The hotel was nice, and the amenities were good, the only problem was that the bathroom was dirty, the tv did not work, and the wifi was very slow.

I had a conference at hotel,brought my husband and 18 and 21 yrs old children so we could go to Disneyland 1.2 miles walk each way. Rooms were OLD not spacious. The queen beds seemed so SMALL for us. We even called front desk thinking they put us in 2 doubles. The food around bar area was surprisingly good and something for most people’s palate. For the price we paid, this hotel was old and way under whelming and old! It’s not pretty, it’s functional and that’s it.

Room 1023 was good but the main issue was room 1017, the refrigerator contained to turn off and the guy who helped me said you need to turn on the refrigerator but pushing the button but the family that stayed there had to continue to turn on the refrigerator, the bathroom the mirror was dirty and the towels some of them were used. On the room floor there were toilet paper scraps, and there was lots of dust around the beds. I would like to know when was this room clean last please give me a report. Or call me at 6505157157 . What can you do for them please. This is not good service

Beautiful and clean property. Not too many choices on TV and we did enjoy the pool and hot tub but couldn't figure out how to get to them without having to travel through the restaurant/ bar...yikes and a little weird.

TV was unplugged. The HDMI cord was not even plugged in and it was dangling and didn’t work work. They charged us for Internet that didn’t even work. The bathroom does not have any like exhaust fan. the LVP flooring was super sticky. I think they do a good job of maintaining their landscaping and their lobby, but that’s about it

It was a beautiful property. It was a large property. I’d say the only downfall was the size of the pool area. It was difficult to get a chair. Sometimes other than that the entire staff was very helpful. The rooms were wonderful. The beds were comfortable everything was very clean. The bar area was great. The valet to get the car was very efficient. No wait time to get an elevator to go to your room would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to Disneyland. We were able to walk to cvs for snacks, McDonald’s for breakfast and then head to the park.

Frustrated by 2 things this time: No Tesla charging available... well, 1st come, first serve with Valet. We paid the valet to get charged but learned in the morning it didn't happen??!! So was the Valet worth the $70 bucks?? big overcharge, imo when i can get free Valet & parking at the Vegas Trump.

We were among the displaced with the Garden Grove chemical leak. Decided to stay here for one night and the whole experience was incredible. We felt like we could just breathe for a night and not rush out the next day either. The place was super clean and peaceful environment (even with it being completely booked out for things happening at their venue and convention center). The rooms were great, cool and clean. Usually I have a hard time in hotels, especially ones that don’t really deep clean and have hidden mold… this was not that experience. We all slept great, the four of us (2 kids). Would go back here again for sure.

Close enough to walk to one of the amusement Parking lots to shuttle to parks. Ride share fares are affordable. Options to eat around hotel. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Besides a bit of a wait while checking in, our stay was absolutely delightful. We used the shuttle to get to and from Disney and had a beautifully refreshed room when we returned after our long day in the park. Even though the hotel was very busy with events going on, our room was nice and quiet. Will be returning again!

We ended up in what I think was a penthouse suite or specialty suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. It really made our stay feel extra special. We had other plans already scheduled, otherwise we definitely would’ve extended our trip. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll absolutely stay here again — and secretly hope we get the same room because it was that nice. Thank you again to the staff for making our stay memorable!

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, especially if you are visiting the Anaheim Convention Center or nearby attractions. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was convenient, and we also enjoyed having amenities like the hot tub to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Anaheim.

Easy to get to the Anaheim Convention Center

Wonderful stay for my birthday on 5/22. Service was fantastic. The young man was so kind and had a small piece of cake sent to our room for my wife and I to share. It was perfect. The room was clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again and again. The location is very convenient to the park. 10/10!!!

They thankfully accepted my Chime debit card. Only dislike is housekeeping early knocking at 8am.

Check is was terrible, it tool 32 minutes. Property directions were not clear, stuff was not very helpful for giving instruction/directions.

