Courtyard by Marriott Albany Airport

All is well and great experience.

Location is great the room was nice convenient layout . We would stay here again!

Location Convenient to where I need to be You are still not servicing the rooms daily. We are 6 years past Covid time for full service to come back. Especially for the rate that you charge per night to stay at your location. What are we getting for that price other then a room. Coming in and making the bed, putting down new towels, checking toilet paper/ soaps, or even a quick vacuum isn’t much. If you aren’t going to service the room then do breakfast as part of the price. 12 oz water and sodas $4.94 each - really! Pillows still need lots of help! Why are the outdoor fire pits turned off at 10pm?

Clean room easy check in and lovely property. I had hoped to have lunch there, only breakfast available so went to a convenient place right across the parking lot. I travel a lot and will definitely come here again when I’m in Albany.

When I requested for someone to straighten up my room a lil she pretty much said no said something when it was asked it was denied which is not nor will be ever true.

Windows do not open; expensive for what is provided

This is a beautiful hotel but the room we were in was on the end closest to Wolf Road and we heard the music from the bar across the street both nights very late, it kept us up. Ask for a room on the other end and you'll enjoy it!

It would be nice to have some coffee in the lobby, but other than that, it was great!

I've stayed here many times... never on the first floor, so maybe that was the issue this time but I was not as happy as usual. First off I killed an ant in my bed and a spider in the other bed. Second, both pillows that are at the head of the bed (one on each bed) had severely ripped linens. The only reason I'm giving them a higher rating is because the guest services was super helpful with locating something we left behind

Great stay the pool wasn’t available

Clean room. Front desk staff not friendly. Hair dryer in room did not work. Told front desk. Response “oh okay.” No I'm sorry. Could have cared less. At checkin I asked for a higher floor (preferences are noted in my Marriott profile). Staff said I already keyed your room so you are on floor X. Staff customer service is lacking.

It was close to everything. The sofa bed wasn’t the best. Mattress thin, springs starting to come through, no bedding where they stated it was and when front desk brought up bedding for it, it was the wrong size and the blankets were itchy. Also the pool wasn’t usable and they don’t tell you about the hold they issue on your cart for if you want to purchase anything from the market. It comes off the overage they hold and if you don’t use it they return it back to your card after checkout

Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been nice. Unfortunately, our room was adjacent to the meeting room, which had a gathering of a hockey team - they were slamming into the wall, which was our heads. I called the front desk and they didn't know what was going on in there or when it ended. They didn't even offer to check, so I went and asked the families myself to stop slamming into the wall.

Did not eat breakfast. Very friendly staff. Was very clean and very quiet. Excellent stay. Hotel is situated so that it was somewhat confusing getting in and out of.

The bed was awful, sagging on both sides, no sleep at all . Seems they bought cheap mattresses as the rest of the hotel looks fairly new and modern.

Was told we would have room service between our 2nd and 3rd days, even checked to make sure. There was none. Snow clearing, if you can call it that made getting in and out of the car hazardous, complained twice, nothing. There was an overall sense of not caring.

The restaurant was not full service. Food was microwave. Hard to take when you have been driving all day and the “restaurant” serves very limited microwave meals. Disappointing.

The “Bistro” had very limited options and was under stocked. They would not have service and I have to go down and grab a menu before I get something to eat. I ordered cheese burger, fries 25 minutes. I went down to pick up the food and was told that they were out of Kroger and only had one. I didn’t like anything else on the menu, resigned myself to ordering DoorDash. Despite advertising a full bottle of Prosecco, they only had a small personal bottle available (about a glass and a half of wine). The burger was inedible.

The hotel was great, but it would be nice to have some complementary coffee or complimentary breakfast

The front desk was great, the bed was comfortable, the temperature was good, it was clean enough. I had to add a night and they were great about it. A man on hotel staff banged on my door after midnight and tried to come into my room. He was apparently delivering luggage and got the wrong room. Then around 12:15AM someone called me with a clearly insincere apology and when I said, first you banged on the door and woke me up, then you tried to come into my room after midnight, and now that I'm almost back to sleep you decided you would call me? And he hung up on me. I stayed here because I bought a house and was moving, so I was exhausted and really needed some rest. I didn't get it, and although I planned on speaking to someone in the morning about what happened, I was way too tired to deal with it after hustling to wake up and check out. On an unrelated note, I think it's weird that there is no low lighting in the bathroom and no fan.

