Clean room, air conditioning was great, bed was super comfortable, room did not smell musty, great scent when you walk into the lobby, we had an excellent stay.

I did the early check-in which worked out excellent for me, as I had no where to go and arrived in the area around 9am. Friendly counter staff gave me a bag which had some bottled water and popcorn in it. Check-in was simple and fast. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice and the bed was excellent. I put my bottled water in the 3/4 size refrigerator and relaxed on the couch while watching TV. My son and his family stopped in for a few hours, as they were staying at a hotel nearby. I did leave the next morning in a bit of a rush, as I just wanted to keep sleeping in the bed, so I missed what looked like an excellent breakfast area. Thank you for the exceptional deal through Expedia.

The room was perfect in size, everything was clean, staff was very nice and professional. Nothing.

The rooms are clean. The kitchenettes were helpful for long stays. The cook top worked decently. The breakfast bar was ok. The coffee wasn’t real hot though. I like that they did potatoes with breakfast cause most places don’t. The pool area was good but the pool itself wasn’t-had things floating in it. Staff that I encountered were pleasant. Housekeeping upon request. But in room trash can the size of a large purse. But can’t leave in hall but no place to take it out of the room seemed odd.

Helpful and nice staff, room had no funny smell and was clean. My problem was with the AC, I don’t know if it referigerated air but room stayed warm . I could not sleep because I sleep hot. Also the tv in my room was positioned at such an awkward spot between the bed and couch such that you can’t watch from neither the bed nor the couch. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room was spacious with abundant natural light, situated on the fifth floor offering stunning views. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and warm, greeting us with a friendly smile and a complimentary bottle of water and snacks. The breakfast left much to be desired, with low-quality ingredients and a lack of variety. To make matters worse, the staff who served us were rude and unkind. Check in was easy No breakfast and food was way overpriced!!! I’m tired of seeing cigarette butts not being swept up. Your furniture is cheap and needs to be painted. Shower was weak and soap dispenser's weren’t able to be moved!? Cheap toilet seat!

The property was clean, and the front desk clerk , Nana was everything you would hope to encounter , and such an asset to the company. Our original room was clean and inviting, but someone had smoked in it and it was very unpleasant. Breakfast was a little sad. Not as close to restaurants as I’d hoped. We were a group of 6 and two were not as mobile.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Hotel was in a good location The faucet in in the bathroom was too close to the sink that you couldn’t even put your hands under the faucet to wash your hands. Also, the showerhead in the shower was not very good either. I did not like the fact that there weren’t any safes in the room to put my valuables in.

We loved our room! My husband, son, dog and I stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room. There was plenty of space for us and it had everything we needed to cook basic meals. The hotel also had a grill, pool, putting green and breakfast - all of which we enjoyed. It was clean and had free on site parking.

I liked the rooms and bed, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast was better than average, I especially liked that the staff set out cookies in the afternoon. After booking for 10 days was informed on checking in housecleaning would only come in every 4 th day. I felt I wasn’t getting what I paid for. In the same vein, after checking out I reviewed my bill and I was charged $355 more than the price quoted on Expedia. I went back to the hotel and they corrected it.

As for the room, it exceeded my expectations. The kitchen had all I needed and was fully operable. It felt like being in a small apartment away from home. If you're looking for a homey vibe, this is the place for you.

The computers were not working when we checked in, the coffee in the lobby was cold and not ready at 6 in the morning; the outdoor door sign stated room card would be needed till 5 am, but was still needed at 5:45 am to enter the building.

Tv didn’t work elevator didn’t work. Breakfast was not good.

My stay on December 7-8th and Dec 10-12th were great. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing and the area felt safe!! They offer complementary drinks and snacks like lemonade, water and coffee and cookies. My friend and I played miniature golf our first night there. On the last night of my stay, they held a social for everyone at the hotel that offered complementary brunch with wine and beer. They also have a heated pool. I would recommend this hotel. Awesome service

We arrived very late due to a terrible rental car experience. Called and spoke to Christoff who assured me that he would have our keys printed and waiting on for me to arrive! He was so kind and personally made sure we were welcomed and able to go straight to our room since it was almost 1 am when we arrived!

This hotel had all the ammenities needed for a mini vacation. The room and common areas were very clean, suite was modern, the breakfast was good, nice pool area and the staff were so kind and accomodating. I am so very picky when it comes to where I and my family lay our heads, so it often takes days for me to find the right place for us. And when we arrive, we don't check in before I check the room 1st. But I was so impressed with our stay, that when I am planning future trips, it will be based on if there is a Homewood Suite in the area. It is now our home away from home when traveling.

