    Location $150 Security Deposit is ridiculous...most places charge $25-$50 for incidentals and not told upfront about a parking fee that would be taken out. No fridge or microwave in room, yes it stated it but honestly did not look at that and assumed there would be one always have had in a Hampton Inn previously ...was in town for a family get together and the hold on our card for the security deposit was an inconvenience the amount was more than the room even cost, should not have to pay a parking fee should be included will not stay here again

    Breakfast was mediocre, but staff were working hard to keep buffet line full. TV remote did not work. Staff immediately replaced batteries but it did not work when TV was turned off for the night. Unsuccessful getting it to work in the AM. Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Comforter was very soft.

    This hotel needs a dramatic remodel. Cracked tile and worn carpet were evident throughout. While the handicapped bathroom was easy for a wheelchair to maneuver, the sink was very small and the plumbing leaked in the shower.

    Clean.. Good Breakfast Room wasn't ready. Finally got to room..room service guy informed me that he put everything that was needed in my room. A few minutes later I heard someone trying to get in my room with multiple tries..they pushed the door open but I had the lock on it, i rushed to the door and opened it fast.. it was the room service guy he was surprised and said he forgot he put everything in the room... but he never knocked on the door before trying to enter my room. I was on "HIGH ALERT" all night. Very uncomfortable stay!! Will NEVER book there again. Plus I booked a SUITE .. that room was definitely not a Suite. Hampton Inn's quality is TRASH and GARBAGE!! Carpets and couches are old unkempt and worn out

    Staff was very accommodating and friendly Had to change our room twice because first room toilet was clogged and staff could not unclog it. Second room tub faucet continuously ran, (not dripping but was streaming out causing a rust stain around drain). Third room was just ok, several areas on the wall looked patches and unpainted. Paying $150.00 a night I would expect a lot better. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country and was always happy with my choice: but I may have to rethink my future stays.

    Clean Quiet Breakfast Being charged for something tiny on the pillow case/sheet. Any hotel with white beds and towels are not going to not get something on them. I’ve never in all the several hotels I’ve been to been charged for that. We spent total of $800 in a week to stay there and then we find out an additional $10 for that. And to top it off we were out of a home for a week due to construction and fire hazard. It didn’t sit well with me that the hotel did that.

    Comfy and cozy , I loved that the staff were always friendly. The digital key was perfect so we didn’t have to stop at the front desk with all of our stuff. The hot breakfast was pretty good as well. The only odd thing was when we got there there was a shirt on the back of the bathroom door so it was a little thinking if the room was checked and completely cleaned 100%.

Also travelers should be aware of the $150 mandatory fees for the deposit as well as the property fee for the parking lot and security cameras or add it thé cost of the room so patrons will be properly prepared.

    Check-in was fabulous. However, the guests next to us were rowdy for most of the evening - slamming their door many times, quite loud conversations - and left their TV blaring all night which was very disruptive. We had to deal with muffled thumping during the entire time that we expected to get a good night's sleep. So overall, not a pleasant experience, and one that I hope is the exception and not the norm.

    Staff was great. Management didn't tell front desk that wifi was out. Pillows too soft. Didn't sleep all night. Expedia was not upfront about $150 room deposit and $4/day for parking and security cameras. Parking lot needs work. Carpeting was worn out. I feel duped by expedia. Doubt I will use them again. Can't wait til checkout for other hidden fees. I only used the bed. I will dispute other fees.

    Worst stay in a Hampton Inn ever and I have stayed in at least 10 in my lifetime. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever; pillows were tiny and horrible. Lobby smelled like cat urine. Outside had not been mowed. No refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast was chaotic and food was horrible. Trash cans outside overflowing and blowing trash around. I could keep going. Had to call maintenace to show us how to open our door to our room and he had to show us a "trick" which didn't always work.

    I went to have a quiet reflective day. There was a big mouse in my first room & noisy ppl next to me in the new room. I do not recommend this hotel. The only things decent was the kind staff. I left filled with anxiety and lack of sleep.

    Very noisy, kids were running around in the middle of the night. Could not shower because water was not going down the drain, it was running onto the bathroom floor. We could not change rooms because there was nothing else available! I want my money back!

