I would not ever choose to stay here again. The hotel had an outdated and dirty feeling overall. We had a pillow on our bed thay was dirty and my husband found a disposable mouth guard in his fitted sheet. Our faucet was super strong and shot water everywhere. We walked by the pool and there was lots of trash. Around 11pm we had kids knocking on our door and then running away. The breakfast was subpar.

Terrible stay.

Our room was clean mostly. Our bedding had stains on both beds. And the rooms smelled like weed, and cigarrettes.. the pool was thick feeling, cloudy and gross. Breakfast there was not enough available or stocked at all times during the open hours.

Just stayed overnight at this hotel since it had an airport shuttle (which was great). The hotel looks like it was quite the place in the past. Currently, the furniture was damaged, the carpet was damp and it gave the impression that management didn’t care to even minimally upgrade.

This place is falling apart. I would never stay at it again. The only advantage, it is near to the airport and it provides an airport shuttle. The internet is not working and there is no hot water in the bathtub.

It’s a big old hotel with dated , eclectic furniture and appliances. However it offered what I needed for a short stay at a very affordable price.

Good shower pressure and good location. It was shabby and not very clean the bed was okay but the other furniture seemed worn out. Breakfast was lacking.

The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail that made my stay enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! 😊

It was close to the highway. The room was filthy. There was mold in the shower, the surfaces were covered in dust, there were stains all over the bathroom floor and the carpet, and the beds had all these little black spots on the blankets and sheets that we are really hoping were just dirt. We were close to the pool and everything had a vague mildew smell to it. We had to call the front desk to deal with the active physical altercation that was happening in the room next door.

What breakfast? The breakfast lounge was a mess. Cereal was all over the counter. There was a kid there trying to make waffles for himself and his mom. He spill lemon, waffle mix on the counter. There wasn't enough choices for breakfast. I took a yogurt, a bagel I didn't like that breakfast wasn't available. The carpet in the room needs cleaning.

The room was spacious. The heating/cooling device worked well. The windows had curtains that fully blocked the light. The bath tub drain needed repair.

The first room and hallways stank to Marijuana, They moved us to another room, When we woke up in the morning, We discovered, to our shocked, that we slept on blood stained sheets. Terrible experience, we can't believe how could this! be overlooked! Very upsetting. Very disturbing!

Absolutely love the swimming pool area with all of the seating available! The sky light was perfect when the sun came out. It allowed you to be indoors when the temperature was not as warm as you would like. Then they had the outdoor seating as well The rooms are clean but they are outdated.

Price snd their breakfast was good. I stayed there twice on the way up and back from another destination and both times my bath towels were dirty and had stains on them.

Hotel definitely needs to be updated if its going to be called a hotel in if not change it to motel. Our bathtub wasn’t clean. And the room had a smell to it.

We get to our room.. it’s clean BUT after we lock the door we got to put the safety lock on and it’s missing. Didn’t feel extra safe .. but again it was just for the night. The bathroom and room were clean.

The noise was absolutely ridiculous!!!! It was loud during the day all day and continued until 12:30 am the following morning! I brought my dog with me and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Lots of sketchy people hanging around and the WiFi was awful! 125.00 for terrible night! I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend this hotel!

Our room was not clean and had dog or cat food on the floor. I Told the guy at the front desk and ask for someone to clean the floor and the room. They only gave us towels. The fridge had someone stuff in it. The doors to the building our all open and the key card of the door was falling off of it.

The only issue we had was the shower didnt turn to hot.

This inn is housing homeless families which they denied - I witnessed it. The police showed up. The rooms were very dirty. A birthday party took place by pool area until 11pm - very loud screaming. The inn's door 2 in the hotel has no lock remains open for anyone to walk in. I was frightened about our security and left early morning - skipped the breakfast. Absolutely, the worst experience!!!

As my gf and I were in bed, males claiming to be housekeeping tried to enter twice saying they where delivering extra towels, which we did not ask for.

The pictures online are NOT accurate. The lock on door was broke. The first room had a broken toilet. The second room smelled like illegal things. The halls are rundown and dirty also. Ripped up carpet. The lady at the front desk was appalled that I asked for my money back. We went to the Hampton Inn.

