It was clean nice and relaxing.

And a fire alarm at 6am. For 30 min. No one at the front desk to explain anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

We came back to our room and the door was left ajar by the housekeeper. The door to bathroom didn’t even close all the way, the hallway light didn’t work and there was no fan in the bathroom. When we tried to call down to the main office from the room phone we repeatedly got a busy signal (for about 20 mins) finally decided to look up hotel number and called and reached front desk.

the hotel is a little outdated, the toilet kept clogging and we were told that the toilet has a “water saving” feature. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to keep asking for it. The complementary breakfast was ok.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately our room was not thoroughly cleaned- we found the previous guests trash in the armoire and at bottom of bed. Our toilet didn’t work for the 2 nights we spent there, they did send staff to repair but still had issues after- had to use the lobby restroom.

Very clean and friendly staff. The manager was very helpful, because Expedia messed up with my booking of my room, and the staff at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. So they had to find me an alternate room. Thanks Expedia!!!

Very clean hotel

Got there 45 minutes after check in time and was told no rooms were ready…. We waited another 2 hours for our room to be ready. We didn’t get into our room until after 6:00pm

Property was conveniently located right off the highway. Check in was easy, staff member I believe her name was Jessica, was super friendly, and welcoming. Room was clean, no funky smells, king size room was comfy. Breakfast was okay, my kids had waffles, sausage and bacon, enough to hold them over until we were ready to leave, and that’s really all they need. The pool was “not freezing”, but not hot. Hot tub worked. Gym room was clean, not smelly, and functioning. There was nothing negative for me to not return. For the affordable price, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

The EV charger on the property was a major convenience. My two "I wish..." we're for a better breakfast offering and room straighten/clean. While there was some variety, the quality of the food wasn't great. We stayed at the hotel over 3 nights and the cleaning crew never made it to our room before 2pm. Since we were there for a swim meet we used the room to rest between prelims and finals, do it would have been nice to come back to a fresh room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub area was clean and enjoyable. Our only complaint was that there were no towels available to us in the pool area the morning we swam. The front desk said they were working on it but no towels were ever delivered. My husband ended up going up to our room to get towels.

Overall excellent but some of the doors on the 4th floor need work… they’re very loud!

Front desk staff was stellar, especially Jessica. Was extremely disappointed to learn that they canceled their airport shuttle seven months ago, but still list is as an amenity. Also, there’s an in-room QR code that claims you can directly text the hotel — but no one at the front desk has ever heard of such a thing. Do better, Hyatt.

My wife and I had a great experience here. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The room wasn't cleaned well, there were socks left by the bed, jellybeans on the carpet and hair in the tub drain. The Staff was very nice and gave us another room which was ok. The 2nd room was clean but the bathroom door was broken and didn't lock. The breakfast was not good, the sausage looked microwaved and fruit was old. The pool door wouldn't open with our key we had to call staff to open it. Overall I would not return to this hotel.

Room was good but no towels at 6 am in the pool area. Just a pile of dirty wet ones. Poster for Nespresso but it was broken and not available. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent.

I had cash with me in my wallet, and I wanted to put it in a safe, however, this was the first hotel room I’ve ever seen that hadn’t had a safe. I was out during the day and when I came back, housekeeping had stopped by since my bed was made and new towels were given. I kept my wallet zipped in my backpack so that housekeeping would not touch it, but when I checked my wallet, the $20+ cash I had was all gone. Also, one of the nights, I got charged $4 for a bottle of water and a packet of ritz crackers. The 2nd night, I got charged nothing for 3 bottles of water. Place is a scam.

Room was nice, clean, comfortable; bathroom was great. Check in easy. Friday’s complimentary breakfast was good; did not care for Saturday’s as much. But I was in town unexpectedly for a funeral, and the hotel overall was exactly what I needed.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is under trained and really lacked any kind of emotion. The room was not totally dated but could use a refresh, Shower head upgrade sofa bed upgrade as the cushions did not fit together and just looked sloppy. Clean wise left some to be desired. We got there and checked the room over and there was some brown dried substance on the toilet seat, hair in the bathtub, my children’s new white socks were brown on the bottom from the carpet. The breakfast buffet was interesting. The eggs were flavorless the bacon was tissue paper thin and shredded. There were multiple slices of bread with green mold. The tortillas for breakfast were not soft shells they were just a package of hard shells stuck in what’s suppose to be a tortilla warmer. The salsa was soured. The pool had extremely rowdy kids throwing each other in screaming swearing and splashing around my young kids. Complained to the front desk and was told they can try to say something which never got done. The water also smelled like straight bleach to the point our skin was extremely itchy and noses burnt. Extremely disappointed in Hyatt for allowing this quality. Will not stay here again and will advise others not to as well.

