Sonesta Anaheim Resort Area

The pool was closed until july, which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel in the first place. They did allow access to another hotel’s pool nearby and offered to reimburse parking, but that was a hassle. The water pressure on the shower in the room was so hard it hurt to stay in for more than a very quick rinse. The bar and food was great though. Definitely things to consider if you plan to stay in the upcoming month

I made my reservation months before going then when I get there my room was sold so had do get a different room that had two beds. Also didn’t have enough parking. Then I get there and no remote for the TV. Honestly felt like I was staying in a motel.

Our second stay at this hotel, and just as the first stay, it was amazing! So close to Disneyland, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was a great price and I was concerned that we would get what we paid for, but the Sonesta did NOT disappoint us. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, everything was clean and well kept. I just needed a safe budget friendly place to sleep between long park days and the Sonesta is beyond what I expected. The beds were comfy with 4 pillows each, there was a fridge and microwave (Super helpful for after park snacks and easy Breakfast in the room). The room was spacious. They do not do daily room cleaning unless requested the night before. We did ask for fresh towels and they were in the room when we returned from the park. The pool was not open, but we didn’t come for a pool. I struggled to find the ice machines (only on the 3rd and 7th Floors) but the kind lady at the coffee bar filled up my drink jug with ice for us every morning. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Disney. Lyft/Uber rides were between $8-$17 dollars for a standard car to/from the parks. We didn’t not pay for a car or parking.

The pool was being renovated and no shuttle to the parks, which was a main reason for choosing this property.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located 10 minutes away from Disneyland!

I was also caught off guard a day before the trip arrival by a text mentioning parking would be $30 per day. Those issues on top of the water leaking through the ceiling in the gym, impact / tool use echoing in the hallway from elevator repair.. it wasn’t ideal. It felt like the whole place was being renovated during our stay.

During our stay, the toilet in the room was not working and out of order. We noticed it at 2am when we had to use. We were then offered another room with a down grade from a king size bed to a two full size? Which me and my husband did not want to sleep on separate beds. It was very inconvenient having to move rooms at 2am from the second floor to the ninth floor. We did end up getting a king size bed, however the experience to having to change rooms was extremely inconvenient!!

To make matters worse, they do not provide a final receipt at checkout showing all charges. Two days later, an unexpected parking charge appeared on my credit card. When I called the hotel to ask about it, the staff hung up on me instead of addressing my concerns. The customer service was unacceptable, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of hotels near Disney that value their guests and communicate honestly. If you want an stress-free Disney vacation, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This hotel left a very negative impression and significantly diminished our overall Disney experience.

This is a very honest review I stayed at sonesta from may 31 up untill june 2nd 2026. I pre booked our suite maybe about a month in advance honestly maybe poor judgement on my part . The room i booked was the suite with bunk beds for our kids. no one called to inform me they no longer offered this option so when I arrived I found out, which was disappointing for both my 5 and 4 year old which were really looking forward to it . That was the first of many disappointing things to find out about Next she let me know parking is not free it was 25 dollars per day which would come out with the 100 dollar deposit. Next I asked what time the disney shuttle goes by because I had planned this hotel because it offered a shuttle that stops outside and drops off at disney, was told that service filed bankruptcy and was no longer offered so I had to pay 40 parking at toy Story parking 😑 to take a shuttle from there to disney mind u I already am paying for parking at the hotel. Next there's no pool on-site. So there went our plans for that as well I know things happen but a little warning before the actual day of arriving would have been nice if I had arrived earlier I would have just canceled our room all together but seeing as I traveled 5 hours already we were tired and I just settled for it. So do I recommend this place no I do not I can honestly say its a shame because I really was looking forward to my stay here and since we come alot to Southern California it would have been great.

The original room we booked was under construction and they were very amenable and upgraded us. The pool was also under construction during our stay, and they had an additional location for us to use.

Hotel does not serve breakfast. We were told that the pool was in service when booked but was out of service when we arrived. Good hotel just that little hiccup of the pool

The location is great if you are going to Disney. The hotel was very clean and the staff is exceptional. I was not aware that the pool was closed and that I would have to pay $32 plus tax for nightly parking. I must have not read the fine print. So just FYI.

