Nice place to stay with family

Pool is closed for renovation or repair or something, but they did have a different hotel 10 minutes away that allowed you to use their pool and sonesta ES would reimburse your parking fee for the other location with the pool. Breakfast was good AC was nice and cold.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Cleanliness
- 5/5
The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast served was hot and good. The pool and hot tub are under renovations, however The Anaheim Hotel was very beautiful and their pool and hot tub was perfect. You are initially charged for parking, however will be reimbursed if you present your receipt to the Sonesta staff.

Great place to stay, clean, friendly staff, affordable.
- 4/5
Room was great, breakfast was great, Staff was great. Only complaint was the fridge didn't really work. The freezer was about as cold as the fridge is. The pool was getting redone so unavailable to us and that's the main reason why we booked the hotel. We got reimbursed to go to a different hotels pool but it was a pain to pack everything up with 3 kids under 5.
- 5/5
It was great! There was some construction work going on and it was a bit noisy
- 4/5
The property and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great many options for the family. Staff was very nice, helpful and quickly responded to any needs. The pool was out of service while we stayed here but we really wouldn't have had time to swim with how busy we were at Disneyland. Basically, just slept and Disneyland both days. The rooms were roomy and had a kitchen, with full size fridge, two burner stove, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. The only downside is they only had 1 saucepan with a lid. This would have not been enough to cook a meal. Granted we didn't have time to cook but that was in our plans originally. Overall, the stay was excellent and the staff was excellent. Family friendly!

Big room, very clean. Very upset to find out the pool was not in order, completely drained. Kids were sad. Hotel didn't Mention this at all, no discount for the inconvenience either. AND we had to pay to park, crazy.
- 5/5
The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices. Beds were comfortable. We loved our family friendly stay. A few things were broken and missing from our room but they fixed it and replaced them quickly. Housekeeping was top notch, took care of all of our needs- even in the middle of the night. Even though it is an older hotel, we would stay there again with our kids because we felt so comfortable!
- 5/5
Honestly, I love this hotel. I love the staff ,the breakfast, the rooms ,it's always being cleaned. I see staff working mornings and throughout the day and at night maintaining the hotel. I love the security around the parking it feel safe. The only thing about my stay this time when I came was the pool was closed for renovations, but it's OK. You can still utilize the grill the gym and the rest of the amenities. This has been my go to hotel when I travel with family.

Clean rooms excellent 2 thumps up all the way around
- 5/5
Our stay was great, location was not too far from Disney, driving we did about 5-10 min. Breakfast was good, we stayed while pool was closed for maintenance or updates not sure, other wise all other amenities were good. Staff was always helpful, and friendly.
- 4/5
I wish the pool was not under construction and we didn’t have to drive to another location, but I do appreciate the accommodations
- 5/5
I have done multiple stays here and always found this place to be clean, friendly, and fair priced. Anytime I asked for something it was provided. Can't say enough great things about this place. If you want a great place to stay on vacation or otherwise, STAY HERE!!!
- 1.5/5
The location was good and the front desk staff were very friendly. We liked the kid play area by the breakfast area. The rooms were very dirty. Stains everywhere, the floors were not cleaned and had stuff all over, the furniture and carpets were stained and had stuff spilled on them. They didn’t tell us their pool is closed, so we had to drive to another location.. that hotel was beautiful and clean and had SO much more for the price.
- 4/5
Nice area big suites and clean areas They don’t give complementary water I paid $10 for 2 water bottles. Wall was vibrating for like 20 minutes making a big buzz sound and maintenance didn’t know were it was coming from.

The water from the shower come off really really bad we have to put towels to help with the water, the couch was ripped and smell bad, with kids is not good
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to its convenient location near Disneyland and easy access to the freeways. While the property is a bit dated, it was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The front desk staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The selection was fairly basic, but it was included with the stay, so I had no complaints. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved everything about this hotel! Would deff stay again.
- 3/5
Location was convenient. Room was nice size. Fridge in room was loud and not working properly. Pool was not in service and I was not aware of that when I booked at the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.
- 5/5
Loved that we could bring my fur baby with no issues. It made our trip that much easier. The grounds were well lit that made it easy for bathroom breaks. Sonesta will be our first choice for all our Disney trips. She

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always a great spot. The only downside to this time was the pool was under construction so we couldn’t use it. But when it’s open, it’s one of the main reasons we stay at this hotel!
- 5/5
Clean room and very nice to enjoy the time spent there.

Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. The attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Disneyland. We always stay here when planning our visit. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was great — the rooms were very clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable as well. We stayed here for Disney, breakfast was amazing as well and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the parks. I personally didn’t walk, but my dad did and said it wasn’t bad at all. We stayed in a suite, and having a restroom in each room was really convenient. The only issue we had was that our fridge was not working. The pool at this hotel was out of service during our stay, but another pool was available at a nearby hotel, which I appreciated as an option. I personally didn’t go because of the drive, but it was nice that accommodations were offered. I do think it would have been helpful if the pool closure had been updated on the listing beforehand. The fridge working all milk and cheese went bad.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The little kitchen was a plus. The room had a little bit of a funky smell, I couldn't really pin point where it was coming from but as soon as you get in you can definitely smell it although it wasn't that bad after awhile we just got used to it.

We stayed here for 6 nights and brought our kids to Disneyland for the first time. My wife and I have stayed here plenty of times and spent a lot of money and when we arrived to hear that the pool was closed I was very disappointed! We could have stayed anywhere but we chose to bring our family here since we loved it so much and there was nothing mentioned about the pool being closed so we were very disappointed to say the least. The breakfast was not good either, there was hair in my eggs and that is gross. Our bathroom sink was clogged and staying there for 6 nights made it all gross and dirty. I guess we got the third party room. Not sure if we will come back here again. I normally don't do reviews but this was very disappointing

- 3/5
Everything was beautiful except in my room 405. I’m not sure if it was because I had the AC on the floor was wet by the deadbolt door by one of the room windows. I’m not sure if the AC unit was in there and it was leaking out other than that everything was beautiful.
- 3/5
Very nice, clean rooms. Only thing wrong was that a large crane began working at 5 am, and the reverse beeping on the vehicle was very loud and consistent. At 6 am, workers began picking the ground...mind you we were on the 7th floor and could hear it all over the a/c unit. Aside from that, staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again!!!

pool not open
- 2/5
Loved the staff , but for the price it wasn’t worth it and we didn’t even get to use the pool due to construction, we booked the days it was supposed to open and unfortunately it wasn’t ready . But overall staff was amazing
- 1/5
Wasn’t the best experience at this hotel, no blanket on the bed just sheets and the blankets and pillowcases were wet. They were very moist. It was weird spiders nuts we cut our stay short because of that and then the hotel didn’t want to give us a refund for the day that we didn’t stay they were doing construction on the pool, which was loud the only good thing about this hotel was the continental breakfast, which that wasn’t even all that great would never go here again. I would not recommend anyone to start here.

I stayed here a few years ago and it wasn’t too far from Disneyland. I am VERY disappointed in the fact that I was NEVER told that the pool & jacuzzi were under construction. The bathroom didn’t have a vinyl shower curtain so the water kept getting in the floor. When we called to request extra pillows & sheets so my son could sleep in the sofa bed, no one ever came. I also wasn’t told that there was a parking fee per day. The last time I stayed there, parking was FREE.

Location POOL WAS CLOSED AND DAILY PARKING FEE ALREADY PAYING SO MUCH, parking should be complimentary and get rid of complimentary breakfast

Things were clean and comfortable. The shuttle was cancelled, there was no dish soap to wash dishes, there was only 1 glass cup and 1 small plate available. It was very strange. Breakfast was sad at best!

We had issues with our plumbing during our stay. The toilets were having trouble flushing often requiring multiple flushes after a bowel movement. The shower also took 5-10 minutes for the water to warm up. We were also really disappointed that the pool wasn't open. I was also really really disappointed in the fact that I had a period emergency and my partner went downstairs to get me some sanitary pads and they were $7 EACH for basic panty liners. I was absolutely FLOORED at that price for INDIVIDUAL sanitary napkins. Overall it was fine for the location and the rooms were decent sized with the kitchenette and basic necessities but nothing stood out as exceptional and I don't know if I would choose this hotel again based off this experience.