Overall this hotel is great. Close proximity to Highmark and Walden Galleria Mall. The room did have a very strong smell of bleach when entering.

Cleanliness was subpar. Hallways need a vacuum really bad. I saw a condom in the middle of the hallway.....the condom was post package ......YUK! EEWWWW! I did report it to the front desk and they did have it removed shortly after. But I stayed 2 night and no vacuum in the hall at all. I'm in the hospitality industry (Management), I know what to look for. #2 The ENTRANCE to the bathroom is a sliding glass door that doesn't give the user any sound or odor/scent privacy. The sliding glass door has spaces around the door when fully closed. AND! The sliding glass door is frosted glass but not solid frosted. It's frosted enough where you can see the silhouette of the user moving around. No bathroom privacy of any kind if you have someone else staying with you. #3 The Shower doors are installed wrong. They dont slide close as they are supposed to. The handles are opposite and on the wrong side. I would give this Hotel Zero Stars but I gave it 2 Stars because they do have an Excellent Breakfast for the guests. Very good presentation and very good food. A large variety of breakfast choices. The Hotel staff was nice and attentive and responsive.

The breakfast wasn't great, the buffet was disorganized and messy, with people leaving their used cups and dishes all around. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and updated.

This is a pricey hotel and breakfast was subpar for hotel in this price range. Not enough room to sit during the busy time and food was not refilled fast enough either. Maid service also subpar. We were only there for two nights which means they only had to clean the room once, and that didn’t happen. I had specifically asked for it to be cleaned during the timeframe we would be out and they did not. They came to clean when we were changing so I asked them to come back in half hour (3:00) and they never came back. The evening front desk person was not that helpful and couldn’t have cared less. On the other hand, the front desk person in the mornings was amazing! She was empathetic and did adjust our bill for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that.

I stayed 2 days for business. I went down to the placery to get lunch after returning from a morning meeting. I sat for 30 mins at a table with a menu and no one took my order, there was nothing that indicated how to place an order. I had to go back to my room starving to take the rest of my for other calls for the afternoon finally at 5pm I drove to Wendy’s to get something to eat. Disappointed as the selling point for me was the restaurant in the hotel. When you travel alone you don’t want to have to go out by yourself.

Customer service was excellent from the first phone call to check-in, and the front foyer and property were clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable, but there were stains on the carpet and the fridge didn’t work properly. Blackout blinds and a clean shower were a plus. The pool was open, though part of it was under heavy maintenance, and the hot tub could have been hotter. Free parking and Wi-Fi were appreciated. For a Hyatt, I expected more overall. Decent stay, but plenty of other options in the Buffalo area. ★★★

This hotel was perfect for our family's multi-day stay in the Buffalo area. Close to restaurants and short drive from the highway, its location was great. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there should be a rule against bringing dogs (non-service) into eating areas. During breakfast times, every entitled dog owner would let their dogs sniff around the food service area (unhygienic at best) and in two occasions, the dogs went to the bathroom on the floor. You can still be pet-friendly and keep them out of the food service area.

Our stay was perfect for our trip to see the falls. The hotel was very clean and in a good area. The staff were friendly and even helped us look up an address for a restaurant when we checked in. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds and sofa bed. I got one bed and sofa bed. One of my family members had to sleep on the floor.

The room was generally clean. Excellent customer service! Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good EXCEPT for the fact that the meats (bacon and sausage) were next to the waffles and eggs. Sadly, the same tongs were used for the meats and waffles. There is no microwave in the room.

Unfortunately, the weekend mornings are dreadfully busy for the breakfast hours. Both days, there was not a table or chair to be had, other than the actual bar seats.

