The hotel was fine. The front desk staff was excellent. They helped me print something I needed for a local college visit and the breakfast was perfect for what we needed.

Great clean hotel with full kitchen in Anaheim. Breakfast isn’t a full buffet, but does have breakfast sandwiches, cereal, fruit, oatmeal.

I was greeted by Frankie, the GSM, and he was awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and offered me two bottles of water. I loved the fact that it was only a short 5-7 minute walk to the Grove at Anaheim (basically across the street), where I was going for a concert. I was excited by all the offerings for breakfast, as it wasn't your typical continental breakfast with some pastries and coffee. N/A

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the breakfast facilities and spa. We were very impressed and surprised with how spacious our room was. Other than our toaster in the room not working we didn’t have any issues.

We loved the staff. However, the room smelled as if were smoked in for the last 10 years. We had the window open with the air conditioning on all night. To no avail.

Location couch bed was terrible. super uncomfortable. super squeaky. and the sheet looked like a cat scratched it up. also no blanket. the pillow needed replacing and the coffee maker took 45 minutes to make 10 cups.

I chose the hotel as the location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the Angels stadium. There are plenty of fast food places to grab a bit in the evening. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming in stairway where my room was. I know that LA has some rather relaxed laws on smoking weed but this was just awful. I didnt bother to report it as I was only there for 1 night.

Great place to stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Walkable to Angels Stadium if you are going to a game. About a 10-12 min walk. Variety of food spots. Walkable as well. The breakfast hit the spot! Coffee was great and juice was yummy.

Check in was simple and staff very accommodating and friendly. Room was well appointed with a complete kitchen, dishes and utensils. We didn’t use it but you could easily cook all your meals there. Everything clean and well thought out. I might have preferred a slightly firmer mattress but that’s just personal preference preference.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and our room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially loved the relaxing pool area—it was the perfect place to unwind. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we visit in the future!

It was easy to take our dog in and out to relieve himself. The customer service was lousy. They do not clean the rooms daily so we have to request for a fresh set of towels. Not only that we have to pick up the fresh towels from the front desk ourselves, but we also have to take the soiled towels in exchange for the fresh ones. It was awful for the amount of money we paid them. The pet fees was also exorbitant for a 2 night stay ($100). Also, when we checked out, the front desk staff charged us for 3 nights stay and 3 nights parking fees. Good thing we asked for the invoice and I caught the mistake right away and have it corrected. He corrected the nights of stay but he still charged me for a 3 night parking fees.

The hotel was recently renovated. Everthing was clean and smelled brand new. Our suite had a nice kitchen, bathroom and living space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected with omellettes, sausage, waffles and juice.

The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. Make sure to bring USB port plugs or C port plugs as they do not have them in some of the rooms to charge your devices. The only recommendation we would offer is that they need to fix the stationary bike in the gym to allow the seat to be adjusted according to the person using it. We love this place and consider it our home away from home. Conveniently close to the main gate of the Angels Stadium, and the ART bus comes right to the lobby area so that families may get to Disneyland very easily. By far the best hotel in the Anaheim area.

Hotel is under construction. The room was clean and neat. Appliance worked. Plenty of towels. Temp was good. Had one concern that was handle promptly by Frankie. Will consider staying here next year for our yearly Disney visit.

Front desk staff was excellent, gave me free bottled waters, and were very helpful. Renovations were complete by my visit in October 2025 and my room was excellent and brand new with a full kitchen including dishwasher. Right next door to several popular restaurants and we walked to Angel Stadium to our seminar .

We were here for the Jonas brother concert recently in Anaheim, I really liked how it’s walkable to Honda Center and Angel Stadium, but I took an uber for convenience, there is fast food chains in very close walking range , Panera was literally right outside our window lol. Also has chipotle, panda, Starbucks, Carl’s Jr as well. The hotel — they are going under construction at the moment looks like im the lobby and the pool are —- staff was nice they accommodate my request for a level floor so I didn’t have to go up stairs or elevator just my preference. Since they are doing construction the breakfast right now is a pre packaged grab and go which is ok for me it was just— Milk, juice, cereal, fruit, a muffin and provided plastic utensils. Parking is $15 a night. Not bad it is also 10-15min away from Disneyland as well. This is the first hotel I actually enjoyed bc I had no idea they had a full size refrigerator, a small stove , a dishwasher , microwave , had also provided bowls,plates,utensils,pot,pan, to use , a mini dish soap and a single dishwasher pod, paper towels , coffee pot with package coffee / creamer , the bathroom was nice size it didn’t feel cramped at all like most hotels are, it also had a desk and a pull out desk underneath the main one. My Brother and my fiancé were able to play their games on their own desk. I will definitely stay here again when I visit for another event

Room was clean. However, we booked a 2-bedroom suite for our family and checked in online 24 hours prior. Upon arrival, room was no longer available. We were offered two adjoining rooms instead. After I agreed to the change, I was told they no longer had adjoining rooms either. (This was at 5pm, so not at all late in the day). We were given two separate smaller rooms, so my husband and I had to split up and each take a kid with us. The pool and hot tub were closed due to construction. The hot breakfast advertised was also not available. We were told “come in the morning for a grab and go breakfast, we will have lots of options and you can take as much as you need” but in the morning we were handed a small juice box and a mini box of Frosted Flakes (they did not have milk, coffee, fruit, etc) and told that’s all they had because “the girl in charge of ordering forgot to do it”. While the room was clean and comfortable, we were highly disappointed that none of the amenities we booked this hotel for were provided. It was very unorganized and poorly run. We were not offered any compensation for the lack of room availability or lack of amenities.

