Seedy couch, run-down furnishings. Cockroaches and bugs-yuk!

Everything was clean. Needed towels and soap change out. Never saw maid but we were gone during the day. Front desk should have towels and soap on hand. I would stay there again.

Its budget, budget, budget... including cockroaches.

It was a cheap place to stay. A couple bugs, bath tub stained and gamey but otherwise I had no issue. It was what I needed at the time. Cheap place to get a couple hours rest.

The place was horrendous. Bed was hard as a rock, no amenities such as soap and broken air conditioner. Staff was completely useless and I would never stay there again whatsoever

The lady at the desk had an awful attitude. I’m a local and like to get hotels so my boyfriend and I can spend time together being we live an hour and a half away from each other, will not be going back.

Roaches everywhere along with bed bugs. Very rude staff they were never around. Wanted to charge me a penalty fee because I told them I wasn't staying and wanted a refund because of roaches and bed bugs. Never gave me my money or security deposit back. Currently fighting with them and booking.com

Disgusting place. Bed bugs possible. Giant blood stain on the couch and a disgusting stain on the bed sheets. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and had to walk to the office for help because there are no phones in the room. Avoid this dump!

The staff were neither accommodating nor welcoming, there was no hot water, and the overall stay was very uncomfortable.

If you're looking for a place to stay and you're comfortable around hypodermic needles and roaches I highly recommend

A roach crawling across the sink, mold in the tub area, behind the door floors were dirty with hair. The comforter had holes burnt in to it. The noise level was bad. Power plugs only at the sink. I could list more.

The room was clean and bug free, but the microwave was missing, no headboards behind the beds furniture was old and damaged,and the ceiling was falling down and there was mold on it,I do have pics

The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Our room looked nothing like what we booked, was dirty with tears in the couch. The bed linen had blood and grass in it. The room smelled very musty and it was difficult to breathe. This motel goes by 3 different names…budget inn, royal inn, and USA inn. We did not stay and asked for a refund.

The manager wanted to charge me an extra $100. I never got my $50 deposit back. They need the closest place down. Terrible, we'll never stay there again.

Want inside sat down on bed and a roach came crawling out!! We didn't stay it was late and had a 3hr trip home. My husband took the roach to the office and showed the clerk and we took pictures. He could not refund our money!! He said we would need to call where we booked it from. Can you please help or tell me what I need to do for a refund.Thank you

Very, very dirty room though. Quite a few cockroaches. Smell of cigarette smoke and yellowed drapes despite being a "smoke free" room.

Location There were cockroaches in the room, TV didn't work, air didn't work, room smelt like cockroach alley, tried to get a refund said I'd have to contact booking com $50 deposit on room , the guy working was very rude to other customers. We will never stay there again Rooms were very outdated.

No phone .. no ice... They expect a deposit for more then the value of what is in the room . We didn't even have a comforter .. there are roaches .. not even a lamp .. it's worth maybe 20 a night at best

First room we were given was full of mold, the beds were even covered in mold, then got moved to another room that that was a little better, still smelled moldy, bathroom had mold, found roached under the bed. The floors were disgusting. Looked like the room hadnt been cleaned.

Dirty sheets, rude staff, beside airport

The motel is very basic and run down. However; it is clean, cheap, and the ac works great. If you need a one night stay before flying, it's worth staying there. It's a no frills bed, ac, and shower very close to the airport. We will stay there again.

Room needs better renovations and change of furniture and microwave

Really, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby.

The room was filthy, broken glass on the floor, no lamps, no closet or bar to hang our clothes, ceiling bubbled and falling down, toilet paper empty, no stopper for tub, toilet paper on floor, no housekeeping service, no clean towels after first night.

Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep.

Check in was a hassle. The front desk employee was rude. This room was booked and paid, 6 months in advance. Upon arrival, I was told that my credit card was declined. My card is valid and should not have been declined. The only way I could check in was to pay again! The room I booked was a king with microwave and refrigerator. At that time I was told that all they had was a double. After asking why my room was not available, they found one. I get to the room and was appalled at the condition, and there was no refrigerator or microwave. I went back up and was given another room which was actually located in a more convenient spot. But the horrible condition continued. The rom was painted a dark grey and there are no lights except for an LED strip located by the window which does not illuminate even half of the room. The floor was dirty, the "chair" in the room was stained and old. The bedding has burn holes throughout. The curtain did not cover the entire window and had holes in it, and was duct-taped to the wall on the side! The sink was dirty with old toothpaste, trash can looked as if someone threw up in it and it was not cleaned. Shower had left over soap packets from the previous occupant and the shower rod was falling off and the curtain was moldy.