The pool was under construction so we were referred to a different hotel. We were told by the Sonesta we would get refunded parking for the hotel they sent us to when using the pool, but we paid parking on both hotels. It added up since we were staying several nights. We did exactly what Sonesta suggested and showed receipts of the hotel they sent us to but they refused to refund us. They took my receipt, they said they would refund us but they never did.

The breakfast hours. It ends too early. Would of wished breakfast hours were a bit longer . For those that like to sleep in because at 9am im still in bed.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Water pressure wasn’t the best & experienced a 4 hr power outage. Other than that, it was good
- 3/5
Our stay satisfactory. We were at Disneyland everyday, so really just needed a bed and a shower. The property is very old and rundown, things are falling apart (shower rail, doors on kitchen cabinets etc), blood/red stains on our carpet, my kids found so much trash and candy wrappers everywhere (not ours). Breakfast was average but it filled us up. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly family sized accommodation, it’s satisfactory.

This is 2nd time we have stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It is great for a large family or multi gen. Two bedrooms an living room and kitchen….. basically a small apt. The staff was very helpful, especially the female working Sunday morning. All staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Decent selection for kids and adults
- 3/5
I thought everything was great at the hotel. We even got an upgrade, but I wish we were notification about the pool renovation early on. We were surprised when we got there.
- 4/5
Pool was closed for our entire stay. We did not receive any room service/housekeeping. Not sure if they offer it or not, we were there 3 nights and no service was given.
- 5/5
Excellent facilities close to Disneyland parks and great breakfast.
- 4/5
Everything appeared very clean and neatly organized Breakfast was being put away before 9:30am.
- 3/5
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for over night parking. On the booking site (booking.com) you really had to search for it. Your desk attendant had to tell me there was a parking fee. Went back to booking.com and found it. Had I known I had to pay for overnight parking I would have found a different hotel to stay at. Construction was taking place could not use any outside facilities.

Staff was excellent... Gabby, Maria, Drew and Avery all made our experience incredible! We will come back based on the hospitality alone... something that is rare in today's world. Only complaint is the beds are rock hard.

It’s a nice hotel, it offers free buffet breakfast from 6:30AM to 9:30AM and free parking for one car. The staff was real nice and helpful, the hotel needs to be remodeled inside other than that I enjoyed it. It’s a far walk to the Disneyland parks there’s no shuttle at the hotel, you’ll find the Disney parking lot and a free bus ride halfway there on Katella Ave.
- 5/5
Great property quiet and clean!!
- 5/5
I ordered basic queen room but instead got the king suite I believe. So nice free upgrade without even asking. Free breakfast, it's okay food but it's free so can't complain. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Beds are comfy. I would come back People complain about freeway or construction noise but I wore earplugs and didn't hear a thing. Didn't really like the cost for parking ($37) but other than that I have no complaints

Everything was great about the property. The only problem we encountered was that the "pool" was not available (under repairs), and we had to utilize a pool at another Hotel, and pay for parking.

The rooms are very nice I booked a 2 bd suite I was supposed to get 1 king bed and 2 queen beds but got a 1 king and 1 queen and a bunk bed. The breakfast need a little upgrade the coffee was good, also the hotel should be responsible to let the customers know that big amenities such ass the pool and hot tub are out of service that is very big part of someone picking a hotel.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Easy access to freeway The shower curtains don't fit the shower so water gets all over bathroom floor
- 1/5
The breakfast had a good variety of options for being continental. Water did not work in the handicapped bathroom so we had only 1 bathroom for 6 people to shower when I paid for two bathrooms. When it was fixed the bathroom flooded which is a danger to a handicapped person. We couldn't get additional towels. The staff changed out our curtains and left a pile of trash in the living room while to were gone during the day. I booked a two bedroom room which should have been a king bed and two queen beds but there was no king bed in either room. It is farther from the destination than it said it was.
- 3.5/5
Good location, right off freeway and close to stores and food. Hotel was under construction, so no pool available. It would have been nice to know this at time of booking. A pool at a different location was offered, it was not convenient due to transportation, as part of the family traveled by train. Breakfast was ok, it would have been nice to have a fresh fruit option. Parking was very bad, seemed like not enough space.
- 1.5/5
The power went out for hours and there was no noticed. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience.

I love their little breakfast pancake machine! It’s so easy and convenient to use and the pancakes taste great! They have a good variety of things, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, potatoes, milk, juice, coffee. They were working on the pool so we weren’t able to use it but that’s ok, and the elevator looked like it was getting some work done but other than that everything was great!

Yes, room clean, had to ask for kitchen items. Stove did not work. Refrig froze some food on lower shelf, and leaked water into lower drawer. Room cute and stylish, very comfortable beds very pleasant atmosphere.Too bad pool was not available. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. The Mickey Mouse pool design seems really nice. Staff very kind. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
The maintenance people would leave supplies behind vehicles when we were trying to back out. Front desk was very nice. But thats about it.
- 3/5
Everything was good, but they did not let us know that the pool was out of order and under remodel they told us we can use the pool at a near by hotel, but that was just too much of an inconvenience for us to load up the kids and go to a place that had a full parking
- 4/5
This hotel was perfect for our needs. Two bedroom, two bath, plenty of space. The kitchen was a little dated and we were missing a few items we had to call down for, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There is no service provided unless you stay 7 nights, so it would have been nice to have an extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper in the rooms. But the staff was amazing so we were happy. Family loved the daily breakfast as well. Also, pool was closed which was a bummer but also not a deal breaker as we were there for the parks.
- 5/5
Great location, great room, and friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, staff was pleasant but responded slowly to requests regarding supplies needed. Our suite had a kitchen drawer that was broken, the bathroom sink in one of our rooms drained very slowly and the pool was not open. we had to go to a hotel approximately a mile away to use their pool but they did reimburse us for parking. On the plus side it was very close to Disneyland which made our commute very easy.
- 2/5
Pool out of service, no blow dryer in room, phone in room not working. Had to go to front desk to request blow dryer, report phone not working, ordered toilet paper, trash bags and clean towels . It took them 7 hours to deliver blow dryer, toilet paper, trash bags but no towels. They said they would be back with clean towels and never returned with towels. We checked out a day early, child had asthma attack.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel with great amenities. I love the fact that the pool was open from 6 AM to 10 PM which allowed the kids to get up early and have a blast at the pool, hot tub, and splash pad. Looking forward to our next stay at the Hilton Anaheim
- 4/5
I added a family member to the check in account and was told that their name was listed in the notes. Even when the family member presented the confirmation number, they made it difficult to check in. Also, it was 5 pm. And the room was not ready. Receptionist was not friendly. However, breakfast was good and room was clean.

We booked primarily for the type of room, even added additional day. Went and secured our room and paid deposit early in the morning since we arrived early. Was told everything was good to go. When we went back that night to officially check in was told that we were unable to get the original room requested that instead they would down grade us. Explained that this isn’t possible since we came in and they told us we were good to go with our booking stated we can stay in the room for one night and then get original room the next night. I told them did not want to do this as we have alot of luggage. The receptionist stated there is nothing they can do as they fully booked. Asked to speak to manager she went to tell manager came back and said he will be up shortly after 15 min still did not come up. She then went to check again came back 15 min and asked what is the issue. I explained i confirmed multiple times within the last 2 weeks and we were all set to go. Finally I told the manager all I want is the same room or a similar room if not to help us set up in a similar room elsewhere he then stated he can get us a room similar but with 2 beds instead of the one. So we took it. Next night we where unable to access our room as key cards got cancelled even receptionist checked and said unsure why. So made us new keys. Apart from this the room was falling apart show rods where falling, toilet kept clogging, heater did not work properly and no towels where provided.