The ground-floor room was noisy due to the central air conditioning system. It would cycle constantly throughout the day and night. They're an upflush toilet that made a racket when used. However, the hospitality of the staff was refreshing.

Definitely a step above the usual with spacious, luxurious lobby and bar area; the breakfast area (hot buffet) is well equipped with many hot food choices and is continuously replenished; parking is packed by evening but there is a load/unload area at entrance; and finally, I found this hotel well-staffed, courteous, safe and comfortable. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel in Buffalo. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great city views. I enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and delicious on-site dining. Overall, the exceptional service and comfortable amenities made my visit truly enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Buffalo. I look forward to returning!

This was a good stay overall in a modern, updated and comfortable building. Highlights include friendly and attentive front desk staff, a very decent breakfast, good WiFi and low noise during the night. Some minor complaints: a broken drain stopper in the bathroom, very thin walls and weak, almost undrinkable coffee downstairs. (You can order better coffee at the bar.) The breakfast area is relatively small and gets very crowded by 8am or so. Also the TV in the room is streaming only (no cable), so you’ll need to connect some other device to it to watch anything.

I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Highly disappointed 😞 my husband, kids and I booked a room at this hotel as we were visiting the Niagara Falls to celebrate my birthday. The room we were given had a broken toilet door that could not close. We reported it to the front desk and was told they'll give us a different room but we never heard anything back regarding that we checked back with the front desk and while later only to find out there'll no other available rooms so there's nothing they can do.

Highly recommend. Located in a very safe, suburban area. Close to Univ at Buffalo campuses. Easy free parking in front of hotel. Room was clean and breakfast was very good.

For the amount we paid for 1 night which was around $500 CAD, the room and hotel was not up to the mark. Front staff was nice and provided what we would constantly have to ask for. For example, towels, toiletries, wifi being slow (which they said they can’t do anything about), fridge was smelly and not working, the coffee machine wasn’t working. We had to let them know constantly about the things that were not in working condition. The bathroom and room did not have a fresh smell, something that you would get in any hotel room especially if you’re paying $400-$500 per night. They had to replace the fridge for us after we told them it wasn’t working, there was no microwave, bathroom was smelly, there were no extra pillows or comforter for the pull out sofa bed. They didn’t even have any “designer toiletries” like they claim in their description. We had to ask for tooth brush and tooth paste. No shampoo or anything else was provide to us. There was only 1 fire pit outside, which was always occupied. And the breakfast area was jam packed. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay especially since we were looking forward to staying at Hyatt that was $400 per night.

The housekeeping was horrible. Our first night we didn't get out room cleaned. The second night we only received 1 towel and 1 rag. I spoke to a guy at the counter and he assured me we would get towels and rags the next day. The next day we received 0 towels and 0 rags. If you stay there don't stary on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was excellent and there was 1 woman at the front desk was helpful

Staff is friendly, however, on Saturday at 8:30pm I ordered a Cesar Salad at their hotel restaurant, and at 9pm the front desk staff come to tell me they cannot make it b/c they run out of lettuce. So I cancelled my Salad order, and did not eat anything that evening.

It was an average hotel stay. On the last day of our visit, the hotel maids knocked on our door early (at least 4 hours prior to our scheduled check out time) to ask when we were leaving and after we answered several times “at our checkout time of noon”, they still stood there! It was a very unpleasant experience.

Hands down - the best front desk staff I’ve encountered since living in Japan. Their cheerful friendliness was intoxicating and no question was too trivial for them the spend time answering. This hotel’s front desk staff should be a role model for all others. Great Job!

Clean environment, great staff and service. I left 2 coats and a jacket in the wardrobe cabinet. Housekeeping obviously reported my items. When I finally called after approx. 2 weeks, I was able to receive the great news that my belongings were being held for me. I was very thankful for this! Overall great stay!

My kids and I stayed here for my son’s birthday and the staff was amazing. From the cake, card, and treats that staff left in the room for him, to answering all my questions and helping with all our requests, they went above and beyond and were always kind. Everything was clean. The room was large and well laid out. Pool was the perfect temp and the hot tub wasn’t too hot. Definitely will be staying here next time we’re in Buffalo