Plus was the 24hr airport shuttle and the vending machines Computers not working so I had to go purchase a laptop instead Pool area and lobby was pretty nice that was the only areas that looks clean to me

The staff was very friendly and the airport shuttle was perfect in the morning and it was easy to leave our car there while we are away

The room was disgusting. Stains on both beds, garbage behind the desk. Shower was not cleaned. They then placed us in a second room that was no better than the first. We left. Most disgusting place I’ve ever seen.

The building is horribly dated. The desktops in my room were dirty. The bathroom was really old and showed signs of extreme wear. Towels had big stains. No blankets for the beds, just the generic sham that seemed grungy. Could hear neighbors easily through connector door. I got the obvious impression that this hotel was also being used to house migrants as their temporary home. The bed was decent enough, but not to change the overall rating. When I arrived near the lobby for the 4am shuttle, the in-house bar was literally blasting dance music so loud I could notice it 40 feet away. In the lobby, the noise was horrendous at 4am. Shuttle driver drove like a madman. I would never stay here again.

Everything was perfect for my needs.

I did not need a shuttle as I rented a car. The ac/heat console worked as needed. Reached the temperature and turned off to cool the room. Everything was fine 🙂 👍

A lot of maintenance needs to be done for an example. The bathroom vent was plugged salad with dirt. The towels are old and stained. You can tell that no maintenance has been being done.

Return guest. This is my “go to” lodging on Wolf Rd. Free and efficient airport shuttle. Easy access to many restaurants on foot. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a regular hotel. Not the most modern. But if you’re staying just overnight from the airport, it’s acceptable.

When we check-in for 2 night stay they gave us room #165 which it was ok at 1st.. then by 12am there was a wholllllllllllllllle car gathering/car party outside our window.. causing us to have no comfort nor privacy (like someone else is in the room with you.) We complained to the front desk & he said he gonna talk to them to keep it down and OF COURSE that was a fail.. So he finally switched us to the another room. Which we had to move all our stuff and relocated at 110am, when we should've been sleeping comfortably. 2nd room was #179 bathroom vent was broken and caused a very loud noises..PLUS the heat in the room dont work.. which it was a winter storm outdide!! & we didnt know until i woke up sick with a sore throat smh!! Then in the morning i complained to the front desk AGAIN!!!!! And he switched us to another room & we had to move our stuff and relocate again!!! 3rd room is #243 which was judt alright to wrap up the rest og our stay. But at this point we had 0 satisfaction of this stay smh. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Room smoke detector was going off from a low battery. Called the front desk to handle the issue, guy comes to the door and ask me to switch rooms. So after changing rooms from a noisy to an ice cold room i knew right the i shouldn’t have booked for 2 days. Long story short i stay the few hours to rest and went someone else without asking for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no other option.

The room smelled like smoke, the shower had black mold and the heather wasn’t working correctly. The lobby was crowded from a party. Little kids were running all around and ran into me. No one was watching them.

Staff were extremely kind and courteous. Libby area was very updated and clean. They allowed me to grab breakfast early before heading to the airport which was nice. Close to airport. However, the rooms do need some updating. The bedsheets were clearly not washed as I found multiple hairs and stains. The bathroom also didn’t seem clean either with hair and stains in the tub and sink.

Microwave didn’t turn, the towels had hair (and stains) folded inside, wifi did not work either.

I wouldn’t even take a prostitute here. We had three rooms for a pool party for my son and I was beyond embarrassed. The lobby is cute and staff is super friendly but as soon as you touch the hallways it’s beyond ghetto. Rooms smell like an ashtray, weed, and mildew. Sheets had stains, beds were squeaky and so uncomfortable. Bathrooms were small and dirtier than a New Jersey rest stop. One of our rooms the toilet overflowed and literally flooded not only the bathroom but the bedroom as well. They put us in an even more disgusting room that was covered in black mold. The pool was disgusting and dirty. And not a housekeeper in site. Other “guests” that clearly live there offered myself and my children drugs for purchase. Breakfast in the morning was a complete joke. Waffle maker was crusted over with charcoal. Juice dispenser spit out mold into my cup. Side doors of the hotel don’t even have locks on them and room doors don’t even lock properly which lead to my husband and I not being able to sleep worried for our families safety. Im beyond pissed and want my money back as I paid almost $100 bucks for each room. I couldn’t escape that property any faster then I did. Owners and management should be ashamed of themselves for running an establishment like this and I will be reporting to the better business bureau and the health department. Absolutely disgusting

Front desk staff, housekeeping, and all other staff were all excellent, attentive, friendly, and professional. The room, while clean desperately needs upgrades. The bathroom was horrible...the tub was rusty, the faucet detached from the wall, the light/fan was so noisy I jeft the door open and used the room light.

