Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

We stayed at the Cortona inn and suites for three nights. They had a nice pool with hot tub, free EV charging, and breakfast included. The breakfast options were limited but provided something in the belly before heading to Disney for the day. We walked to the park -about 20 minutes, but also rode the Toy Story shuttle which is located across the street so it was a convenient location. We would definitely stay again if the price was right

Clean room , easy access

Upon arrival, the front desk was very helpful and able to check us in earlier. However, the staff member forgot to provide a parking permit, which resulted in a violation. On Saturday morning, the receptionist was extremely rude. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Everything was mid. Parking on site is atrocious!! On top of that having to pay an additional per night, per vehicle parking fee is outrageous! Aren't y'all making enough money from guest staying at the hotel?!

We would definitely be staying here again. Super clean place and the pool seemed to be heated. Friendly staff and the breakfast was good.

They clean our room that it wasn't requested. They took our own towel that was hanging. I didn't have time to complain or anything since we only had limited time.

Clean but obviously dated room, to the point where it felt dirty. Loved the layout though! Bed was not cushioned at all felt hard. Staff at check in didn’t communicate well, left feeling confused. Second and last person were friendly and easy to understand. Conflicted on what to rate the hotel, it wasn’t the best or worst. For the price , it wasn’t bad.

The hotel is walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot so I like to stay here and talk the bus to Disneyland from there. It makes it so convenient. The breakfast is also great with lots of option. The jacuzzi is nice and hot with powerful jets. You do have to pay for parking but it’s pretty hard to find free parking anymore.

We stood here for our last night in Anaheim. For the price is was a nice place. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. It wasn't the most updated place but it was nice. The breakfast was fair. I will say there are not alot food choices too close. Atleast a 20 min walk round trip.

I like that it's across the street from the Toy story lot at Disney. I wish they would let drivers check in early so they can sleep for gradnight being that they aren't there overnight.

Wonderful place to stay

Property is old and you can tell by the poor paint job in the room and bathroom. Furniture is also dinged up a bit. I did not like the way the room smelled like bathroom when we walked in as we arrived. Closed the door and was just grateful to be there with the family. Room did its job, kids were happy with the family suit since they had their own bunk beds a couch and a TV. We were on the middle floor and noise from upstairs was very loud. You could here kids running around. Breakfast was decent and hot and free! You can hardly get anything for free anymore, parking was also decent $25 a night. It was an overall good stay that fit in our budget. If you are expecting more you will be disappointed.

Las suites muy funcionales. Tienen las literas y además un sofá cama que nos permitió a 5 acomodarnos muy cómodamente. Además el cuarto tenía cama cal kids. Refrigerador y microondas. Escritorio. Caja fuerte y closet. Secadora de pelo. Y tina. Bastante bien ppr el precio. Lo mejor fue que ofrecen desayuno y muy completo. Había desde cereales y pan tostado con mermelada y peanut butter hasta huevo. Sausages y papas campesinas. Fruta como.naranjas y manzanas y jugos de varios sabores. Esto ayudó mucho a compensar el gasto extra por las habitaciones. Por que si te cobran el parking aparte. Un fee de turista muy caro y otra cosa ya ni recuerdo que era. Más el deposito de 50 dólar que si te regresan en cuanto sales. Tienen maquinas expendedoras y aguas frescas todo el día en el lobby. Si me vuelvo a quedar ahí. Se tomaron la amabilidad de cambiarme de cuarto por que al final. Reserve un día más y ya no había suites. Pero ellos movieron íntegramente mis pertenencias y dejaron todo bien acomodado. Muy contenta la verdad.

When I booked the room Hotels.com said all fees and taxes were included with the price shown!! But... Nay nay... We had to pay a $14 per night resort fee and a $25 per night parking fee.... On top of what we paid for the room!!! The hotel did have 2 elevators so that was a bonus!! The Clarion is much taller building so you cannot see the fireworks from Disney but you can hear them. The beds and pillows were comfortable and they took out any and all carpet and put in tile which was nice except... Right at the sink is a broken tile and when I stepped on it I heard it crack. We were on the 3rd floor so it was nice not having anyone above us ... But you could hear kids outside when they found it necessary to yell!! The Toy Story parking lot is right across the street so you could take the bus to the park if that's where your day takes you. The convention is nearby as well, within walking distance.

I’m not usually want to complain, but this was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every inch of the hotel room was completely dirty. We had it to put towels down to even want to walk on the floors. We had two small kids with us. The horses had hair and dirt. I’m guessing we got put into a pet room. The furniture was dirty looked like nothing had been wiped down in months or ever. The mirrors were dirty the standup closet mirrors there wasn’t one spot that was not dirty on them even the sheets in the bed had it loose Hair and specs of dirt. The sink had hair and dirt all up inside it like they had just kind of barely cleaned it. Definitely felt the ick and couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel the next day. The breakfast was OK but I would definitely plan on going somewhere else after my kids ate cereal not 30 minutes later they were both puking not sure if the milk was bad or old and the cereal was old, but they both got sick and that was the only thing that we ate differently and my husband and I we ended up not eating there.

The hotel is super convenient to the Toy Story parking lot and a short walk to the lot for free transportation to Disneyland. The staff is super nice and accommadating. The breakfast was mid and did not have enough options like previous years. It only had two hot items and no mickey waffles maker and very little fruit options.

We picked this hotel because it is fairly close to the Toy Story parking lot (a bus that goes to Disneyland). You can skip the bus and walk straight to the park, but the bus will save you some walking. I would love to come back to this hotel for a future Anaheim trip.

We love it here! Great staff and big rooms with comfy beds and pillows! Love the free breakfast, but sad they charge for parking now!

