Good parking. Nice front desk staff. Clean rooms. However we didn’t get room service once. We were told someone turned room service away each day however we were never home enough to do that.

The air was on in the room when I got there why I thought it was the heat tv didn’t work light above sink was out

Everything was old and dirty. Terrible smell on beds and dirty towels. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Door on the room was not working properly. Had to continuously check it to make sure it was latched and not able to just push it open.

The tv in the room was broken upon check in, housekeeping kept knocking on our door when I told them I didn’t need them. Wasn’t even time to check out and they were banging and trying to open my door.I took pictures of everything wrong with the room the first moment I arrived and before I settled down. When I checked out the front desk tried to tell me I broke the tv and it doesn’t work. Once I told him I had pictures he stopped that real quick.

The photographs depicting room accommodations were to say the least, hyperbole. Room was stocked with an inadequate amount of towels, all dirty. Desk staff rude. Bedding, insect infested. It is my opinion this “hotel” is merely a money laundering operation.

The lady tried to get me to sign a blank contract where none of the amounts were filled in. And then she said, if I didn't sign it, I would have to go.So I left. She's nasty. I think it's because of that cast system. They have in India. Where If you're not like them, you're a dog.

There was no heat in the room. They said it was going to be fixed but it wasnt. Spend the 3 nights without any heat. Unfortunately I dont recommend staying there.

The room felt like a super cheap motel, the whole property seeemed forgotten about.

I’m going to assume the front desk clerk was still in training when I was checking in because he was having difficulty at the desk. I believe they are in the middle of remodeling because a lot of the rooms were unavailable. When he finally found a room for me it was terrible. Dusty, old furniture, old paint, very dated, only one working lamp and no tv, yes there was no tv in the room! I finally had to ask for the manager and she was able to find a more decent room. The second room was updated and renovated however the tv still didn’t work. I was too tired to go back to the front desk and I’m pretty sure the last room was the best they could do. I entertained myself with movies on my laptop.

The pictures on the site are not accurate. The place is definitely outdated, and lacks cleanliness. From the lobby, to the rooms, to the elevator and stairs. You absolutely feel unsafe in this place and some guests seem to be engaged in suspicious activities.

Was way too hot in the room. Even with the air on high. Lost TV signal for the rest of the night as well. There was something that was stuck on one of the blankets. Not sure what it was.

Bathroom need to be updated

Walking in to the main lobby was a bit scary- just run down and there was a security window before the main door to the lobby. Lobby was worn down and shabby. There were hotel rooms that opened to the outdoors which I don’t like, but there was also an enclosed hallway with rooms which is where our room was. Our hotel room had been remodeled and it was very clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated. The hotel only provided a small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. There was plenty of soap. No coffee maker but they offered free coffee in the lobby. The parking was fabulous and free. I don’t think I would stay here again just because of the run down vibe, but the hotel was very inexpensive for Chicago area.

Lovely property. My only issue was the air conditioner was extremely noisey and the light sensor for the bathroom was outside the bathroom, so you had to time ⏲️ your use to prevent being suck in the dark. Otherwise, the room was okay and the property was well kept.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes which we reserved a non smoking room and the place was dirty so we left and went to find another hotel. I’m requesting my money back.

This hotel is nothing like what’s posted. Hotels.com should have those photos taken down. It is the most nastiest and uncleanly place I’ve seen. It had stuff running down the walls. Insects. Nasty bathroom. It reeks of cigarettes. Disgusting!!! Don’t fall for it or the price

The outside to get into the room was dirty and littered with empty beer bottles,caps, and plastic silverware. The room was disgusting the tub was black inside the bed comforter was green with a huge stain right in the middle of it the pillows were stained and yellow. I walked out we didn't stay to gross

The hotel grounds was very dirty. And when I pulled up the cops came rushing in looking for someone. I didn’t feel safe. The room was very outdated and the walls were dirty.

It does not look like the photos.i checked in at 3:30am which was a Friday morning he said it was still Thursday when i came in but paid for Friday and Saturday he called me during my Aunt burial which I told him he ask was I checking out because I had to pay an extra $110 to stay until Sunday I had until 3 to get my things because housekeeping leaving at 3 and how long it gonna take I told him I will be there before 3 never again will I stay there the housekeeper opened door while we was there.

On day one of my two-day stay, I asked the cleaning lady NOT to enter my room until after I check out "tomorrow". (They offered no method of indicating "Do Not Disturb"). The next morning, two hours before checkout time, she entered my room while I was getting dressed. How frustrating! Why couldn't she wait? Also, I was overcharged from the TOTAL hotels.com told me I would pay. Otherwise, decent stay.

This place was nasty! The room overall was filthy. The sheets were dirty and upon inspection I found blood on the sheets and dried blood and bedbugs on the mattress.