The room at first glance was great. However, The lamp on the desk was about to fall apart....needed tightening extremely badly. I was afraid to use it. The worst situation was the coffeemaker. There was no place accessible to plug it in.

Lighting was poor. Room condition poor. Rack fixture on the wall was coming out. The shower head was not affixed to the wall. It was a budget price, but it seemed to be well below standard.

Room had alot of stains and no tv remote. The tiles in the shower holding the shower bar were coming out of the wall and there were repair items scattered down most halls including rolls of carpet in the pool room. I would not stay again

Room was in good condition.. staff were very attentive when approached.. however linen was changed out less frequently than my liking.

I have read a lot of reviews about this hotel at the time.It was last minute and I needed two rooms they accommodated me and my daughter and her family so that we could have adjoining rooms even though it was last minute, I also asked if there was any chance we could get one that connected to the pool area, and they also accommodated that The breakfast was good.Everything was clean.I am big on clean everything was good. Maybe not great like a 4 star hotel or a 5 star hotel. But I would definitely stay there every time we go up to see my granddaughter who is in college. I never had to ask for anything extra because it was always there. So if u have a larger group and on a budget you can't ask for anything more than that.

Easy check-in staff very friendly helped me to get my luggage into my room. Room very clean. Very quiet. I as a senior I felt safe leaving my room to go get extra things for my coffee and snacks. They have a shuttle to the airport which was great for me. I will stay her again.

Love the pool and the breakfast

The side door entrance had the swipe card box was broken and unattached to the door. This place needs some serious updating. When I pulled in the outside looks very sketchy! poor lighting in the parking lot. There was a car in the side lot that was very damaged and windows smashed, not sure why it was left there for people to see. I was unsure about the shower as the bathroom looked old.

The side doors to the building do not lock. My room was near “door 2” and in the morning there was a drunk/homeless person sleeping on a couch by the stairs. Not good.

The sheets and blankets were dirty, stained, and smelled terrible. The room in general smelled awful. The smell was so unpleasant that I couldn't sleep all night. The place was cheap to stay but definitely not recommended, specially if you have kids! Spent a little bit more money but stay in a cleaner place. I generally rated 1 star.

Additionally, there was only one person managing the front desk, and when I arrived, no one was present. I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up to assist me. This was fine for a short stay before an early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was fine. Accommodations were acceptable. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Sound-proofing not great but I had quiet neighbors.

Overall, I liked this stay a lot. The Inn is a bit dated but it is clean, the staff is very friendly and the place has most of the amenities that the big chains have. I took advantage of the free breakfast for the five (5) days I was there and wasn’t disappointed a bit. A fine selection if cereals, microwavable breakfast sandwiches and a waffle station was enough to get the day started for sure. The rooms were clean but the towels need to be replaced as they have seen better days. The layout is as good as anyplace else and I had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in my room. The pool area was excellent and had an outdoor area to sit or barbecue or both. There was an office area to print a boarding pass and a gym with enough (newer) equipment to work up a sweat. For what you get, the price is VERY good as I’ve paid double per night in a lot if other places for the same amenities. Definitely keeping The Albany Airport Inn on my list.

Great management

This hotel is what nightmares are made of. First I had them change the bed after seeing stains all over it, then noticed the outside door is not secure, anyone can walk in and during the night we heard people going down the hallway rattling the room door handles, a closer look and there was blood dripping down a wall and on the back door of the bathroom, the air freshener was so over powering it gave me a headache, the shower was so dirty we did not dare take a shower, after wiping our hands with a bathroom towel we noticed hair on our hands from the dirty towels, needless to say I checked out early and went to another hotel!

My reservation was wrong when i checked in. I told the clerk I didn't want a room on the 1st floor so she gave me one on the 2nd floor which had a big water stain on the ceiling and it looked like it was going to fall down and was the farthest away from the office. The door to enter the building to the room was a small door next to a dumpster. The hotel was cute and very clean.