Exactly what i expected for the price! The rooms were very clean and extremely spacious. Very close to many things. We were still able to walk to a few places (20-30 minutes walk to and from). Lots of parking. Staff was extremely friendly as well. Overall a great budget friendly pick. Great for families and if you are traveling with a pet!

It was a little outdated in the rooms but the lobby looked nice. The staff were really nice and helpful though when we last minute switched hotels during Memorial Day weekend.

The lady at the cafe was so sweet and the chilaquiles there are delicious! The room we had was nice, clean, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool was not opened. Aside from the decent rate the pool is the main reason why I had booked there.

This was our first visit to a Sonesta. Very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. A couple of minor issues but were corrected immediately. Beds were comfy and staff super friendly. Conveniently located and easy to find. Highly recommend.

May 16th 2026 . Front desk at 6am. Man with long hair horrible! Came back to try and check in again 930 pm front desk was worst ! Those two needs customer service training ! They were burnt out and was so unhelpful! Changed my hotel stay right away! I refuse to spend my money on horrible customer service !

The parking is $37.5 a night which we thought they is included. There is no more Disney shuttle and the pool was under construction and we didn’t get to enjoy it.

They didn’t come up to my room to clean the room and I had asked for more coffee and was not provided. They did not seem very friendly as well. The room was really nice and the hotel looks very well maintained but was not so happy with service.

Pool was out of service, requested for a fork and had to go to the front lobby.

Highly recommend this place. When we arrived staff is very friendly and helpful. Checking in was very smooth and fast. The room and floor we stayed in was super clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is very easy to drive into because there is no traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

I ordered this room for my family, and when they arrived, the room was not even cleaned. The staff completely forgot to clean it. The baby was crawling and found pills and put them in his mouth. this could’ve been completely serious and potentially harmed a child. This is completely unacceptable and I absolutely would not recommend a stay at this place. The fact that they were pills and a vape pen in a hotel room that was not cleaned is absolutely beyond me.

Very disappointed to learn about the parking fee at the last minute. I was charged $35 per night to park at the hotel, on top of already paying for parking at Disneyland. This important detail was not clearly highlighted upfront, which felt misleading and frustrating.

The pool is unavailable so they offered us an alternative, which was helpful. The staff was friendly and told us how we could get in contact with any help you would need as they did not have the staff to clean every night.

I had reserved a children's suite several months in advance. Upon my arrival, I was assigned a room with a King-sized bed. When I returned to the lobby to inquire, I was informed that the children's suite was unavailable. I was concerned about how my two children, my mother, and I would be accommodated in such a room. Consequently, I had to cancel my reservation and seek alternative lodging. I was not contacted beforehand to inform me that the suite would not be available upon my arrival, nor was I offered a different room as an alternative. I paid months before. Such a disappointment

My stay at sonesta was terrible. No breakfast, no working channels on tv, not enough face towels, housekeeping walking into rooms without any notice, tubs half cleaned.

Check in was quick but the $32 parking fee was unexpected and rediculous. The room was spacious and clean but the fire alarm went off erroneously at 3:00 am and kept going on and off for over an hour. Left tired and with a bad taste in our mouths.

We reserved a room with one queen and a bunk bed for three beds when we get to check in they don’t have any rooms with the bunkbeds because they remodeled them and tore them out and didn’t let any one know I wasn’t gonna have my daughter and my son sleep together that have a large age difference. Them only room that was available. was next-door at the Sonesta suites. So I had to go next-door and spend an extra money so I can sleep four people and three beds. You looked it up and they’re still showing it on the Internet. They have a room available for a queen bed and bunkbeds. Which is false advertising.

Our only concern was that the hotel had no shuttle to Disneyland. We had read on the hotel's website that there was a shuttle. When we got to the hotel we found out that the shuttle wasn't available anymore.

