The location leaves much to be desired as the clientele is generally sketchy with many people either pacing around the building aimlessly or hiding just out of sight. My room was stocked with absolutely no amenities at all, except for a basic bar of hand soap. No fridge, no microwave. 2 out of 5 working lights. Generally dingy with dirt coating every knob and switch. It was hot the entire night, despite the thermostat being set to ‘cool’, ‘fan’ and even at 50 degrees eventually out of desperation. I woke up to the sound of the fire alarm, which is a miracle since it was nearly impossible to sleep at all. Beware

room wasn’t clean. The staff was disrespectful. People were letting their dogs attack other people. The door looked like it was kicked in. There was no safety no security. It was downright nasty. They had the whole third floor blocked off because they didn’t have enough linens and the elevator was broken down.

I’ve stayed in Super 8 motels many times across the country and this is the worst ever! Insufficient outlets for electronic equipment (phone/iPad), toilet not working properly. Shower/tub very slippery. Periodically my room key would not work and had to have it reprogrammed. Terrible set up for breakfast area. However staff was cordial and helpful. Someone from Wyndham needs to check this motel out and improve where necessary.

The first night the heater in the room didn't work. In the morning when there was a staff member available I was told to basically go screw a goat. Happily the manager hearing the problem quickly intervened at comp me a complimentary night and free breakfast. As of today there have been $600 dollars of suspected or would be charges that have been attempted to be charged against my room. Luckily I bank with the Navy Federal credit union and my bank's efficiency thwarted then would be a thief. Chock one up for the good guys b.

This was formerly a Motel 6. It was a motel 6 experience anyway. Lots of homeless around the area. There is no shopping in the immediate area just a couple restaurants and a McDonald's. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. I will never be back there again ....

Extremely grateful for the amazing people working here, they go above and beyond are genuinely good people, very compassionate and helped navigate a challenging situation with a good heart and care for fellow brother and sister. 💗

Staff at Super8 Wyndham were absolutely AMAZING. The property and building were horrible. The rooms were in need of serious attention. The elevator was inoperable. Holes in the ceiling. Rooms missing door knobs. Doors that would not open properly. I also found a syringe needle on the stairs. Pool was filthy. If this is a Wyndham property, I am disgusted that they would not care about their property. Would NEVER stay at a Wyndham resort or hotel!!!! Shame on you Wyndham.
- 2/5
My one and only issue is the lack of mini-fridge and microwaves in the room. This alone will keep me from staying here anymore
- 1/5
This hotel was awful. When I walked in, I knew it was bad, but it didnt prepare me for how bad the room was. There was some sort of flood light outside of the window and the curtains were inadequate to keep it out. There was a strange scent throughout the hotel. The A/C didn't work. And the coup de grace was the numerous razor marks all over the bathroom counters. I put towels over the counters before I put my things on it because the cleanliness was questionable and I didnt want d**g residue on my belongings.
- 5/5
Near the airport. Perfect for an evening near D.I.A. because of its proximity to the airport and convenience. Recommended.

AC did not work in August in Denver CO. Not dirty just towel bars falling off, tp hold came off wall, building just rundown
- 5/5
I enjoy the property because its not extremely close to main roads which feels safer, but its the staff that make the stay. I had to come here for a devastating life event, but the good mood of the staff and the kindness make the environment very welcoming. I also felt very safe
- 3/5
AC needs updated with it on all day the room was still 85 degrees when I returned that evening to get ready for bed.

Tamara was great and so was the gentleman as well

Paid for the room on hotel.com, used a different card for security deposited that I was assured would be returned and fall off but will show as pending. The room I was given literally was just occupied as in someone had to have just left the room. Went back downstairs was given a key to a different room but was charged again on my credit card that I used for the deposit. Condition of hotel was so bad we left after a few hrs and just waited at the airport to fly out. Now in the process of disputing the charges
- 3/5
The room was fine. Stood at the front counter with a line and no one there for quite awhile. The place was loud. There was a squeaky staff door near our room, screaming guests, kids crying. All sounded like it was right outside our door. Security said we could park somewhere and we ended up with a warning to tow sticker (no signage anywhere).
- 1/5
These guys charged my deposit 3 times. Totally screwed me over because I had no money on my trip. Told me it would be between 3 and 10 days before I would get this back. So ridiculous. We ended up leaving and getting a better room because his place was gross. It smelled like cigarettes and pee.