Everything about the hotel was very nice and friendly staff. However the pool got very dirty during our staff. It also seem a staff member and his family were partying by the pool being the one child swallowed to much water, then threw up and the staff member went and got the hose to clean the walkway where the child threw up.

Good location for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic beverages available throughout the day. Kids were happy swimming. Breakfasts were a bit different each morning - fresh. Site was clean and well managed. The area was quiet even though it was off a main road / highway. We would go back.

Overall stay was pleasant. Just didn't like the policy to only clean every other day, even if the stay is super short

Home away from home. Homewood Suites welcomes you with a neat 'goody' bag and free refreshments. Our check in host was pleasant and informative giving us a listing of nearby restaurants. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoy having separate rooms for the bed and living area, and the kitchenette was nicely furnished. Also convenient was the Cracker Barrell restaurant just down the street which meant not having to get on the highway to go eat dinner somewhere.

The room was excellent but the pool was not clean, and not heated as the say. I was there for 7 days, and I only could go in the pool on my 5 Day. I was Mad. Even when I left, the pool was not clean.

It was a wonderfully spacious sized and equipped room. Very clean! Whole hotel is very nice. They have a billiard table, pool, grilling area, and you can walk easily to the Cracker Barrel reataurant. Staff is also very nice.

From the time I checked in to the time I departed, it was completely welcoming and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you and I do look forward to staying again

L'endroit est bien entretenu. Le seul point négatif, est le personnel. L'accueil a été froid et il avait l'air au bout du rouleau. La préposée au déjeuner avait l'air fâché et répondait bêtement aux clients, ce qui est inacceptable. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est vraiment bien.

2nd time I’ve stayed here and it’s clean, quiet and spacious. Of the so far 15 nights stayed here on 2 different occasions only had 1 bad free breakfast. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. There is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. While most of 45th street is a little rough, this little strip on Metrocentre BLVD is clean and quiet. There’s a Wal mart down the street and several restaurants within a short drive

I stay very often at homewood suites hotel, but this specific hotel not more than 2*. Property was recently renovated but it has old hotel mold smell, breakfast buffet selection less then minimum. Usual all day coffee and tea option not available, as well as 3-4pm afternoon social not an option at this hotel. Pool heating pump broken and water freezing cold. Housekeeping every second day if you are lucky with basic supplies not being replenisehed e.g. toilet paper, tea, coffee...

Didn’t give me the room that I thought I booked, I was clearly traveling with 7 people. At almost 5pm, when we went to check in, we were informed that the room we booked wasn’t ready and we needed to take the “accessible” room. We ended up having to buy an air mattress to accommodate us. We usually stay at Staybridge Suites, and are disappointed with this stay at a “Hilton” brand hotel.

Homewood Suites was in a good location for the medical issues that brought us to West Palm Beach. It is clean and the breakfast is good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we did have a spare minute, it was less than a 10-minute drive to downtown and Clematis St where there are many restaurants to choose between.

Asked for handicap amenites but had to walk very far to the last room 525. Not convenient at all

Terrific staff, very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had no towel bars and only one hook. Difficult bathroom configuration for a my husband, daughter and I sharing the space.

Homewood suites in West Palm has awesome customer service. Every one was friendly and willing to assist and answer questions. The only issue I had, my bathroom sink was not draining water. I had to call for service twice.

Upon entry into the room, cabinets and drawers were left pulled out amd open. A dirty towel was left behind. The refrigerator had food stains.

Place must have been renovated recently. Room and grounds were in great condition. Room wasn’t ready at 3 though and the staff didn’t notify me that a room was ready, even though I was sitting right in front of them. Need work with customer service but location and room were very good

Hotel Staff non skills on education at all , I stayed in the place since July 4th to the 7th and received no service in the room , the swimming pool was nasty, milky water with no chemical balance in it very cloudy , very stinky room with a horrible and terrible smell, my wife cleaned room often trying to get rid off the stinky smell but it was impossible, I’m never coming back to this place again , bad for the Hilton business

I have stayed at them in other areas, no complaints but this one could be improved on cleaning.I had to clean the shower area before I could use it. I was tired so I didn't call service I just did it. Check in, location and overall condition of the property satisfied what you would expect as a Hilton property.
