Nice place! Staff was very nice.

Unfortunately there was a leak coming from somewhere, so my hallway carpet was soaked. They brought in towels are gave me a discount. I like this hotel, 7.5/10 would stay again.

We really enjoyed the top floor, nice and quiet, clean. We love the breakfast at this hotel, and the room has a small fridge, microwave, and sink. They also have coffee in the room, parking is easy and close by, which is great. You can walk to the Honda Center (short walk) and Angel Stadium, which is a longer walk but clean/safe.

Great stay here, perfectly located for Angels games and for the train station. Very comfortable room with kitchenette and nice bathroom. Breakfast nice but busy, some extra items to buy using self-service machine in the reception area. Would definitely recommend.

For the price this hotel charges, it’s not worth it. It hasn’t been renovated. The bathroom floors along the edge of the tiles were caulked messy. Our coffee was not refilled after using them. Nor did we get new paper cups for the coffee in room. The other cups do regular drinks were the cheap plastic ones. You would assume that the price they charge, they would at least provided nicer items, like actual coffee mugs and glass cups. Our Kleenex box was not replaced. We only had 2 sheets in the box left. We will not be staying there again not would we refer to any family or friends. Disappointing!!!

This is an ok hotel if you are in the general Anaheim area. The property and rooms are dated. Parking is 15 dollars a day without tax. Complimentary hot breakfast every morning with made to order fluffy pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, baked goods. Wish the owners would spend a few dollars and renovate this property. Decent Wi-Fi. Staff was excellent and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel!! The rooms are large, super comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast in the morning had a chef on site cooking delicious real food. Located walking distance to restaurants!! Next time I visit the Anaheim California area I would definitely stay here again! Shuttle to Disneyland!

We were there for my grandsons graduation. We ordered an ice cream cake and they were very accommodating in keeping it in their freezer for us. The breakfast was delicious-fresh made to order pancakes, yum. Along with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and numerous other choices. The staff was very friendly and considerate.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The cook who prepares breakfast is incredibly kind and makes each morning even more enjoyable. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely make this our go-to hotel whenever we’re in town. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was construction going on all night to where I cannot sleep. I was up until 3:30 in the morning. 4:00 in the morning because all the noise and constant banging outside on the street. They should at least let us know that there's construction being done before I booked the at the hotel

I loved that the breakfast was cooked out in the open and plated by the cook. He was very friendly and joked around with the guests, while waiting for our pancakes. Most other chains just put everything in chafing dishes for self serve, but here, everything was hot and freshly made. All other aspects of our stay were good. The rooms were cleaned daily, and staff were courteous. Nothing.

Clean, comfortable with some personality and distinction from mass market properties. Best hotel breakfast around, hands down. And the chef is super friendly and has been there for 25 years, which says a lot. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Good location in Anaheim and close to Chapman University as well as Honda Center is right across. Angles Stadium is right behind it. Breakfast was great. Food was nice and hot. Fairly good variety and pancakes made in front of you.

The large towels were all shedding, so after you dried off cotton pieces were left on your body & transferred on to the clothes. The water smelled a little funny.

The room was wonderful, spacious, clean and very comfy. Really enjoyed our stay in the space. The breakfast was really good too. They had a person making the pancakes fresh and he was just really friendly and lovely to speak with. The eggs were scrambled and OK, while the sausage, while not your traditional breakfast sausage, was very tasty and crisped nicely. There were other options as well so a very good breakfast provided by the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accomodating where possible. We were able to walk over to Angel Stadium and catch a game that evening which was an added plus. I really was happy with the decision to stay at this hotel.

First of all the staff was truly so kind starting with front desk to the cook for breakfast. Everyone was truly a delight and this place is so close to Disney! I highly recommend to stay here.

Breakfast is always really good at this location. A lot of options. The pool area is a bit small as well as the gym. Staff is very friendly. There is a lot of construction in the area as well as there being arborists during my recent stay. They construction vehicles access the parking lot and block off a lot of the available spaces.

It’s an ok place. I feel like the reviews and cost are for location across from the Honda center and fancier than most lobby decor. Outside of that the room was basic and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough and simple. We did appreciate there was a turkey sausage option

Overall an amazing hotel experience, check in was friendly and quick. Room was huge, with a couch/table. Everything was clean and had a nice touches with the bed being comfortable. Breakfast was refreshingly good for an included free continental breakfast. We stayed there only one night to go to a concert at the Honda center and it is literally across the street. 6 stars for location with Honda Center events, would and am going to stay there for future events.

