really didn't have a choice because we had reservations for 3 more nights... We also had trouble with the key. Everyday I had to go to the front desk and have them activate a new one. That shouldn't happen!! I will have to say the staff was kind. I do know now I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn Hotel again!!!

    The hotel has a sleazy scam where they charge your $3.08 per day for the use of your in room safe. They say they will refund you at the end of your stay if you don't use the box. This is a hidden charge that I'm sure many customers overlook or forget to come to the front desk to request when they are checking out. I noticed when booking it was $1 cheaper to not pay hotels.com and pay upon arrival. They want you not to pay online so they can have you sign to this sleazy arrangement onsite.

    Everything about that hotel is disgusting!!! Mold, bugs, and mildew!!! My son has bronchitis and this triggers him bad. Since we don’t have anywhere else to go we stayed for one night, then someone tried to get in me and my sons room!!! I was scared !! NEVER AGAIN !!!

    Bed very lumpy, no hot water from bathroom sink, faucet broken in that could not change water temperature, water shot out in all directions, bathroom light kept going out, rust all over bathroom, smoke detector battery died first night beeping all the time. Brought to attention of staff. Light changed. Nothing done with sink. Smoke detector battery appeared changed but woke me up 2nd night beeping again. Left property after that….

    The GM was an intelligent nice manager, flexible and entrepreneur. But, the hotel is too old, dirty, nasty place to do any business because most rooms are dirty, housekeeping don't clean properly, lack of staff and expensive motels for a location area of corporate spies financial hackers in Palm Beach, Florida even when the President of the country supermarket has Secret Service, FBI all over the place. Also, most guests and staff are members from the NASA.

    This hotel is very dated and not well maintained. It was going back to the 70’s. The walls, the carpet and the elevator were dirty. At least the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean otherwise I would not have stayed. The only reason we stayed there was because no other hotels around were affordable but in the future I much rather pay more and stay in a better place.

    It was run down and needs a total make over. There were a lot of sketchy people in and out of hotel. I felt very uncomfortable. Only about 10 stations on the tv, not very much selections. I checked out a day early because i became ill and could not receive a partial refund. Very disappointed in my stay there. NEVER AGAIN, LESSON LEARNED !

    The overall experience wasnt terrible and it was fairly cheap. However, every time we came back to our room we had to get the front desk to reactivate our key card. Their system was messed up and the key activation seemed to only last a few hours at most. This got to be pretty frustrating. We stayed 6 nights and every time we went back to our room we had to stop at the desk and wait before we had access to the room. Also, the door latch was broken, like someone befofe had rammed open the door and cracked the frame. The lock worked fine but the additional safety latch did not work at all.

    Yikes! This was not like any Red Roof I have stayed at before and certainly not “plus”. It was VERY dirty. The hallways to the rooms looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months…clumps of hair, debris, bits of food, dirt, just gross. The room itself was not a comfort either. It felt sticky, looked sub par, and under cared for. The tub and caulking were stained orange and black. The sink counter and caulking were also stained and dirty looking. The table had dirt on it and there were ashes on the sheet UNDER the comforter! The corners of the room had dust balls and dirt and there was a long skinny bug in the dresser drawer. The place felt more like an old dirty motel, not a red roof hotel. I turned around and walked out. There was no way I would be able to fall asleep in that room. It was gross.

    Overall it was a good visit, I only stayed for one night in a "premium" room. It was big and had all of the amenities that I would need. The allowed very early check in for a small charge and it was well worth it! I would happily stay here again in the future.

    I call the property to let them know I was arriving late, the day shift staff told me to call the night shift and let them know. I called for 2 hrs, 15-20 mins apart, never received an answer. When I did check in the check-in process was easy, I just had to remind the clerk that I reserved 2 rooms. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The was hair in the sink and tub. I got 2 of the plus room with snacks and neither room had snacks.

    The bed was comfortable but the room it self was nasty! You can tell housekeeping does not do their job when it comes to checking the rooms. There were dead begs on the ground and the floor was sticky. The tub did not drain properly, so when you showered , you were standing in a puddle. More than likely will not return.

    Do NOT recommend. I checked in at the front desk, and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. 100% great customer service there. That's the only good thing I can say. In a mostly empty building, they sent me way down to the end of the hall near the stairwell (which is unlocked from the outside and does not require a key for entry). The whole hallway smelled really strongly of pot, and there were guys just hanging around the stairwell. The room was tiny. The AC didn't seem to be working very well. The lock on the door was loose. I stayed in the room for less than 5 minutes before decided it was not a safe place for me to stay. When the front desk was informed, they would only refund me one night of my two-night stay, but said I still had to be out by 8p. So you're going to make me leave, but you're not going to refund me? I was going to leave anyway, but the logic didn't make sense to me. I was super friendly and not at all a "Karen." I simply said I was not comfortable staying there and would like a refund. Again, the front desk people were amazing when I spoke with them about my concerns. They ended up taking $50 off the one night, but still charged me $160+ for a night when I didn't even use the bathroom in the room. Stayed for less than 10 minutes total. I have stayed at a RRI before in other locations and never felt unsafe. I'm not a picky traveler. But this was seriously terrible for what they were charging. Better to pay $50 more and go to the Hampton.

    I think the word plus in the name is a stretch- I have stayed at the brand over the years and it’s been fine…not looking for it to blow my socks off, but basic stuff is expected. Check in last didn’t care a bit, lots of sketchy people all over, room was gross, I had 2 Beds, pulled back first bed cover and there was glitter and plastic probably from the strip club across the street, pulled back second and it looked like under garments were crammed under the main sheet - I went for clothing on in glitter bed…bathroom had a cig plastic wrapped pulled off and burnt…didn’t really feel safe even for one night.

    I don’t like this place at all. Don’t listen to the reviews. I did and made a mistake coming here. The room smells horrible. Stains everywhere. Dirty, old and horrid patch jobs everywhere.     As soon as I got in, which was like at 1:30 in the morning because my flight was delayed, the lady in the customer service was around a wall sleeping. I had to knock on the counter several times to get some help by the time I got to the room it was like 150 in the morning trying to figure out what to do how dirty it was. I was trying to find the number because I was too scared to go out of my room then I had no option to head to the hospital because I was there for an emergency visit for my mom and I didn’t wanna go back

    Pick this spot because of the price. I will tell you the rooms are adequate and the beds were made nicely and not too bad in the comfort zone. What was not good was that when we used our two towels there were two of us in the room and I went to the office to get more tiles. They said they were out. The room itself is dated but was clean. If you're looking to save money and get a place that's just adequate, this place is for you. And oh yes, there were a lot of people rummaging around at night. Made it feel a little unsafe