Very clean property and good breakfast. Close walk to disneyland

I was a little disappointed. I thought we we staying in a hotel but it’s more like a motel. The place is clean but a little worn out. They only clean your room every three days but I guess that was ok. They gave us clean towels when we asked for them. The pool and hot tub are small. Not many lounge chairs but my granddaughters enjoyed them both very much. It was located close to the convention center and Disneyland so that was great. We were able to walk to both. We had a wonderful trip and the place was fine. Not fancy but adequate.

Good spot to stay with family during disney trip, 15minute walk to toy story shuttle. Parking fee and city of anaheim fee total of around $70 not included. Deposit 50bucks also.

The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and they have a heated pool! This is the second time we've stayed here and we just enjoyed the spacious room.

Room was not serviced. We had to request for new towels, and tissue at the front desk.It wasn’t cool staying there w a dirt room. Over all nice property.

This property is great overall. I have it an okay rating because I was placed in a room next to a room under construction and next to an employee room. I could hear conversations all throughout the day and early morning.

Staff was very helpful and polite Parking was a bit hectic.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were kind, helpful and courteous! The beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere peaceful. Loved the breakfast variety. We stayed nine nights and didn’t get tired of the variety. The only complaints I would mention are the doors did not block any sound, so I was grateful for the quiet hours from 9p-7a. The other item would be a freezer in the fridge. It would have been nice for a few small frozen items. But loved the gated parking- we felt safe. Close to Toy Story parking for Disney. And the gift shop had a wonderful variety of well priced items.

Todo estuvo bien disfrute mi estancia, el hotel tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, refrigerador, microondas,cafetera,muy centrico cercas de todo y también tienen en lobby una gift shop para comprar ,rropa recuerdos ect, la alberca también muy espaciosa y limpia, la comida el primer día tenían mas variedad el segundo dia no tenían tanta variedad de desayuno solo huevos cosidos y otros aperitivos,creo que podrían mejorar un pokito mas con el desayuno,tampoco ofrecen limpieza solo que te quedes mas de 3 dias pero cualquier cosa que necesites, toallas,cobijas lo pides y el personal te lo lleva, si me volvería a quedar en el hotel lo recomiendo..

Continental breakfast is always a plus. In and out parking privelege, and attendants helped a lot when there was no parking available.

The breakfast was not as good as the past, they had limited hot items and no pastries only sliced toast and a few apple and oranges for fruit options.

The staff members were polite and helpful and they had good breakfast options.

Nice property, easy parking. The rooms were very clean breakfast was great and when something was out the staff refilled fast. Close walk to Disneyland also. We arrived into town very late after checking and was worried about checking in staff was informative and helpful made it easy l. Would be cool to have water refill station somewhere. If they did I couldn’t find it. But no complaints though I definitely would stay there again.

The location is great, for some reason we thought it war further from the parks so we rented a car. It turned out to be the wrong call, because the parks are like 2 or 3 blocks away and you get charged 25dls per night for parking at the hotel. Besides that charge the rest was actually very good.

The parking fees and “destination Fees” are not disclosed at booking and seem like a bogus attempt to squeeze money out of desperate travelers.

Easy access to toy story parking lot trams, hotel parking availability was good, the size of the room with bunk beds was much larger than expected. Would have given higher rating, but breakfast was bland, minimal options, and machine ran out of orange juice. Walls are thin, you can hear upstairs and side neighbors. Sounded like upstairs guest were Parkouring at 2 am and again at 7am.

Staff members are very professional just the rooms needs a little more work but a great place to stay during a Disneyland visit.

Hotel was OK. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Hotel is a long walk from the actual park. Breakfast is edible. Definitely stayed at better Disneyland hotels but not the worst!

Cons: Little parking (parking also not include, $25 a day), got hit with a "tourism tax" upon check in for $24 Next time I would look for free parking or slightly closer to Disney, otherwise has an enjoyable clean experience and would stay again.

Very disappointing experience overall. The staff service was poor and did not meet basic expectations. Room cleaning was inconsistent and only done when requested, sometimes only once in two or three nights, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. At the time of booking, the property showed “fully refundable,” but when I tried to cancel within the allowed time, I was denied by the hotel and told to contact the booking agent instead because it was booked through Expedia. This created confusion and made the cancellation policy misleading and frustrating. On arrival, I was also charged several unexpected extra fees, including destination fees and additional parking charges that were not clearly mentioned during booking. The property advertises on site parking / self parking, but once you arrive they ask for written proof of parking, which feels misleading and unprofessional. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised on Expedia. I strongly recommend confirming all extra charges and parking terms in writing before booking. I would not stay here again.

I got a 1 bedroom suite. Love it is big fits up to 6 and more people, clean room, 2 televisions, table, and sofa bed. Employees are nice. The view was nice you could see the fireworks. Walking is like 15-20 minutes away from Disneyland. Negative: Gave it a 2 star because it smells can’t say like what not sure mold or something, you can’t open the windows which that would help because has no screen and are lock. All night was dripping water from tub and when you take a shower the water doesn’t go stays in tub the vent won’t stop all night from the restroom which kinda sucks cause it didn’t even help with the smell. Parking was busy all the time we literally had to go around and around til you find one. Pool was kinda clean but gets really busy. Then there was a fight at 11pm that woke up many people staying there everyone was scared and we didn’t see a security or nothing come to stop it. The smell was the whole problem. I won’t go there unless there’s no more hotels available around that area.

You have to request housekeeping, it’s not automatic. I requested it twice in the mornings after leaving the hotel, and neither day was the room cleaned by the time we got back at night. I had to at least go get clean towels from the front desk because no one was available to bring them to the room at night. Also, parking is almost $30 per night. Plus you get to hear every minimal noise from all rooms.

It was alright. Make sure you request a room that’s not in the stairway dark corner next to the laundry room if you want any natural light. Check in was at 3 pm but did not have enough rooms clean/ready. Would not go back.