The hotel itself is a bit older, but it was very clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference. The rooms were surprisingly quiet—I couldn’t hear any freeway noise at all, which made for a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight. There was a cook preparing fresh eggs, breakfast meats, and pancakes, along with options like fresh fruit. It was a solid, satisfying way to start the day. The only downside is that the hotel does look a bit outdated compared to more modern options. However, the cleanliness, quiet rooms, and convenient location more than made up for it. Overall, a great, practical choice—especially if you’re planning to visit Angel Stadium.

Excellent location for taking in an Angels game! Easy walk to the field. The facilities staff was Excellent, it was a bit of a windy day creating leaves in the pool and hot tub area and they were doing best to keep clear for all to enjoy the pool. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location if you're attending an event at The Honda Center. I really liked this room, it was very comfortable, spacious, had a little kitchenette and was great for getting ready for a concert. The mirrors and lighting (my eyes are terrible) were fantastic. Next we come back down for Disneyland or another event we are definitely coming back to this location.

We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and very clean, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was much better than typical hotel breakfast. They had a chef serving fresh food, as well as some quick serve items. It was very nice. Hotel is not far from Disneyland, only about a 7-10 minute drive which was great for us!

This will be our go-to hotel when we make a weekend of it at Disneyland. The room was large with a separate seating and kitchenette area. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast? The best we've had at a hotel that was included with our stay. Full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes freshly made! Toast, bagels, cereal, juices....it was all inclusive and a great deal!

We were so pleased with this hotel. Very nice and clean. Our room was set up nice and had the coffee area sitting for us. Slept like a baby. And breakfast was amazing. Definitely will be back. Just wish that parking was free. Other than that I have no complaints.

When we arrived at our room, the bedding and sheets were all missing, so the bed was completely bare. When we moved to the next room, it didn’t have the bathtub we’d requested, so we ended up changing rooms three times in total. They never apologized, which was very unpleasant.

They “ hidden” parking fee small letters in the buttom of the website???? No where is mentioned! It says parking available “ it does not say there is $15, it is small letters in the buttom. Aske the staff to consider that, they don’t care. No more will stay there ever

It’s an easy walk to Angel Stadium, which made attending a game incredibly convenient without worrying about parking or traffic. Breakfast was also a great perk, with plenty of options. A short order cook made fresh eggs, pancakes, sausage and hashbrowns. It was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anaheim.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and maintained. Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. The gentlemen running the breakfast station was very kind and joyful. The breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, sausage. Pancakes to order as well as some cold items such cereal, fruit and danishes. Located right across the street from the Honda Center which was having a concert the afternoon we checked in and we had zero issues parking and accessing the lobby. The bed was not as soft as I would have personally liked but it was still comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. Also no noise from the nearby freeway. Would stay again.

This location looks and smells old. They don’t tell you that you have to use your key to turn on lights. So I got in my room and it was all dark and the AC was off so the room was hot. The tub is slippery so if you are not careful you will slip and fall. Lastly the breakfast was not that great, it’s free though so there’s that.

The staff barely spoke or greeted us. It felt odd. We had a suite with a king bed. The rooms are outdated. Also. The curtains don’t close all the way so you’re never gonna get a dark room. Went to check out and was told someone had already checked us out. It was only 10am. Odd as well. Location was good. That’s about it.

The staff was very welcoming and answered all our questions. the welcome cookie was also a nice surprise. The breakfast was excellent. the only item which we were a little disappointed was that the hot tub was not functioning properly but we understand that this happens from time to time. The location of the hotel was excellent for not only getting to the arena but was also within walking distance of restaurants.

My second time at the hotel, can’t wait to go back again in April. Super close to the Angels and Ducks.

Close to Disneyland. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Breakfast was the highlight, and it was nice to see someone cooking pancakes for us. The orange juice was the best. Will stay again.

Bathroom needed a better cleaning

The room was spotless, the staff was professional and courteous, and the breakfast was delicious as always! Ayres Anaheim is our FAVORITE hotel when in Anaheim.

Low water pressure. Room and hotel smelled a bit musty. Broken miscellaneous items such as headboard spotlight. Outdated appliances ie. Tv, fridge, and microwave. Elevators are excruciatingly slow. Breakfast has not much variety of food items. I will not be staying here again.