Staff was amazing, dining and hotel in general was great. In a great location, very close to the parks. The room was a little outdated, good amount of dust and floors didn’t seem very clean. Room seemed a little small. Hoping our room was just a one off. Either way would stay again but maybe request an updated room.

From the moment I walked in, I could immediately tell there was something different about this hotel. During check-in, I witnessed the front desk staff handle an extremely difficult and rude individual with a level of professionalism that was honestly the best I have ever seen. The guest was disrespectful and verbally abusive, yet the staff handled the situation flawlessly, calmly, and professionally. It was genuinely impressive. One employee in particular, Sabrina at the front desk, is an absolute superstar. She was incredibly proficient, professional, and efficient — checking in guests one right after another while still making each person feel valued. I am a 100% disabled veteran and asked about closer handicap parking accommodations. Sabrina personally walked outside to the valet area, ensured I received the proper instructions, and made certain I was taken care of. Her personal attention to detail reflects great credit upon herself and represents the standard and values all JW Marriott hotels should strive to achieve. This is truly an amazing hotel. If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, take advantage of it. From the valet team greeting you out front, to the front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant staff amazing.

The proximity to Disneyland is a plus, we walked there in around 15 minutes taking a slow stroll. The hotel was hosting a number of conferences whilst we stayed and as such was very busy. The lobby and bar area were quite noisy and busy at times, which we didn't mind as we were out all day. Check that you aren't charged twice for your room! Ours was pre-paid but we were charged again on the credit card we placed on file. The front desk staff helped to sort this straight away, acknowledging their error, but as of yet, the charge is still showing as pending on my bill, so I will keep checking on that. Another piece of advice would be to join Marriott Bonvoy rewards to receive free WiFi as otherwise, it's a hefty daily charge.

Very nice property.

We have a child with a disability and it was a celebration for their birthday and their father. I also added Mother’s Day celebration there too. We loved the hotel room although I would have preferred a bigger space for us along with the food vouchers. I appreciated the safety feature of the balcony. The staff at the restaurant catered to our family needs especially for the Mother’s Day brunch and spoke my language which was a big 5 stars.. I would definitely book a future there again and try a different room.

Pillows were horrible.

It was a nice stay. Clean room. No free water bottle nor coffee in the room. I’ve been charged twice for the parking fee. Hassle checkout cause you still have yo go to the counter. Overall it’s a nice stay

I was there to present at the NSTA conference. It was so convenient to be able to walk from the hotel to the conference. Nfuse had tasty food and drinks and there were several food options including breakfast and snacks. The bed was comfy and the balcony was my favorite part of my room. Overall excellent experience!

The room is old, even the plug barely works. WiFi is not free, it’s free when you have their rewards card. At first, I was having WIFI problems and it took 2 agents to fix it. They are better and newer properties around the Anaheim with friendlier staff.

Our room was Extremely noisy from hallway noise from noisy guests and elevator even though I requested a room far away from elevators and was told by the desk staff that I “wouldn’t hear a thing”. The room was somewhat clean EXCEPT for the floors, walls, bed bases and shower floor. The floors are that cheap grey fake wood vinyl stuff so they hide dirt. Housekeeping uses swiffer type devices to clean them which just push dust and dirt around. So I recleaned the floors by hand and my cleaning rag was filthy dark black/brown with every wipe. Bed bases were visibly covered in dust. Floors had a lot of dust bunnies and hair. Walls had spill marks. Shower floor was textured and “stained” dark brown/black but it was actually mildew. The drain was visible and full of sludge and hair and gunk. They could def use a good deep cleaning & then utilize vacuums to get all the hair and dust bunnies. Staff was friendly-mainly the bell desk staff. The guys out front are usually quick to open the car doors, some better than others for sure. Guest laundry: machines don’t wash clothing very well and dryers will cover your black clothing in lint as long somehow blows OUT of them. Bring your own detergent as theirs is $3 a load and it sux. The lobby is nice & clean, the pizza place is pretty good. We only stayed at this Marriott because we had a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Being so close to Disney, the wear on the hotel shows in the hallways and rooms.