We planned a 2 day trip , unfortunately had to end one night short due to tank leak happening close by..why risk it ? But the room was perfect with the bunk bed ! Had a wierd smell to it and ended up cloroxing it with wipes , first night no room cleaning service, until the day after . But overall good place to stay for good price

Room was very clean. We had a 2 queen room and 1 bed was very springy and uncomfortable while the other seemed to be a newer & more firm mattress. Needless to say 1 night was uncomfortable with sleep until we realized the other bed was different and switched. There was a fire alarm that went off late at night but no communication with the guests if it was real or false alarm. Guests had to call the desk to figure it out. The front desk should have called or had staff walking around the rooms to reassure guests everything was fine & it was a false fire alarm. Overall our stay was good. Also the distance to Disneyland park is great & the free shuttle to Toy Story parking lot is extremely close to the hotel.

For the price, it was a decent room for a one night stay for my family. It just did the job but definitely didn't wow us. Staff was friendly and we liked that we were able to leave our car parked overnight and all day the next day after we checked out while we were at Disneyland. Room was fine except it was quite noisy from everyone above us. Only complaint about the room was we spotted some mold in the bathroom behind the picture frame on the wall. Breakfast was okay. Again, for the price, it did the job.

Was disappointed, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We were told the second day it would be cleaned and all they did was bring new towels, they didn't even fill the body wash dispenser so we had no soap for showers. They did not take the trash out, make beds, nothing. There was no hot water for a shower one of the days which was horrible after walking all day at Disney. Only positive was distance to Disney and price.

The place is very run down, building needs repairs, bathroom walls have not been wiped down in a long time (paint is peeling) floor tiles beside toilet are cracked (would not be able to properly clean floors). The staff was great, very pleasant. Kids running around past midnight, same couple fighting for 2 nights in a row (at 3am). Now if you do happen to have a rough go at life and decide to stay there, head to the hotel right in the same parking lot, it is clean and the bartender was awesome, and the food is amazing as well as reasonably priced. HIDDEN FEE OF A 12 DOLLAR A NIGHT RESORT FEE AND 25 A NIGHT PARKING.

Loved everything

Room 121: clean and very spacious. Two beds; one of the beds squeaks when you move. Thin walls and ceiling. You can hear everything!! Heavy footsteps, crying kids, etc. bathroom was clean. Shower had decent water pressure. Parking was not a problem. Breakfast was good and had a variety.

Room was a bit rundown but spacious, walls are paper thin. Hot tub can only fit 3 people total (and probably only 1 if you don't know each other), breakfast area was clean and well maintained but the food left a lot to be desired.

The room needs a very serious deep cleaning. There’s scuff marks, finger prints, built up grime, paint chips over almost every door and wall in the place. There’s built up dirt in all the corners of the floors. Furniture is falling apart. We had to call maintenance to fix our tv and it never actually worked for cable. Thankfully we brought our fire stick and dealt with spotting WiFi. The towels are clean but old and scratchy. The shower has built up dirt on the bottom. It’s very obvious they do a wipe down but nothing more than the best minimum. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The breakfast was decent on some days. The coffee pot in the room was fine if you bring your own grounds, using the 1 cup bag for a 4 cup pot makes it basically flavored water. The walls are PAPER thin. You hear every single person walking by, rolling a suitcase outside or overhead. You hear people from the pool. Everything. Parking lot is a tight squeeze and also difficult to understand leaving. Your key only gets you out of one gate even though there’s 2 since it’s a shared parking. We come to Disney 4-6 times per year, and for the price we can find much better accommodations elsewhere. Won’t be returning.

Cortona Inn was the perfect place to stay when visiting Disney. It's across the street from the Toy Story parking lot, which has a free shuttle to the parks. Only complaint is that if there are people being loud in the halls, you'll hear it in your room. Otherwise, it was the perfect respite from a busy day at Disney!

My room was great however, when I checked out, I did let the staff know that my sink did not drain whatsoever and that there was no soap at sink dispenser

We booked the king bed with bunk room and it was perfect! It was nice to have free breakfast before heading to the park. All the staff were very friendly and checking in went smoothly and our room was thankfully ready early. We would stay here again.

The hotel room was a bit humid. The top bunk didn't have a rail or anything to protect the person sleeping on it from rolling off the bed. Overall, the room was not bad, however, I'll probably stay somewhere else next time.

Run down, squeaky beds, thin walls. They charge extras that are not disclosed at all prior to booking. $25 parking per night. Scarce parking above ground. Below ground parking doesn’t have access to go up other than to the Hyatts Lobby. If i would’ve known about the extras beforehand i would not have booked here.

The room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. Bug was crawling across the floor. We left and went to another hotel.

We never stayed the night. As soon as we got to our room and turned on the bathroom light a GIANT roach appeared and we turned right around and ran out the door!

Hidden fees at the end of the stay was not enjoyable.

I was charged for parking at check-in, which was an expense I was not made aware of during the booking process. It would have been helpful to know about this fee in advance so I could factor it into my decision when selecting a hotel. Aside from that, the property appears to be undergoing renovations, and the room I was assigned was in a more outdated condition.

Overall I enjoyed my time there. Staff was great and helpful. Parking is a little tight if you have a SUV or a truck. The room is basic and clean. I did get a sewage smell from the sink when I used it but slowly went away the more I used it. Other than that I will definitely keep coming back.

All staff we encountered were friendly, respectful, and helpful, from the front desk, to the breakfast room, to cleaning and maintenance. The property is well maintained and manicured. It is a 20 Minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland Park. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores along the way. The breakfast was the normal offerings of cold cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, frozen waffles, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Each morning 3 hot items were also available (most likely previously frozen and warmed up). Constantly being refreshed. Not the greatest but will get you started. There is a charge for parking and the lot gets full in the evening. Pay Laundry room on site was convenient. Negative: They do not service your room on a daily basis, only every 3rd day.