This was a very pleasant 1 night stay over for myself and my wife. We traveled to participate in a milestone birthday for our 80 year young cousin.

It's a nice place to stay but there are a few spots that aren't all that clean like the tiles in the shower and a few cobwebs here and there. But the bed is comfortable, sheets and pillows clean. If not for the few things I mentioned it was be a 5 star stay.

Treated us horribly. Told us on several occasions we were not welcome there using Expedia and Agoda because the discount was too high and they were losing money because of us. We were there for a month almost they kicked us out (with a newborn baby). Accused us of lying about our service animals even though we offered to show documentation. We are very sad and upset about how they embarrassed us in front of other guests and staff. We just wanted to enjoy the pool and grounds. They made it miserable. They caused my very pregnant daughter in law so upset she had panic attacks and go into labor 12 days early. Pure hell.

The room hasn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. The toilet had a moldy ring inside. We didn't even use the shower because it was that gross. Carpets were not vacuumed. Comforter smelled bad. Our second room was no better. Ice machine and soda machines were broken and unplugged on the 2nd floor. No a/c on the second floor and door #4 did not lock and the hallway smelled strongly of urine. Random people were laying on the couches in the hallway. Breakfast was a disaster as the microwave was broken. We needed to cook our frozen sandwich and frozen soggy bagel in our room and they ran out of sugar, peanut butter, and oatmeal. The only positive aspect is that it was pet friendly and descently priced. Still not worth the money.

just about the worst hotel I've ever stayed at... unwelcoming desk staff (racist against white Americans maybe?) NASTY dirty rundown... broken tub, cracked toilet, busted ass gym equipment, cardboard towels, no towels at pool, never empty the trash... yes there's a pool. the pool ROOM is heated. the pool itself was cold and SLIMY. our room smelled so disgusting and the floor was sticky. I had to wear shoes in my room to go to the bathroom it was so gross.

Always treated with respect here. Checkin is quick and pleasant. Airport shuttle is efficient; driver helps with bags. Rooms are comfortable with nice linens. Hot water always abailable.

Found a used condom under the bed. There was stains on the ceiling. The tub has cracks in it so stepping in the shower felt like walking on a water bed.

Property not kept clean, by one on the entry doors garbage bins overflowing , plenty garbage on the ground. Terrible stink of garbage. Entry by door 4 stinks of urine.

Room smelled disgusting. In the corner by the bed, the guest used as a bathroom, it smelled of pee. The same wall was full of boogers the guest use to fling.The tub was full of caulking to hold it together. The toilet seat was held on by one loose nut and the tank was just balancing on the toilet itself. Blankets have holes and towels have cigarette burns on them. Breakfast was limited to toast, yogurt, cereal and mini muffins . Coffee, you need to get from the lobby. Safety, forget about it, I just wanted to get out of there. If there is a fire in the hallway, you are done for. I forgot to take a picture of the fire hose that’s missing the hose and only had the shut off handle. The hotel is the last resort of hotels in the area, so SLEEP in your car.

This is a great place for the budget conscious traveler. There are some oddities about the layout, but staff are intelligent & responsive & the rooms are well-appointed. The carpet in the halls is funky but that can be fixed ... & with low prices, you can tolerate that.

Smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking

The pull-out sofa bed had no sheets at all. When I called the front desk to ask for them, they hung up on me. I called again and they were extremely rude and unwilling to help. After insisting, they told me I had to go all the way down to the lobby myself just to pick up fitted sheets and a comforter for the sofa bed, with no offer to bring them to the room. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet and bathtub had not been properly cleaned. The floor throughout the room was dusty and clearly had not been cleaned in some time.

The bed was comfortable. Waffles for breakfast. Staff addressed any issues promptly. Didn’t try the pool but it looked like fun.

The rooms were discusting! Our Air conditioner didn't even work.. not sure if the floors have ever even been cleaned! Or the windows.. gross!

When I first entered I got the feeling it was going to be bad because of the old furniture in the lobby. But when I got to my room it had pretty scary stains in the rug and it smelled really dank. The door to the connected room was unlocked and cracked open so I think maybe someone was in there. I checked out early. The only good thing was the man at the front desk changed my room for no charge. But I don't think I would return. The free breakfast was cool.

