No hair dryer in the room as expected. Coffee maker was very temperamental to use. Room was right by a trucking terminal which woke us up every morning before 6:00 am. Parking is very expensive. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard as the property. During our stay, we encountered several issues that required assistance, but staff responses were either delayed, non-responsive, or ultimately unhelpful. While the employees we interacted with were generally courteous, our concerns were not effectively addressed, which was disappointing. A beautiful property can only go so far, and attentive customer service is an important part of the guest experience. With better communication and follow-through from the staff, this hotel could be an outstanding destination. As it stands, the accommodations were enjoyable, but the lack of responsiveness left us with mixed feelings about our stay.

Stayed here because had tickets to Disneyland and didn’t want to drive home in between days. The hotel was perfect—comfortable and clean, great place to recover from the heat and chaos of a day at Disneyland! Conveniently located right across the street from California adventure, but even more convenient the hotel offered a free shuttle that dropped us off and picked us up at Disneyland. We didn’t use the pool but the pool and jacuzzi looked really nice. They also have a rooftop patio. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, from the very beginning! The staff was very attentive, the room was comfortable, and it was very close to the Disney parks. They could be a little quicker in removing the trays that guests leave outside their rooms. It gives a bad impression.

One if not the best hotel I’ve stayed at for any trip. Beautiful rooms, nice pool, staff was fast and friendly and made the stay that much better. Location is also great.

The hotel was lovely. It was a bit too big for my liking but not a bad reflection on the hotel just a personal preference. The rooms were modern clean. We had the breakfast and it was okay, nothing special.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. The gym is outstanding and the customer service was excellent. Our family of four loved the stay!

We had an excellent stay at the Westin Resort Anaheim. The location was clean and inviting. The Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and theme park view was amazing! Was able to experience the Disney fireworks. Walking to Disneyland wasn’t too bad as you walk through downtown Disney first. In room dining was fun. I wish their breakfast buffet was bigger though!

The room was nice and appeared to have been remodeled recently. The HVAC seemed very inconsistent. There is a charge for guests to park which I did not know at the time of booking. Room service was great and the pool area is inviting. It was a great place to use as a base for all of the attractions.

The resort was nice and the outside was beautiful. The room was not being cleaned properly and more specifically the barhroom. The water temp took a very long time to change from cold to hot or vise versa and the water pressure was terrible.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the parks. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was great! The staff members were friendly and accommodating and there is access to late night dining which is nice when you come back late from Disneyland. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel is by the Disneyland Resort. Our room that we booked was a suite with a resort view. We were led to believe that this was a view of the Disneyland "resort", but the reality of it is that this means a view of the hotel courtyard, NOT Disneyland. You have to pay an additional $250/night to get a view of Disneyland. This again is very misleading when booking online.

Hotel is very nice, close to parks, but if you are booking a park view room, I highly recommend asking for a top floor. Our 2nd floor rooms “park view “ caught the very top of a few rides, but mostly fence and trees.

The Westin was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. From our balcony you could see DL park. The hotel and surrounding area was decorated for Christmas, it was so beautiful. The hotel was in easy walking distance to the park where we met up with grandkids everyday. We loved downtown Disney also. Disneyland is the happiest place on earth

Upon arrival, our room was not ready at check-in. The following night, a fire alarm went off around midnight, and we did not receive any communication or apology from the hotel. We were only aware of the situation because a family member called and told us to evacuate. This has been our go-to hotel when visiting Disneyland, but these issues have made us reconsider staying here again.

The room matched the photos and the beds were comfortable. The valet and bellhops were friendly. Late checkout was offered, though we didn’t use it. Most employees were friendly; however, one front desk staff member was not, despite there being no line or other guests in the lobby when I asked a quick question.

Great atmosphere, spectacular place.

Overrated. Waited two hours to get our room even after check in time, beds had like ten layers to them that just made sleeping uncomfortable because the weight of them kept falling on the ground. Usual space in the room as other hotels, nothing was above and beyond. You can get a similar room in a nearby hotel for half the price. Too much hype on this place.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The property was beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. We stay here each time we have tickets to Disneyland. Its proximity is only a few blocks.

Had a fantastic stay at the Westin Anaheim. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely convenient for Disneyland visitors; really only a short walk from the parks and downtown Disney. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and great showers. Staff were welcoming and helpful without being overbearing. It’s a great choice if you want a solid, peaceful place to come back to after the parks.

The hotel is a convention hotel Westin. It is clean and very nice. It is next door to Disney but not a Disney hotel at all. It felt more like they were a convention hotel that was next door to Disneyland not a hotel catering to Disneyland. It gave separation from the park but if I had it to do over again I would 100% stay in a Disney hotel. They are so much more convenient to the park than this is. I watched many Disney youtube videos that said this was the best place to stay and it is a very nice place to stay but not a good place to stay going to Disney if you can afford a Disney hotel.

I like cleanliness, fitness center , swimming pool and view of Disneyland right from my room . But they could have provided better services of breakfast and toiletry in such high price . So that is why I would rate this hotel as 4/5.

Great place!