Staff was great beds were stiff amenities were great. We went through Expedia they said all fees were paid but when arriving to the hotel for our stay we paid a extra 150. For deposit parking and also a destination fee. It was about 3 blocks to Disneyland parks not bad at all for the price.

I would never recommend this place or stay here again. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. The rooms are whatever, just old and stained. You have to pay for packing at the hotel each night. Walk from Disneyland is 20-25 mins, the walls are super thin and you can hear everyone in every room around you and the outside light comes inside at night but worst of all the sad breakfast. Our breakfast was absolutely nasty ! Worst party is the breakfast. The food was bland, sour, literally frozen meals so gross not fresh or good at all. Even the fruit was old. Believe the negative comments before booking I wish I did.

This was a nice quiet place to stay for Disney. I like being able to walk to the toy story bus and I like that they have a breakfast in the morning. They also recently updated the hotel and it’s very nice!

First off, the staff was extremely good to work with. I arrived early and planned on having them hold my luggage for a few hours. But they offered me a room easily at no charge, which was amazing. However the room had a very musty / mildew smell and an air freshener smell as well so I immediately asked for an alternate room. I am not normally one to make waves, but it was bad. They were very kind and allowed us to move rooms. The second room also had a mildew smell but I opened windows and hoped it would dissipate. I had promised my daughter we’d go a few places so we left but when we returned the room still smelled terribly. At the risk of being a “Karen” I requested another (yes 3rd!) room. They allowed the change again but informed me there were no other rooms open after this. I moved again and this room was better. Smelled like cleaner with a bit of mildew smell. But it was still there. I gave up at this point and took my daughter to the pool. I asked other guests on the elevator about the smell and they also had it. So I’ll say this. My husband likely wouldn’t have ever noticed it, but I have a smell sensitivity. If you do as well. I’d look elsewhere. Outside of that, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, and the staff was really great. If it weren’t for the smell, I’d go back. But knowing it seems to be in at least most of the rooms, I won’t be returning.

Images on hotels website are not updated. The toilet was dirty upon arrival and towels had hair. The kids bed had puff Cheetos. The night staff was not helpful. I couldn’t wait to check out.

Great location. Not too close to Disneyland since we were there for a concert at The House of Blues, so it wasn’t busy. Clean, decent hotel. Enough space for us and our two teenage kids.

Breakfast was fresh always. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. I did have a little bit of trouble with the laundry machines, but those are not owned by the hotel careful when you select either the wash or the dryer. It is not clear if the machine is a dryer or a washer each wash or dry cost four dollars other than that this is a great place to stay. I will be staying here again. This is our second time.

The top bunk bed was not useable for us as the mattress and the rail were the same level so not safe for kids. We had to go purchase a cot for one of my kids. Breakfast was actually better than expected though. I wasn’t expecting a hot option.

Stayed in Room 122. The room had a noticeable urine odor upon entry, although it appeared visually clean. Insulation was poor—you could clearly hear conversations outside and footsteps from the room above, which was very disruptive when trying to sleep before 11 PM and woke us up multiple times. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, and while the breakfast was simple, it did include hot options. The breakfast area staff were also very welcoming.

The lobby was nice which was very deceiving. The rooms did not match. The buildings were old and the bathroom was very tiny and outdated. We had a room that slept 6 people yet you could not have more than one person in the bathroom at a time which was very time consuming. We were on the second floor and the neighboring kids thought the walkway out side our room was their runway. They ran up and down from 6am to midnight. You couldn’t even take a nap as it was so noisy.

The room was a great size and layout for the price. We ordered dinner and bought an extra pizza and sandwiches for when we took a lunch break from Disneyland the next day, but when we returned from the park for lunch, the fridge had broken and we could not eat our food since it had meat. I then had to buy another lunch, which was a waste of money. Other than the fridge breaking and us having to throw away our food, everything else was great. This hotel is in a good location and good value for the price.

The room smelled terrible, spiders all over the room and honestly I don’t know if it was cleaned at all. There were multiple surprise fees upon arrival, barely any parking, and if you use their underground garage, the only elevator brings you to the wrong hotel. Terrible experience and honestly you’d be better off staying literally anywhere else. Breakfast was gross and there were things floating in the juice. Save your money and your sanity!

Add bagels and cream cheese and a waffle iron to breakfast would be my only suggestion. Otherwise, staff was always so friendly and accommodating.

Clean room, clean property, hearty breakfast, didnt use wifi, pool clean and plenty of space, conveniently located to convention center by a short walk, parking limited on ground floor but plenty underground. We would definitely stay here again for an event at the convention center or even to visit Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Staff i dealt with were great. Clean room expect for the open safety pin i found on the brown blanket we i moved the white comforter to the side. Not mine safety pin as i do not use them. Luckily i wasnt stabbed with it. I verbally went and spoke to the front desk clerk at night and followed up with during check out. Nothing was done. He stated he informed the general manager and the higher ups. Never received a follow up call regarding it either. Not even sure how this would have been resolved. Clean Towels also had someone’s hair in them.

The arrangement of the room was great. Two separate rooms. They were doing some construction so that was difficult plus we could hear the people above us. Also, the bathroom fan stayed on continuously.

We were placed in a room on the bottom floor 140 next to the construction area where there was a large dumpster for all the construction trash being thrown into it. We stayed till Monday and they began bright and early renovating the rooms next to us. All the parking was roped off infront of the rooms so you had to go to the below ground parking that is only accessible in the Hyatt hotel next door and it's near impossible to get into that elevator in the morning to get to your car. It was pouring rain and I just ran down the ramp after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator and got the car and loaded my babies into it by parking infront of the construction area. Check for construction before you go. We went Valentines Day weekend. The back half of the room where the kids slept was nice. The front half where the King bed is was very loud. You can hear all the road noise and construction plus little kids heading to breakfast in the hotel lobby screaming. I went to the back of my hotel and used the hard pull out bed in the couch because it was impossible with the construction and the kids to sleep.