Conveniently located in the Anaheim Resort Area and in close proximity to Disneyland makes it an attractive choice. The local area shuttle system to the park has permanently ceased operation but ride-sharing services were reasonable and readily available. It's a hefty but certainly doable walk. The pool and hot tub areas were unfortunately under a scheduled renovation but that was not made apparent when we researched properties. Staff were extremely outgoing, friendly and helpful. The Sonesta vibe stressing healthy peaceful lifestyle choices created a quiet overall environment.

The Front Desk was helpful and courteous. They gave the bad news up front, pool/ hot tub was under construction during my stay. They had a back up plan at another hotel, but that was not in walking distance. The room was in great shape. The shower configuration could be improved by placing the amenities in a different location, but that’s not a deal breaker.

We had no issues at all and the facility was clean, neat and tidy

Also, the shuttle to Disney was no longer offered which was a huge turn off. We stayed at this hotel mainly for the shuttle included and now thats discontinued we will no longer be staying here. Consider bringing it back as it provides more convenience to the majority of people staying here to visit Disney.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located just a short drive from Disneyland, which made getting to and from the park super easy. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was also a highlight of the stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re planning a trip to Disneyland.

When we checked in we were asked when will we want room service since we were staying 4 nights. We requested for the second night. We never got room service or even a note saying they tried to come.

Overall hotel is close to Disney that’s why we booked but our room just needed more maintenance. The shower would clog so much the toilet would take forever to flush. The room just seemed outdated but overall that’s the only complain we had. Pool was closed I forgot what the reason was but that’s pretty much it. You get what you pay for.

I booked the room thru Hotels.com and saw this particular hotel had a room available with a bunk bed option for kids. I booked the room with the intention of having the same room in the picture. When I arrived we were in a 1 bed room with a pull out couch. When we asked if we were given the wrong room they said they don’t have those rooms anymore bc they redmodeled. Why would you advertise a room that’s not available anymore? Also, we asked for extra blankets and were told they didn’t have any left. No explanation but they ran out. I book all of my hotels thru this app and have been for years… I would hope this can be reviewed and I can be compensated accordingly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was rude and un-acoomdating.

We chose this resort property based on the amenities offered. We were very disappointed from the beginning of our stay through the date we departed. Upon check-in, we were informed the pool/sauna area was closed. Sonesta said that another hotel offered pool use however it was a 25 min walk to the other hotel. Additionally, we were informed that due to short staffing, there would be no turnover service for our entire stay. We placed our filled garbage cans outside our door where they remained the entire day. The shower curtain was not long enough causing water to collect on the floor of the bathroom. We did request another shower curtain, which was dropped off by a staff member. My daughter had to install the replacement curtain which was just barely long enough to catch the water. We did not have ice available on our floor, which is reasonable. Upon going to the appropriate floors, there were no signs (as in zero signs!) to indicate where to find the ice. There were many other things that just plain did not work during our stay. We all agreed we would never stay here again.

Hotel was not updated and had a smell. One elevator had panels being held with duct tape. Not close to Disney (walking) at all.

I loved the stay at Sonesta Anaheim.

The room was also pretty small and felt a bit tight, especially with luggage. We also had some trouble with the room key not working and had to get it reset multiple times, which was a little inconvenient. The staff was polite, but these things made the stay less comfortable than we expected, and unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The stay experience was really bad. We have requested to room service a couple of times on multiple days and every times they told us they requested and no services received in 5 days stay also when once I told the lady receptionist in the morning that I already scheduled she replied in very offensive way that she can’t see it and she didn’t bother her self to apologize for the poor service.

This was our second time booking at this location the first time was before it was Sonesta, it was Great the first time around 2nd time whomp! For starters the pool was not accessible we would need to travel to another hotel (drive) which really took the fun out of it for us personally. They did compensate us for not being able to use the pool and did not charge us a nightly parking fee but still a point of from us for that pool situation. 3rd the beds! So uncomfortable don’t even get me started on the metal frame squeezing annoying!!!! 4th our microwave was making some king of electrical shortage that for the first 2 nights was making a weird buzzing sound until we discovered what it was disconnected it asked for a replacement cause we did actual need it since our toddler does drink warm milk before bed and we never got it replaced whomp! I unfortunately would not recommend..