We were there for a large cheer competition and they handled the large amount of people well. I was a bit irritated as I booked through Expedia and they gave me a double room instead of a queen room like I wasn’t going to notice. I’ve noticed many hotels try to give you bad rooms when you book through a third party. They did correct it though when I brought it to their attention.

The staff was wonderful - front desk, housekeeping, and food service at the pool and restaurant. The elevators broke down a lot. Apparently, this happens often. They fixed them quickly but it's a bit alarming especially since we were there for a dance competition. What if we didn't have time to wait for the elevators to be fixed? Other than the elevators, the hotel was wonderful!

Use to this by now for all the cheer travel we do … however we sat at a table for 1 hour with no water and no order being taken until we finally got up & left. The hotel was pretty good but don’t go to that restaurant if you expect decent customer service.

Comfortable room and good location. The front desk could not find our reservation, and they insisted booking.com was at fault. When I showed them two messages from Marriott a week before arrival, they were not terribly interested. Then, they said the problem was a misspelling of the name. I showed them the receipt from booking with the correct spelling. We checked in late in the evening and lost considerable time while they tried sorting this out.

We had a fantastic stay at the Anaheim Marriott during a dance convention. The hotel was perfect for the event—super convenient, well organized, and full of great energy. The pool area was a huge highlight and such a great way to relax after long days of competition and rehearsals. The food options were delicious and made it easy to grab meals without leaving the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always on top of things, even with how busy the convention was. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone attending events or conventions in Anaheim

Getting bags to the room was a major hassle. Check in told me that I could get a cart from the bell desk, but bell desk told me they couldn't loan carts. Furthermore, they could not help me take bags from my car in the parking lot. I would have to go back to my car and drive it to the front door, then drive it back to the parking structure after I got my bags. Never mind. Also, bottled water in the room was $6. For plain water. S-I-X D-O-L-L-A-R-S. For a bottle of plain water. If I wanted complimentary water, I would have to trek to the bell desk. Never mind. In an age where the corporations are trying to extract every penny they can get from customers, this may be the new norm, but they will get zero loyalty for it. Overall, the staff was very friendly though. The people at the NFuse restaurant were especially helpful and friendly.

As soon as you get there, staff greeted me with a warm welcome. Very easy to find. Had everything I needed all in one building. Food was excellent and drinks were better. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at morning breakfast are “MaryLu” was amazing. 10/10 for sure.

This hotel is nice and would consider staying here again. Room was nice and the view was amazing! The check in was a bit unsettling because I was ignored by 4 staff for nearly 15 minutes. The 4 front desk clerks were busy on the phones and never acknowledged my presence, until the manager brought it to their attention and took care of me and my daughter who at this point was tired of the wait and was sitting on the floor. I appreciated that the manager acknowledged me and took care of my check in quickly.

Some of the Valet employees did not speak to me to assist, I had to go and ask. They were assisting customers that arrived after me, I felt alittle discrimination

I was very disappointed with the initial reception. They didn't give me adequate directions to my room and I got lost. No one was ready to help me find my room. FYI - they have two towers, and my room was on the 15th floor of a tower that was very far from the reception desk, I went to the wrong tower and was running around looking for my room, and no one directed me. Also, the valet parking attendants were always chatting with each other and not paying attention to the guests. The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent. I don't blame anyone except the management that failed to train their employees

The was a very noise in the early morning trim the tree, and at mid night around 11:30pm, still there were people talk and laugh very loud. Although our floor is at 10th, but still bother us for sleep. Also in the front of the hotel, the customer's truck open two way' doors to block the road, then it blocked 5-7 cars behind him. I asked that stuff, if they could close one door, then the other cars would move around, but he told me was " it is what it is." It is very bad experience for me to live that hotel, worst ever!

