Definitely recommend for the price staff was amazing

Stayed there 3 times and each time it was very clean.

We had a very comfortable stay here. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, it was a very good value.

Okay hotel nothing out the extraordinary

The room is spacious and mostly has a nice layout. The location of the hotel is good for people with a car. Free and adequate parking spaces (when I was there.) Generally, the hotel seemed adequately clean. Breakfast was adequate and probably has something for most people. There was an issue with the hotel rate and I was charged a lot more than I should have been because the front desk clerk made a mistake and charged me the hotel's fee (that does not match with Booking.com's fee.) When I alerted the front desk to this, they said they would fix it and I would be refunded the difference. I was sent a receipt that mentions the correct fee I was quoted on Booking.com, but I have yet to receive a refund. The bed was really uncomfortable and I barely got any sleep in it. The layout of the bathroom is really uncomfortable and inconvenient. The door opens inward only a few hairs away from the toilet. The shower water pressure is somewhat weak. I don't recommend using the WiFi for personal financial matters because the connection seems really unsecure. The cybersecurity protocols in place here are questionable.

Perfect quiet location, rooms were spacious, breakfast was good. You are about 35 min away from downtown in case that is too far for you. We didn’t mind the drive.

Wonderful rooms and great breakfast!

Breakfast was good overall. Orange juice wasn't working 😞. It was a busy Saturday so they did take a little time to bring out more food when needed. Pool was a bit cold but okay for the kids. I didn't like that the room is cleaned every other day on your stay. We had trash and needed towels and had to ask at the front desk. Which asking is fine but they need to work a bit on their customer service.

Everything in the room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar was was well stocked and the staff member kept spotlessly clean.

I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking.

We arrived and the pool was down for maintenance. The bed was old. The springs could be felt and were squeaking. Also the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. We were given another room the staff called premium only because of access to the snacks in the mini bar. The iron did not steam and had to be replaced and the ironing board did not stand firm it rocked and was uneven. This was not the best experience. It we made it through.

This hotel was beautiful and had such a lovely presence. The staff was warm and welcoming, even after our very late and unexpected arrival. Accommodating and clean with plenty of soft bedding and towels.

We stayed here twice! It was so nice the first time when we found ourselves in the area again we booked again. Great breakfast, clean, and quiet.

The place is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is a delight. The only thing is the swimming pool is under maintenance and that’s one of the reason that we chose this place with my kids. Otherwise, great place to stay and the staff are courteous and very attentive to our needs

It was very clean! Most of the staff was nice. The beds weren't that comfortable. You can hear the people above you walking around. The guy that checked me in was rude. The pool was closed and I didn't know till I got there.

Forms of identification to prove who I was. I had to go to cancel the reservation and book via Expedia to get the same room at a cost of almost $80 more for the same window of time. Hotel itself was clean and in a good location for my needs.

Breakfast was not very good. chicken sausage was gross. pork sausage was thin rubber discs with sausage flavor. eggs tasted processed. potatoes were ok. Had several healthy food choices but didn't try healthy food.

The pool was decent. For the very expensive rates which ended up higher than our reservation. We received NO maid service at all! For the rates we paid? That is unexcitable! Our rate being raised for no reason during out stay! Not right! I worked in the hotel industry for twenty years. We never did that sort of thing to a guest! I was also unable to get the baseball game on the tv. .The desk came up and said it was set but didn't work and when I called to the desk multiple times. I was ignored!

I loved that there was a small pond I could see from my room's window where there were geese each morning. It was a beautiful scene to wake up to each morning, even in the middle of the city.

Elevator was broken the whole time the optional elevator was slow moving and rattled a lot. Noted that the water in the swimming pool was green not clean.

Our room wasn’t ready for an hiur after check in. One of the elevators was broken but it wasn’t taken offline so it essentially broke the other one too. There was a dirty sock in the middle of our room

I enjoyed my stay

This was a nice hotel stay for a night of rest after a concert at the United Center. Breakfast was really good (Breakfast potatoes, bacon, cereal, and orange juice)- there was a worker running around keeping everything fresh. I didn’t have any waffles but they had batter and a waffle maker.

Supposed to have glass sliding door in the shower as per the pictures but only had a curtain that wasn’t very long and completely soaked the floor of the bathroom

The rooms were very nice and very clean which is the most important thing to me. The elevators sounded and were acting very strange, but I managed to get to & from my room with no issues. The pool could have been a lot more clean, the walls inside the pool looked pretty nasty. But all in all, the hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep peacefully!

Everything was nice about the property but the elevators were both a little scary. They would stop and then vibrate or the alarms would randomly go off.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. Appreciated the liquid hand soap. Stayed with pet. Only downside was pet fee was very high at $75/night. If there were more pet amenities (like dog park and washing station) a high fee like that would be more palatable.

Beds were comfortable things were very clean in the rooms minus a few stains in the carpet. Pool bottom was stained a greenish color. Food variety was good. We stayed two nights and each morning was slightly different options.

Great breakfast with omelettes, potatoes, bacon, hot and cold cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, coffee, juice, almond and dairy milk, yogurt. Exercise room with plenty of cardio machines and weights. Clean room and breakfast area. I would go back!

Check in was a confusing mess and the staff were very unhelpful. They charged a room before we even checked in and nobody could explain properly where all the extra charges were coming from and instead blamed our bank!! What a joke. How can a bank charge for something on their own. We will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again after this!!

The staff was very helpful. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sliding door into the bathroom. Not something I would recommend in the next buildout. However, should the need arise again, we would be happy revisiting the property.

We were given the room right outside the elevator waiting area, so it was consistently noisy which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast looked fancy but did not taste good. All the staff were very nice. Good shower.

Couldn’t get any sleep because someone child was screaming and running down the main hall way all night. And when I went to the lobby to ask I couldn’t find anyone at the counter. Very poor service and quality for what you expect for a Hampton hotel brand. It felt like I was staying at a Red Roof Inn. Very dissatisfied!

When we received our room, there were already people staying in the room. I walked in on a family.

Room was nice and updated. Elevator is a bit sketchy though. It feels like you’re going to get stuck and couldn’t find the inspection information anywhere, pool needs to be updated, everything else is newly remodeled why not the pool? Kids had fun. Average experience for the most part.

The pool bathroom inside is completely rusted out. We stay at Hampton Inn quite a bit in other states and being in Burr Ridge IL I didn't expect that. We tried using the pool but I was worried we would get a fungus or something so got out and scrubbed down. I told the front desk person that was training a new guy the day before we left about the pool. I asked if it's policy to ignore the pool in winter. He challenged me to take him to look at the pool like I was exaggerating I guess. He was not happy with me. Once he saw the pool he wouldn't go all the way inside or look inside the bathroom. He did make the pool out of service a couple hours later.

This is a very nice hotel, however there were areas in the parking lot with many piles of dog mess around the cars. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but definitely something that I did not like.

My only concern is that the hallways in winter are very cold.

Was a decent stay for 3 nights. Bed was a little stiff for my wife and I. The shower was nice and hot. The hotel was dead so tons of parking and hardly any people in the hotel. However my wife did make me get out of bed to kill a spider by the tv. And the next morning we opened the curtains and had to record a green lady bug outside. But that’s about tiit.

Rooms are wonderful. Clean, well taken care of, towels are stocked and coffee service is available all the time. Continental breakfast is satisfying and has a great variety of both hot and cold items.

We loved the pool, which was warm and not filled with chlorine. The hotel is situated near a small park and a large fun park, Harvester Park. Walking distance. Breakfast options were great.