Girl at the front desk was rude and unattentive, the bathtub did not drain and after one use was disgusting. For the amount of money you charge for one night this is ridiculous.

Stayed for Disneyland. Only con is that the doors slam right behind you and is loud! Especially when the neighbor does that. At night I heard a lot of scraping furniture sounds from upstairs. Other than that there are no complaints.

The room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it just overall felt dirty. The sheets had like an ink stain on it. The bathmat towel was also stained.

Communication could have been better. When we booked the hotel we were not aware of the shuttle changes happening and while yes this affected all neighboring resorts, there was no communication. Two of our parking days were comped but that doesn’t even out to what we ended up paying when going to the Disney parks. The hotel messaged us and asked if there was anything they could help us with during our stay to which I told them I appreciated two of the days being comped but would appreciate if all 4 could be comped and that was not possible on their end. The pool also was not available, no communication about that until we checked it so just be aware.

The hotel was okay, we expected there to be free breakfast like it said on the website but there was no free breakfast, the parking fee was higher than what it said it was on the website, and the transportation to get to Disneyland wasn’t the greatest. We didn’t know we had to pay for transportation to the parks. And there were so many stops on the way to Disney and they took a very long time picking us up after. So we decided to drive to California adventures ourselves even though that’s why we picked the hotel so we wouldn’t have to pay for parking. The rooms were okay I liked how they did not have carpeted floors but they definitely need to improve in detail cleaning. There was a lot of stains and marks along the walls and furniture. The staff was nice be we barely interacted with them.

The customer service at check-in was very rude, the service was terrible, they didn't provide clean towels, there was no toilet paper, the toilet was clogged and didn't work, the phone didn't work, supposedly breakfast was included but they charge extra and there was only coffee and croissants, parking costs $35 per night per car. A very bad experience for me and my family, I do not recommend it

A nice mid tier hotel. Clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub is lovely. Don’t expect a luxury experience - but you shouldn’t. It’s a nice place for a nice price staffed by nice people in a nice location. That should be enough for anyone. Definitely recommended and would return.

The room was in great condition and the staff was very helpful, however, the breakfast didn’t really make sense , from the booking the details included a complementary breakfast in the morning or breakfast bar. In the breakfast that was offered was not ideal and not really viable. Would prefer more clear and concise of what the breakfast entails on the booking

Very clean everywhere. My only complaint was it was still Christmas in the lobby. Me as a business owner would have my employees that take care of that kind of stuff in there on maybe January 1 and it’s all gone. I am gone, but that’s just me it did not make a difference. I would stay there multiple times the rest of my life. I love the place just saying and maybe to take down the Christmas ornaments before we get to January 10.

Staff was friendly and helpful but two big issues, room was tiny and beds were miserably uncomfortable also NO housekeeping during the duration of your stay. Called for extra towels that were brought up but that just resulted in a mountain of dirty towels in our room.

We stayed three nights. There is no housekeeping service unless you stay a minimum of 7 days. You can ask for clean towels etc. but you’d think while paying a decent chunk of money for a hotel stay, you’d receive housekeeping. Other than that service was adequate and room was decent.

The hallways needed a good vacuuming. Staff was kind and greeted us each time we walked in.

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. First time at a sonesta property and definitely the last. Hotel was extremely disappointing. As an Explorist with World of Hyatt who has stayed at multiple hotels, I’ve never been charged an “early check in fee”. I’ve also worked for a major hotel chain and never charged someone an early check in fee if rooms were available. This started off the stay to a bad start as well as $28 a day for parking is a bit ridiculous. Service was not great at all. The water pressure in the room was absolutely terrible. It was almost unusable. The room and floor felt very dirty. Light bulbs were all different colors. Noise could be heard from the street and hallway. When I advised the agent upon check out about the conditions of the room (the same one who checked us in), she had very poor service and just said you should have told us sooner and that was the end of the conversation. There’s much better hotels in the area that are much better than this hotel.

Everyone was helpful. The lock on our door became unprogrammed and it opened without a key. We informed the front desk and they sent someone right away to fix it.

