The staff was incredible!

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Unfortunately our AC was leaking and carpet around it was soaking wet. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The staff was amazing; the staff at the front desk carried a warm and welcoming spirit. But, I especially noticed Oliver who was the gate attendant at the parking garage. He carries a love for people and I perceived that he also is a attentive to detail. As a business owner I notice people within other companies when I travel. The sense that Oliver takes care of responsibility said he's given, personally. As you promote him to more responsibility in customer relations you'll discover that he will be a great asset to your company. Thanks for the great experience at your location!!

The Coffe maker in the room was fealty in the water reservoir, no drinking water in the room.

Water pressure was non-existent - bathroom was dirty. Hotel double charged - charged me for the room that I had already paid for through Orbitz - said their virtual card was declined.

bed was very comfortable A/C in a hotel of this quality should be central & not have a split unit. cheapens the whole experience. Refrigerator in our room was very noisy also. breakfast was underwhelming.

Nice hotel but the parking

The staff, as usual, was extremely nice and helpful. The room wasn't the best! The vent in the bathroom was leaking on the toilet, and the glass mirror in the closet was broken. The air also took a while to click on.

Nice centrally located

Staff were friendly and so nice. They made us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were not available until 7-8 pm on day of check-in. Housekeeper left dirty sheets on the bed from previous guests. It has the potential to be a good hotel, just not the day my family and me stayed. I received no compensation whatsoever.

Room was nice . Room was clean. The parking lot was had cramped parking places and we had to walk too far from next door parking lot. There were no valet trolleys available at front door to get our luggage in and no one at desk available to look for any. We had to take some of our luggage in without trolleys then find our own trolleys inside the hotel near elevators on other floors. Not enough staff to help us.

Popcorn was a nice treat. My partner accidentally left his watch in the room after check out. When called to ask about the watch, the housekeeper said they did not see anything.

This is a very nice hotel with 1 major negative. The location of the gym is ridiculous. Top floor. Directly above the room I was try to sleep in. Being awakened to the sound of KABOOM from dumbbells being dropped on the floor between sets and then treated to the thumping and humming of the treadmills àt 5AM definitely contributed to my low rating. This was a something I never thought I'd have to look at prior to booking. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Pull out couch mattress was filthy with popcorn and chip crumbs. Ironing board was broken, floors were dirty. Great area, but the place was a dump

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a Keurig instead of a coffee pot. The bed was too soft…no support. There was weak water pressure in the shower, but served its purpose. The Bistro had great burgers and the chef was amazing. Overall, I had a good stay and was able to get to the Benton Convention Center in 3 minutes with easy parking. Lastly, I must say the staff was very friendly, but the cleaning staff could improve. They left cleaning products in my room, did not replenish the coffee cups, and forgot to replace the towel mat for the bathroom.

Very nice place to stay to experience the downtown shops and eateries. Only issue-The toliet needed cleaning due to the black stains under the toliet seat.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I was on the 5th floor and the gym was directly above the room. Running (pounding) on the treadmill and weights being dropped at 7am is not a great thing to wake up to. Called twice to have my room refreshed and it was never done.

On the negative side, The breakfast bistro was ill stocked and understaffed, same with the bar. The gym had no towels in the morning. The pool was a very small indoor pool and it was not very clean. On the positive side, this hotel is nicely situated near walkable down town restaurants, bars and shops.

For the most part it seemed like a safe neighborhood, although we didn't see cameras the location advised that there was. The parking deck was next to the hotel so it was convenient.

it was easy to get to off of the highway, parking was convenient, and it's located within walking distance from a decent selection of restaurants. Will likely return to this hotel the next visit to Winston Salem.

Excellent stay except for the bathroom fixtures u gad trouble getting off the very low toilets. U question their choice if fixtures. The tub was very how RTI cover your feet when bathing.

Nice hotel and staff. We found left over large eaten box of cookies and the bedding was not in our room for a pull out sofa. We called the front desk about the old food in the room and were told to place it outside our door. A few hours went by and we ended up throwing it away ourselves.

Everything about this stay was top-notch. From the extra friendly and helpful staff to the very comfortable room, our overnight at this property was terrific. The location can't be beat, either - downtown within walking distance of food, shopping, and drinks.

When my boyfriend and I arrived they didn’t have our room ready. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a room even though we were there way after our check in time. We almost missed our reservation. They also did NOT refund my money for incidentals after I was told they would. $250.00 GONE. Dishonesty is not ok. WILL NOT BE BACK. Room was fine

My room was not the cleanest, but the facility is really nice and updated and there are restaurants and stores within minutes from the hotel so it’s really a great location.