This place was a dump. Looks like it was bought and cheeply reworked. old furniture cheep led light bar . recommend demolition and rebuild.

We didn't like anything about the property, dirty inside and outside. Area outside pool and all around had high grass that needed to be cut badly. Sidewalks were filthy and saw a hypodermic needle lying outside our door. Stay was for 4 nights but we left after only 2. Would never, ever stay there again. Commodes lid fell off, bathtub was filthy. Bed had no bed spread and a top sheet was used for bottom sheet. Could see mattress cover on the sides and it was nasty. Don't think we have ever stayed in a place like that.

The whole place was nasty and we ended up not staying at all. The man at the counter was very rude and hateful. I wasted over 300 dollars because of the lies on the website.

False information in room listings. All rooms are dirty, the beds are of very poor quality, and they charge a deposit and do not refund it.

First three rooms they tried to give me had not been cleaned. When i finally did get a cleaned room i noticed there was no microwave nor fridge. There also was not enough hot water pressure to take a shower! Room 134 is the room i stayed in.

I will never stay here again, i need a phone number i have been charged twice.

Easy stay but the room had no lights besides the bathroom area. And exterior light was flashing on off like i was next to a casino. Fairly clean and secure

The front desk people we're rude. The room was listed as jon smoking however the bedding had burn marks in them. Roach bugs in the freezer in the room. No phones in the rooms. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. I do have pictures . We stayed because it was late and had no other options . We thought it would be ok because it was across from the airport. I would have blocked the payment if I had thought about it soon enough. That's how bad it was!!!

The units have a German cockroach problem and the customer service is terrible at best. The refrigerator has a leak and has stained the floor and cause damage. Exposed outlets everywhere. Police have been here 2-3 banging and kicking at the neighbors doors, and the staff have absolutely no service manners or at least a courtesy to pretend to be professional when we come around. They’ve plastered google to make this place seem presentable and affordable and I spent a chunk of cash to house my fiance and I here for a week. Regret since we walked in the door and we will not be back. Do NOT bring your loved ones here. I would have shared a picture of the infestation of roaches but my finance has already cleaned them up because nobody should have to share their space with bugs, especially ones so vile. I’m not entirely sure how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. Please someone buy this establishment and clean it up because people shouldn’t be walk into this after spending their hard earned money. We will not be back here ever again.

They was rude

The staff were rude. Room completely horrible. Beddings have cigarette burns in them. Stains on the mattress and pillows no bottom sheet, no hangers no soap, visible mold water stains on ceiling missing electrical junction boxes on ceiling not working no cups, intercom not working terrible response from the office, no printed receipt this hotel should be closed simply unsafe and unsanitary no exhaust fan so no source of breathing air.

This certainly is a budget inn. It is across from the airport, so we heard planes taking off from inside the room. The staff is not rude, but not terribly friendly either. The hotel is being renovated, and our room was nice enough, but the furniture is very dated. They don't have refrigerators, and there is no ice machine onsite. If you need a bed for the night on your way through town it gets the job done.

It was alright but there was not a microwave or a refrigerator and hardly any outlets to charge stuff with, and half the lights didn’t work overall wasn’t terrible

This hotel was so dirty we didn’t even end up staying here. We drive 45 minutes away and got another hotel room. The staff were obviously overworked and understaffed as the front desk person had to leave the desk unattended and go pick someone up from the airport. The roof in our room and the check in area looked like it was going to cave in at any moment, the sheets, floor, and walls were covered in stains and smears, and the other patrons of the hotel seemed under the influence of serious drugs. It took us about 3 seconds to decide we weren’t staying in this hotel even for one night. Don’t stay here.

The room was not clean, the ceiling had holes in it, bed had nasty stains, i had to ask for toilet paper, no one cleaned, restocked the towels, or put toilet paper in the bathroom while i was gone. The fridge had dead roaches in it, and living roaches on the floor. The CSR at check in was not friendly and made sure to let me know there were no refunds so i was stuck there. Maintenance is too worse

I got what I paid for and expected, so I'm hesitant to give a bad review. It was... tolerable. And that was the price point. It's a cheap dump. Accept that going in and you'll be fine. The check in lady was polite and professional.