This was our second time staying at the Anaheim Marriott. We enjoyed our stay the last time (in 2018) and figured we'd stay again. The location is convenient to Disneyland and right next to the convention center. However, the service was mediocre at best. The room wasn't very clean. There were hairs on the toilet when we checked in. The front desk seemed disinterested and unlike almost every hotel didn't ask how things were when we checked out. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience and I'll be finding somewhere else to stay the next time we're in Anaheim.

Room badly needs upgrading! Best Western Plus is far nicer and I am a member of both Best Western and Marriott Bonvoy. Breakfast bar guy was unfriendly. Hotel checkin lady was excellent.

We didn’t get one of the upgraded rooms. The lobby and hotel restaurants looked great, the valet and bellhops were friendly and helpful as well as the front desk. We did not try anything in the hotel but it was clean and easy access to the parks.

It just didn’t have a premium feel. The lobby was nice but the room seemed cold and generic - like it could have been a La Quinta or Holiday in. The tile floors didn’t help but I suppose they are easier to clean.

Staff was amazing. Proximity to Disneyland was perfect. Room and grounds were clean and spotless.parking garage was safe and well lit. Definitely will be back

I did not know this did not include breakfast, day snacks, and beverages. The hotel also did not allow me to purchase this at check-in. Traveling with kids for the cheer comp at the convention center, this would have been ideal.

The room we ended up booking was a standard room — king bed. It was okay. The room was a good size for two people, but the bathroom was much smaller than expected. The toilet, the entrance to the shower, the area where you stand to wash your hands and the entrance to the bathroom itself were just too close to one another. The water temp for the shower often fluctuated. It was either too hot or too cold. The bed itself was comfy. However, both foam and feathered pillows provided were flat and uncomfortable. Two of them also had a weird sulfur stench. My partner and I requested for new ones to see if we can get ones that were more "fluffed" and support, but no luck! Having said that, the hospitality and service of the employees were outstanding. The men and women at the valet service were very attentive, our check-in was smooth, and any service we requested were attended to right away. Just wish we had a better experience with our room! Overall, it was an okay stay for a short amount of time.

There was a convention happening during our stay which seems to take precedence over any other “regular” guest. We were asked to find a different route to the parking structure as not to disturb the event that was taking place. This left us with the only option of walking up the ramp of the parking structure the same way that cars enter. Multiple room service items we ordered via the website were not actually in stock. Then the delivered a completely different order altogether. On the morning of our departure, the cleaning employee entered our room after one swift knock at the door. Giving us zero time to put clothes on. I will take the blame for not putting the “do not disturb” sign up but I’ve never had someone enter our room so abruptly at 8am before. Overall, just a terrible experience. I would not stay here.

Our email early check in from Bonvoy was a treat. We were there to visit Disneyland so it was perfect location (15 minute walk). I would have preferred the concierge lounge to be available because the appetizers for 2 did not serve me well when I have 3 people in my party. We were thankful that our check in person added the additional person. That is what I call customer service ! Our room was great and I enjoyed our balcony views.

The room was very clean and spacious. I loved having room service and loved having the roomed cleaned each day. I also loved the fresh fish they had on the. lunch menu that halibut was wonderful I got addicted! The staff were super friendly and helpful and even recommended that I check out newport beach instead of going to longbeach as they were thoughtful of my safety I really appreciate that.

Bathroom was dirty, hair in sink and shower. Room condition just average. Be careful booking rooms with “pool view” as ours required that you crane your neck to see!

AMAZING STAY! Great staff!