The fire alarm went off at midnight. The entire hotel evacuated. No staff greeted us outside. We were never told it was all clear. I had to wait in line at the front desk to find out if we could return only to find out it was a false alarm. No one ever communicated with the entire group of us evacuated. They said they would open the stairs only to find out they only did for the main stairway and didn’t communicate that. Long lines for the elevator to return to our room. It was 1:30 by the time we got back to sleep.

The location and the room was great. The room service breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu was pretty plain. I appreciated the updated lighting but its not user friendly and I couldnt charge my phone overnight unless I left the light over the bed on... Very disappointing.

Great service, the VIP upgrade is not worth it. The tea hour is simple and nothing special, same with the evening event. Just not worth the upgrade, breakfast is great but only until 10:00 and most days slept past it

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Disney. Valet parking was easy as we just showed up and they took care of us. Getting our car the next morning took a while. We called down as we were keaving our room and I needed to check out and a few minutes into waiting outside for the vehicle (it was dead) a gentleman asked my name and what type of vehicle I was waiting for and only then went to go get it. We also got back to our room late the night before (after Disney) and were told it would take 5-10 minutes for them to being up our bags, but it took over 30 (not ideal when waiting for your toothbrush and jammies before sleeping). They also wouldn't move our stored items into our room when it was ready. It was also a long wait to check out, although there were two staff working the checkout and only one person being helped in front of me. Overall it was a good stay, but a few little customer service tweaks would have made it even better. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

With the exception of our check in, all of the other staff: Room service, valet, housekeeping we all fantastic. The room was very nice and what we have come to expect from the Westin. The only issue with this room was NO FAN in the bathroom, we are assuming that is why the shower had a very strong mold smell

Rooms were nice and clean. Room dining was great and food was delicious. Location was perfect for us 10 minute walk or 5 min uber ride to both parks. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The staff was beyond accommodating. They switched our rooms at no charge and the 24/7 room service was SO nice for our 4 year old who sometimes wakes up and needs warm milk to get back to bed. They are probably the sweetest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself is on the newer side and was gorgeous - I would stay here over the Disney hotels any day. It was a 12-20 minute walk to the parks depending on the direction you took. We cut through California Grand a lot and it was a straight shot. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to go back.

I have never had such spectacular meals at a lobby restaurant than at the Westin Anaheim. Overall the hotel was amazing. The Chef and Team in the lobby restaurant is doing a spectacular job. Add in great signing - want to go back again without even a visit to Disney.

Great location and easy to get around everywhere. We’ve stayed multiple times and it’s been a great experience!

We experienced a couple of hiccups upon check in (room wasn’t ready, didn’t prepare crib or pull out sofa) but once we settled in it was perfect. The pool area isn’t huge but great for us and our little one and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food in and surrounding the hotel. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Disneyland.

Now for the suggestions/tips: Expect to pay $$ if eating or parking on site Bring a noisemaker with you, busy street stays loud all hours Hotel is about a 15+ minute walk to Downtown Disney then another 5+ to entrance of theme parks. If you don’t mind adding another 2 miles round trip to your busy theme park day, walking is safe & fine. For worn out guests, uber/lyft ranges from $6-$11 one way depending on time of the day. (100% worth it after a 14 mile park day just dreaming of that lovely Westin bathroom & cozy bed) Would stay again if ever in the area.

The Westin was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff, room, and amenities were top notch. We really enjoyed our theme park view room. The hotel is within walking distance of the parks. The only drawback was noise from the street and noise from other rooms. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately will never book again. Checking in was not as expected didn’t get the right room I paid for until the third time complaint. I checked in around 7pm so my room should have been available and ready it clearly wasn’t and was told my view room was reserved for later arriving guest which makes no sense as I was there and paid for park view. It was until 1030pm I got a call saying they could move me rooms. There are staff that are not friendly and seem annoyed and don’t really care to help. The hotel is clean and nice. The store doesn’t stay open late which is a bummer but understandable. The pool is okay last day did encounter having no towels around 7 and had to wait 40-50 min for towels. Just not what I expected it’s a nice hotel just not for me the staff and room situation ruined it for me

The property was so beautiful And clean. The view was amazing ; our room was facing Disneyland adventure and we were able to see the fireworks . Kids loved the stay and the pool. We will stay here again most likely!

I stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort on August 18 and extended my stay just because my daughter enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks. Sadly, that was the only highlight. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. They even charge extra for Wi-Fi, which is surprising for a property in this price range. Parking is very expensive and not convenient at all. To make matters worse, our room was not clean — as shown in the photos I’ve attached. For the high cost, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and basic amenities to be included. I won’t be staying here again.