We stayed for 6 days and It was pleasant stay,
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Closer to Disney and the room was clean
- 4/5
Las habitaciones son muy oscuras, pero en general está bien, no es tan cerca de los parques son unos 20 min en carro
- 3/5
The pool was closed days before our arrival! The hotel was switching out beds during our stay (spring break) and tying up the elevators! Apparently they don't have a service elevator 🙄! The room layout was wonderful! Two bedroom suite and 2 bathrooms! But, there was issues with the water temperature and pressure! One shower sounded like construction was happening and the pressure was up and down. The other shower never got hot and the sink never got cold! It was reported to the staff numerous times, but wasn't resolved during our stay. A cotton ball stayed on the hall floor outside of the room door for 2 days. The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly.

Clean room
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Friendly. We had 8 people in a two bedroom, worked great. The sofa bed was a sofa bed, not great. But had room, breakfast was good and it was nice. They are doing a remodel of sorts so that is great. Will stay there again
- 4/5
We will definitely be back!
- 3/5
We visited with our grandchildren and had a mixed experience. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, which we appreciated. However, there weren’t enough blankets in the room, and the pool wasn’t available. While they did provide access to a nearby sister hotel’s pool, it wasn’t the most convenient option with kids. Hoping for some improvements in the future.

did not eat

Friendly staff, clean room
- 5/5
We stayed for only one night when we were in town for the Savanna Bananas game at Angels Stadium. Hotel was so cozy, the perfect size to fit our whole family. Loved the amenities and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We will definitely keep this property in mind when we travel to Anaheim again!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!
- 5/5
This hotel was fantastic! We arrived very early way before check in but they still allowed us to do a pre check in. We were in town to see the Savannah Bananas baseball game so we didn’t get back to the hotel until after 10pm. We went to the front desk to get our room key and once we opened up our door, we realized we had gotten an upgrade! It was absolutely stunning! We had a 2 bedroom suite, full kitchen and living room! Our 3 boys were so excited they had their own room as were us (mom and dad). I wish our stay was longer to enjoy the hotel more but I know now where I will always try to stay when in Ahaheim!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, and great breakfast.
- 4/5
Hotels undergoing construction should have it listed on booking site. People coming to California on vacation look forward to sunshine and swimming. The pool is the main attraction for a hotel. The pool has obviously been closed for months and will not be open for many more. Not listing that is bait and switch. Sending guests to a hotel with a pool that is miles away to swim is just idiotic. We were there 5 nights and not once did we have room service!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. Which made checking in and getting around very easy. The hotel is in the middle of a little construction but it was only a mild inconvenience finding that pool is closed. It does sit near the I-5 which can be very busy and I did not notice the noise. The hotel is on the older side however with amenities like a living room, kitchen, small snack bar, and extra facilities it is makes up for it. We did try the breakfast and it was okay, the potatoes were dry and the offerings were typical. Overall, it was conveniently located, comfortable, priced well, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
it was great
- 4/5
The place was in refurbishment and the pool was under construction which are details that would have been handy before booking. However, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive which was a pleasant surprise.
- 1/5
Had an issue with the water leaking under the kitchen sink and onto the floor. One of the beds had bugs or something that bit up my legs during the night. I reported it and they sent someone in to change the bedding but denied there were any bed bugs. I will not be staying there ever again.
- 5/5
Perfect location for a Disneyland trip. The suite was perfect for us, very spacious, and the small kitchen was everything we needed. Would recommend for a family.
- 3/5
It ok.
- 1/5
The room didn’t match the description. The shower didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and the room that my son reserved wasn’t Ava until after 10pm! The staff was very kind and helpful. The manager offered a refund and points for a future stay and I have emailed twice with no response about the compensation that was promised and not delivered.
- 3/5
The breakfast wasn’t the best food, they did have an automatic pancake machine which was easy and loved by the kids. The bathrooms had no fans. It was an alright stay. I’m not sure if I would choose this hotel next time.
- 1/5
Room was super dirty i had the suite with the pull out i had requested blankets and they never took them.Pool was closed and send you to a sister property hotel like 10 min away from property.
- 1/5
We checked into room 501 only to be moved the next day to room 301. Thankfully we planned a day to relax but the pool so we were still at the hotel. We found out that the pool renovations started early and there was no pool on site. We had to use another hotels pool that was 2 miles away. When we got there we found out we had to pay $15 to park and use the pool. Our room was dirty. Found hair in the sink, wrappers on the pull out bed, empty easy Mac container in the cupboard. The water is not drink able. There is white powder sediment in the bottom of our glass from the tab water. We purchased bottled water. Found out later that they are using regular tap water for the ice. After the ice melted in our glass it left the same powdery substance. The dishwasher was full of rust and under the kitchen and bathroom cabinets reeked of garbage and meldew. There was no extra bedding for the pull out bed. We called for needing that never arrived. I went to the front desk at 12:00am to pick it up. Kitchen is not stocked. We had 2 plates, 1 spoon, no bowls of any size and a microwave that hardly worked. I asked a few times to speak to the manager on duty. They were in a meeting, making rounds or unavailable. Overall would not recommend. There are several other hotels with a kitchen.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean but the curtains were covered in stains. Breakfast was great! Staff was great!
- 2/5
Got there and they had given away our room type and expected to do nothing about downgrading our reservation. Still awaiting a refund for the inconvenience. They never cleaned the room or brought towels. No bedding provided for the pull out couch. Breakfast was convenient and decent though it gets busy around 7:15 when everyone’s getting ready for Disney.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 1/5
The toilet was dirty, wanted to complain but we were tire already, front desk was not friendly at sonesta es.. We originally booked in ES Sonesta and when we got there we were told our room was not available and transferred us to anaheim sonesta which is on the other side, unbelievable!! Paid for our room just to be told not available knowing that it was booked in advance and was confirmed!
- 4/5
Hotel was going through renovations. But room was spacious and the refrigerator/freezer was very useful . Staff was great.
- 3/5
Pool was not working you had to go 10 min away to use a pool and pay parking, hotel lobby needs to be upgraded. They do not do daily cleanup. During breakfast I asked the male server to provide me with more cereal and was very rude about it. With all of these issues I should have gotten some time of discount.

Gym was well equipped and location had easy access to lot of food options.. Rooms were great too so wort
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and comfty but there was not a lot sink space for getting ready and drawers for clothing. On the plus side, we liked that the restroom had its own door and allowed for being able to get ready faster. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. Hotel was under renovation but it did not interfere with our stay. I would stay again. Angels stadium and small outlet nearby as well. Will recommend.
- 2/5
Room was hot due to not working AC. They had a portable air conditioner but it wasnt enough to get the rooms. Housekeeping did not stop once during our three nights.
- 2/5
Asked two different days for towels never got them came in at 7:30 well after check out and room was still not ready had to wait over and hour gave up and just got food instead of waiting
- 4/5
The hotel is great and so close to the fun! Would absolutely stay here again!
- 4/5
Pool was closed. Didn't expect that. There was a backup pool that was very nice, but it was a 30-minute walk away. Construction was occurring which caused noise and some mess. Staff were mostly good. So, overall it was a good stay.
- 3/5
Overall it was a decent hotel, front desk staff was very friendly, at no time of my 4 nights there did staff feel to be overwhelming, when ever we requested any amenities they promptly responded. The property seemed to be well maintained. I would have rated the site higher , yet there was a couple concerns that the site should seriously focus on, one being maintenance of the rooms, as I’m sure there aware the continuous plugging of the toilets with low water pressure, this was very frustrating. A Large amount of mold under bathroom sink. The air conditioner air handler in the closet making loud rattling noise, made it hard to sleep, the site is next to the freeway which was loud. The most concerning thing to me , was how cold the breakfast cooked meets & eggs were each day, specifically when we arrived for breakfast each day when they first opened. Cooked meat needs to maintain 135 degrees, this can cause people to become ill. I didn’t understand why they also served tacos for breakfast each day, that I’ve never seen served as breakfast. With all this said I would stay at this location again , it’s probably time for upper management to protect there brand & start holding staff accountable.

Staff friendly, room clean, buffwt was good

The stay was great!