If you need a super cheap room to just sleep close to the airport this will work. Many places to eat near by. The rooms were clean but smelled like cigarettes and so did the hallways. The coffee maker had used incense sticks in the water entrance. Couldnt make coffee. There was smelly garbage in the hallway in front of one room and outside the building. The channel changer had no battery cover. The bar advertised in NOT open and no ETA for the future. Rooms on the first floor are adjacent to the pool so its noisy when the pool is open. Caulking was coming apart in the bathroom.

Just spend a little more and go somewhere else, there’s no shortage of places in this area.

Met my needs

The AC wasn’t working during my stay, which made the experience uncomfortable. The property feels old and outdated, and there was a noticeable bad smell in the hallways. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

More of a 2 and half stars. Location is convenient, room seemed clean, although very dated and dingy. A refresh of flooring and paint would aide a long way in better stay. First room the a/c wasnt working, spoke to the desk twice for someone to look at it, they finally sent someone up but ended up having to switch rooms, which they had no more of the room style booked. The staff was friendly though, so that helps the score. Really if the place just went thru a facelift it would be worth the price charged and receive better reviews.

This place really needs some EXPERT attention! Some air conditoners need fixing. I had to change my room because the maintenance man must not know how to repair things properly! The new room i stayed in I had to clean the ac filters! Had a broken window on ghe bottom of the window unit. The breakfast is ok if you like microwaved breakfast sandwiches! This place has a wonderful location but definitely needs some serious attention! It is pk for a overnight but not for a few days.

Requested a smoke free room as far from smoke as possible and my room reeks of smoke! Also, no regulation on othwr guests not following rules. Had to leave pool area due to inconsiderate guests and unsupervised kids. Suppose to leave at 4am for a flight, will not get any sleep due to smell and noisy guests.

They have done a great job of renovating an older facility. The breakfast was great...more than I expected. The rooms are small and the bathrooms tiny. But clean and comfortable.

Beyond filthy.

It was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The only drawback was the rowdy kids using the pool. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was close to the airport and a shuttle was available

Staff very friendly and outgoing

The door at the back parking that led into the hotel did not lock (not secure), the hallways smelled off, the ac in the hallways did not work. Our room furniture was old and damaged, the room smelled like it had been smoked in and there were signs of water damage on the ceiling. The toilet leaked from the base all over the flood at 5am. I left with my hair and closed smelling like smoke. We washed nearly all our clothes and reshowered as soon as we could. Would NEVER stay there again.

Location was ok. Place is a bit run down. Some trouble with keys working. Breakfast was minimal. Definite odor of food cooking when outside rooms of second floor. Spotty TV service.

The room was very dingy. Ripped curtains and mold in the shower. There was a liner in the tub that moved like you were walking on waterbed, from all of the water trapped between it and the actually tub. There were no pillow cases on the pillows, which were just small and square. The lobby was somewhat modern but as I overheard another guest say as we passed in the hall the lobbydoesn’t reflect the actual condition of this. hotel, which was very accurate. Relatively inexpensive so it could be argued that you get what you pay it really was just too dirty and worn down.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s a good bargain, but it’s pretty barebones. One of the “security” doors doesn’t even have a locking mechanism on the door anymore. The rooms are kept well, but it’s an older property that probably needs some TLC. The wall unit AC took forever to cool down the room. The towels are small and thin. The bed is overall comfy. I think this property has a lot of promise, but it needs a little investment.

We notified the hotel before arrival to let them know that we have a dairy allergy and was told that they could accommodate us for breakfast - we had black coffee & orange juice!!!!

We had a quick stay overnight in Albany near the airport and this was perfect. Very good price, clean and quiet, and airport shuttle transportation. Will definitely stay again.

Found a bottle cap and drill bit on the carpet. Carpet was poorly installed and bumpy but whatever. Curtain had many holes in it. Bathroom looked very dirty as the counter and wall and door were stained with brown. Shower has opposite settings, the more you turn the colder it was. The bed consisted of two flat sheets and one fitted sheet. The duvet didn’t actually have a cover. Overall the room itself I would not recommend, but the bed was very comfortable despite the weird sheet situation. For the price of the room it was just okay. I know it’s not expensive but I think the standard still needs to be at least a little higher for this establishment. Lobby looks great, breakfast was fine as well no complaints there.

The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing wrong was the old smokey smell. Being asthmatic it was a good thing I had my inhaler. I'm just really sensitive to it