Very thin walls. Could hear families running up stairs and the familes next door. Hot water took awhile to warm up and afterwards only lasted about 5 min. then it would cool down and warm up again. Found old food under/behind bed and dresser which was causing ants in the room

The place was under construction and the rooms were okay.

The room seemed dirty. There was left over trash under the vents. I asked for a crib prior and at check in. They ensured me that a crib should be in the room if not then to call. There was no crib so I call and my son was already ready for a nap. They said one was on their way. About 15 minutes later still no crib. I call again and they finally bring one. My son was past tired for his nap by this time. The shower was clogged. I called to have someone come during the day. They asked if they can send someone so I can talk to them I was about to leave the park in about 30 minutes and I told them. An hour passed and still no one came. They asked if I could wait longer but my family was already on the way out the door to the parks. They fixed it while I was gone, but I did not appreciate the inconvenience of having to wait for someone and no one showing up.

Plenty of room for my family and I

The hotel has more of a motel feel and is definitely dated. The furniture is very old, and the carpet was extremely dirty, which made the room look worse than it actually was. The room also had a noticeable old, musty smell. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean and fully functional, and the air conditioner worked well. The king-size bed had a very comfortable mattress, and there was also a convenient bunk bed in a separate room, which worked well for our needs. Since we spent the entire day outside and used the room mainly for sleeping, and considering the price, it was an acceptable option.

The layout for the suite was spacious but cleanliness was questionable. There was construction going on, elevator smelled. The person who checked us in was having some miscommunication with a guest but when they got to us, they weren’t as confrontational. The person that answers the phone and when we checked out were helpful and kind

The only good thing is its ubicton near to parks and everything, but for the cost probably other options would be better. Breakfast is always the same just basic. Beds were comfy we were in 3rd floor with no complaints. The breakfast really saved the morning of our Disney trip to our check out it was different each morning we had a 2 night stay family of 4. They have the sign in the office about the bus to pay to get to Disneyland/Ca Adventure/ down town Disney but if you walk down into Toy Story parking lot is the free Disney bus. Or walk to or from disneyland took us about 15 minutes (convince stores are very close we stopped at 711) with 2 toddlers asleep in the stroller the walk was nice other people also walk but if your doing the walk at Disney know ur legs and feet will feel it the next day. Hotel was very accommodating and convenient

Their guidance and communication on purchasing shuttle tickets and where to catch the shuttle needs major improvement! The first room we were in had a terrible smell like a bathroom spray that had been sprayed all over the room and ac unit. It was visible on the ac unit (greasy) and it was on the comforters as well as the carpet. My daughter and I had an immediate reaction to the fragrance or so we thought at the time. We were moved to a second room that had visible mold. Our headache and breathing was terrible in this room as well. This room had a ver musty smell to it. We learned that they must use the room spray to mask the smell. Also this room had crazy mold on the ac unit and a terrible ice machine near the entrance that was so loud. Lastly, the second room had a dirty comforter with burrito on it. Gross!

Only one outlet available aside from the one in the restroom area, which was a bit of an inconvenience with multiple devices to charge. The rooms are definitely in need of upgrades. The restroom is small. The breakfast is okay, glad that it was available. We used the Toy Story parking shuttles and it was an easy walk from the hotel. Staff interaction was minimal, only for checking in and out.

We love the rooms and facility, free breakfast and proximity to Toy Story parking. We’ve stayed in the Tuscany family suite at least 10 times and the recent charging for parking is leading me to look at other properties. Otherwise, the beds are comfy, rooms are clean. I wish the jacuzzi was hotter with later hours to be able to soak after a long day on our feet!

The room was not fully cleaned, there was hair from the previous guests in the shower, the floor and the sink. This is not a 8.2 star hotel like stated, I would give it a 5. The carpet, although vacuumed, it felt dirty and old. The hotel is old and runned down. I would compare it to a Mot3l 6 hotel.

This is our 3rd time staying here and will definitly stay here again for our next Disney trip! Customer service is excellent and very kind. They stored our bags as well since we got there early from our flight and a room wasn’t ready yet. We spend most our time in the parks, and the rooms are comfortable and have everything we need for the minimal time we spend there. About a 15 minute walk to the Disney main entrance. The Toy Story parking lot is close by and can save you some walking steps, but it doesn’t really save you on time to and from the parks, and it’s about a 5 minute walk across that parking lot to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast is convenient with hot and cold options. We felt safe and the location was quiet.

The room was in decent condition. I paid $50+ for parking and was unable to park at the establishment because there was no parking available. It was frustrating and wasn’t given a refund for not being able to park there so I had to pay extra to park across the street

It was very hard to find parking, people were very inconsiderate of other people. There was shouting, running up and down the halls. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything. We had to constantly run the air condition fan in our room to help block out the noise.

For the most part it was ok, as soon as I walked in another person was complaining about the room, he looked so overwhelmed. He was nice to me checked me in. We went to our room there was old food in the fridge still and pillows looked unchanged. I showered in cold water and that’s what did it for me. For the price it should have been better.

The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the parks. Once you leave the Disney area the neighborhood gets very rough, which is very uncomfortable if you need to go to Target or CVS . The hotel parking was absolutely awful and there was a fee associated with parking which was assesed for every night of the stay.l and was not told about this until checkin. There was also a destination fee attached which was an every night fee as well. HIGHLY disappointed in not knowing about these fees. The hotel was not worth the price we paid and should definitely not be assed 3/4 stars. or cvs.

Very basic. Zero amenities. One single travel size bar of soap at the sink. Toilet handle broke so it barely flushed. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed. Exterior walls paper thin. Super super basic lodging.