Just wish the room has a microwave besides a small fridge that wasn't really cold. Checked in was quick. Thank you,

They charge me for a room that was not available
- 1/5
there was no ac, person in front stated that the previous people burnt out the ac and made no attempt to fix. It was 83 degrees in the room. There was no mention of the elevator being down for a year so daughter had to hobble to 2nd floor and eventually when we did get moved to another room at 1am had to hobble to the next floor. There was no lighting on one side of the motel so used flashlights from phone since the stairwell was a bit dark. Security gaurd even said that we would probably be more comfy in our car seeping, Called on Monday to speak with a manager and front desk had me on hold for 29 minutes and then hung up.
- 1/5
The rooms were dirty and i was charged 100 dollars for no reason after i checked out
- 2/5
AC wasn’t working at all it was so hot we end up leaving, check out, I really hoping I get my money back was suppose to stay 2 night. And Security was to busy chatting instead of working
- 1/5
Our sink faucet handle was broken off. The door to the room was very loud -- like a coffin opening in a horror movie. Our view out the window was the pool equipment. The curtain was falling off. The floor was water damaged. The vent in the bathroom was covered in plastic and stapled. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
- 3/5
The staff
- 2/5
This place is a mess. Everything is broken. The elevator, ice machine, the doors at ether ends card readers, community microwave. I assume the vacuum is also broken because there was trash on the floor when we got there and it was still there 2 days later (see picture). The mere was a wash rag around the shower head to stop it from spraying water everywhere(see picture ). My A/C worked. But this place needs new management. The people who work there are great. That’s the only reason I am not giving this a lower rating
- 1/5
I personally do not understand why Wyndham would keep this property open. It needs a complete remodel. The TV doesn’t work. The elevator doesn’t work. I’m extremely disappointed! I will never stay here again! I want everyone to know no one should stay here until they do some updates! Not worth the money!
- 1/5
Worst nightmare. Blood on the sheet! Air conditioner not working and the guy on the front desk is extremely unprofessional. Worst place to stay. I highly do not recommend!
- 4/5
The staff was really nice and understanding. They accidentally charged me (due to an system error) and they had it fixed farley quickly. Besides the usual shady characters this hotel was nice for the price. The only other downside is the elevator was out, so we had to use the stairs. Said stairs always smelt like piss. Ive read many reviews crapping on not knowing the 100$ deposit, maybe they recently decided to add added a warning on the check in counter, so props for that.
- 3/5
It's a perfect 2-star property. Maintenance of grounds and hallways must be hard to get done, but that's okay, the room was fine.
- 1/5
When arriving at the front desk to get in. I was told that they had no rooms available. Then the lady said “oh you already paid for it. However, we don’t have the suite that you paid for which is $110/night. I can put you in a different room that’s $78/night.” The room they put us in had no ac and it was 90 degrees in the room. I wasn’t even reimbursed for the difference in price. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
- 1/5
Booked an ADA room for guest in wheel chair and tried putting us in a room on 3rd floor without elevator
- 5/5

- 1/5
I don’t even know where to start. First of all, the Super 8 tarp covering the sign of the previous property should’ve told me everything I needed to know, that as well as the random dead tree blocking the entrance to the parking lot. Walk in, first thing I see is about 4 people in like ahead of us (checking in about midnight, keep in mind) and the poor front desk guy trying his best. Random front desk lady coming out looking like she just got done with a couple lines in the back, click clacked on her computer, no regard for the 8/9 people in line waiting to check in. Then left. Okay, I’ll disregard the holes in the ceiling and the cracked out staff. Then, we get our room. First off, the halls smelled like a combination of a hot steamy dump and freshly smoked percs. We get in our room, AC doesn’t work and the bed
- 1/5
Although the staff was friendly, both rooms didn't have adequate cooling.

It's a nice place to stay the night but it was hot out and air conditioning didn't work well. Also $100 deposit I was okay with but they took $200 and now I have to wait for that money to comeback. I called but didn't get a good answer on why more money was taken out.

Got in without any problems being I went through some troubles prior with an extended stay close by. Front desk got me a room right away with comfort for me and my daughter
- 5/5
Loved the convienece
- 1/5
We arrived at the address provided and we were informed by the front desk that the building is no longer the Park Inn hotel but super 8 for a week now. We were left out in the cold and rainy day without accommodations from the hotel. We hope we were advised by the hotel and or Expedia but no one took initiative and accountability.
- 5/5
The property was great for the purpose of our trip, to sleep and shower. Didn’t spend much time there aside from that. Could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was very quiet/peaceful during our 3 day stay.

- 1/5
Heating unit was not properly functioning when staff was alerted I was put in a room adjacent to a barking dog causing me to go back to my original room where the heating unit was not working morning management was a little rude in resolving the issue and proceeded to give me half off
- 5/5
Great as always. Glad i was on first floor as elevator was out whole time.
- 4/5
Needs to be cleaner and updated breakfast needs to be out daily and on time for it is said it's available during booking and wasn't always the night shift staff Greg and Erica even the security guard Mr Dre was all the highlight of the properties care and hosting they were not only informative but professional
- 3/5
Unclean, found a used condom wrapper in my room. Got the sense that a lot of other guests were strung out on substances or were homeless. Hotel was smelly and unclean
- 1/5
nothing
- 2/5
It is a Motel 6. By mentioning Park Radisson, it is deceptive branding. The elevator doesn't work. The room key was not working. The smell of the hotel was terrible.
- 1/5
I would not recommend this hotel not even it was the last ran down hotel on the planet!!