I’ve stayed here many times and never had a problem, until now. This last stay, I was on the bottom floor. Heard footsteps from upper floor and there was some knocking sound in the early morning that went on for hours. And the floor boards were somewhat loose. Felt like I was going to trip. Hope this was just a one time occurrence. Really like this place and hoping to come back.

The food was delish and the room was clean

Breakfast was cooked on the spot. Pancakes, sausage, crispy potatoes, and scrambled eggs. Staff was courteous and helpful, always keeping breakfast area stocked and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Driving distance to Disneyland (8-10mins). Walking distance to Honda Center. Booked 4 rooms for all my family no issues with any of them. Would stay again, recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a microwave and mini fridge, which was super convenient. Hot Breakfast was great, and the ladies working it were very friendly. The hotel felt very safe and well maintained, and everything was clean and clear throughout. Plus, you can’t beat the location — it’s right next door to the Honda Center. Overall, a great place to stay!

Very satisfied with the room, but the check-in staff were a little rude when answering questions, and "parking available" does not mean that you will not be charged for it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard breakfast buffet, but was fresh and tasted very good. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice and spacious. Having a sink, refrigerator and microwave in the room was very helpful. Very short walk to the stadium for our concert eliminates uber rides. Breakfast was delicious.

The AC control was difficult to set. There was a line drawn on it and I tried to decide the reason for the line. I needed the air on but not freezing and I could never get it right. However, that’s a small issue that isn’t going to stop me from coming back. Also, I have a gluten allergy so the breakfast was hard for me but not anything bad. I had eggs and fruit. For people without allergies it looked like a really good breakfast.

Stayed here many times and every time it has been great. Room is very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with the chef being very friendly. My only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t connect to my devices. Other than that, it was a great stay, will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was fresh. Room was clean and housekeeping was attentive. The first night there were kids staying above us dropping things and running back and forth. I did report it to the front desk and they said they would check out the video on the third floor. The second night was very quiet.

Very nice hotel, close to Disney ($14.00) UBER. Still cheaper than Disney parking and no traffic hassles. Snack bar very convenient but expensive. Complementary breakfast included, was very good, tip the cook! To my knowledge there are no restaurants within walking distance (we are 71).

Everything and everyone was wonderful. The breakfast staff were great and helpful and food was good. The only thing that I would critique is there's no bar or variety of alcoholic beverages available at the hotel and so I had to drive to find some alcoholic beverages.

Great location! Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The ONLY negative was the last time we stayed, the previous guest may have tried to smoke in the bathroom and so the room was a little stinky. Staff were willing to spray the room, but we weren't going to be there long and it didn't bother us that much.

We checked in late after a day spent at Disneyland and everything went very smoothly and the person at the desk was very welcoming despite the late hour. Breakfast was amazing!! I’ve never had a feee breakfast at a hotel where there was a chef. He was so nice, funny and personable. Loved talking with him and he made us an incredible breakfast. Can’t say enough about this wonderful man. Very nice touch!!

I booked in advance from a 6 hour drive , I booked and pre paid for a king size bed , I got there at 3:30 am and the receptionist told me I couldn’t check in anymore because it was too late to check in , yet on the website it was check in time 3pm-anytime . Which I don’t know what was the problem if the room was paid for , the receptionist was telling me I should’ve called because they could cancel my room which I stated “why would they if I PAID for it already” and he said every hotel is like that which is a lie because I have never had a problem like this . He then made us wait 30 min to book us again , and the whole time was giving attitude about it , then gave us the key finally , as soon as we got to the room it wasn’t even the room I booked . It had two small individual beds . Not the KING bed that I had already PAID for . So they basically re sold our room that like I stated was PAID for already . At that point we were exhausted from our drive and just called it a night , overall it was such a bad experience for us . My partner and I slept on separate beds . Will never book here again .

Stayed for the night when seeing Matt Rife at the Honda Center. Convenient UBER to local restaurants and a short walk across the street for the event.

The breakfast was really good. Different options to choose from. The gentleman that was cooking was very nice and friendly. The staff itself was very friendly. Quiet and very comfortable. Very clean and the room was larfe and bed comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there for 3 days. Not one complaint.