Fridge to store food and snacks. Microwave is great for quick meals.
- 5/5
Yes it was clean it was perfect whem i visit disney i would be staying there again
- 4/5
Breakfast was meh. The best thing was the toast and the bagels. If you like slimy - runny eggs this is the place to go. But otherwise everything else was really good.
- 5/5
had a great stay!
- 2/5
Closet door fell on us. Exit sign was falling off in the hallway. Elevators taped up. Staff were not friendly at all. Receptionist rolled her eyes when I came back to ask another question. Grateful they offered breakfast but for 4 days stayed, the menu was the same the whole time. Probably wont stay there again.
- 4/5
The hotel is beautiful, and our room was very nice—clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a kitchen and full-size refrigerator, which was especially convenient for our family during our stay. The pool area is also beautiful, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and welcoming. While we did encounter a few issues with our hotel room during our stay, the hotel staff were fantastic and addressed our concerns promptly. I would especially like to acknowledge the hotel manager, Cody, who was tremendously helpful in remedying the situations that occurred and ensuring that we were taken care of. Overall, we had a positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone—especially families looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay near Disneyland.
- 4/5
Staff was extremely helpful and courteous
- 2/5
No housekeeping was offered. Bathroom floor was dirty. It was 9:00 on our last day and housekeeping didn’t knock just opened our door .
- 5/5
Clean, good location, great breakfast!
- 5/5
The staff were amazing! The breakfast was great and location was perfect for our Disney stay! Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Elevator is old and slow (needs an updated) Toilets flush isnt good and it clogs. Breakfast is lacking! The hotcake machine isnt good. The breakfast dont change.
- 5/5
The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from Disney and close to plenty of restaurants and shops on the main strip. The buffet breakfast was delicious every morning — my son had breakfast tacos every single day and still talks about them! We also travelled with a certified service dog, and the hotel was extremely accommodating and respectful of his needs, which meant a lot to us. We had one issue with refusal by a staff member but it was dealt with by another staff member quickly. The staff were truly exceptional. When we checked in, I realized I had forgotten my credit card back in Canada, and one of the front desk staff went above and beyond to help get everything sorted while my kids were eager to get into their room after traveling. She was so kind, calm, and professional, and every staff member we encountered was just as wonderful. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip — highly recommend this hotel for families, service dog teams, and anyone visiting the Disney area!
- 5/5
Clean room, curteeous staff
- 5/5
Best trip ever
- 2/5
The room smelled of “old”, the restroom smelled like hospital bathroom. The breakfast was lacking, but it was free so can’t expect much there. The staff and cleaning staff were rude. Yeah, I will most definitely not be coming back.
- 3/5
The room and hotel itself were nice, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was hardly edible. Our main complaint was the bus service to Disney. The bus ride itself want that long, but the wait times were ridiculous. At one point we (and about 50 other people) waited for over an hour in the rain for a bus back to the hotel. I know this isn’t exactly the hotel’s fault, but it made staying there pretty inconvenient.
- 5/5
Yes very good service
- 4/5
Our stay was nice. Breakfast was okay, wish they changed it up a little bit. More fruit or healthy options. Our suite was what we needed, although a few things were broken i.e kitchen handles, knobs. There wasn’t anything in the kitchen to cook with but I called and they brought things down. Beds were very comfy. Staff was very friendly and kind.
- 5/5
Dinning staff were polite and friendly. Thank you Sonia you made our breakfast very enjoyable.
- 1/5
We weren’t able to check in on time. We’re told there were no clean rooms in the entire hotel at 3:15pm when check in is 4. Room was clean enough but no extra blanket or pillow for pull out and floor was sticky.
- 3/5
There could have been better transparency about where this hotel sits on the ART line and how long that takes to get to Disneyland, as well as info provided on how to get tickets and navigate that at check in (or in the room).
- 3/5
Room was in good condition and really liked the spacing. Could’ve been vacuumed a bit better. Breakfast was not satisfactory, ran out of potatoes and didn’t refill for 20 minutes. Only orange juice available with Apple juice out. Pancake maker kept getting stuck and created a big wait/line. Overall very limited breakfast was available.
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were nice and clean.
- 5/5
the room was clean and well stocked. plenty of dishes and utensils. the breakfast was awesome with lots of choices.
- 5/5
The room was amazing thank you so much
- 5/5
Upon check in, I was greeted by two very friendly staff members that dropped what they were doing and made my check in process breezy. Breakfast every morning was plentiful. Not going to complain when it’s free. Property is clean and well kept. The only complaint was guests with pets who don’t clean up after their dogs. So pay attention to where you’re walking.
- 5/5
Fantastic remodel room staff was amazing and nice. The whole place was very clean. Will be back
- 5/5
Plenty of space for our family. Close enough to Disneyland to make our stay easy.
- 3/5
We asked 3 different people on different days and times for bath towels and never received them. We finally gave up and ended up ordering some from Walmart. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the holiday decorations. The staff was nice but again didn’t deliver our towels. There was also garbage in the hallways daily (bags and loose). Sad there wasn’t a way to recycle. Shuttle system for Disneyland was unreliable, not the hotels fault but something to consider.
- 5/5
Customer service at check in was great. Comfortable room and beds. Wish pool was heated for the kids, but plenty of other activities to do outdoors.
- 5/5
Love the place staff were really nice and the rooms were very clean
- 5/5
I was kind of worried about the reviews because their renovation but they’re actually almost finished and my room was super clean and beautiful. Employee staff was nice and so is front desk. I had a two bedroom two bathroom. I would definitely Stay here again.
- 3/5
The breakfast was the same everyday, no cariety in the 5 days we were there. Amenities that used to be therr are no longer there. Overall they feel like theyre cutting corners to be as cheap as possoble amd their quality goes down because of it
- 4/5
Our room was nice and well appointed and relatively comfortable. The hot tub was clean, hot and relaxing which was great. Breakfast I would rate as average/ok. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room. Also, one challenge was the fact that the ATN (ART Shuttle combo route 6/12) only had one bus running that route which made for over-crowding and longer than acceptable wait times at xmas time for the Disney parks. That was an issue, particularly when other routes (Toy Story Line) seemed to have unlimited buses running every five minutes along that route... something to consider when choosing a hotel. It was nice to not have to take an Uber or Taxi yet they really should provide more buses on that route, especially if the one bus goes out of service for a time (which happened twice during our stay).
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Everything was great, check in was smooth, the rooms were great size
- 5/5
Worked well for us, rented the two room suite with kitchenette. Hot tub and pool were large and warm. Nice amenity...short drive to disney.
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfy bed Hot, clean shower. Very friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay wonderful
- 3/5
Be mindful that there is no daily housekeeping, which resulted in trash accumulating in our room. There were no trash bins on the floor we stayed on, so we had to take our trash outside each time. Unfortunately, the trash receptacle near the front desk lobby was consistently overflowing. The breakfast area did offer a good variety of options. Loved that they have a laundry room, but it's tucked away behind the gym room. If you plan to use the shuttle to Disneyland, note that it runs every 30 minutes.
- 1/5