This property is horrible. I was in a bad situation I spent my last of my money on a room there through Expedia. Only to get there and find out there's a deposit so I couldn't get my room, no refund, no where else to go. Thankfully the lady working at the front desk felt sorry for me and changed my room to a double room no deposit if I let another gentleman in the same situation stay with me. I met good people there but the rest of the experience was horrible.

There was roaches the size of my fingers and I still haven’t received my deposit back and I had to find somewhere else to stay because I had a child with me and didn’t feel safe staying there it was very unhealthy, do not stay here!!!

Room had no phone, no lamp, no place to hang clothes, and no cups at all. I had to beg the clerk for a single plastic cup. Also when going to plug in my phone charger I moved the nightstand to get to a plug and was disgusted with the filth that was behind there.

The rooms was so dirty and dusty. I got rashes and allergies from the dirty, blankets. It was horrible experience

The room smell old and musty. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows too thin, sheets too thin. Toilet wasnt clean. No hair drier. No outlets by the bed. Just very basic.

First I got a wash cloth to smash the bugs. The tubs caulk was black with mold. The sheets were stained. Most of the water didn't make it to the shower head but came out the lower spout. Looks like the furniture came from Goodwill. That will teach me to find the cheapest room.

I showed up late at night, sketchy neighborhood, and a woman behind glass in a stark "lobby" checked me in. I entered the room (outside entrance abutting a car dealership with very bright lights glaring in the room) to find out there were NO lights other than one above the sink, a puddle on the floor, and the curtain was not hung all the way and was not even wide enough to cover the window. There was a stain on the sheet when I pulled the covers back and the fridge/freezer had a puddle in it as well. I returned to the desk to tell them it was not clean or safe and I would not sleep there and found a different hotel. This place should be condemned.

I'm 52 years old. Traveled plenty. Never left a review on anything. Worst place I've ever stayed. Stay somewhere else.

$50 charge for staying to insure room

The room smelled musty. The first room the toilet would not stop running. The chair was dusty, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. I asked to be moved to another room. The second room-had a brown stain and dead bugs on the sheet and the bed spread was nasty and there weee bugs running around in the bathroom. They gave me a third room after I threatened to leave. It was nicer. The sheets and spread was clean. No bugs. Still smelled a little musty. But decent.

This was an inexpensive place to stay for a day-trip to Gatlinburg. It was a little further than I expected but the drive was beautiful with many changing leaves. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out were both easy. The man providing service was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not need amenities. The room does not have a mini fridge, microwave or coffee pot. Restaurants and fast food are close by however.

It was awful! I paid for and reserved a king bed with fridge and microwave. I got 2 full beds and no fridge or microwave. Lights didn't work so maintenance had to come. Dirty bathroom. Broken toilet tank lid that would cut you. No decor at all. Broken dresser drawers. No ice machine or coke machine. Will never stay here again and will tell everyone else not too!!! This was the most dirty hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm not confident the room was cleaned. There were stains on the bed, as well as hair and dried up soap in the bathroom. If I hadn't arrived late at night and anywhere else was available, I would have left. The walls were patchy, cheap light LED fixtures, holes in the bed cover, and the curtains were pinned together with paperclips. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Very old and in disrepair. They lost our reservation and when they gave us a room there was some kind of half frozen chicken in the freezer. I will never stay there again

This is definitely a no frills motel. It didn't even have a table lamp and the phone in the room didn't work, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. It wasn't the cleanest place, but at least it didn't have any insects.

I got there too early to check in (that's my fault) but the dude didn't seem to know if I'd still have my room much later in the evening. Luckily, I did. Nobody was super rude, but no one was friendly either. My room had no outlets near the bed, TV didn't work, no WiFi, no cups for water, toilet was weird. Charged a $50 deposit in addition to me having already paid ahead... I did already get that back though. Fine as a last minute cheap option, but definitely not great.