- First room given was NOT cleaned. it was completely undone and we had to walk all the way back to the front desk for a new room with a toddler and all of our luggage in hand (no bell hop service). This is already around 11pm at night and we were coming from the Oasis Tower (far end of the property). - Issues with mobile ordering for room service. Tried multiple attempts and eventually had to place an order via phone to ensure we were able to get some food before services ended at midnight. - New room had a shelf in the shower that was not useable (needs to be re-glued). At this point, it is past midnight and we were just too tired to call down, repack, and move all of our things. We are Marriott Bonvoy hotel members, and this is the first time we've had a less than stellar/perfect experience. It was very surprising to be honest.

Our family enjoyed our stay and liked that we could walk to Disneyland.

We had a bad experience we coud not sleep.The neighbors next door woke us up at 1:00 am and would not let us sleep. We called twice to have someone come take care of the problem and had to go downstairs to resolve issue.

We love staying here when we go to Oogie boogie bash in Disneyland. We stayed in the oasis tower this time around. It was nice, but I like the other rooms in the main hotel better.

We had a 5 night stay at this hotel overlapping with labor day long weekend. The hotel service was overall good. Friendly staff . But having the groups on a separate level from other guests is necessary as they were loud in the corridors until after midnigh.

Also, the room… hair on the doors, shower has a busted wall, missing parts/pipe showing, and gross shower door. The shower head doesn’t work just the hand tool. So had to only use that. The shower also leaks onto the floor forcing you to use extra towels to prevent you from slipping. There is also no exhaust fan so it’s get all steamy really bad. While sleeping, if you lay your head down flat on the pillow you can hear the humming in a machine behind our wall… The AC is dripping water, the curtains don’t close all the way if you need to block out the sun completely, toilet lid doesn’t close by itself just hold up at a 45 degree angle, there are brown marks all up on the walls and stain on furniture. The ceiling also has a giant crack in the paint. It’s a 30 min walk to Disney fyi. It’s not as close as we thought that’s our fault. Also, no microwave in room. Fridge doesn’t get cold. Bed is comfortable and hotel is fancy in the lobby. The elevator is also an issue. There are 6 elevators, but you have to play musical chairs just to get one to get you to the floor you need. The F elevator specifically will re-open itself multiple times before closing to go up or down. We will not be staying here again.

Make up room were on the spot everyday! Every time we arrived in our room its already clean and always feel good to rest after a very long day. We will definitely come back.

Great value compared to Disneyland resorts

Upon arrival we had a rather large spider in our room. House keeping removed it however our room was very dirty. I let the front desk manager know and he apologized however the remaining 4 nights the parts of the room that was dirty was never cleaned. We also booked this hotel so we could enjoy the outdoor pool and could never find a spot on a chair, in fact on our last day they would only allow pool reservations and couldn’t accommodate a spot for us until 7:30 PM! Service at the restaurant was terrible, we asked the server if we could sit on the patio and her response was “our patio is 1st come, 1st serve so figure it out yourself!” Definitely not the type of service we would expect from a Marriott. Our last night we were woken up multiple times from various people on our floor having parties. We ordered food pool side one evening and dropped our plates off and never returned and forgot both our drinks and my son’s side was incorrect. I was not going to walk through the restaurant in a bathing suit so we had nothing to drink with our meal and our food was never remedied.

This is one of my favorite places to stay, always clean and the staff is great. The only issues that I have with returning there is the parking fees which are high. They use to be reasonable for self parking but for two days was almost the cost of one night stay. I stayed at a similar hotel a block away that’s located behind Outbacks and the cost per night was half the price and there parking for customers was free. The room quality and service also were outstanding.

modern super clean updated room. Comfortable king size bed with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden atrium of the Anaheim convention center. Enjoyed everything!! Would like to have known how far the self parking garage was from the main hotel because I would have done valet.

We only tried the pizza place and although it was smaller than I expected mostly because I didn’t look at the size. The pizza was the best I’ve had in a while. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of and the internet worked fine.

The beds were horrible couldn’t get comfortable, myself and girlfriend woke up with a back pain. Need to change the beds.