What We Liked: First and foremost, the beds were incredibly comfortable—a true highlight of our stay. After long days at the parks, sinking into those plush mattresses was a welcome relief. Moreover, the hotel offered a fantastic view of Disneyland Park, which waswe did pay for. Watching the fireworks from our room added a touch of magic to our evenings. The valet and bell service were also commendable; they were prompt and courteous, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. What We Disliked: However, the rest of the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The front desk staff initially placed us in the wrong type of room, which was disappointing. When we arrived for check-in, there was no room ready for us, and we were left waiting with our luggage and put temporarily in another room. To make matters worse, we were misinformed about moving to the original room we had booked. This miscommunication caused us additional stress, especially since we had plans to head out to Newport shortly after check-in. Overall, while the Westin Anaheim has its strengths—chiefly its comfortable accommodations—the issues we encountered at the front desk overshadowed the positives. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t quite live up to the hype, making it hard to recommend without reservations. If you're looking for a seamless experience, look elsewhere.

Safe and walkable

This is my first day at the Anaheim Western resort. It has a great location to Disneyland and it’s a very nice, comfortable modern resort with great views of Disneyland. We had a very enjoyable viewing of the fireworks from the eighth floor. Staff was excellent and helpful at all times. The restaurant was very good, convenient and served good food. Short walk to Disneyland was appreciated.

Good hotel. Used as a base for Disney. Check in was slow but other than that was all great! Very modern.

Clean and close to Disneyland

Overall nice property. I would stay there again. We went to Disneyland so really only slept there. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, which are the most important details for me. I chose this hotel based on Google reviews and it lived up to my expectations. We stayed at one of the Disneyland Hotels for two nights and could not get an additional night, but from the location to Disneyland, we slightly preferred the Westin. We still walked to Disneyland easily though.

Very comfortable bedding, amazing roof top restaurant/lounge with view to DCA park, amazing drink selections, great food at RISE and Tangerine (will try other restaurants next time), smells amazing when you walk in, friendly staff, nice pool with drink and food service. We selected a room with view to the DCA park and it was gorgeous. Definitely recomend and look forward to future stays!

Good location: 20 minutes to Downtown Disney and 30 to Mainstreet. We love Disney during the day and look forward to a nice hotel to relax in for breaks from the whole Disney vibe. This hotel has amazing staff, a great restaurant and nice rooms but where it falls short is the vibe. All of the common areas are playing loud, club like music and there is literally nowhere to relax and have a quiet meal or drink to wind down. Do you need music by the elevator at 7am, or so loud in the restaurant it’s difficult to hear your server? Our room was even loud because of the volume of the movie being shown at the pool. I could feel the vibration in our room on the 6th floor. I urge Westin to rethink their volume on …everything. The staff is amazing. Honestly the nicest, most helpful crew, which makes me want to stay there again, but not sure i can take the overstimulating environment. Also, the AC in the room is mid as well. It turns off automatically which is a problem for me. Fix these issues and i will never stay anywhere else.

My daughter and I stayed here for our second time and enjoyed an amazing trip. The hotel has a few great restaurants and a convenient cafe for breakfast and coffee. An incredible gym and the rooms are very nice. A quick .5 mile walk to Downtown Disney entrance so we walked to Disneyland both days we were there and it was very doable and easier than parking. Overall great experience and wonderful service. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a disaster, we waited 10 mins for a host to show up and get us seated, we decided to walk in and finally reached a manager who could check us in. The breakfast buffet is very limited in choice and poor in quality, service again was overwhelmed and slow. Also in the past 10 years this is the first 4* hotel where they had the gall to charge a daily rate for Wifi. It is close to Disneyland but not really that walkable, it takes about 40min walk or 10 min Uber to get to the park.

Great area, walking distance to restaurants internamente car. Rooms are are nice but very confusing to find, too much walking.

The biggest issue was when I had my cell phone died and I could not call a rideshare or taxi for a return. Someone offered to call the hotel for me but all we got was a message that no one was available to take the call. I had hoped to request a taxi for me via hotel staff. Not exactly what I would expect from this property. The pool and gym were beautiful and clean as well as the lobby.

Service was great very attentive and rooms were very clean

Our stay was fantastic, from the tangerine room to the roof top bar to the amazing poolside lounging. The service is fantastic and the comfort to be amazed by.

Breakfast was below average, but customer service and cleanliness was exceptional.

The property is within walking distance to Disneyland parks and Disney Downtown. The property is so clean and smells amazing. And I want to take the heavenly bed home! Like sleeping on a cloud

The servers in the breakfast buffet were so noisy chitchatting all the time , and the breakfast is so disappointing . This place last year was a 5 stars this year they are 2 on a good day . I don’t think I will ever book here again

We loved our stay at the Westin Anaheim. The walk to Disney was very doable and we loved the couch/bed for our child.

We walked to Disney with our toddler in stroller and our 7 year old- was not too much. Upgraded to a large corner room. Very spacious. Late checkout and crib provided. Easy room service for lunch if taking a break from the park. Parking is expensive.

Very clean, friendly staff

Great location and accommodations. Property is across the street from Disneyland which was super convenient. I did have some issues with parking charges, but the accounting team was able to resolve them quickly. The Tangerine Room is a great restaurant to try and the Blossom Cafe was convenient for a quick breakfast/ coffee run.

We love staying at the Westin. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and the location is ideal. It’s a terrific place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland.

Beautiful and convenient. However, I had an issue with the shower drain being clogged and the comforters smelled dirty. For the price, there are some things that can be improved.
