I would not stay here again. The room was clean but the bathroom door was broke almost in half. The shower tub had rust all around it. The 2 bedroom suite was just a large room with two beds that were separated by a wall. No door no privacy

If I could give zeros I would . This place was an absolute dump. No remote for the TV or any reasonable soap in the place. Towels were super small and no toothpaste coffee or anything that would’ve made the stay anything but 4 walls, a bed and thank God at least the door locked. Avoid this place at all cost…

No prepay is a Godsend, my cheap phone doesn't have NFC on it & my credit card company capital one has no alternative to using NFC to verify, so I cannot prepay for any purchase, like booking a hotel. Most online booking companies with lowest prices are being flagged by cap1 with the NFC verify requirement. Free cancelation is also a Godsend, will always chose casa Blanca when I can! Not as perfect things working, like microwave, shower)faucets but mostly better than low priced competitors I have stayed at

Room was clean...beds were nice sized comfortable and enough pillows. There was a full sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The only thing that would have been better was if there was a door between the two rooms...I stayed in the family suite.

Clean, spacious and well-stocked bedroom and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Convenient parking. Easy shopping and dining nearby. Quick and easy check-in. Very nice motel overall for a great price.

Had to change rooms due to roaches. Lots of random people around the hotel at night. No room service and only one towel for my 4 night stay. Bed only had a sheet with no blanket. Would not recommend this place to stay.

Casa Blanca Inn and Suites is the Hidden Gem of the LA area. Not only is it less expensive than most other hotels in the area the rooms are very Clean and absolutely No Bugs! The Staff is Friendly and Helpful. They go the extra mile to make you comfortable. It is in Whittier a very nice area and accessible to transit and shopping. They also have Weekly rates and 28 day stay rates. I will not stay anywhere else when coming to the LA area.

This was my second stay there. First experience was good.. this time around the room has multiple cracks, the bed had stains on it on the sheets. When we were leaving the door would not close right it had a mind of its own somehow to be able to lock it. Check in was delayed. But you get what you pay for right. We had hot water and the AC worked great other than the few things I mentioned are stay with good

I don’t typically leave reviews but I did not feel safe, when you check in and the clerk is behind bullet proof glass with a sign saying you might be asked if it’s your girlfriend or wife that doesn’t leave a good first impression. Towels and sheets were dirty and so was the room and at 2:30am there were people banging on doors, howling, screaming. Thankfully the A/C fan drowned out some of the noise but unfortunately it didn’t cool the room off.

Five stars for sure and the owner he is the nicest man it’s a safe and quiet place and he’s very attentive to his customers and the property in rooms. He goes out of his way to help you if you need it and it’s so polite and respectful I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I love this place. The owner is so friendly and personable. He makes you feel so welcome. The place is always clean. Rooms are very nice. He’s accommodating beyond belief. I don’t go anywhere else when I’m in that town.

Don't let the renovation in the photos fool you, aesthetically it looks nice. The floors are hardwood and the walls are made of paper mache. It was noisy all night, I called the front desk and they didn't solve it. I wouldn't sleep here again if it was free. Terrible night sleep. Grumpy.

Just give me regular cable and the 2 commercials free HBO channels ! Then I'm happy ! Tubie or Ruku what ever there names are just show grade B through grade z movies with all the current ya have to sign up and pay ! No thank you !

The room is ok, the property is sub par. Everything is falling apart, remodeled rooms were done as cheap as possible. It has a ghetto-ish feel through the whole property.

The bed sheets were dirty with women hair on them. no remote to the tv in the room. overall looked unclean.

Cheap and convenient

The person that helped me was very nice. I did a very late check in and very early check out. Available 24 hours it seems like. Rooms were nice and decent, comfy bed. Had a microwave and fridge in the room.

The guy that runs the main office is awesome has great customer service and made me feel welcomed. Going back again soon.

Another great experience

Such a relaxing place. Staff is very accommodating. The owner himself made sure I was happy with my room selection before i even paid. Went above and beyond and out of his way to even show me 2 rooms to make sure I was satisfied with my selection. This is definitely going to be a regular spot from now on.

The heat in my room barely worked and the covers provided were thin, but the bathroom was nice and the rates were fair. Overall, its a decent option if youre trying to save money.

This review is for those travelers that like to feel safe and clean at a hotel. Pass this one. Cringe worthy. Room #110. From the dude knocking on doors to sell cell phones, to the trash and cigarette ashtray outside of our room, the bathroom door not being able to shut. dripping faucet in bathtub, cigarette hole in bedding. My initial interaction with staff behind the bulletproof glass was fine. My second interaction, not so much. I was walking to my car when the dude came around selling cell phones. I saw the person at the front desk open a door, he looked at the dude, then went back inside. So, I raised my voice to ask him if he was going to do something about it. He gave me a gesture like "keep your voice down" I'm the one causing an issue? The paying customer? I think most of the "guests" at this place are long term customers. They've become accustom to treating it like their home. Not worth the $139 nightly I paid. Should have gone with the $60 extra bucks to stay at the Doubletree down the street. At this price you should be able to have a blow dryer available.If I knew I could add photos to this review I would have taken some. Don't let the photos on their website fool you.

Ibooked thos stay for 2 friends, in my name. But these friends took advantage of my generosity and allowed others to visitfor long period. When i came back in the evening to check on them, I saw for myself their inconsideration. The hotel owner talked with me of the regulations of online booking. Was more than willing to pay extra fees. He let only me keep the room. Very generous hotel owner.

I was able to use wifi for my computer needs. No real interruptions. Quiet atmosphere.