This place is a roach motel. It has 3 different names on the building. I needed a place to stay for 2 days for a trip to the mountains. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and it was a bad mistake. The bed was a three inch mattress The couch looked like it came out of the dumpster. The TV was even worse there is one cheap the Lord blanket. The mattress didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. The toilet barely plushed I spent 6 hours. There long enough to sleep with my clothes on on the bed to get up at 6:00 in the morning. Which? Is when I had to. Leave? I booked a 2 night stay and never came back. Do not come to this place this is an extended stay motel for drug addicts somebody had some cats sleeping in their truck outside I was tempted to ask if I could sleep in the truck with the cats as it would have been a better accommodations. I will say the man that ran. The front desk was very nice and as accommodating as he could it's not his fault he just. works there but the place is a total dump

The room was Gross the Fire Detector was laying on the counter by the sink the toilet, and Shower was gross the only reason I stayed was because the sheets where clean everything else in the room was gross also you get what you pay for 50 something dollars to me tgat was too much

Room not very clean. No garbage can. Dirty used towel laying on desk chair when we first got there. Never enough towels and wash cloths, even after asking for more. Was to have a frig and microwave. It didnt. Water did not get hot in shower. Smoke detecter was broken and parts missing. Empty toilet paper roll on holder when we arived. Room always smelled of cigarette smoke.

After 50 years of travel I have finally reached the bottom! This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I’ve stayed in hundreds! Dirty, no hot water at all, unsafe, surly desk clerk, holes in the wall, blood stain in the commode, no fridge, airplane noise, dirty wash cloth left in bath tub, not even a nail to hang clothes,no cup of any description, wires protruding from the wall… just horrible!

Desperate for a room due to cancelled flight, it provided a roof, bed, and working toilet. Good location 5 minutes from airport. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle to airport can be arranged for a small fee. Room leaves much to be desired: the non-smoking room smells like smoke and ashes were found; is missing light fixtures; linens are stained and dirty and the blankets are filled with burn holes; floors, toilet, shower, sink not cleaned. Amenities, including a/c, microwave, mini fridge, and basic cable tv are all operational.

We waited about 30 minutes before someone came back to check us in, and she was extremely rude when she did. Rooms were filthy, blood on blankets, roaches running on the floor, the list goes on. No other hotels available that late so I ended up sleeping in my car and didn’t receive a refund.

AC Didn’t work. Had to move to another room. Place is filthy and falling apart. I’ve stayed several times and don’t expect much but it’s gotten worse. Might be time to find a better stopover on my way to the Smokies

Expensive trashy hotel right under an air port. Cracked window and broken light shade. Ripped couch. No toilet paper in room. No shower amenities. Dirty mini fridge. My room was to have a microwave and refrigerator. Especially refrigerator because I have medication that needs to be refrigerated. The 1st room they put me in was so filthy there was actually popcorn on the floor from the previous renter. The next room they gave me had no refrigerator no microwave and the room was disgustingly dirty plus the toilett ran the whole entire night. And there was food left in the drawer of the nightstand. The 3rd room they gave me had a refrigerator and a microwave The room was still dirty and there were cobwebs on the floor in the corners of the room. I feared bed bugs. I cannot stress how bad this hotel is! Do not stay here! I booked the room through hotels.com and walked into the room to find ripped comforter, urine smell, and paint peeling off the wall. I didn't even stay but 2 minutes but they wouldn't refund my money!

Very outdated and dirty

The floors were sticky and unswept. The toilet didn't flush. There was blood and God only knows what else on multiple walls. The sofa was so dirty that a dust cloud flew up around our suitcase when my husband sat it down. We checked in around 1:00 am and the woman at the front desk was rude as heck. We booked a two-day stay but didn't even stay for a whole day.

I have literally lived in my bus for months on end when I was younger and would prefer that than to stay in this location ever again. If you are looking to smoke some meth, make a porno, traffic some young ladies, dispose of a dead body, or just want to experience purgatory then this is your place. $20 would have maybe been a reasonable price but the $70 I spent made me feel like I was horribly violated with out lubricant.

I liked the price...that is most likely why everything else was terrible...it was so bad there, even the low price we paid was a bit too much. We only got 2 towels, no washcloths, hand towels or foot towels. There was no trash can in the room, only 2 pullows for a king bed, no batteries in the remote control, and the floor was rather dirty

I'm very upset that this place was very dirty and outdated with it's furniture inside my room. I couldn't sleep well because how uncomfortable i was. I couldn't get a refund either so i left early morning