- 1/5
Question. A manager is obnoxious and very Pushy
- 1/5
The d m is rude obnoxipushy the rest of the staff is great
- 2/5
It's okay but no frig n microwave in the room..
- 5/5
Easy access to get around.
- 1/5
This is the place to go when you have nowhere to go. Drugs everywhere in the place, management is awful and insanely rude, guests are still loud during the "quiet hours", burn holes in bedding even though a strict "no smoking" policy is in place. Will never be coming back again, would rather sleep outside in the cold.
- 3/5
The staffs/GM are polite, knowledgeable and are helpful at all times. It is just the conditions the property is in because it is older and i think it is stll under some renovation, not sure...
- 5/5
Great staff!!
- 1/5
There was no running water. Could not take a shower
- 1/5
The quality was horrible, hand rails missing, toilet paper was on thr counter cause the roll was broken. Elevator was pitch black because lights were broken. This place was horrid. I will never use hotels.com again to reccomend me a hotel, the fact there were multiple lights out and the elevator was pitch blakc and still operational is beyond me. The room was disgusting and mutliple fixtures missing they just painted over. I uploaded a photo in the elevator.
- 5/5
Lots of dog poop
- 1/5
It was horrible from the day we checked in until we checked out. This place is ridiculous I paid and for some reason throughout my stay they kept saying the room was vacant and how I didn’t have a room yet I paid and showed my receipt then it happened again the following day so I was not understanding why the issue wasn’t fixed the first time and on our last day the receptionist didn’t want to re set my room key to get in because I never was registered into a room so basically the same problem throughout the stay.
- 2/5
On the site it said a microwave and mini fridge would be part if the room. There was neither in any of the rooms. Had to walk to 711 to heat up my food or it would have gone bad since there was no fridge either.
- 3/5
Typical Motel 6 with handmade signs telling what you can’t do on property and how much they’ll fine you. Some homeless vagrants frequent the area.
- 5/5
The staff are always wonderful and make you feel right at home.

It was very scary with the drug addicts and drug dealers openly selling and using drugs by the window next door to mine. I initially thought there was a rape in progress and everybody just turned a cheek. Clean up the property and add security.

The price was right. That was it. Room was dirty, floor had water damage. Ceilings stained. Bathroom had a light fixture that was broken and falling apart. The area around this hotel is simply not safe. On our entire trip throughout the entire state of Colorado this was the worst hotel. Not only was the property unsafe, but when we checked in we found there were already people in our room! They had to give us a different room and that room had burn marks all over the furniture, missing door latch on the bathroom, broken items and furniture and the Air Conditioning was broken. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Do not stay here.
- 4/5
Convince, to many druggies hanging out in parking lot
- 1/5
The next morning, as I was heading out, I left my phone in the room and knew exactly where it wss. I called when I realized it hoping the room staff or the maintenance guy(who was sent to the room after I checked out to fix the ac) would have been honest enough to turn it in. I called the staff for another 4 days asking if anybody had found it, was promised a return phone call every time which never happened. You couldnt pay me to stay at this place again.
- 1/5
Ac did not work in room. A lot of homeless in parking lot. Unsafe. Checked out 9days early to find other hotel.
- 1/5
Dirty, room had feces (or the appearance of) on top of the toilet lid, the floor in and around the bathroom was coming up, the lobby was rich with the thick haze of incense (which I love but without the smoke and fog hanging in the air), and the parking lot. Wow, the parking lot was not OK. Filled with cracks and potholes, limited parking and the surround areas? Not a place I would feel comfortable exploring even daytime. There were people hanging around in the parking lot who were asking for money and making people uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience. I checked in, saw the room and checked out as soon as I could get out of the room and back to the front desk. Front counter guy = friendly but didn’t ask any questions re: checking out after a handful of minutes. An absolutely sketch place, dirty surrounding properties, lack of surround businesses that cater to hotel guests/travelers and the room was bad enough I refused to stay and ate the $120 on the room. Found an Econolodge a few miles away and it was a 5-star experience compared to this Motel 6. Hard pass.