    This property is in a beautiful area with lots of amenities and shopping. It is a tranquil hotel. I had an amazing sleep. Great breakfast, and the staff were happy and entertaining. I would definitely recommend. We were travelling from Florida to Canada and was an easy stop off the 95. :-)

    The average rooms don't have microwaves. They told me they are planning to add microwaves but not yet. We had to be move to a suite. But the suite's ac/ & heater only worked as an 'On' setting. it went from 50 degrees to 100 degree. It was a difficult experience. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good but ended a little early.

    Overall the stay was good. The rooms were clean. The elevators, hallways, lobby, and surrounding areas were clean. The breakfast was good but the items were not replaced constantly. I had to get different items at different times and the flow of the breakfast was steady but not crazy busy.

    This hotel does not meet "Hampton Inn" standards. I have a certain expectation when I book a Hampton Inn, and usually that expectation is met. We reserved a suite and arrived at 3:30 p.m. but our room was not ready until after 4:00 p.m. When we got to the room, it was so bad we checked out before unpacking our luggage. We had to eat two nights stay at over $200, but there was no way in hell we were spending one night in this hotel. The furniture looked like they picked it up at Goodwill, all beat up, scratched and broken. The mattress felt like it was stuffed with hay. We are in our 60s and we need a comfortable bed. This hotel is just awful, awful, awful!!!

    2nd. The sliding closest door would not close. It went half way and got stuck. 3rd. There were holes in the bed spread. 4th. The water was running in the tub. 5th thing is that no one came and serviced the room. 6th thing is when I ran into housekeeping and asked for a couple of towels. She gave me one! So i asked for another one and she was hesitant about it. The security guy was very helpful. The front desk staff were nice and the woman who helped the woman who was working the breakfast was helpful.

    Pleasant, very well-located for Baltimore and for 95N, very fair/reasonable price, very substantial and legit breakfast! This fit our needs for a one night visit to the Baltimore area. Some traffic noise - but not really *bad* - if that's an issue, ask for a less-exposed room. We also got exception help from MaryAnne at the front desk - thank you!

    Made a reservation through Expedia several hours prior to arrival, arrived at 11:55 PM only to be told that there was no rooms available despite a prepaid, nonrefundable reservation. No assistance offered from the front desk to send me over to another Hilton property, no solutions provided. Expedia was great as that they refunded my money quickly. I would expect more from Hilton properties. In the words of Jerry Seinfeld - “You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation”.

    We had a great trip we only had one issue and it was very minor, but just one that I think needs to be addressed. I have a somewhat special needs and he likes to dribble his basketball. The back of the parking lot was pretty empty during the day and I was told that he couldn’t even be out there bouncing the ball during the day. The staff explained the reason why which wasn’t really clear still to me, but I just think that being that we bought our own ball and you know it was just a matter of trying to keep him in a calm space that maybe some type of exception should be made for people who have children, especially those with children special needs. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be staying again in the future.

    The staff was kind during my interactions with them, and the location is very good. Most things you would want to see are a bit of a walk down a busy street though. My only real problem with the stay was the very uncomfortable mattress. There was also a lack of shampoo and body soap in the restroom, but the lack of a good rest was my big problem.

    Proximity to Rt. 95 allowed traffic noise throughout the night, making sleep difficult. The wall in the bathroom near light switch had an area pushed through the wall. If wallpaper not present, would have bee. a hole. Toilet seat was loose. Hotel designated pet friendly and descrijption stated there was an area outside for pets, which did not exist.

    Very tired furniture, lobby and public rooms. One elevator was out of service. Other one was slow to stop and open making me super nervous. TV was at least 25 years old without many options. Mattress was super soft, old. Place was fine for a quick overnight with clean bed and bathroom, but not much else to warrant anything more than a 3 star review. There was a person lying down on a bench, sleeping in the breakfast area when we checked in at 6pm.

    The room was small, not laid out well, and is in serious need of upgrading. Although, the bed was comfortable and on the firmer side. The bathroom/shower showed it's age as it did not drain well and you are standing in water as you shower. The common area was nice with plenty of room to gather and watch TV. The breakfast was adequate with the typical options. I've had better. I chose this hotel at the last minute due to it's value. If you need to stay for more than one or two nights choose a different hotel.