Check in was super fast and staff was friendly. There's a lot of parking but it always seems full! Room was so nice and big. Sink did have a hair and eye lash in it but the rest of the room was super clean so I overlooked that part. There is a bar that serves food but we didn't use it. The indoor pool is what you'd expect, normal for a hotel pool.

Exceptionally clean hotel!!!!! Modern and impeccable. I hate having to stay at hotels and when I walked into this hotel I was so relieved and then the room was perfect. I would 100% stay here again if in the area

Overall, excellent property. Good linens and nice and bright. Only item of concern is common area cleanliness. Elevators had dirty floors with trash on the floor and greasy handprints all over walls. Hallways on the 5th floor where my room was needed a good vacuum. Front desk service was amazing. Super friendly and organized staff.

I booked a room with two beds, was given a one bed hotel room. I was told that the app oversold and it was not their problem. No further steps were made - no comping breakfast, drinks, items from the market. The check in process was very underwhelming considering I was not given the room that I booked. Staff member was not empathetic or willing to help. Went back later that night to ask about something being comped - was given $20 breakfast vouchers, to the complimentary breakfast… The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled like urine upon entering.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Rooms were clean and well kept and we had a king bed which was a lot more comfortable than we expected. The air conditioner worked extremely well and great price

Accidently left my suit in the closet. Biannca found my clothes and kept them for me till i was back in town a few days later.

I left my Kindle behind and they not only found it, but were able to send a shuttle to the airport so I had it back before my flight departed

The staff was extremely busy as it was graduation weekend but they never lost their smiles. Friendly and very accommodating

Rooms comfortable, but neighbors children were a bit loud coming into their room, though they settled down quickly. I would just be concerned if guests need to be sure they have a quiet room, it may be best to ask for one specifically. Weight room was juts right, staff always kind and friendly, easy location for RPI visits (14 minute drive), Trader Joe’s (5 minute drive), Albany Amtrak pick up close by, & Albany airport shuttle (6 minute drive, & only $80.) to JFK. We’d stay again.

The smells lingers throughout the down stairs fill lobby. Also 1 out of 2 of our rooms had a very strong pet smell in there as soon as you opened the door. Smell very strong like cat or dog urine. I was disappointed in the string odor. Pet urine snell is hard to get rid of an not one should be given a room in that state.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. Only problem was finding the entrance for the hotel was not clear from the road.

I loved this hotel. It is easy to access from the highway. And it’s only about a short ride to the city of Albany. The bar/restaurant downstairs, I really loved. The menu the food was perfect. I didn’t have to travel far out of the hotel to eat if I didn’t want to. There’s a large fire pit in the back of the building that has a nice view of the sunset. I would definitely stay here in the area to me was five stars. My room with the king size bed, and the large window.

The accomodations, service, and quality of the furnishings exceeded my expectations. We were drawn to the facility by its price and location to the airport but had not expected to discover what we did.

We stayed at this hotel transiting the Albany airport to/from the Adirondacks. The hotel is very convenient to the airport with many dining options around. The dining options aren’t really walkable but are a very short drive away. The property seems relatively new. Room was very clean and the property was well kept. Would stay here again.

This location is a combined Courtyard and Residence Inn, which was a bit confusing. Entry to the parking lot from Wolfe Road was not clearly marked. Staff were courteous and helpful and the facility was lovely. Weather prevented us from enjoying the fire pit. Very convenient to the airport and to shopping & restaurants at Colonie Center

First time at the Courtyard in Albany. The room was nice but one of the sheets on one of the Queen Beds had a massive stain of which I do not know. When I pulled the comforter back, it was on the sheet over the mattress… very off putting. They could not have any one bring me a new set of sheets due to no staff but they told me they would take 30 dollars off of my room charge. The check in staff were great though as was the cafe team.