Great facilities, swimming pool, huge fitness center, high speed and modern elevators. Both a restaurant and "fast food" offering in the lobby. 20 minutes walk from Disneyland. Balcony was really noisy even on 7th floor. (Machines noise) Quite long walk from self parking.

The bathroom had visible dust and didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. Both the towels and water glasses were noticeably dirty. That said, the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff was so nice. I paid for a room there just so my daughter could use the pool, as my hotel's pool was under renovation. They wouldn't take my money and let me just use their pool. They were so nice!!!! Thank you to the staff at the front desk. Your hospitality was immeasurable compared to the service I was getting at the Hilton

Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that every time we would take a shower, the steam from the bathroom would trigger the smoke detector and it would set off the alarm. There was no fan to turn on in the bathroom to help with this. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. A great experience!

Other than that, the room was comfortable and fairly large. As a note, don’t have anything delivered to the hotel. The front desk sends it to the fedex office and you have to pay a fee to retrieve it. This is the first time I’ve had a hotel front desk not be able to accept deliveries.

This property is a high volume property so their care for each guest is limited. Their parking is far from the entrance unless you pay the valet fees. It is a room the gets the job done but personally not for an extended stay.

This Marriott was a beautiful hotel. The lobby smelled amazing every time we entered. Not sure what air freshener they use but it was citrusy and magical:). The rooms were updated and clean. The two things that were kind of a bummer was that dinning options were a bit limited. The hotel has good food but there was a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would just plan accordingly.

The elevators take some time to get used to but once done, they are easy to use. Beds are very comfortable. Front door people are very friendly and open doors for you. Like everything in Anaheim, purchasing even just snacks is expensive. Room was humid no matter how low we turned the AC. Enjoyed our stay.

The stay and staff were really friendly. The valet parking staff were quick to pull our vehicle to the front.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to Disney. Extremely close to the convention center. Ultra-friendly staff and extremely clean. Two deltas for me were the soft mattresses and parking. I prefer a much firmer mattress. This made my three day stay a little uncomfortable. Self-parking is 40+ dollars per night and not a short walk if you are staying with elderly persons. We decided to use valet parking which was 50+ dollars per night, not including tips that we gave to the valet every time we wanted to go in and out. if we included tips, then we paid about $75 per night for parking.

The hotel had a different check out date than what was listed on the Hotels.com reservation. When I arrived there was no tv remote in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Anaheim! The staff were lovely and helpful, it was clean modern, and spacious design. The room was clean, beds soft, and daily housekeeping did a great job. It didn't feel over crowded even though we stayed here during a large conference. All of the dining options were tasty, and not too pricey considering its a hotel restaurant. The Market Cafe in the hotel has great Starbucks coffee and delicious breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were fun for my kiddos. It's about a 20 min walk to downtown disney. There is an ART bus that picks you up outside to go to Disney. It's about a 7 min ride. Lots of things to do and eat around the hotel as well. The convention center is located right next to the hotel, they share a round-a-bout. We will definitely stay again!

Extremely comfortable rooms. Wifi is exceptionally reliable. Elevators use s touchpad system which takes some getting used to. Pool is of a good length but parts may be too shallow for larger adult swimmers; whirlpool is large and very warm. Adjacent to Anaheim Convention Centre and within walking distance of Disneyland entrances.

The Marriot does not disappoint. The only thing I will say about this particular location is that the front desk concierge lady was not very helpful when giving directions. Since they have a couple towers she wasn’t clear on directs to access the correct tower and also the employees I asked in the lobby did not know where my particular room was in. So that was a tad inconvenient but the rest was great.

I love staying here because the staff are always so amazing. Eliana and Ryan at the front desk, the maintenance specialist who fixed my shower, all the valet, and the very helpful and kind bellman who helped my daughter and I with our bags! Top notch customer service from all!

They no longer have a shuttle to Disney. And there is no fast food on premises for breakfast or dinner. Lots of drunks and drinking.
