Good Breakfast

I knew it wasn’t going to be great, given we picked it for price on a packed Denver weekend. The amenities are so old and beat up, sketchy marks, liquids, and bugs on the walls. Had to hold up the shower drain because it won’t stay up to drain. The breakfast food was not great ( I mean, it’s a hotel, wasn’t expecting amazing). The staff was nice! It’s just run down and leaves you feeling a little, “icky.”

Elevators were sketchy wondering if they were gonna get us to the floor or not. However, the rooms were clean, clean towels sheets. The cleaning staff did the best they could.

There where no door handles to get back in

Breakfast was ok. Bacon was undercooked. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, although towels were clean, they were old and worn. Bathtub plug wouldn’t stay open so I used a pen to keep it open and stop bathtub from filling up during shower. Hallways reeked of marijuana and there were loud noises in the hallways throughout the night. Slamming doors and loud speaking people.

The property was not filled with a bunch of homeless people in the parking lot. The building was maintained properly. There was very friendly staff thank you. The handicap parking spots weren’t on camera.

Room smelled damp and like bo, staff during checkin couldn’t give a receipt for room stay and required deposit, breakfast was dry and half empty even when dining just opened, property did not look even half decent compared to pictures advertised, room while clean had damage in shower tub and its frame- alongside extremely stained towels.

Low price. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes. Very noisy, very sketchy guests in the hallways at night. The breakfast was a disaster. Very little that was even edible.

The price. Quiet room basically. Staff was helpful. Bathroom was big and shower worked well. Actually the breakfast was not very good . Fake eggs, sausage was limp, soggy. The TV was so small I could not even see much from the only comfortable place to sit and watch which was teh bed. Needs a water bottle filler, just has a water fountain. My key card went bad and was locked out.

This is my 4th stay in the hotel. Ive always had a great stay. Now its not the prettiest stay but the staff and ammenities are there. I have no problems staying there again although the only thing that would bum me out is the lack of sausage or bacon for breakfast,other than that its just fine with me

It’s great to have a hot breakfast and there were eggs and green chili offered for both mornings we stayed! There was plenty of hot coffee, and a nice juice selection. Also, I liked that there were several choices in instant oatmeal flavors. We also liked the large screen tv in the breakfast area.

The hotel was in a convenient location We stayed March 21st and 22nd we got bitten by bugs when we complained the employee at the front desk said she could not do anything and we would have to call tomorrow to speak with the manager when called the manager she asked for pictures we sent them we called to confirm that she received them she said she didn't after checking the email address she gave was not the right one after much back-and-forth 6 days later and several attempts they finally got the pictures and we are still trying to recover from the bug bites this is a high price to pay physically and mentally I will see if they will offer any compensation my advance don't stay in that hotel i

We arrived late and left early so it was just a place to sleep and grab breakfast. It was ok.

The property has a convenient location and parking. The room is tidy and smells very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The room is old, and the shower head was a little hard to turn on.

The room was a little worn down but it was cheap so you definitely get what you pay for. They tried to charge us almost $30 for a towel and a wash cloth and were somewhat rude about it telling us " if you can go wash it out yourselves then we won't charge you" we did end up not being charged because we did just that. I know I will never go back to this place ever again!

It is outdated and old but for the price you can't argue.

I liked that the room had lots of space and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t like that it looks so outdated and old like they don’t care about the place. I also don’t like that we have to wait 7-14 business days to get the deposit back that should be told when we pay with a card.

Appreciate they have breakfast and they give you time if you get up late?? When you stay in the room close to the elevator, it can get a bit noisy mainly the people getting off and on

The staff were very friendly. The bathroom tile on the floor was lifting. There was hair in the shower. There was a leak in the back of the toilet, maintenance was not available. Apparently maintenance doesn’t work on the weekend. The room was very spacious and the room was clean.

Absolutely terrible. Rude customer service from genuinely all employees, especially the one with purple hair. Inaccurate with her speech and codes, rules, caught her in lies. Also they wanted to charge me 90 dallors each towel that got dirty from what was in there ground. Seems like they were making rules they go. The towel wernt dirty I had to clean them just overall not worth it. Go ahead and spend the 10 extra dollars getting a better hotel!! Also the whole dog pet deposit you can say service dog only upon arrival really inconvenient and not professional, emotionless to others needs. Very mean to elderly

What didnt like was only aesthetic. poor repair on the walls visible wallpaper patches and puddied holes on the walls picture frames broken other than that the front desk agents were wonderful and helpful. Room attendants were great.

Our room was infested with bugs-all kinds & sizes. The beds & pillows were terrible. The towels & wash cloths had long strands of black hair on them-not just one but almost all of them. Management gave us a $30 discount coupon good for our next visit but only good at that Comfort Inn. It doesn’t matter. We would never stay there again. Help was friendly & courteous though.