This hotel doesn’t give you the service of housekeeping if you stay less than seven days, the rooms are quite dirty. The hallway is very dirty and the service is full.

We are supposed to get an upgrade because of our level with Expedia. But they were not able to honor that. The system was down and check in took long because of that.

Right after the second call our toilet clogged back up again. Sounds like an on going plumbing problem.

Receiver a one bed when i reserved a two bed room

I did not have a great experience here. I stayed for four nights while vacationing at Disneyland. I had my child with me who still uses diapers. She wet the bed twice during our stay and the first time someone came to change our sheets and bring up fresh towels fairly promptly. That was the only time we had any help from the cleaning staff during the entire length of our stay. Although I called everyday for them to bring up fresh towels and pick up our trash, no one ever came back. By the time we would get back from the park, the cleaning staff was gone and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. My daughter wet the bed again on the 3rd night and I called and asked them to change the sheets and pick up our trash with her dirty diapers. No one ever came and my daughter was forced to sleep on top of her own urine. I placed a towel over the wet spot but this was still unacceptable.Would never stay here again. Lack of cleanliness was disgusting.

We booked the hotel weeks a week in advance, the day of I called and they said we were good to go. I checked in and they gave me the key and said I was good to go. I stepped out the lobby and later back in and they said, “Oh I forgot to tell you, you do not have the room you booked, we were overbooked.” They were not able to make any accommodations whatsoever except waive my parking fee and my friend had to sleep on a seat. The hotel itself is fine and honestly the staff were kind it’s just, according to staff, the hotel is always overbooked. Please go to a different hotel or at least verify you will have the room you requested.

The king room was spacious and comfortable, though the layout felt a bit awkward. I appreciated the in-room amenities—the mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave were super convenient. The room was clean overall, though I did notice a bit of mold around the grout lines in the shower. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would definitely help with ventilation. I didn’t try the restaurant downstairs or the paid breakfast option, so I can’t speak to the food. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel welcoming. Another big plus is that ART transportation stops right outside the main entrance, making it incredibly easy to get to Disneyland. All in all, a solid stay with just a couple of minor issues. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

To be honest when we arrived we were worried because we were told there was a plumbing issue and we had to stay in the next building. When we went to the building they were under renovations and I was hesitant. We were received by such welcoming people and they were apologetic and waive parking fee. We als had a upgraded room. The services received was beyond concierge. We enjoyed our time and would come back and recommend to others. A 10/10.

When I let the staff know I was supposed to have a bathtub in my room they stated since I booked w Expedia vs the hotel directly that they couldn't make that accomodation. This was slightly upsetting since it was listed as a deluxe king room and I felt it was anything but. Unfortunately was unable to use the pool or hot tub since it rained the entire visit but I imagine it was fun for those who do get to use it.

I typically stay at Sonesta properties in San Francisco, where the service and overall experience have always been excellent. Unfortunately, my stay at the Sonesta in Anaheim did not meet the same standard. There was no continental breakfast offered, the toilet frequently clogged, and the internet connection was unreliable. Given the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. I was very disappointed and will not be staying at this location again.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel!!! It was clean, quiet and perfect for our two night family stay. The bathroom (shower) was a little awkward, but other than that it was great. The restaurant downstairs had great food, and the staff of the hotel was super friendly and accommodating. We now know where we will stay next time we go to Disney!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta although we will not stay there again. It is too far from Disneyland and the shuttle you have to pay for and it doesn’t go straight to Disneyland you all over Surrounding areas picking up and dropping off people at different hotels. You are on the bus anywhere from 20-45 min when the park is only a 3 min drive. So that wasn’t ideal and our toilet stopped working on the last night which was a little annoying.

Toilet wasn’t working, was told triple aaa could discount our parking which wasn’t true, was told the restaurant bar was open on the days we booked which it wasn’t, also was told it would be about a 15 min walk to the park and wasn’t so we had to drive and pay for more parking. It was a comfortable room but probably won’t stay in our next visit.