We had tickets for a game at Angel Stadium. This hotel was a perfect place to stay. The stadium was an easy 5 minute walk. The room was nicely appointed, with a full kitchen, and full breakfast was included with our stay. The staff was welcoming and courteous. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel.

What I liked is that the room were nearly renovated. What I didn't like was the smell of weed at 6:30 in the morning in the hallway and the chocolate milk that we returned due to it being spoiled and then receiving a second batch of spoiled milk after complaining about the first batch it was unacceptable. In the complimentary breakfast was good except the chocolate milk issue they need to fix their refrigerator there. And the fact that there was no manager for me to explain my hardships was a real bummer especially since we paid extra being a holiday weekend.

I understand there were renovations going on, but please tell people there are paint fumes all around and ask if they are ok with having a room with certain things. I smelled them all night with the windows closed and a/c on. It caused me to get a headache and didn't feel well for my conference the next day. it very much so ruined my stay at this place.

The hotel had a renovation project in progress during our stay. The suite we stayed in was not clean. There was coffee in the coffee maker from previous guest. We scheduled our suite to be cleaned on the second day of our stay but that did not happen. It just didn’t feel like a Marriott hotel.

Parking wasn’t hard even the a truck on a holiday weekend. Quick walk to the baseball and many fast food options near by. There’s a ln upscale resteraunt between the hotel and the baseball stadium and a microbrew in the other direction. About 40 minutes to universal studios and about 45 minutes to the Hollywood sign.

The contractors did not keep the common areas near the elevators clean and safely protected If I had little children they could have gotten right into the areas of renovation due to the tarped area being wide open every day The floors of the common areas were dirty and gritty the elevators were so slow, since elevators were slow I walked the stairs to the third floor every day and even stairwells were dirty and had debris everywhere making it unsafe in a fire situation There was an old phone sitting on the railing the entire time I was there It turned out that I was suppose to stay three nights instead stayed two and told them I was checking out And noise went from about 7:30 am till about 7:30 pm

The newly renovated rooms were great. Only downfalls were hot tub and pool were closed and the bbq was dirty enough that i didnt feel comfortable using it. Staff were friendly.

The room didn't seem ready when we arrived towels in bathroom were wet and looked like they were used. Also No extra tp. The picture over the bed fell off on us in the middle of the night; desk clerk didn't even apologize!

Great hotel. My family stays here every January for Supercross at Angel Stadium and it's just the perfect place to be. Within walking distance of the stadium, we always enjoy the pool, the free breakfast and the spacious room that the whole family fits into! Highly recommend and we will always come back.

We were pleasantly surprised at how many amenities were available at this service style apartment hotel. Even though part of the bathroom is dated, it served its purpose wonderfully. David was very service-friendly when we checked in and was very helpful!

Service was ok and friendly but rooms, furniture, lamps so dirty. Clean beds has chips crumbs under the sheets. Towel has holes, carpet has holes.

Beds/Pillows were not comfortable, thankfully we got the ground floor, but right out our window we could see the homeless people coming and going all hours of the night behind the garbage dumpsters, going thru it all night. This place needs remodeling, pool was closed all of our 7 night stay, we have kids that wanted to swim! Loved the breakfast was 3 hours! We used the washing machine twice and each time it flooded the whole area and outside of the door into the work out room, Double charged us and no cash refund. Housekeeping did not understand English, so it was a hassle needing, toilet paper, even towels they never had enough clean! The first time we stayed here, it was great, this visit, was not great!

I've stay there couple times a yr. Very close to my work. It's always ok for the price. Seems some improvements are in place and plans for more are on a big poster. Several maint issues with my room this trip and they have started charging for parking though they waived it for me as i booked through 3rd party and was not informed at booking about that. Might look around before booking there next trip.

The layout of the room was nice, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable, parking was decent, and there were several dining options within 100 yards of the hotel property. Hopefully the remodel is completed quickly, it should have been done several years ago, based on our room experience.

Illegal car shows both times I’ve stayed here occurring in the parking lot. Speaking with the people at the show causing all of the noise etc, it’s a weekly event. The noise goes for hours and consists of music and engines revving. Cops seem to care little that it occurs. This noise fest is large enough that there are vendors selling food out of trunks, illicit drug sale and use etc.

First room smelled like mold and the bed was damp. Second room was better. But smelled like smoke and there was gnats everywhere. Came back from being out all day and the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. The shower curtain had blood like stains on it. The towels had a burn smell to them too. I wouldn’t stay here again and really don’t recommend this hotel.

They are beginning a renovation soon. Would definitely suggest to find another hotel and the rate they are charging is way too much for the conditions of the rooms.

Almost everything was perfect except the carpet. Smelled reeally bad of mildew/mold? U can tell carpet was very very old! Made it difficult to enjoy the stay. Odor was really bad.