Only thing good was the beds were comfy for most part (sofa bed was definitely not something that should be used as a plus as its paper thin bedding and no sheets) everything else was horrible. We had called and asked the questions we needed the night before our stay and they ensured everything was good. Breakfast was not good pancake machine was broken, eggs were watery, bacon was super thin can see through it, sausage was gross. They DO NOT do room service even if requested. Apparently only if u stay 7 days or more (we stayed 4 nights). We even asked for extra pillows and sheets so we can do it ourself and they only gave 1 of each and after several hours waiting had to go down and get it. Trash was left in hallways for them to pick up and never did. Also hallways were dirty and didnt seemed to get vacuumed the entire stay with multiple rooms having large trash bags outside doors. They had no towels washers and dryers were down so they didnt have any extra for the first few nights. They did not prep the room to accommodate the total # of people. Room A/C sounded like it was going to break our last day. I Booked here over a differnt hotel just to save a few dollars but wish I wouldve just paid the extra to stay elsewhere was not worth the savings. Will be crossing this hotel off the list for future seems to be a poorly ran hotel.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Wasn’t anything special, they don’t clean your room (not part of the price I guess) Change your sheets(they’ll bring you new ones)vacuum or bring new towels (unless you call them) have pots or pans ( they’ll bring you them but they’re old and dirty) aside from that the free breakfast was ok and the hotel was dirty half the time we spent there. The elevators especially. Besides that you’re paying for the space and nothing else. Would definitely not stay here again.
- 3/5
Breakfast was HORRIBLE! And they charge for parking. Staff was very friendly but I would not stay here anymoore.
- 4/5
Everything was fine
- 1/5
Upon arrival I almost 5 o’clock. Our room was still not ready. We have to sit and wait for it about 45 minutes. We asked for blankets for the pullout couch and they said they had none that the washer and dryer were broken so my children had to sleep on the pullout couch with a thin sheet the next day so we didn’t have the same problem we had to pay an extra fee to upgrade the room with no compensation. I will not stay at this hotel again. Rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures, there was no blow dryer and there was still stuff left behind from whoever’s stayed there before us.
- 5/5
Mark was very hospitable and assisted with our early check in due to my special needs child.
- 2/5
The staff were kind but maybe short staffed. When we requested an extra blanket, they had none. Had completely run out. The room itself was mostly clean. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty and there was a box of old food left behind by the previous guests. Common areas were not clean - floors needing mopping and vacuuming. Our stay was just fine as we only slept in our rooms and then were gone during the day, but I will not be booking this place again.
- 3/5
The service was quite slow. We needed blankets, pillow pillows, and sheets for the pullout couch. After waiting over an hour to receive them from housekeeping, they never came. We had to go downstairs and get them ourselves. And at that time, we were notified that they didn’t have any extra blankets. They only had sheets and pillows. There was trash in the bathroom trashcan when we arrived. I’m sure that was just an oversight, but speaks to the overall cleanliness of the room. when we arrive, there are also no luggage carts. There could also be more healthier options for the continental breakfast. Overall, the day was OK was it amazing but OK
- 3/5
Let me start by saying the staff is very nice but room I didn’t care for the stay here. Insufficient handicap parking! Room cleanliness is questionable, no bedding for sofa bed and looked like blood spots on the sheet on the pull out, lacked bath towels for a family of 5, 1 tiny trash can for the room, and we killed a few spiders.
- 3/5
Also our TV didnt work the guys that came to fix it were so nice and helpful but unfortunately the tv just didnt work . Also the heater ! Didnt work . Yea never again .
- 4/5
I was very happy with the room ( it was updated more than the photos I originally saw), the breakfast, the staff were great. We didn't use the pool or lounge area outside but it looked extremely inviting. It had some outdoor games and gazebo as well. I did not like that I had to pay $28 per day in parking but other than that it was a great experience.
- 3/5
Outdated hotel, well overdue for revamp which I was informed is currently happening. Breakfast is poor limit on what is offerred. Sadly we stayed here under staybridge brand which is much better.
- 5/5
Room was super spacious for my family! Loved that we were able to upgrade to a bigger room.highly recommend! Quiet area and easy access to take the bus to the parks.
- 4/5
Parking was hard to find and now you are charged for very limited parking due to construction with that being said Parking fee should have been waived. Hotel front desk, maintenance, and room service staff were very pleasant. Our room was spacious for our family of 6 loved having 2 restrooms that was a definate plus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable wish they'd sell the pillows. The kitchen had everything except pots and pans to cook with glad my family didn't expect me to cook this time. The only complaint I have are breakfast choices. A majority of your guest do not like sweet potatoes so I would suggest not serving those at all. Also the pancake makers kept breaking down so that really left a limit on what there was to eat. It would have been great if coffee/tea/hot cocoa were made available thoughout the day and evening. Overall our stay was good. I definately will stay again.
- 5/5
The 2 bedroom suite was amazing and the hotel was amazingly cheap compared to other surroundings areas. With a good breakfast, good staff, and very clean room.
- 4/5
Staff professional and courteous.
- 2/5
Hotel was under major construction, would have been nice to have been told beforehand. Had to walk through an active construction site to get in to front desk and outside building. And we chose this hotel because of the amazing free breakfast that’s included, but it was under construction so they offered us a very basic breakfast at a neighbouring hotel. Not happy we were not informed, or the rates were any lower that before.
- 1/5
The room was decent. Looked nothing like the photos. Felt dirty. Phone was broken so couldn’t connect with front desk. No guest book so couldn’t even see information on WiFi, amenities, hours for pool, etc. Breakfast was okay. Pretty basic compared to what was advertised online saying there was pancakes/waffles for the kids. That wasn’t the case. Typically you go to a hotel and have your room cleaned each day unless you place the do not disturb on the door. That wasn’t the case. Our room didn’t get cleaned once for the 5 day we were there. We didn’t get new towels, replenished toilet paper, or tissue paper. Awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They falsely advertise. On the website it says 1 mile from Disneyland. That wasn’t the case. It’s about 1.5-2 miles away from Disney.
- 4/5
Great staff, Drew was great very kind. Beautiful room! We will be back.
- 5/5
Yes it was spotless and the front desk and staff were great i will stay agai
- 1/5
Hotel is under construction and we had a heck of a time getting a refund from the manager
- 4/5
Clean room very comfy beds
- 2/5
There was no mention that the hotel was undergoing construction, when I booked the room. The hallways were cramped, the whole hotel smelled poorly. Additionally the room locked lacked basic amenities. dryerhiar
- 3/5
Due to the on going freshening up of the Hotel the complimentary breakfast was served in the sister building next door. Breakfast consisted of some of the usual items bread, muffins, scrambled powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon or ham on a rotating schedule, some dry cereals and some very soupy oatmeal. No pancakes or waffles or hot chocolate to the disappointment of the children. I understood from earlier communication with the hotel that there was the makings for breakfast burritos which would have been nice. As a suggestion, biscuits and gravy are popular with our family. We used ART bus transportation to get to Disney. It was a bit inconsistent for this route with wait times varying from 30 to 60 min or even more which is no fault of the hotel but contributes to the experience. Would we stay there again? All things considered, we would probably try to stay somewhere not on the #12 Manchester ART bus route. It was very frustrating to be finished with your day at Disney and bus service to not be reliable.