There's a lot of gang activity in this area at night seeing some s*** the hotel is cheap to stay the night but don't go outside your hotel room after 9:00
- 1/5
When I drove up to the hotel, I saw a parking lot full of homeless people that did not make me feel safe, leaving my beautiful overnight at the hotel so I did not end up staying there because of that issue

Went for the weekend, family reunion, it was just ok. Had an issue with clogged drain in shower, front desk couldn’t get service person to help so I asked for a change in room. At first they had no solution to our problem, they claimed no rooms available, but then after 30 min, we were offered a change in room since clogged tub wasn’t going to get fixed and we needed to shower.
- 3/5
Front desk staff was amazing. Easy and fast check-in. Interior condition is about what would be expected from this motel. No coffee was a bummer, or toiletries.
- 5/5
I stayed for five nights, the weekend was kind of loud due to so many guests, but it did quiet down around midnight. Weekdays were nice and quiet. There's no maid service, but that it was alright with me. Will stay there again on my next trip.
- 1/5
When I checked in the staff informed me that the a.c. was out in that room. It's 90% in Denver this time a year. So for 2days we were miserable. The employee tried to give me e refund which didn't work. Then ,when I asked the staff about it at check out the last at the desk started basically screaming at me that my payment did not go thru at all which is not true but was very embarrassing considering my payment has went through. So all in all horrible stay.
- 4/5
Great hotel and amazing staff. only downside is the A/C is a heater lol
- 4/5

Had to change rooms ask for pillows to be they were never brought up when I went down to the desk and asked they just kind of shrugged their shoulders at me refrigerator didn't work properly air conditioning in the second room wasn't working much better but it was getting late and we didn't have anywhere else to stay bathroom floor in the second room is dirty Swimming pool is also unavailable
- 5/5
Great stay and we earned rewards.
- 1/5
I would like a refund, I never checked in. It was too dangerous
- 3/5
Wasn’t overall terrible but I was hoping for more of a clean and sanitized environment. Very dirty around back and felt more sketchy.
- 4/5
Air conditioner in original room didn’t work but Kendrick quickly got me another room. Ice machine didn’t work. No refrigerator or microwave in room.

The staff kicked us out of the waiting area after refusing us for a possible check in. We never stayed and checked in at the hotel

Had a minor inconvenience with them not having the room that I had reserve and going into a room with no A/C. They got me into a were able to move me into a fully equipped room the next day. Staff were great all the way from the front desk to the maintenance.

I was visiting a friend prior to my own check in at the hotel. She had to run to a doctor's visit and while she was gone a manager came to her room and then said I was an unauthorized guest I told her I had a booking and she then denied I had a reservation, cancelled my reservation out of spite and then threatened to call the police saying I was trespassing. Malicious acts by a rogue employee who wouldnt even give me her name. Then to top it all off she has my friends room key disable and held her things hostage until I was able to get an Uber off their property. I have a disability, very limited mobility and use a walker. I filed a formal complaint and had to call my booking agency for a refund. Stay away

It was noisy all night long I will never stay at a Motel 6 again I got there 30 minutes early and wanted to charge me $22.46 extr to check in early So then I have to wait in line another half hour to get checked in Not a good experience

Staff stayed on top of things, felt secure

Didn’t have continental breakfast like most motel 6s has Didn’t have any toiletries like shampoo or conditioner that were waiting in bathroom like they should be. Wasn’t very clean
- 3/5
With that said , it is clean and comfortable. The room was welcoming even with the smaller problems ( the toilet paper holder is non existent and there were no towels in the bathroom) The area is safe, there are several restaurants in walking distance and a coffee shop across the street ( there is coffee available at the front desk in the morning) Breakfast is not included but parking is free Yes, the guests can get rowdy, but that’s not specific to this place. I would recommend to get a room further from the checkin area to reduce the noise. I made a mistake with my reservation, the front desk manager- Ms Daphne went above and beyond to help me to correct it; I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness-and sense of humor! All in all, I had a good stay

Expedia fckedu me up. After booking the hotel and obraining confirmarion and a welcome email, I was informed the hotel was oversold by Expedia and had to spend the night with my kids at the airport. They still have not replied to my request for a reimbursement and complain. Expedia is to blame according to Motel 6

Loud guests yelling & cussing in hallways at all hours, hanging out in stairwells, dogs barking. Room had no bar for toilet paper holder, spots in bathtub, burn marks in floor areas and all over bathroom countertops. Stains/spots on floor in front of toilet. night stand carved/scratched. I took photos. People hanging around outside excessively, unsafe environment. Lobby and vending room extremely hot causing sweat. Check in attendant had to pull out a fan while checking us in. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working. Air conditioner in room started out warm but by morning was freezing and could not adjust or turn off. This room was a complete dump and I will never stay at motel 6 again. Highly disappointed.

This area is one of the worst cities I have ever seen in my life, the staff was acutally decent but this is a skid row last resort type of hotel it seems.
- 4/5
Not bad at all, nice comfy place. Only thing I didn’t like too much was it wasn’t made obvious that not all rooms have a microwave and fridge, but that’s hotels.com fault not motel 6.