When we checked in, the woman was very rude. A room key is used to get out of the parking lot. My key worked for the door but did not work for the gate. I had to call every time we exited and ask to be let out every time I would give my last name and room number and be told that my name is not the name for my room, I would have to repeat my name multiple times and spell it to finally be let out. The entire hotel is under construction which would have been nice to be informed about. It does need to be updated. I personally had to clean the bathroom because there were hairs all in the shower from the previous guest. And I asked the front desk for housekeeping, no one ever came.

They booked a room for us across the street and had that part handled by the time we got to the new hotel.

Room was very spacious only issue was that if your on the lower level you can hear the people on top of you.

We had an accessible room and liked the lower bed to transfer from wheelchair in. And liked the roll in shower. Did not like the noise of the location next to laundry and where all the carts were continually rolled by.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly, I selected this hotel for the breakfast and the closeness to Disneyland and the reviews that I read. But all of these were horrible! I paid for the bus ticket yet we got left at Disneyland multiple times in the middle of the night with a seven-year-old daughter. The food was horrible when we could even get in there. It was so crowded. There was not enough food for everybody and what was there was disgusting. The rooms were horrible. I have pictures. I will never stay here again.

Hotel was basically what we paid for. Rooms were reasonably priced, beds were comfy, and breakfast got the job done. It wasn't anything to get excited over but we felt safe. The one reason I'll look to stay somewhere else next time is noise level. You hear every door close, every car start, every family conversation, and there was construction that started abnormally early.

Resort and Parking fees. $26.00 per night for a parking spot . If that would have been known earlier, I would not have booked this motel . I went back and asked the desk personnel to waive the undisclosed parking fee and they said NO . We will not be staying at the Cortona on our future planned trips .

TV doesn’t have original remote and you cannot change input for the source. I travel with my own video entertainment and I was unable to use it. When I checked with the front desk, they also were not able to help. Not a huge deal, but unfortunate and may play a part in my decision for future stays as a travel quite a bit. Overall the hotel was good for it’s price point.

This room was booked as a fraudulent charge to my credit card. I contacted both Expedia and the hotel directly. Neither party cared that my identify was compromised or that a person partaking in criminal activity was staying at the property. I would never use Expedia or stay at this resort!!!

Room was grimy. Bedding and towels were clean but the tub, walls etc need a good scrub. Bathroom kinda gross-Could see finger prints on door/ walls and hair in corners of floor- not from us! . Good water pressure- hot water. Needs a refresh. Pool and breakfast are good for families

Staff where polite. Rooms didn't get cleaned on the day staff had said we had a full cleaning service day. And at our arrival one of the showers was dirty, breakfast was decent, but made some of our party sick.

The location is great and is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The rooms are very old and smell, however you get what you pay for. Also, they charge $25.75 per night for parking which I believe to be excessive for the area.

Upon arrival on 11/26 the lady at the front desk was very accommodating however the man working next to her was rude. He was grunting every time I asked her a question. When we got into our room it smelled very musty and was dirty. We tried to use the safe to store our items but it needed a key so we called the front desk and they said we needed to go back to the front desk to get it. We walked over to them and the same man was very rude… we asked about the safe key and he was obviously annoyed that we asked for one. He was like $150 if you loose the key! We were like ok..,We signed the paper about the fee and we were on our way. When I got back to the room to use the shower there was a wad of HAIR hanging off the shampoo bottle. When I turned on the TV the remote didn’t work and the batteries needed to be replaced. At all times during the day and night you can hear people walking upstairs clearly. The people above us woke me up several times during the night because of how thin the walls are. The only great things about these rooms was that the beds were comfortable. I will never stay here again.

I was told upon check in that on the third day of our stay our room would be cleaned. It was not. This would've been fine if our room had been fully stocked when we arrived. The products were pretty much empty and there wasn't even an extra toilet paper roll to replace the half roll that was left for us. Parking is very hard to come by because the lot is shared between two hotels one being much larger than this one. Other than that the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air-conditioner would make a strange whining sound every time it clicked on, then off (so every 20-30 mins). Luckily, my daughter isn't a light sleeper. I, however, woke up frequently in the night to the strange noise.

Breakfast was very limited and looked uncooked/cheap. We decided to just skip it. The receptionist were anything but friendly. Very short and rushing everything. Definitely didn’t feel welcome. The room had a strange smell when we first opened the door. Pillows are extremely flat. Will not be staying here again.

Wheels rolling disturbed my late Afternoon Nap,,,other than that,,everything else was okay. Place was clean and the receptionist was very nice. The interior of the room I got was very spacious and the breakfast was much appreciated.

The carpet at our room has never been cleaned, my white socks turned black by walking on the carpet. The room felt like it had never been completely cleaned. Shower head started making a loud sound when we turned the hot water on. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very close to Disneyland Toy Story parking! Cons: The fridge didn't work, the shower curtain did not keep the water in the tub, breakfast was alright, and the room I was in was next to what seemed like a laundry room for the housekeepers. So I would be awoken to the loud conversations of housekeepers.

The extra parking and extra resort fees.Were very expensive and not explained well.

We stayed one night and the rooms definitely need updating, and we saw that the hotel is working on it. The rest was fine.

Clean room amenities staff

Cortona is renovating rooms, but we were in an older unit, which had a musty smell and gross brown carpet. Staff was friendly. I appreciated the continental breakfast but it was fairly basic. Pool and hot tub were nice. When you finish reno's, I'd suggest investing in better pillows!

our experience was great we got the room with the bunk bed it another room it was perfect for our kids so after they were put down for bed my husban and i could still hangout. The fridge wasn't keeping cool, and we called the front desk, and they brought a new one up within 25 minutes of us calling. the only isuues we had was the gate when we were leaving did not wamt to go to the open so we had to go have to the front desk twice but other then that everthing was great and the 10% off at the maryotte next door was amazing.