However, when I went to get breakfast, there was a man (somewhat disoriented) getting food. Didn't think anything of it at the time but come to find out, he was a homeless person who came in to avail himself of the free food. The manager (Asian woman) kept asking him politely to leave as he was not a guest. He eventually did but with two plates of food. While I sympathize with his plight, I understand the owners situation as well. No real answers here but if it is a problem, I would suggest a security person to handle these situations. The interloper was not violent but the situation could have escalated depending on his state of mind which was unpredictable. A few of the guests were taken aback and might affect return visits.

Honestly my experience would be better until I noticed there were big ants crawling on the walls. I saw one and thought ok it’s just one, but then noticed on other walls there were about 6 or 7 more. Spent a lot of time killing ants. Luckily none were on the bed. Let front desk know and asked if they had anything to spray on ants and said no that he could let the manager know in the am.

Decent place and nice staff. But I tried to call the front desk several times and no one would answer. However, when I called reservations, the front desk answered!

A decent priced hotel with a very comfortable bed but not the nicest hotel/could use a makeover and the area a bit sketchy for lack of a better word. Felt safe but definitely some characters in and around the building.

We were given wrong room at check in. my daughter had to sleep on floor. I had to go back to hotel the next day to move all our belongings to a 2 bed bedroom…Room smelled like smoke. Very little choices for breakfast (no eggs) no laundry mat.

Was horrible.. 1st room bed was soaked in urine. 2nd room sheet had blood stain. Asked to have the bedding changed. Got back to room bedding was not changed. Housekeeping needs to be retrained or hire someone who cares about their guests.

This property has not been well maintained. What was most concerning is that the fire exits have been locked. The beds were uncomfortable, hard as a rock. The air conditioner in the room did not work. The remote control for the television did not work.

Seemed more like a HOTEL FOR HOMELESS… nothing like when we stayed even last year Quality has went Downhill. Sorry but just sayin’🙁

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a hide-a-bed. The two queens were fine and comfortable. The hide-a-bed however was quite old, lumpy, and tilted. My 5 year old son slept there and complained of it being uncomfortable, which is saying something as he can sleep just about anywhere.

I never was able to check in. I was told I had to pay a deposit of 100 dollars after I reached the property. My 80 dollars was taken off my card but I never was able to check in and I didn't receive my monies back nor did I stay there at the hotel. How do I get my money back?

- Three available outlets for ‘phone charging. Many hotels have none - an appliance needs to be disconnected to charge your ‘phone. - Roominess. Many hotels feel crammed with no place to put one’s shoes or suitcases. Not this place. - Breakfast with fresh fruit, real cheese and butter, actual bacon and decent sausages. Many hotels have frozen mush that is hard to look at, let alone palate. Unfortunately, I cut one star for each of the following: - The hotel charges $100 on the credit card in addition to the billed amount, and claims it will refund it in 4-6 weeks. This requires the customer to monitor the credit card account to ensure the refund is processed. Furthermore, it is like an unauthorized, involuntary loan from the customer to the hotel company, free of interest, for up to 6 weeks. Hotels.com should specify that the hotel will collect that amount upon checkin. - The hotel gave a room to an aggressive, and mentally challenged man, likely in his 30s, who intruded upon people asking to read from religious material.

The hotel needs to be exterminated. Roaches were everywhere in my room and in the hallways so there wasn't any use of changing rooms. Definitely not recommending anyone to stay at this location and if I could have gotten my money back I would have in an instant.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. Jasmine at the front desk was so kind, and helpful. The breakfast was everything I could ask for. Bed and shower were great. Only issue I had was with the tv. The sound would constantly go in and out. Couldn't really watch TV to relax. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Even a simple request like an extra pillow was turned down with the excuse that the facility has run out of them!! Stay away from this hotel.

Not in a great part of town. Slightly run down, and room/bathroom was quite gross. If it wasn't so late in the evening when we checked in we probably would have just gone somewhere else. Thankfully we were only here for about 7 hours and just to sleep. Heard gunshots around midnight followed by sirens a short time later. Also there was a fight in the parking lot that was loud and kind of scary, and twice a vehicle peeled out of the parking lot with squealing tires. Since we had 3 kids with us we were not real happy with the surroundings, but we were also too scared to leave.

Tried to cancel not allowed. Lost my money. Comfort Inn and Expedia not great. Then sent me a survey and declined it five times until I got my words right

Ok for a few nights. Highway near hotel was noisy, especially on weekends. Hotel needs some improvements. Ideal location for restaurants, most within walking distance.

The room was very spacious and has all the amenities we were looking for. However, the room smelled of dog urine or just pets in general. The smell was a bit overwhelming. Went to the desk to let them know and they handed me febreze air freshener to use in the room. I let the desk clerk know upon checkout and she was very apologetic. I also got cut on a sharp piece of the bedframe that sticks out beyond the mattress, also let the desk know upon checkout. The breakfast was okay but not much of a variety.

Establishment had great customer service. Will be come back in the future!
