Very nice hotel that is connected to a Courtyard Marriott. Complementary breakfast was great, room was spotless and the staff were lovely.

I personally loved the overall experience and I was always looking forward to breakfast. I love that you can make your own waffles on the spot, hot and crispy. Overall experience was great. The only downside was I requested for room services and they never showed up until the day I was checking out.

We had a very pleasant stay. The lounge area was nice to have a drink or light dinner.

New and spacious. My suite was spacious, but there were no creamers/sugar/tea bags available next to the coffee maker. The fridge was not clean on the outside and some of the living room furniture was noticeably scratched/damaged. However, the bedroom was very nice and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better. There were no potatoes!

Everything was perfect. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The suite offered all the things we needed right down to pots and pans, dish soap etc. The gym offered a good workout and my grandkids enjoyed the warm indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with lots of different offerings. I also loved that it felt safe and secure there. We will definitely stay at Marriott Residence Inn again.

The property was beautiful however the fragrance at the front desk affected my asthma and allergies I could not stay there. However, I was still charged for one of the nights I believe which was truly unfair.

I have always stayed at a Marriotts and have always been pleased. Unfortunately,this trip was a whole different experience for us.When we first went into the room we noticed there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.Not a big deal,I don’t mind starting the dishwasher to clean the dishes.Then we started noticing the sticky counters in the kitchen and all over the fridge.Also,in various places around the room.It was already late so my husband went to the store and got a container of Clorox wipes. I was able to clean these areas.The next morning when we got up I was tidying up the bed and at the foot of the bed on the sheet under the comforter, I noticed blood, dried blood.Neither me nor my husband had been bleeding.We did not notice it the night before because we were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.My husband went down that morning and let the front desk know that there was a blood found on our sheet and they said they would have someone come tidy up the room.There was no apology. Nothing trying to make it better just “we will have housekeeping tidy up the room”.That night I was extremely sick and thought maybe I had caught a stomach flu.The more I think about it the more I think I might’ve caught something from that room.It was absolutely filthy.The next few days I spent in the room sick from the stomach flu or whatever it was that I caught.My trip to NY was ruined.Our stay was for 5 days.More than half of my trip was spent in this room being sick.Very disappointed!

This was an exceptionally wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations… especially for the cost we paid … I would heartily recommend to anyone seeking high value !

Perfect location and beautifully maintained!

Then when I went to shower, the body gel provided was pretty much empty and someone had put a little water in the bottom to try to make the last little amount left useful. My husband went to go get bar soap, and let the front desk staff know, who said nothing. The very least I expect is soap in the bathroom. Disappointing, for sure.

It was loud and did not have a on/off button. We were told by front desk that we have to hold down the button to turn off the dishwasher; as if we should automatically know that.

Convenient location and infrastructure good. However, experienced some big drawbacks. Our reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in a king room with sofa bed. The bathroom did not have body wash from the get go. The first person showering noticed there was absolutely no body wash on the dispenser. When we went to reception to ask for body wash, they told us they could not find any, so they gave us some small hand soaps and told us that the next morning, someone would come and give us the body wash. We were only given 3 sets of towels, so we had to go downstairs to ask for another set of towels. The next day we were out for the whole day - when we came back in the evening, the promised body wash had not been provided. We went to the front desk to ask for it and they went looking and came back saying they did not have body wash so they could offer us more hand soap bars. We were also surprised that the room had not been made - we were told that housekeeping is only every other day but this was not explained either in the reservation details or at check in. We had to ask for new towels as we had put them on the floor for them to be replaced during housekeeping. We were given 2 sets of extra towels. I had to request more. Overall, really not what I would expect of a Marriot Residence Inn. Providing body wash is a basic part of what one pays for. Communicating frequency of housekeeping is critical too. Lastly, we had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed.

Excellent place for business and vacation trips!

Our stay wasn’t bad. The room felt spacious and well designed. The only issues we had were: the air conditioning vent was directly aimed towards the bed and could not be adjusted making the bed area extremely cold. And the pillows were not comfortable or supported.

Nice and clean and everything I need is there in one room. TV/AC/Full kitchen with Dishwasher. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very quiet and easy to go out for other restaurants near by or Mall 👍♥️

Our stay was great! Rooms clean, restaurant and bar are was really nice. We tried a few drinks and different things off the menu during our stay and it did not disappoint. The breakfast is included which is great but you can also order few things from the restaurant including Starbucks:)

Beautiful property and near plenty of restaurants from .5 to 2 miles. Clean spacious rooms with friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Although the place seemed fairly new they don’t clean that well so everything was moldy. The bed sheets were dirty with sticky stuff, I even found a babies tooth on the bathroom floor. The kitchen staff is rude. Overall a beautiful place but not clean and the indoor pool is freezing!

Loved staying in the room, it had everything I needed.

Nice place to stay at. Ran into a few issues tho. Checking took about 10 mins and the girl kept asking why I was staying there and told her politely a few times I would rather not say and she won’t take that as an answer. Also check out was at noon and the maids knock at my door around 11 am and I even had a signed up on the door. Ok to pass on cleaning my room. Both of those issues were very annoying and could have been easily avoided if the workers had some common sense. Mgmt needs to be better training on their employees.

Our room was not cleaned/visited by cleaning staff, during our stay, even though we were gone most of the day. With that said, we did not have enough clean towels/linens for our family, toilet paper, etc. To end with a few positives. The size of the room is very nice, especially for a family of 4. It was close/convenient to the destinations we needed it for. Although we did not use, the lounge area looked really nice, as well as the fire pits going outside.

For the most part, the room was very clean and beautiful. Hard-to-reach areas like the vents had a lot of dust built up(which I’m allergic to) otherwise staff was nice and it was a great stay!

We were redirected to this property as our reservation was lost at the original booking and that place no longer had availability. The front desk staff, room and complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, the pet fee is ASTRONOMICAL ($150). I would not stay here if you have a pet. You can stay at very similar hotels at a much cheaper rate with lower pet fees.

The room set up was awesome! The only complaint I have is that the sheets had black marks on them making them look used and dirty and the walls had black marks and dents in it.