Check in and out was very easy. Staff were attentive and friendly. I can appreciate all the vintage Disney artwork on the walls. We booked a room with a bunk bed. I was surprised to see industrial floodlight type lights mounted on the wall where the bunk bed is. The lights were extremely bright and get hot to the touch if left on. That’s a safety hazard. The room itself was dusty with layers or dirt spread over the ac units. The bathroom was clean however the layout for the show and the toilet was not easy to use. The shower was built into a corner making it hard to enter and exit and the toilet was in between two narrow walls making it hard to move your arms to reach for toilet paper. Overall, I would consider staying here once again for a second chance but if these are consistent issues with other rooms, I would not come back.

I had an odd experience where the room had a funky musky odor. The hotel didn’t really take the proper steps in my opinion to rectify it. First thing, they should have offered to switch my room or tell me hotel is sold out. They never relayed either message. They sent up a cleaning lady with a can of glade. I was like please do not use that. That won’t fix this. I noticed it could be the AC. Front desk mentioned maybe it’s the filter. They sent a maintenance man up. He said it’s not a filter issue. He explained that these rooms in this corner sit above the boiler room and an odor seeps in. So this is a known issue? The odor was nasty. I kept the air off. At checkout, they reimbursed my $16 parking and said a supervisor would contact me. Still waiting on that.

Enjoyed my stay for a Disney weekend! Quick 5 minute uber ride to Disneyland and they also have a shuttle. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the pillows are uncomfortable, unless you like hard pillows & the TV did not have airplay, only cable unless you take a HDMI cable.

How to move hotels at one in the morning

First of all before I say anything negative the staff was absolutely amazing on each shift. The food was really good. Reasonable prices and they give you 10% off coupons when you first arrive. The pool was lovely, but the hot tub definitely needed someone to tend to it. The rooms are clean, but I felt like the towels needed to be replaced. I think they were fairly old and have been washed often. Just not a good quality to them. The toilet paper was so cheap. I had to ask for two rolls every single day. Between me and my small child we went through them quickly. Other than that, it was great for the price.

The only thing I would suggest is advertisement of your free shuttle from the airport. I would also suggest maybe offering a free or discounted shuttle to nearby attractions to get more business such as the stadiums or downtown.

The rooms were clean but the staff was awful, I called a week before my trip to add a roll out bed and they agreed to charge me $17 per night, which I was fine with but once I arrived they said no and wanted to charge me another room and were very rude, then they said that they were gonna cancel my reservation. I highly recommend you don’t stay here, they will surprise with with up charges, there’s plenty of other good places to stay at, which is definitely not this one, we kept our reservation as it was in the very beginning and they charged me $200 more!!

PERFECT STAY! We came her to celebrate my daughters birthday at Disneyland, and our stay at Sonesta was magical! clean hotel, happy environment, and everything Mickey Mouse themed, which was cute!

I spoke to several different people in regards to this room smelling bad. The neighbors were really, really loud and bumping all night. I asked for towels several times never got them asked for trash bag several times never got them.

As a family we really enjoyed our stay even though it was one night. Kids loved the room and having their own little space and tv and us parents enjoyed our own separate space. DIRTY and BUGS. I got bugs bite all over my legs from bed as other reviewers mentioned they saw blood stain in bed and got bugs bites . Im disappointed as I had good vibe with staffs but NOT GOOD HYGIENE hotel. Faucet sink looked moldy , window is full of dirt and spider webs.

Staff should be knowledgeable about when there will be fireworks or not scheduled. (now I know that Disneyland doesn't schedule fireworks everyday. There was not fireworks scheduled the Monday I checked in) If they offer you this upgrade, please double check If Disneyland will have fireworks that day. I checked in on a Monday and checked out on a Wednesday. Other than that the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the AC works great, and there is an ART shuttle that picks up right in front from the hotel to take you to Disneyland ( If you are planning going there).

In town to visit family. Comfortable hotel, fun view of Disneyland fireworks. Nice gym and pool. Bummer that parking was over $30/night!!! Makes the affordable price closer to other hotels. Nothing to walk to - shops, coffee, etc - but maybe to expected in the OC.

There is a fee for parking on site. For me it was 30% of my nightly rate. It is not included or mentioned in the rates you must look it up in hotel amenities before you see it. So when comparing hotel prices these fees are not transparent. Also, A/C thermostat does not operate in the room.