The tub looked dirty. I chose not to use it. There was a small hole in the bathroom door. But the bed was comfortable and everything else was fairly clean.

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the pictures. The room was dated, the bed was uncomfortably hard (I had to request extra sheets), and there weren’t enough towels. There also appeared to be roaches, which was quite concerning. To make matters worse, the fire alarm kept going off during the night, and the staff couldn’t identify the cause, leading to a sleepless night. Additionally, be aware that there is a $100 accidental charge. On a positive note, the property is located in a nice area. I don’t recommend!!!!!!!

The room was surprisingly nice and clean. But the remote control wasn’t even for the tv. We tried connecting an HDMI with our laptop to watch movies. But the remote control didn’t connect to the tv to switch input. It smelled like straight cigarettes and smoke. The outside was dirty. I’m not going to lie, if you’re looking for a place you’ll mainly just go for sleep, definitely stay here. But if you’re looking for somewhere you know you’ll stay and relax for a get away weekend this isn’t the place.

The bathroom floor was dirty and full of hair. I had to ask to be moved to another room.

Waiting 30 mins to check in was falling asleep

The deadbolt lock doesnt work. And i was asked why i kept coming back if i was giving them bad reviews., i was told not to come back by the same person that gave me a room that was already occupied. They are not the only place around. Theyve lost one customer.

Main light switch did not work, had to screw in bulb. Room wasn't ready when told it would be. Fridge had some food items from previous person. One of the small towels has old blood stains on it.

Smoking room 🚬

I was given a key that doesnt work, had to come back at the fronk desk. The 2nd key worked but the room i was given was occupied. Had to go back again to the front desk. Finally, the 3rd trip worked. It was terrible!

Staff who checked me in was somewhat indifferent, somewhat rude; asked for a ground floor room, many rooms were checked and cleaned out while I was waiting there, but he still refused my request.

Went back to the front desk, adjusted my key, but the room is accupied. Went back to the front desk, i was given a wrong room. It should have been 139 instead of 135. And one of the pillow case has stains, it wasnt replaced.

Nice and kozy room

Although the room was clean and the bed somewhat comfortable, the bathroom was not. There was hair on tub and in the sink , the floor (bathroom) wasn’t very clean , but passable. I wore socks because I was afraid of getting a foot fungus and the bathroom was very small. The front desk staff was not, very customer service friendly , it was job a job to her. The lobby was needing some attention . If there were any amenities , I was not told . So I guess for the value, it was okay,,,just don’t expect much

Some of the people that were living there were not the most pleasant of people and Saturday day night was very loud so we ended up checking out early although the stay was nice no one bothered us I got my deposit back it was just some of the people at the hotel were loud and on drugs the only complaint about the room is the bed looked kinda gross and the door lock was not screwed in all the way. But they allowed my service animal as well so all in all I give it a 3 stars and I would stay here again it was cheap and it was nice & in a good area just some things weren’t up to standards

Customer service was bad! Rooms were very outdated & not clean, haur dryer caught on fire because it was so old. Overall bad experience for the orice. Rooms are tiny as well . You can go to a motel 6 or somewhere for the same price & get better.

The guy at front desk (young guy) gave away our room because we didn’t show up earlier. The 6 days stayed was paid already. We told him we could show up anytime since my room was paid off since April. He never apologized or anything. Never again stayed with them. Sine this was our second year staying there, we told him that we will never come back. It seems like he didn’t care.

This hotel was great! My room was clean and comfortable. If you smoke or vape they actually have smoking rooms. It's amazing really since most hotels now are 100% smoke free. I'll be honest...it was nice not having to go out for a quick puff when it's freezing outside lol.The location is walking distance to shopping and dining. Front desk was friendly and willing to help with any questions. Property is close to the highway and easy to find. I would stay here again!

The room was clean, private, quiet. The cleaning staff and hotel staff very nice! I just wish there were mattress protectors on the mattresses and pillows. I liked that Target was near there for convenient shopping.

I was honestly disappointed with this establishment. Pool was closed room was dirty. No refrigerator or coffee machine. No one picked up the phone as I was booking to confirm the pool was opened. I booked for the pool. My kids and myself were extremely disappointed.

Everything was nice and clean for the most part. I did not tho like that the people next door were noisy and got told nothing and also they were smoking weed and again got told nothing. The smell was strong and in our room made my night horrible because it gave me a headache. The front desk people were polite at first. they definitely should have done something atleast about the smoking. Instead my friend got told to mind her business so that was rude

my room flooded sometime in the night whiole we where sleeping. I guess the toilet continued to fill. something about the float. I am not a plumber, so they could of told me a numerous amount of things and i would not know. But they gave me a towels for the floor at first. then a plunger and finally moved us to the room net store at 2;30 in the morning. Was not fun. Very disappointed.