Unclea
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff very helpful, gave us tips on what to visit and the best restaurants
- 1/5
The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the toilet, which appears to be due to dirty and moldy water in the toilet tank. I informed the night staff and even showed a picture, but it was not cleaned. The room itself was also not cleaned. In addition, there were screws and nails left on the bedroom floor, which is unsafe especially for families with young children visiting Disneyland.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great, room was clean. Lots of noise because of remodel going on. Might try again after the remodel.
- 5/5
They were in the middle of a remodel but everything was still awesome!
- 4/5
Staff was nice and friendly. I think they are fixing the elevator question mark? Breakfast was ok thankful for food but it could do better for the price of stay. Other than that love the room suite concept. I don’t like the paying for parking but it is what it is. Just my opinion.
- 5/5
It was great. I stayed twice!
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
Clean room, nice and spacious,
- 5/5
Everything was awesome! Would definitely come back!
- 2/5
There was loud construction in building starting at 8am. There was no prior information for this. I found a spider in my room, no hot water in the shower, no towels when I checked in and my bedroom lights didn’t work.
- 2/5
It would have been nice to know that they were renovating the property. The room was horrible and it was 3 1/2 mile to Disneyland instead of 1 mile as advertised.
- 5/5
The place is nice and family-oriented. Additionally, I appreciate the rooms, as they offer the option to connect a second bedroom, which is ideal for accommodating a family.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and a really nice size. The beds are very comfortable and the property has a lot of pretty plants. Some rooms can see Disney fireworks. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's always a positive experience.
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly! It was pet friendly and very clean. The freeway is close by so we could hear cars driving by but we were so tired from Disneyland we all fell right to sleep. I requested clean towels and paper towels and never got them. Had to go down and get them later at night. Other than that it was a great stay. Breakfast options were good for adults and kids.
- 4/5
Overall it was a great stay! I would stay here again. If you take the ART bus to Disneyland, just know it could take 45-60 mins not 25-30 mins between rides so just plan accordingly. The breakfast wasn’t bad either, I appreciated the fruit loops and pancakes for the kids. Our room was pretty clean overall and the noise during the day from construction really wasn’t that bad (however we weren’t there during the day a whole lot). I would recommend this as a good option for families on a budget. Definitely worth the price!
- 1/5
The staff was very friendly however; we were not informed that there was going to be construction. We were moved on our first night because of the construction noise. The second room we were moved to had bed bugs.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great front desk staff
- 1/5
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and concern from management at this property. During our stay, one of the elevators malfunctioned — instead of stopping properly, it dropped unexpectedly. It was a serious safety issue. We remained on-site for two more days, and not once did anyone from management reach out to check on us, investigate the incident, or even acknowledge what happened. The silence was unacceptable and deeply troubling. If safety and responsiveness matter to you, I would stay else where.
- 5/5
Our stay was great. The room was better than expected and we were given an early check in at no additional cost. The breakfast was good and hot and the selection varied. There was some construction foing on so at timea it was a little loud but all in all our stay was great. There's no daily housekeeping and the walk in shower soaked the floor and there's a $150 deposit. floorso5osit
- 2/5
Loud drill and heavy machinery for hours.so loud even the tv couldn’t drown the sound. Slept there one night and it was more than enough. Construction workers throughout hotel. Requested towels in pool . All dirty at 7am and no one came to assist. Had to go back twice.
- 3/5
Room smelled, couches were old and stained. Bathroom shower wasn’t draining. Hallways were very dirty and needed vacuuming. Basically a 2 bedroom with kitchen model 6.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Only downside is bus to Disney takes too long, not frequent enough and gets too crowded but it’s not run by the hotel so it’s out of their control.
- 5/5
Shops nearby.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta. Our kids loved it and so did we. Good breakfast options. Nice pool and Jacuzzi 👌Very friendly and nice staff
- 5/5
This property is gorgeous and Pam at the front desk is very professional and knowledgeable. She really helped me understand things when I asked her questions....
- 5/5
We stayed here during our Disneyland trip and had a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was super convenient to get to Disneyland, which made our visit stress-free. Overall, a great place for families visiting the park-we would definitely stay here again!"
- 2/5
Unless there is no other option, stay here. Avoid staying with pets although this is a pet friendly hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was lovely and friendly. The suite was perfect.
- 5/5
A bit crowded for breakfast. The kitchen needs to be stocked with cooking gear. The rest was excellent. Thank you!
- 5/5
What i liked was that the Suite came with two sizable rooms which was very nice traveling with family. Too often we are 100% cramped
- 3/5
Honestly, the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything necessary for 5 people, but they are not 100% a pet-friendly hotel as they say. They are not patient with dogs, and if they want, they have the right to enter your room, grab the dog, and take it somewhere else for you to pick up. That was the most unpleasant part, so be aware of the pet-friendly thing. The hotel staff didn't want to refund the money after threatening to take the dog from the room. only stayed one night, less than 24 hours, and they wanted to charge for the six days that was reserved. Thanks to Expedia, who acted as an intermediary and helped get the money back so I could move to another place. The surrounding area is good. It's difficult to find parking easily, and the included food isn't the best; it's obviously packaged food and not fresh at all. It's better to cook your own breakfast in the room or eat out. The lady at the front desk was fairly friendly, but she solved it thanks to Expedia; otherwise, she wouldn't flow easily. 2-3 star hotel
- 5/5
The hotel staffs are all courteous and professional, and the only down side is the condition of the hotel is a bit dated, but relatively economical comparing to other hotels in the vicinity. We stayed for two nights and that coincided with Disney Friday firework that was a surprise!
- 5/5
We loved the convenience and the staff was very friendly, but the downside is that the property is under construction.
- 5/5
great stay
- 3/5
Everything was close by, that was a plus. However I couldn't work because there was vuilding going on what seemed form 8AM-4PM when i had my meetings. The room I statyed in waws leakign and the carpet was soaked form what i assume was the AC unit making the room feeling humid and stinky.
- 5/5
Overall excellent service and amenities. Great food/breakfast! The could have blackout curtains : )
- 5/5
Great spot with easy bus access to Disney.
- 5/5
Property looks very nice at first glance. However, when going into the room it was a different story. Rooms are very dirty, carpet, furniture is stained, the shower had pink mold and the night stand was dirty like it had not been clean between guests. For the price, this place is not worth it
- 5/5
We arrived late. Staff were quick and efficient and upgraded our room. Breakfast had a good variety for everyone to find something they liked
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel - it was clean, service was great, and breakfast was an added bonus.
- 2/5
Bed bugs crawling all over bed. They gave us new room. At 4 am changing rooms and looking through belongs for bugs. Washing personal blankets and pillows. Offered free boxes of tide and free parking for inconveniences. Said manager would contact us in morning. We called and left messages. Never heard from management. Was at Disney all day so mgr never there when we were. Never had anyone ask if new room was ok. Never asked how our stay was when we checked out.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel, specially for families, having a suite with a full kitchen was great to cool our meals when we were tired and wanted to rest, breakfast options are great, they have different options for everyone, some people might complain about having tacos for breakfast as they have ground turkey, but it is great as you can make your own breakfast burrito, the area was clean, the staff is super helpful, courteous, and respectful, they don't offer housekeeping, but if you need to change your towels/linens, you ask them and they provide it, our family doesn't like to be bothered with room service, so we didn't mind not having housekeeping, the pool and hot tub area was clean and nice, there are dinning options, a lot, three minutes away drive, not necessarily walkable but we had a car so we didn't mind it, everything is very close. We visited from August 10 until the 14, and we have no complaints, they charge for parking, but the price for the stay was a great deal, and again, having a full kitchen with all the needed utensils is a bonus, as we didn't have to eat out all the time, and got some groceries to cook. I would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel, the staff was great, great service. Hotel, property, and amenities were always clean.
- 4/5
What we don’t like this about is that we knew we arrive like an hour early to the check in time. We was told the room wasn’t ready and they will call us when the room is ready but we never got the call. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Carpet and couch has stain plate from the cabinet wasn't wash and no available pots in the kitchen so we have to call front desk and ask for 1 and waited 30 minutes at when we arrive at 10 pm!
- 5/5
Front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. Only issue is that the hotel is old say maybe time for some update. Otherwise my stay was really nice.
- 5/5