The rooms need updating. The doors leading out need sealing, and the bathroom layout is tight. Overall, this is a great option if you’re spending the day at Disney and just want a place to sleep.

The breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruits, grains, coffee, etc. The suit was good for a family. 20min walk to Disney.

There were renovations and we were without water from 9am-6om the first 2 days we were there. We were told to use hotel next door if we needed a bathroom. They generously gave us bottled water during those days. The hotel is very convenient for convention center and Disney. The continental breakfast provided sufficient variety to sustain us.

The room smelled like mold and the noise all night was horrible. We had actually booked for 2 nights but decided to leave and stay at another place.

Came into the room to find the refrigerator warm and turned off and had leaked a puddle on the carpet. The bathroom door would not close all the way or lock. The outside is so brightly light up overnight that even with room darkening curtains light shines in the sides of windows making it hard to sleep. The exterior door left a big crack between it and the door frame letting in light and also just about any size bug could easily fit under that gap. Not sure how safe the dead bolt is as it appeared that it did not fit into the lock properly or very securely. Towels were clean but old and not very absorbant. All the staff were great, check in was easy and helpful, room was as clean as it could be. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was decent and ladies working it were hustling to keep food items filled. We saw guests taking all of the just replenished sauage and eggs on plates to the room leaving none for others. Location and price were good compared to others nearby.

Cons: rooms need updating and better cleaning; ours was dirty and had lots of old, crusty grime in corners, on bathroom ceiling, furniture was chipped and banged up, lighting was dim except in bathroom. Walls are paper thin; we could hear everything, especially above us (we were on ground floor), which made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was awful! The hot selections were nice and rotated each morning, but most was inedible. One of the reasons we booked here was for the hot breakfast to save money for the 4 of us. If you're planning on doing that too, you may be very disappointed. This hotel was good for location to Disney, costs a bit less than others around it (but you get what you pay for) and a safe place to sleep. If you want very comfortable, clean and more than subpar, stay elsewhere. With all that said, we still enjoyed our 4-night stay, as we used our room solely for sleeping b/c we were gone from park opening until after close every night.

Bang for your buck!! Definitely will be coming back to stay. Walking distance to Disneyland, CVS, Walgreens. Great location checking in was fast and easy. Continental breakfast was a plus. Parking was $25 a night but other than that no complaints.

Our overall experience was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff especially their receptionist Joy was very accomodating and helpful.

Definitely will be coming back to stay here. Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Literally about a 7-10min walk to Disneyland Resort.

The entry door didn't seal properly so light entered in all night. Bugs could get in and any AC or warm air would get out.

The service and communication prior to arrival was excellent. Unfortunately, there were water issues that were being repaired while there so this caused some inconvenience 9-5, but otherwise, I was very pleased with my choice to stay there and recommended it to friends.

The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is surrounded by many hotels. We all felt safe there and parking lot is gated.

It was clean and close to Disneyland. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall we had a decent stay and will be back in a few months!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Two of the days of my stay all of the water was shut off from 9 am to 6 pm. preventing use of showers, toilets, sinks etc. The notices of the shut-off were provided with little notice- effectively preventing cancellation of the reservation without financial penalty which was disrespectful. No one would knowingly rent a hotel room which lacked basic services and sanitation.

The water pressure was pretty low, BUT we were told they are updating the hotel next month so perhaps new shower heads? and we did not have a do not disturb sign in the room and were told it wouldn't be cleaned till the third day but we came back to the room to find it had been cleaned, and my partner doesn't like that. so that was kind of annoying. oh and the ice machine closest to the room was broken BUT they did let us check in early so that was a big plus. definitely would probably stay here again. it is so close to the toy story parking lot.

We had a two room suite. Which was perfect for our family. Rooms are spacious which is nice. It’s about a 15 min walk to Disneyland which isn’t too bad. Our youngest is 9 and did just fine. The breakfast was pretty unimpressive. They did have things like sausage patties and eggs in the same shape. One day they had hard boiled eggs but they were cold. No yogurt, no waffle maker, no oatmeal. They did have a jar of oatmeal so you could make your own with hot water. But overall, the breakfast was not great and my kids were pretty bummed out. We will probably not stay here again, due to the distance, the breakfast options being pretty poor, and the rooms are older. Decent, but older. The pool was really well maintained though. And my kids enjoyed a quick dip. Bc it was kind of cold. The hot tub was nice this time of year though. Good hotel, truly. But for a family with growing kids, the breakfast was a huge disappointment.

This was definitely a get what you pay for situation. The distance nice, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good, and breakfast was decent. However, our sink drained very slow which was gross to me and not fixed even though we told them about it upon check in. Also, the room smelled very musty which was bothersome. Thankfully we were out of the room all day at the parks so it didn’t impact us too much. With a little maintenance and more upkeep this could be a real gem.

The staff did the best they could considering the water was shut off for two days of my stay. They would not comp me anything and said I had to speak to a GM. I wasn’t able to speak to the GM bc I was doing what I came to Anaheim to do. The water was shut off for two days from 9AM-6PM. They didn’t tell me until the week of my stay that it would be shut off and they originally said it would only be for one day. The water then started coming out of my sink BLACK AND STUNK. after telling the staff they told me they were not authorized to give any refunds per their GM. Bc they told me so last minute of the water shut off I was unable to find an accommodation that wasn’t over charging me. I want to emphasize that the staff was as kind and accommodating as they could be, it was the management that was poor and greedy. If I’m telling the staff that black water is coming out of my sink, considering the management know they’re working on plumbing, the staff should be able to accommodate me and I shouldn’t have to make time to speak to the General Manager who was only there for a few hours.