You can hear loud cars outside even when you are on the sixth floor. There were shouting from other guests during our stay very loud people.

We love staying at this Sonesta location. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We love the size of the pool and hot tub. This trip, it wasn’t as clean as it usually is but we still enjoyed it.

Property had blocked the area for entrance due to some work being done. Had to enter through the restaurant. It's also next to a suite with the same name so it was confusing. No housekeeping service or complimentary breakfast

Original when I checked in they told me i had a $15 credit for breakfast, i stated no i was charged $33 at time of booking to cover my breakfast. the guy brushed me off didn’t tell me checkout time and only gave me 1 key. called hotels.com they said hotel said they would comp me the 33 but when i went to breakfast i was only comped 30. then to top it off when i went to check out i was waiting in line at the counter a couple walked over from the elevator and a worker came asked if he could help them as he proceeded to check them out before me who had been standing there for 10 minutes already. They had horrible customer service and honestly we always stay at sonesta hotels but will not book this hotel again. I should have gave it a lower score. I also forgot to state that there was construction onsite which was not disclosed at time of booking so i also got a 7 o’clock wake up call by the pounding of a jack hammer.

I was very upset with the accommodations. We were a party of 4 and didn’t check in until we left Disneyland at almost midnight. We were all so tired and wanted to shower and go to bed. However…. When we got to our room I was first to take a shower. We only had 1 washcloth for all of us and one of our towels had crusty stuff on one side. We went to call for more washcloths and a clean towel! THE PHONE DID NOT WORK!!! So my daughter had to go down at almost 1am to get a blanket (Because there wasn’t any in our room), washcloths and a clean towel! So frustrating!!

The room was okay. Although I knew it was a cheaper “3-star” property, I didn’t expect the uncleanliness. The shower has some hair on the wall that wasn’t properly cleaned. To top it off, one morning there was a baby cockroach in the bathroom. I won’t ever stay here again. I would rather pay more and be more comfortable.

It was nice place for me because it was close to the bar exam. The elevators at Sonesta were fast and no jerkiness or noise. I know that matters because the location where I had the exam, the elevators were slow and had a lot of noise and jerkiness. The bathroom was clean. The shower had running water, but it sang and the water dribbled. That was the worst. Parking was paid which I did not know prior to booking, but that's okay -- I mean after the fact. Oh well. The hotel nightly rate was fine. I was so surprised when I opened the door that it had automatic lights -- wow -- first place I've ever stayed where the lights at the front door were automatic. Hotel staff always friendly and eager to help. Everyday seemed like a great day. I would not get tired of the Disney themed lobby. Over all, nice place. I will stay again if an occasion arises.

The rest room had a few pubic and facial hair in the shower sink and I did find some hair majority around the toilet and where they put put the towels

Great time an d memories

It's literally outside the hotel, unprotected, and not specified in the rental price. They don't change your towels or clean your room. They say they don't clean it daily. In general, I don't recommend it. We went down to ask for cleaning and they said no. We asked for towels and they never brought them up. This is unacceptable.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and anything. Our neighbor had a dog that barked all night, the hotel was ok but can use some updates. There was mold on the shower ceiling and the walls around the room were dirty like something had spilled and never cleaned up.

There was another property next door with the same but was an 'ES'? looked for parking and went inside to find out it was next door. There was construction being done to main entrance so no sign on front door, had to enter through a Burger Restaurant. Parking was a little tight.

It felt safe and clean and quiet. Friendly staff at front desk, in the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Loved that they had a Kurig coffee machine and pods in the room, the refrigerator is a good larger size, beds comfortable. Only thing I would want is a stronger water pressure in the shower.

Front entrance was under construction. Like that the shuttle for Disney picks you right at the front. Rooms could use a deep clean and refresher. Dust came out of the AC vents. Overall, good for the price.

Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet location with convenient parking and shuttle transportation to Disney land.

The place was clean and quiet. The beds were listed as queen size but they were full size. You have to ask for room service. The staff was friendly.