- 5/5
I liked their spacious rooms and the welcoming reception by the front desk employee. her name was Pam and she was really helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Awesome check-in process, great location for Disneyland, public bus was available for shuttle to get to Disneyland at a price. Great customer service and advice from staff on where to go for fun and grocery shopping. Overall awesome place to stay!
- 4/5
Location is good in consideration to distance to Disneyland
- 4/5
It was a good visit. I have no complaints . Parking space are a little tight. keep in mind they say parking is 25.00 but after taxes and fees it 38.00.
- 5/5
Nice if there were more restraints closer
- 5/5
Ver nice
- 5/5
Great service and stay. Very satisfied.
- 5/5
A nice hotel, just not walkable to anything .
- 3/5
Poor breakfast options, offering basic tacos for breakfast everyday, the beds are ok. No housekeeping service provided unless you booked 7 nights or more, we had to take our own garbage everyday. Although the front desk employees were very helpful.
- 4/5
Paying for parking is ridiculous that is the only issue I had with the property
- 5/5
Nice suite. Great breakfast options
- 1/5
Hotel has lots of parking space but still charging $28/night. Room mat was very wet. Bathroom has no venting. Will never book there.
- 5/5
I loved having the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite as I have older children. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
It was my 55th Birthday and I didn't want to do anything because my dad passed on Father's Day and my family made it happen and we ALL had a great time!!!! Thank you staff!!!!
- 4/5
Overall experience was great. I had a double bed queen suite with a kitchen. Very convienent and I love how there was 2 tvs. I wish the room was a little bit more cleaned and they paid more attention to cleaning detail. Other than that great hotel in a very convenient area.
- 5/5
Drew at the front desk was amazing. So helpful and incredibly personable. This was our first time staying and and would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 5/5
Love the kitchenette rooms, we slept 8 people in the room and also love the private room
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Loved our stay! Great atmosphere!
- 5/5
Staff is so awesome and friendly. The property is also very clean and spacious! Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly service. Great stay
- 4/5
Suite was spacious and worth the cost. Everything was clean. The only thing was we could here the freeway noise and also the toilet was not attached to the floor. It made a lot of noise. But overall I would stay there again. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff were great.
- 4/5
Liked that it was comfortable enough to stay with my family of 6
- 3/5
For a family friendly hotel it was horrible to find 2 used condom wrappers in the room where my kids slept and have to explain what it was and why I was so upset to find it. The manager was not available they were in a meeting the front desk staff was helpful. Would have liked to have a clean room coming in but that was not the case here very disappointing.
- 5/5
Spacious
- 4/5
Confortable but need to be updated
- 5/5
This place was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
It was great.
- 5/5
here again
- 5/5
Upgraded to a suite for a decent fee. Highly recommend this hotel and other Sonesta hotel's around the country.
- 2/5
Property was undergoing renovations so lobby was closed. Entry was from a side door. Our room was average at best - carpet was old and stained. Bathroom plumbing in the property is old and toilet overflowed from just flushing, flooding the nearby carpet outside bathroom. Fridge was old and compressor was so noisy we asked them to replace, which they did. Roaches, noisy AC, list goes on. Will never come back to this property.
- 5/5
Our family of 10 had a great stay. Breakfast was a great start to each day.
- 5/5
This place feels like a hidden gem. Our room was HUGE, so big it felt like a suite! It was actually bigger than the apartment we currently rent. Fridge in-room was a nice perk. The hot breakfast was incredible, definitely more selection than you typically see from a hotel, and so many options for vegetarians and food allergy sufferers! I really enjoyed the sweet potato option and the availability of almond milk. The rooms are quiet and peaceful, even on the highway side. Parking cost $28/night but the lot always felt safe, even at night. The landscaping was beautiful. Honestly I was shocked at the rate we paid because of how good the hotel was, especially the staff who were always so kind and patient. I would absolutely stay here again. I was not traveling with kids or pets but this hotel is very welcoming and inclusive of families. Part of the magic was definitely seeing their joy each day as they went off to Disney. The hotel is actually within walking distance of Disney and right next to HWY 5, a plus! They do offer transit connectors on the ArtBus but we did not use it.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Decent place to stay around Disney area
- 5/5
The property was great due to its location. It was very close to Disneyland and California Adventure also the parking locations for the park were close with buses taking you to and from the park. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and everything included such as the pool, hot tub, breakfast, laundry facility and more!
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean, the rooms were clean but looked a little dated. The pool was great. Landscaping etc very nice, breakfast was included but quality of food was so-so. I really wish parking was included. Staff was nice
- 5/5
Nice stay and a short uber ride to Disneyland or Anaheim stadium. Breakfast every day at the buffet. Nice big pool. Hot tub was a bit weird to get going but overall a really good spot. 25-30 min to the airport
- 5/5
It was under construction
- 3/5
Property and room was great. Breakfast in the morning was terrible
- 5/5
I’ll would stay here again..
- 4/5
28 dollars a day for parking seems excessive.
- 1/5
Hotel is in construction, they charge you for parking but there is not enough parking on the property. They had us parking on the red zone and all through the front. At check in they told us no housekeeping but we could request towels. They said housekeeping is done after your 7th day. The room and hotel had a musty smell. They ran out of breakfast On our last day. This hotel is way over priced just stay at Motel 6. Also this property has 2 sides we stayed on the side were the 2 bedroom suites are they need more staff and it needs a major update if they want to charge 300 a night! Don’t let the photos fool you because it did me. I forgot to mention the sheets they had a strong chemical smell that was so bad we went to buy some blankets.
- 3/5
Fireworks at night. Some rowdy neighbors.
- 2/5
There was a cockroach in my room, and room service couldn’t find it, so I had to kill it later while my kids were screaming. They were not able to sleep. The fridge was making weird noises, and the temperature was so low our food froze. The toilet was loose as well.
- 4/5
Affordable. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay and everyone was nice and welcoming! The breakfast was good as well!! Our dog enjoyed it as well!
- 1/5
• Management Response: I attempted to speak with hotel management several times during my stay. Staff repeatedly said the manager was unavailable or had not responded. Upon checkout, I tried again and was told the manager was unreachable.
- 2/5
Not up to the usual Sonesta standards. I had to go through three rooms at check-in because of cleanliness. Stained chairs and tattered living room furniture.
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
N/a
- 3/5
The room was nice enough for the price. It had an odor and I was told by the front desk that all of the rooms smelled like that. The washing machine was broken. We had to wait a while for blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. They started construction while we were there and the front entrance was blocked without directions on how to get in or out. It was fine but we wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Really close to disney park really quiet i will recommend it and i will look forward to stay here again
- 4/5
Breakfast
- 3/5
Loved how it had a kitchenette equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. There was a bit of a plumbing issue in room 304 and the room seemed a bit out dated. Carpet flooring felt moist and it was stained from probably pets. Didn’t feel too clean but it was clean enough. Loved that they provide play pens or cribs for infants.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and plenty of parking. The pool was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Construction, worn out furniture, missing towels, poor guest service, and tacos for breakfast.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Clean and family friendly
- 5/5
Very easy to check in
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming I spent the week of my birthday here!! Clean facilities the room was cozy yet spacious! Will be back soon.
- 5/5
Love this place. We stay here often. The service is great
- 5/5
I liked the helpful staff and the breakfasts!
- 5/5
Very nice and helpful staff throughout property
- 1/5
The only upside was my kids loved the pancake machine and the lady who would put out the breakfast was very pleasant and she was attentive and kept the area clean and tidy.
- 4/5
Bathroom was not fully cleaned.
- 3/5
My 2nd time at this location. This was ok, but there were a few issues. I brought it to the attention of the front desk. She apologized and then comped me for the parking. Very gracious.
- 3/5
Room 414 was quiet & generally clean. However, we were not able to adjust the HVAC to our needs - specifically turning the fan to at least a LOW setting, & ideally OFF due to the loud sound it made much of the night, keeping my husband awake. Also I noticed poor construction details on both a bedside table & the doors under the sink. None closed evening & effectively. There should have been a light over or a desk lamp on the table, allowing customers to actually SEE when at the table. The breakfast was good, tho' the bacon was basically greasy fat, with almost NO meat, & so inedible. The service was fine & prompt.
- 5/5
The shower is in need of upgrade, not working very efficiently, with lots of water ending up on the outside floor.
- 1/5
My hotel room was dirty. The refrigerator was leaking water onto our food! The lamp in the room wasn’t working. We had 1 spoon and no bowls. The couch had white stains! The entry lamp had stains on it. The room was gross.
- 4/5
Descent hotel. A little aged and needs some maintenance. Despite this was great for a family trip to Disney. Hotel staff was amazing and friendly.
- 4/5
One night stay, and midnight, start to get cold, a I go to turn the heat on, it didn’t work, so I open the couch bed to get the blanket from it , but didn’t have a extra blanket, there, so I pass a cold night, with a sheet and a, one blanket only so I didn’t like, sorry, place is very clean personal, was nice I , the person a the front desk, she was very nice , she give me a extra late check out, other the that heater , and extra blankets, overrated, was ok,
- 5/5
All the staff was great & the unit was nice, it's dated & another comfy chair or couch in living area would be nice with 3 people. But very clean & friendly.