Clean property.

The property is clean and the rooms are very nice. We were with a school group and the location was perfect for the venue. ACC basketball playing on tv in the lobby, everyone was cheering and having fun. Our stay was GREAT. ( except Duke won)

My stay was really great. I have some ability challenges and they were very accommodating for that. I do wish the valet parking and room service were available but even without that the staff were very helpful and friendly.

For the most part, my stay was good. My room was on the front of the hotel, so it was a little noisy with vehicles on street and ppl noises. Also, the toilet needs to be repaired. The water ran all night. Otherwise, my atay was pleasant.

Who ever decided the gym/work out facility should go on the top floor should lose their job!! It’s open 24/7 so anyone can go at anytime. That’s great news except for the people in the rooms beneath the gym that are trying to sleep!! It was THE LOUDEST thing I’ve heard in a long time staying at a hotel, and we stay in hotels often! I’m happy for the people that love fitness and want to run on the treadmill at all hours of the night and at 4 and 5 am but when it’s above your head, that’s ridiculous!!

I loved staying here for the weekend! The staff were all very kind and helpful, and although there isn’t a sit down restaurant, the food options at the bistro were perfect (I’m gluten free). Room was clean, I would definitely stay here again!

Then pillows are low quality and thin, not up to Marriott brand. No extra coffee was availablenand only synthetic creamer instead of real stuff. This is a big deal to us as we drink coffee and want natural ingredients. Lasly there is no coffee in common rooms early in morning. Had to wait til 630 am to buy something, and again no effing cream.

The hotel looked nice but from the time you walk in the door all you smell is gardenias even in the room. I sneezed the entire time. The pool was the coldest indoor pool I have ever been in & was much much smaller than photos make it look. The bathroom door didn't latch all the way. There was hair all over the shower wall & someone's fake eyelash in the floor. The shower didn't work correctly, half the water coming out of the shower head half still coming out of the faucet. There were huge strips of packing tape on the wall as if decorations had been put up at some point & electrical tape covering the smoke detector. The elevators literally took forever. I've stayed in better hotels for much cheaper prices.

Front desk staff was amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Room was not very clean, obvious dirt, spills. Stains on bedding. Bathroom floor sticky. Strong food/grease odor from AC unit. Mattress completely worn out!

The room doesn’t really look like the picture. The furniture seemed way too small for this space since the sure was pretty big. We were given an “accessible” room and didn’t book one. Called front desk they said they didn’t have one available. Staff was friendly

The gentleman at the front desk wasn’t super friendly and I just wish that he wasn’t on his phone talking to someone with his AirPods and was more friendly. But it was easy overall and glad we were able to get checked in and happy with our stay

Not the best, not the worst. Parking was confusing, wish there had been more information in the booking about where/how to park. Asked the staff about accessibility accommodations and they said they'd call the room with their answer, but never called. Oh well. Our room overlooked the outdoor lounge area, so it was difficult to sleep with the noise from down below. But the room and facilities were nice and very clean. The location is great and very walkable. Overall our stay was pleasant.

I enjoyed the room and the staff were very friendly. Clean! Restaurants walking distance. I wish there was a nicer walking path from the parking garage to the building. Also the check in parking spaces are a joke. I had to drive around the block twice then wait until a space freed up. Honestly parking was expensive.

When I arrived in the room there was a strong stagnant and musty odder in the room. The bed sheets had holes in it, the shower curtain had holes in it and the top was coming apart at the top. One of the towels had hair still in it when I went to dry off.

They pretend parking is included. No mention in listing, nor stated at check in, but when you park where they tell you to, they add hidden $15/day fee. I’m not upset about the money but I agreed to one price and was charge a different one. Definitely deceptive practice by design. Room had what I can only assume was biological matter caked into white ottoman.

The eating area was not particularly welcoming and even had to pay for coffee. Had to search outside the food prep area justvto find a spoon..weird.i

Hotel was nice and clean. Had a rooftop bar but did not open till late due to staffing. But once they did was nice having a drink up there. Bar and starbucks in lobby.

The downtown location is nice as you have access to restaurants and bars in a walking distance. The staff were short-handed and couldn’t keep up with customer needs though they were trying hard. The hotel just didn’t seem to have enough people on a busy graduation weekend when the hotel was a full house.
