When we first arrived, our room was not ready... but that was OK because management provided us with a free Breakfast voucher (which was phenomenal) and were extremely apologetic. The room was very clean and we had a great stay.

We booked the glen room, which had a two person jetted tub. The tub was a nice extra for sure. The bathroom and room were clean, plenty of towels, clean bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was $15 per person. On a scale from 1 to 10., I would give the buffet a 4. The hotel staff, were courteous, efficient and helpful.

Dated- rooms need repairs. Breakfast should be included for this caliber of hotel

Everything was relaxing. The handicapp room was awesome with all the grab bars. It was convenient to have a restaurant that delivered food tobour room....staff is always friendly!

There was questions about whether or not my breakfast was included, and we ended up not getting it. So I'll be contacting hotels.com about a refund. There was nothing that would make me think this was anything more than a $130 room

I was traveling to Buffalo from Rochester for a concert with my daughter. I decided to have my whole family come and stay the night instead of traveling back to Rochester late and book a hotel with a pool so my son and daughter could swim and have some fun. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and parking (as that was a complaint at many downtown Buffalo hotels). As a family of 5 we arrived at the hotel and I was shocked to hear the pool was out of commission. That was the literal only reason we were there. I felt terrible I dragged my whole family out just for my kids to have nothing to do while I was at the concert. Perhaps this was my fault for not calling a couple days in advance to confirm the pool was working and I have learned my lesson. I would have booked another hotel had I known we would not have access to the pool. I know this is not the end of the world but it was a huge inconvenience considering I did not have to drag my whole family with me. I was not wowed by my experience. The restaurant serves decent food for a hotel but the dinner service was not great- the breakfast service at least the server was kind to us and seemed to want to make sure we had a good meal and was very hospitable. For dinner we were the only ones there and we seemed like an inconvenience. I expressed my sadness both to the front desk receptionist who checked us in and the text check in from the hotel. Hotels.com was having issues when I was booking. My dates had been changed. The really friendly representative accommodated my needs and switched my dates for the booking.

It's in a great location on Main St in Williamsville -- a charming suburb of Buffalo. It is close to the highway. The rooms are very spacious and the parking is free. It has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. It is on the pricey side.

1. The rooms are big and the condition of property is good. 2. The location is nice. Cons: 1. The only issue we faced is flushing toilet needed a little more rotation. We did not report this a this was not a big issue.

Rooms were comfortable. Parking was easy. However, staff not attentive when there was need of luggage cart. One was potentially available, but no staff helped to clear hotel items from it so we could use it.

The rooms were very nice and the lobby a relaxing place to hang out. The only criticism is that the pool didn’t seem very clean - the walls and base of the pool had lots of greenish tinge.

Rooms were very clean and front desk staff was very nice, even asked us if we prefer a room near the elevator and what floor we wanted to stay on, we travel quite a bit and have never been asked that! Only downfall was they need better signage on the eastern side of the building we drove right past it and had to go around the block. S. Morse

The rates were very reasonable. - The sheets and pillow cases were dingy looking. - I am planning to return to Buffalo by the end of May but rates have doubled, what is going on???? I have to find a different hotel.

The hotel was clean , chic and modern. The property appeared to be brand new . The location was not central to attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The Steele restaurant has good cocktails and appetizers. Emily at the restaurant/bar is so nice and friendly. Try the pineapple upside down cocktail and blue berry lemon drop . The cold cauliflower is so good . The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Parking was quite convenient, just a bit “hidden” from the street. You don’t pull up to the street address. The lobby is accessed in the back where the parking is. Quite convenient once you get that part. The only downside if you can call it that was the restaurant in the hotel had apparently closed down a few months prior. But there were plenty of restaurants in the area, nice ones too, in walking distance and not fast food. Definitely recommend.

For the price of this hotel I expected more. The beds were horrible, the pillows were so uncomfortable and they only had one restaurant with a very small menu. The rooms were the most basic rooms I’ve seen in a hotel. The holiday inn I stayed at was better than here. Very very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Mini Kuerig in room made a half a cup of coffee, was so clogged. I did unclog for next guest. Paid for the daily breakfast. Choices were grim. Food was mediocre. Coffee was cold. Drink the coffee in the lobby. A little weak, but hot

I've stayed here on every trip to Buffalo for the last 5 years, and always feel welcome and safe. Great La Nova pizza nearby and subs that could choke a horse for $10.99. Hooked has awesome food in-house and great breakfast choices. It is a very pricey bar, I used a liquor store on Union Road that delivered. I've never had a bad stay here even under previous management.

A dear friend lives in Buffalo so I will definitely make this hotel my go to place when I come visit her again!!!

Rooms r very clean and big…

The rooms are very clean however if you want room service to clean, you have to make sure you call down the night before. My suggestions is if you prefer not to provide room service which is fine then leave enough cups, coffee pods, and coffee packs in the room to cover the amount of days. I went down 3 times to get the items needed. Very accommodating but it would be nice if they were also trained to provide the coffee pods, cups and sugar at the same time you go down. We had plenty of towels for the 4 days but I also had to ask for trash bags.