- 5/5
All staffs are very helpful and nice experience to stay
- 5/5
Great staff !!!
- 3/5
My guess is most guest arrive by car. So why do hotels keep kicking it's customers where it hurts!! Why oh why do we keep having to pay for parking?? So fed up with this.
- 4/5
A relaxing stay overall, though the washroom had a flooding issue right before checkout.
- 5/5
Great customer service 👏
- 5/5
Very nice hotel - will stay there again
- 5/5
Great place, heated pool, breakfast was good.Outstanding service. A+++×
- 5/5
Staff was really great and room was very clean. Breakfast had grrat options for the whole family. Kitchen could use a bit better pans, but the bed was comfortable and the king suite was great! Parking was pricey, but super convenient. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious. Pam at the front desk was awesome. Super friendly and helpful when asking about the area. Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Room is smaller
- 5/5
We picked this hotel for its ability to accommodate 7 people and it has a kitchenette. We spent a week there for New Years and it was good. Not great because we never had housekeeping for fresh towels and garbage removal. And the kitchenette was okay. We had enough plates for 5 people, and a dishwasher. Apartment size fridge was plenty. But the cook top was tiny and not as hot as I expected. It took a long time to boil water. Breakfast was okay, basic eggs, meat, juice, etc. It would have been nice to start half hour earlier so we could rope drop. Nice lobby.
- 4/5
Nice hotel with free breakfast.
- 5/5
Great hotel, great service, and hospitality.
- 5/5
Great hotel, breakfast included is nice and staff are friendly. Second time staying and will stay again.
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. A little outdated, could use a makeover. Breakfast was decent. Easy access to Disney on the ART bus that picks up on property.
- 5/5
Great property a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of Disneyland
- 5/5
Prompt service. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, breakfast was good
- 5/5
The staff at the property was really great. The mattress in the room wasnt really comfortable, but it didnt disrupt too much sleep. The property is well maintained and breakfast was great. Laundry facility worked great and overall we had a fantastic stay!
- 5/5
Had a fantastic stay. Room was quite good, had 3 beds , sofa bed was quite comfy too. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Definitely Recommend
- 3/5
Really enjoyed the location. Parking was easy. Room was not super clean (quite dusty) but passable. As I have allergies I won’t be able to stay here again. This hotel pumps a lot of very strong perfume smell into the hallways and eating areas. It was so strong it wadded into our room. The staff however is incredibly warm and always helpful.
- 5/5
It was very clean! I went with my family so it had a lot of space for a family of 4 and a baby. The staff was very generous and friendly. And breakfast amazing! Love how breakfast lasted a while. Especially when I love to sleep in.
- 5/5
Great stay with a room that was perfect for our need "thank you Sonesta". Breakfast was great to fuel up for the day. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room.
- 3/5
It was located fine
- 2/5
Room was dirty. Surfaces were sticky like with syrup. Fridge was leaky. No tea or coffee in one room. I paid on Expedia, was charged a nearly 300 dollar deposit on top of that which was supposedly released but never was. I had to call in a dispute with my card.
- 5/5
The rooms are absolutely nice, my kids were happy about the pool, the staff were very professional, polite and courteous! Excellent rates for a great hotel! Very friendly and quiet atmosphere! Would recommend this hotel for sure!
- 5/5
Muchas gracias por todo los servicios 👍🙏
- 5/5
Great Disneyland stay with full fridge and other amenities in the room.
- 4/5
The hotel is located in safe area, local shuttle is available. Suites need more deep cleaning and better ventilation.
- 5/5
Easy access to everything
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
Stayed here about 8 years ago with a large property and seems to still be stuck 8 years in the past. Rooms had couches that were falling apart and fabric ripping. For size of room and prize can’t quite beat it. Pool was green but nobody seemed concerned about that either
- 5/5
2 room suite is great for families
- 5/5
We only stayed a night, wish it was longer, but it was comfortable and clean
- 5/5
Good breakfast with several options to choose from. Great location to hop on shuttle for Disneyland. ART shuttle was easier to use and get around on. Rooms clean. Call front desk when you need more towels or TP. Could use a few more dishes in suite.
- 5/5
It was quiet and relaxing place to stay
- 3/5
Was good besides parking fee
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
The amenities are perfect
- 3/5
It was ok, just a few recommendations. Extra bags for trash in cans, make sure everything works. We upgraded to have 2 bathrooms and the shower in master didn’t work the knob was broken. To much of a hassle to repack and move or have someone working on it while we were there. Breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
Hidden parking fees way to expensive
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great location very close to Disneyland. Can even see the fireworks from some of the rooms.
- 5/5
Property in clean and the staff is awesome!
- 4/5
Pool and staff were great. We also loved taking advantage of the free breakfast each morning. However I did watch people easily sneak into the pool area without a card, which made me feel a little unsafe. The door to our bathroom didn’t close all the way which also prevented it from being locked.
- 5/5
In accommodated, my whole party.Everybody was very respectful and nice that definitely come again
- 5/5
Great place for a lot of family!
- 5/5
Good Breakfast, clean pool, safe short distance to Dland
- 5/5
We had an incredible stay. Every single staff member was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious every morning with lots of choices. The pool was big and the kids had tons of fun. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were hot. There is a bus stop right on property which made getting to disneyland super simple.
- 3/5
We loved our stay again at your hotel. The only complaint we have is you need too update your breakfast. Maybe doing an omelette station or a made to order pancake/waffle station. More freshness on the food area. The food seemed cold and stale so we ate outside of the hotel as your breakfast just wasn’t good. Other than that accommodations were fine, quiet and we were able to rest well. Thank you
- 5/5
My original reservation at Extended Stay ended up with no availability for me as they carelessly overbooked themselves. This was so frustrating and inconvenient. Expedia was able to get me a reservation at Sonesta. The person at the front desk was very welcoming and had excellent customer service. He made the check in process fast and easy!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The suite was nice
- 5/5
Excellent service from the staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast.
- 5/5
We got the two bedroom and it was great! Lots of space, clean, able to cook, free breakfast was great and staff member Sofia was always nice with a smile and a great attitude making sure breakfast was stocked. Pam at the front was super helpful and nice. The beds very comfortable. Great place to stay we will be coming back for sure and close to Disney and everything!
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
This property had a nice amount of space for our family of 4. The kitchenette was handy and the breakfast was good. The front desk staff was really friendly and kind, something that can be hard to find these days. The property needs a little tlc, the toilet kept plugging and the hot water was really loud. We also weren’t impressed with them only cleaning after a week, for us that is an important point of getting a hotel.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay. It could have been a little less in cost. It wasn’t a bad stay but I feel like maybe we paid too much. There was no room service and the rooms don’t have house keeping every day. They were very accommodating if we needed things but we stayed the whole weekend and the rooms could have been freshened up. That’s a long time to go without house keeping. Also, the kitchen in our suite seemed a little run down. The living area did not have comfortable lighting. The couch/sleeper sofa seemed old. The room definitely needs a makeover or freshening up. The staff was great and quick. Very efficient and friendly. The breakfast offered was nice. Overall we had a good stay but definitely paid just a little too much.
- 4/5
Tener restaurante y disponibilidad de comida en la tarde y noches
- 2/5
2 bedroom suite. The main issue: the room lacked cleanliness, and it was obvious. A hangar left by a previous occupant, clothes tags on the floor from a previous occupant, the shower was less than sparkling clean. No body wash in the shower, the pump bottle went unfilled. Stains on the couch and carpet, the refrigerator made a loud noise. The couch looked VERY worn. The phone in the primary room wasn’t functional. Breakfast was the same, boring, bland thing everyday, low quality. Parking at $28/day is absurd..it’s not like it’s walking distance to any parks or the convention center where they would need to charge. Toilet in the main bathroom needed to be played around with to flush.
- 5/5
I was recently married and both of us had kids already. We were trying to make a small fun trip for our kids to be able to spend time together as they are all teenagers at the same time save money as there are 6 kids lol. This place was perfect! Very cost friendly. Gave us the room we need (we had the 2 bedroom suite) had 3 beds and the sofa bed and 2 bathrooms buffet breakfast and so close to Disneyland. Now the only thing I would have liked is for parking to be included or at least free shuttle, shuttle cost money unless you have magic key. I had to pay for parking there and because so many of us was just cheaper to take our vehicle. I loved it had a small kitchen as i could prepare some meals to help us with cost. Apart from parking situation I would definitely stay here agian. Quiet, staff super friendly and just perfect for our big family and made it an unforgiven memory for all of ua especially being that 5 of them it was their first time. Thank you!!!!
- 5/5
Location, staff and hotel were awesome! This was our second stay here. Room was very clean. We got two bedrooms suite because we were with our college-age children. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kichen had all the necessary amenities (everything but oven). It’s really quiet considering people come here with little kids to go to Disneyland. Pool was nice but jacuzzi was a little sad looking. It could use a facelift. All in all, would stay again!
- 4/5
This was a wonderful property!
- 4/5
We had great stay here. Lots of options for the breakfast and great for the kids overall.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. Save your money. It is infested with coach roaches. Everything is broken 💔 They dont clean your rooms. Parking ia always full. All these negative review believe them. Its thay bad.