This hotel is close to where I work a recovery program. The facility has no available wifi . This is my getaway place where I can work on emails and websites without interuption. Its quiet. No drama or loud noises, especially at night.

This is just typical run down, third world Tijuana type Northern Mexico (formerly California). Can't expect more really. No ice, no maid service, no amenities, trashed furniture, but with a small TV, bed, and tub/shower. Homeless type clientele mostly.

Overall my stay was fine only needed to sleep.

Do not be fooled with the deceptive photos on the website, and do not book gthis motel, it is not a hotel. It was filthy , old, and had no doorsabetween the rooms. Bathroom was foul, had lipstick and scratches on the toilet and seat was not cleaned. There was not one chair to sit upon and i would not ever have trusted a seat on the stained sheets on the bed. . I left after 15 minutes and employee wouldnt credit me.

Held my reservation for basically 8 or 9 hours after checkin, I was delayed by distractions and challenges of travel so that was nice… he could have secured the room hours ago for someone else and not on online room rate discount vs walk in prices….:)

Missing microwave door, floor was so dirty all of my white socks kept turning black, and roaches in the shower!!

There was bed bugs in my first room, then I was given a second room that was dirty, I had no choice but stay since it was late but wouldn’t recommend since my first room had an infestation.

Stayed the night of 10/05, got a call to ask at what time I would do my check in, check-in was ok, clerk made sure I was aware it was a non-smoking room before I walked away. I was to tired to check room but in the morning i noticed the shower curtain had make up stains, not small ones, but a full on face, dirty linen where hidden in the small closet, and to top it off we found a bed bug on the mattress right before we got up, started to check the mattress and the protector had huge urine stains.

The staff are all so kind and welcoming.

As soon as you walk into the room it smells musty, almost like urine, the floor in the room was dirty and wet at the same time. bed sheets had stains, fan in bathroom did not work at all. bathtub was as dirty as can be, and the towels did not look like they were cleaned in weeks. the parking situation was ridiculous. and lastly the microwave in the room was soo beat up i was afraid to keep it plugged in in fear of getting electrocuted or starting a fire. But the people running it were really nice, but im not paying for the people to be nice im paying for a clean well kept room.

The rooms are supposed to be non smoking but smell like cigarettes inside, the bathtub it’s all broken , there it’s no mirrors in the bathroom, the soup that they gave you literally melt away in your hands with no bubbles lol and the bed was the worst part very uncomfortable and old , never ever again !!!!

I really enjoined my stay here. The receptionists were super nice and the lady that is in charge of the breakfast is so nice and friendly too. The room was clean and no funky smells. The location is close to downtown and to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only gripe was the key card de activated a couple of times.

Dirty bed sheets and walls. No toilet paper provided. Television with no service, you had to sign on to your streaming services to watch. Shower had no caddy for anything, for your soap, shampoo, NOTHING. Restroom had no countertop space. No drawers or hangers to put away clothes. LED lighting was super bright and not adjustable. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in some bad ones.

Please allow keycards to open my room for my whole stay, not just for one day. I came back to my room after working 8 hours and sriving in LA traffic for over 2 hours. I was holding 3 bags and walked upstairs to my hotel room, only to find that my keycard does not work. Very infuriating!

Well lit, safe, and comfortable!!

There was a chip on the flooring, entrance to bathroom, potential foot accident. There was no rod or hangars to hang my clothes. Otherwise, quiet, safe hotel room.

Bathroom had a makeup stained towel and someone’s false eyelashes left on the bathtub. There was only one electrical outlet in the entire room that could be used.

The property is really dirty and damaged, the area is unsafe and the people that stay there don’t look like good people. Plus they ask for a deposit when the property is really dirty and damaged. The shower was clogged and nasty.

As I was checking in, I saw someone walking across the Hotel Property apologizing for taking a short cut. I slept good and it was a very quiet room except for the Air conditioning fan that went on all night.

Was kind of weary of this place given the recent reviews, but regardless needed a place to stay for two nights under 100 bucks a day and this place was golden! sure it isn't 5 stars and doesn't have anything fancy, like breakfast or an outstanding view of the la area but it does the job and at a great price. it was fairly clean, bed was great, had a microwave and mini fridge, kind of tight space but worked for two people, also featured some chairs, table, and a TV. Honestly had a great stay and would definitely consider this hotel if you are on a tight budget and want to get a great location in SoCal right next to LA and Orange County.

The room was not clean when i checked in. We had to wait. The AC was not working very well. Very little air was coming out that we had to open the windows because the room was hot.

This property does not look anything like the picture. There was one room that was set up close to the picture that was taken. The hotel was dirty. It was smelly and old. There were unsavory characters hanging all around outside of the rooms. My husband and I did not even check in. We saw our room saw the area and immediately left. We told the manager about our experience, but they still charge does the full rate for the two days we were due to be there. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Air conditioning needs to be repaired. Grill was broken and the machine did not cool the room. Room 105.

morning, and late night. It felt very sketchy and unsafe. My husband and I felt that it was still dirty and even the floor looked as if it had not been mopped. We did not sleep well and checked out very early the next day.

I called the main number to the hotel, and there was no answer, I did not feel safe to tell the neighbors to quiet down.

We loved it. The room is clean nice feng shui very beautifully decorated. Fridge and microwave is a plus and the closet is so adorable it’s like a little house in the room.

I got the “luxury suite” which has nothing of luxury, is just a very regular room. Nothing out of the extraordinary, the receptionist was friendly, the room was clean,the place quiet, we stayed just for practically a few hrs since we have to be at the nearby hospital early. For a quick stay the place is ok.

I loved my stay the rooms are beautiful customer service is amazing. I will come back a third and a fourth time for sure.