I will not stay here ever again

I had two main grapes. The biggest issue was that of all of the ice machines on the premises. There were no working machines. Not one guest on the property had access to ice. I even went to the front desk and asked, and they simply answered, “ all of our machines are broken sorry”. Nothing more. My second issue were the towels. Of course this is not a five star resort so I didn’t expect too much but the towels seemed like the lowest quality that you could possibly get. One full-size towel was enough to dry half of the body of a full size man after a shower. They were extremely thin and very coarse. The property was relatively clean, and the continental breakfast was satisfactory at best.

The trash pick up came every morning before 7 with beeping and loud banging. The breakfast was OK, but if you don’t get there in the very beginning, there weren’t options left and they didn’t put more out. The Staff was very helpful at the desk and very kind when we needed to put our bags away to store while we were waiting to go to the airport. I give the staff an A++, but other than it being right by Disneyland it is just like all the other Motels in the area.

The property was very clean and nice, the staff we encountered were friendly as well. My only 2 complaints are, 1) the $22 a day parking plus tax that came out to $25+ and for 2 days I paid $50+. 2) we also had to pay an additional tax fee at the front desk where the receptionist said Expedia failed to charge which was $25. But when I was booking, all the taxes and fees were included in the price so how did this make any sense…. Anyways this was our first time at this property and our last for sure.

The breakfast options are pretty minimal, the location is great for going to Disney and using the Toy Story parking lot across the street for a free shuttle, they added paid parking since the last time we came, and our room is really needing renovations. They toilet handle fell off, the sink drain was show, and the bathroom door was hard to lock.

Always try to stay when in LA

Note that this is called an "Inn & Suites"which gives the impression of a nice hotel, but it is really more like a motel with outside room entries facing a parking lot. The lobby was beautiful, the breakfast area was nice, and the breakfast food was decent. They also have a good size gift shop for a hotel. However the rooms were older and subpar, and not worth the price in my opinion, especially being so close to Disneyland with so much competition between hotels. The room assigned to me had a pervasive urine-like smell to it. I believe that the bathroom floor may have been mopped with dirty water in the bucket. Upon request, I was given a new room which was better, but it had a different but strong and pervasive smell as well. Since I struggle with asthma, this was a concern. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to stay the full three nights in this hotel, but didn't want to hassle changing hotels. I kind of wish I had made the switch as this was the only real negative to a great vacation. The furniture was old and the walls were drab, with no attempt at any kind of decor or theme. I noticed what looked like some black droppings appear on the bed spread at one point. I don't know the origin, and I don't want to speculate, but worth mentioning for those who are interested.

The staff was very friendly and it was a cute hotel. Overall you’re paying for proximity to Disneyland. The breakfast sucked very limited options the elevators were a little sketchy and the hot tub was not hot at all but overall it was solid.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now, never really have terrible experiences. This time however I saw a huge cockroach that I think snuck in at one point. The hotel room felt a bit stuffy. I think it just depends wher your room is located? I live the closeness to the Disney parking lot, sad to see the parking rate was raised a bit though. Good for the price. Live a full length mirror. The bed was loud and the bathroom door always squeaks

When I arrived tried to check to see if rooms were ready at around 11am. Ana took care of me right when she walked to the counter and I asked if there were any rooms ready yet. She advised no. Funny thing is that the other agent next to her let 2 parties ahead of me check in right before me. I told Ana that there were 2 parties that checked in right now. Automatically she said the two parties had different room types. Apparently she was psychic and knew the two parties room types without looking at their reservations that the other agent checked in. After she helped me she then apprently went to lunch. If you didnt want to help me you could have let the other agent helped me.. her attitude was way nicer. Overall room was good for price.. pool had hair circling bottom of pool. . but overall a 3/5.. will not be staying again due to Ana not feeling welcoming.. but thanks for the stay. Housekeeping request for towels speed was amazing.. called for extra towels and within 10 mins received.. fastest i have ever seen.. 20 min walk to disneyland entrance.. 15 min walk toystory parking lot shuttle.. free breakfast was decent for stay.. parking was underground since parking was full by rooms.. so no issue there if parking late..

We had a fridge and microwave for an amazing price that accommodated my friends and I. It was also a quick walk to the Anaheim Convention Center.

Expedia keeps asking me to rate this hotel. I've already shared my issues with management. They have already issued a discount, and I appreciate that. I am maliciously complying with Expedia's insistence that I continue with my review because it is absurd and dehumanizing. It is not the hotel's fault. Sure, my stay was terrible but it has been addressed. Expedia is now insisting that I continue shaming them.

As soon as we walk in to the room it smelled awful. It smelled like urine in the bathroom and the carpet felt wet. We had to spray the room multiple times during our stay.

My stay at The Hotel was fantastic—the room was impeccably clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept great. The pool was a true highlight: sparkling, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The property is a little dated and could use some upgrades but overall it was in good condition and I really liked the room we chose with the king bed and separate room with bunk beds and a pullout sofa bed. Great for 4 or more people to not feel so crowded. Staff was very nice too.

We were fortunate to stay in section 330-340 and we had an awesome view of the fireworks from our room. The walk is pretty far, Uber back to the room is $15-20 one way. There is a shuttle thats $4/adult, $1.50/child but 15 min wait times. Overall the stay was comfortable, staff was friendly and pool was clean. Breakfast was good too.

For the price, it was a quick stay overnight, not horrible. Nothing fancy and new about the room and breakfast. So if you're into price and accommodations rather than updated nice new rooms or above average complimentary breakfast, then stay here. We wouldnt return for longer stays or unless its the only deal available.

It was close to Disneyland rooms were okay for the price didn’t like how there’s really no parking on top but there is a car garage. Downside is that the elevator takes you up to the Hyatt so you still have to walk to the actual hotel.

Staff was amazing, however, the hotel smells like mold and it does not look clean. My bed had tiny spiders and tiny bugs I could not identify. No bed bugs, thank goodness. Definitely needs remodeling/upgrades. Parking is about $26 per night, not included in your stay. Booked thinking I was saving but my “savings” went toward paying for parking.