Loved our stay. It was a nice relaxing weekend and we enjoyed the heated pool and breakfast. The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

Room was clean and very spacious for 3 people. Location is perfect for baseball, about 15 minute walk at most and right across the street from hockey. We had to extend our trip by an extra day but since we booked third party I was worried about having to either move rooms or pay double but it was no problem. The front desk was extremely helpful with it and super friendly. We spent a little time in the pool, the security guard walking around let us stay in 30 minutes past closing time which made the stay a little better. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in Anaheim. If they have other locations, I’d stay there as well.

You can’t beat the location near the Honda Center, Angel’s Stadium, and the Anaheim Train and Bus Depot. My wife and I took the train from San Diego and walked across the street to our hotel, saw a concert at the Honda Center, and visited Disneyland the next day (ART bus 15 picks up right outside the hotel and drops you off in front of Disneyland). Extremely clean, quiet, friendly staff, and ultra convenient location. We’ll likely stay again in the near future.

That's right, no water at all for pretty much the whole night.

Beside not knowing the additional $15 parking charge. It was a nightmare to pull up and checkin. As they used their hotel parking as a paid parking for the Angels game and a concert. With uber drivers dropping off people for the event and blocking off the main way to go park to our room. We had to get inline just to enter the parking lot after we checked in. Took us forever just to park and i had to pay for that. Just lucky we got a spot.

Always a pleasure staying here. The staff is so welcoming and super sweet. I stayed here because of a concert and love how security was checking keys to your prior prior to letting you now. It was nice having a peace of mind that I was safe.

The proximity of this property to Honda center can’t be beat. But there is a ton of construction going on all around the Honda Center and therefore around the hotel. Nowhere to walk for food nearby. But nice staff and room.

This location was great, I did Disney an knotts trip, stood 5 days, wasn’t too far, 10-15 min, felt safe when the security in the parking lot, room was clean, I’m a night worker so breakfast ended too early on the weekdays, it was good tho, staff was nice an polite, I stood on the second floor, staff did talk loudly (this too is for only those who sleep in) it echo goes really bad, I got to hear all the tea from 2 females… I added towels under the door that helped a lot, they have a self purchase snack convenience area that’s on the pricier side. But convenience. parking lot only almost filled up once. there is a nightly parking fee of 16-17, The only thing I didn’t like about the parking fee is I’d rather use my key to come an go as I please every single time because if I’m renting a car I’d like to know that extra piece of security is there so when security is inside.beds were comfy, pillows were great, fridge an microwave worked well, I think it was a great place to stay, I’d like to stay again.

Perfect place for an angels game. Across the street from transit station, the Pond and a short walk to Anaheim stadium. The breakfast was awesome. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were very hot temperature wise, which i love. Will stay again and we might try taking the train next time sinces it's so close.

It was okay.

In the middle of our second night the smoke alarm went off. Not like a chirp for a low battery but a full on alarm. But only in our room. And no, we weren’t smoking or anything stupid. It was 1:30 in the morning and we were sound asleep and the stupid siren went off. And kept going off. We went downstairs and the man at the desk gave us a new room across the hall (where we could still hear it). No offer of discount or anything to compensate, just a “sorry about that”. Also, the sinks were draining slowly and the room climate controls were awful. Other than that it was fine.

Had a super great time here for a disney +LA trip. Room was huge and clean. Free breakfast was absolutely delicious and had tons of options. Free parking for the entire stay if your are going to disney. I would def recommend to stay here!

It’s a nice area to stay in, but the $17 each night is ridiculous for parking, they do offer a free breakfast but it’s really not free when you have to pay for parking.

This location is great for walking to the Angels or Ducks games but also catching Art and getting around Anaheim.

The girl at the counter was rude when I arrived. They would not allow me to park my car at the hotel while I went to Disney the next day, which many hotels allow as a benefit. And the hotel is quite a ways from Disneyland. There are many more hotels, that are similar in price, bette service, and closer to the park. I will not be returning.

Highly recommend this property. Been staying here since 2021 for business many times I have referred business colleagues and. I travel nationwide for work and this property is my favorite. The staff is amazing. The hotel and rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. On top of all of this you get a very good breakfast cooked by chef Jose always smiling Romi, Jose, and Bonita make this place a return visit for me time and time again.

The hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were were bigger than most hotels, and their breakfast was more than expected. There is even a mini-convenient store-type kiosk there for snacks and drinks.
