This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great.

Clean and comfortable and very spacious, like a little home away from home. I had a little kitchen, but no vehicle to go to the store so getting groceries was impossible and I had no dinner at night. Thankfully, they served a nice breakfast every morning.

Our stay was okay. The rooms and hotel could definitely use some updates as there was visible areas( worn chairs,sofas in rooms, dented appliances, non-working fireplaces,and worn chairs in common areas). The staff was helpful and friendly

It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. The first room we were given smelled like an ashtray. They did change our room, but didn’t enforce the no smoking policy when we told them of the smoke coming from the neighboring unit. The stench of smoke throughout the whole floor was very unpleasant. The ice maker didn’t work in our fridge, but they did give us ice from the kitchen. When we went to open the pull-out couch it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while because of the stuff we found under the cushions >< the staff members were pleasant

The room had an odd smell that was difficult to mask with spray. We called and asked for towels and wash clothes, they said that they would be right up… but they never came. The tub drained extremely slow and had sand like debris in it when the water went down. We have stayed here several times, but this was the worst. We actually left two days earlier than we planned.

There was a random man sleeping in the hallway outside my room; the toilet in my room was leaking and when they checked me into a new room, hotel staff entered my room without knocking with their own key. This hotel has really gone downhill.

Overall, a very decent place. Here's my issue: I very specifically booked property because room photos for room I selected showed fireplace (older style RIs had these) and I was willing to pay a premium for that. Except when I arrived, that's not what I received. They said they had only a few and all were booked. No offer for any adjustment or such. That said, however, it's clean, convenient, and staff were great. If they had been able to deliver what was advertised, it would have been four star or better.

All of the staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here before and keep coming back. The hotel is always seasonally decorated. The breakfast is filling and has lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. The game room is always fun to play in.

I didn't like the fact that despite me already paying for the room I'm advance they wanted an extra 149 and wouldn't take my business credit card. I had to use my personal account to cover damages.

This property needs a refresh - badly! The room was dark with inadequate lighting, dark decor, and really poor layout. If a third person stays, they have to go thru the bedroom to use the bathroom. There were only two (yes, two) tissues. The paper towels were cheap and ended up using quite a bit of the roll just to get them to tear off right. The desk had previous unwired spills. The water was excoriatingly hot. The bed was comfortable but they offer no king size. The thermostat setting on 70felt like 55, but increasing to 73 then felt like 80. The TVs kept giving us connection errors. Sorry to have stayed here - as Marriott shareholders this is very sad see a property in this state.

Was switched to three different rooms in my three week stay. Last room bathroom shower has broken cracked tiles that someone did a poor fix. The whole shower needs to be redone. The cabinets are worn out. The hotel needs to spend some time and unfortunately some money to remodel the rooms. Plus, they should have a dedicated floor where only animals that are with the residents stay as that is part of the issue with the rooms. The smell is musty mildewy and animal. People with allergies like myself had a hard time staying there. Very disappointed in my three week stay with them.

I’m upset that I was charged twice. The website said check-in at anytime. I traveled all the way from Utah to Maryland. When I got in they said they cancelled the reservation and the only way to stay was by paying for the stay again. So a $900 stay, as I was waiting for my apartment to be ready turned into an $1800 stay. An air bnb would have easily cost less than that. I’m pretty bummed, honestly. Especially that being my first interaction with someone in Maryland. PLEASE change the check in time maximum, so folks know their reservation will be cancelled otherwise.

After finding a roach and I was happy. The staff was refunding me but then I found out I was double charged on two different cards on june twenty third, and it is now july tenth, and I still have money pending on my cash app card

Room was great, pretty much a studio apartment for less than $200. Room was very comfortable had a full fridge and kitchen area. It was quiet, the free breakfast was good, I will be staying here again next time we visit baltimore

The clerk at the time of registration never asked car info for registration so it was strange to find the ticket While checking out a different clerk on the morning shift said it is just a notice and just throw the ticket away although the ticket had a QR code to make payment. She told me not to worry since I was checking out She agreed the the clerk at the check in should have recorded our car info and registered it I do not want to get a surprise parking bill. I hadn’t realized until night time but in one of the bedrooms, the internet was not working on the television. Which sucks because they do offer streaming services, so I could only watch cable. But that was not terrible. Lastly, the two beds were NOT anywhere near the same. One of them was pretty standard but the other one was a rock and honestly felt like a box spring. While I did have those problems, the overall stay was good. The common areas and halls are clean and quiet. The staff are extremely nice (shout out to Eric at the front desk that dealt with all the problems swiftly) and the room itself is nice if it did not have those few problems. I probably would stay here again

Residence Inn is always a very good stay I choose to stay with you guys whenever I can and whenever I travel so I’m not surprised that our experience was good. The room was great. The staff is great overall it was just a very good experience. I recommend you guys very highly.

I have never been to this property. I was given the wrong information ( I needed to book a different residence inn that was closer to where I needed to be) I was gonna stay since it was already booked and paid for until I read other reviews that was terrible. I called Expedia and I called the hotel to cancel I was told that they cancelled it by Terrance who was amazing and then when I called Expedia back they said they needed a waiver and was sending the request by email and that they would get back to me. They emailed me everyday saying they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel and no one responded only to find out they sent it to a bogus email that they weren’t supposed to and haven’t refunded me my money yet. After I emailed them back and spoke to manager Patrice who again was amazing! Bad service to a travel agent and I’m beyond hurt and disappointed! #Hardworking Mom Of 5!

I took my 2 year old with me and we had an amazing stay. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool in the early morning(10am open) and right across the street is an indoor playground. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the fulled kitchen. I would definitely go again.

Unfortunately, our room had a broken bathroom light and then the ceiling in the kitchen leaked. Maintence was able to fix the bathroom light and when I called the front desk the must have let the room above us know that their was a leak as that stopped after a while. The hotel was clean but it is an older hotel. The bed was not very hard and the bedding was very basic.

Check in experience was disappointing. Rep. felt aggressive and abrupt - she said all the right things but in a excessively loud tone that lacked warmth. We were the only ones there for check in yet we felt rushed. Check out rep. Was total opposite sweet and warm despite it being the wee hours of the morning.

Everything was raggedy. Seemed like things were just taped together. Our door kept getting jammed and we were either stuck in or stuck outside the room. They didn’t fix it till the last day after having to call about it multiple times.

This property was very old, worn and dingy. The lobby seemed updated a little, but the rooms were old. They look like the pics, but it’s obvious they used photography tricks. It smelled like a bar full of old stale cigarettes and marijuana. We were afraid to unpack because we didn’t want our clothes to smell. Even the bedcovers smelled the same. I was unable to sleep because the smell repulsed me. The decor was old. They seemed to be pumping deodorizer into the lobby because initially it didn’t smell bad, but the hallways and rooms were unbearable to me. The only reason we stayed overnight was because we checked in late at night and didn’t have the energy to search for a new hotel, but I was wide awake at 6a and called around and we checked out promptly at 8a (didn’t even shower, that shower was old and dingy too), and went to a newer, cleaner, great smelling hotel a mile away(Holiday Inn Express). I’m not sure how this place is getting good reviews, it needs to be gutted and fully renovated because the smell is in the carpet and walls. I sprayed a bottle of febreze and Lysol and it did not help:( They did apologize and refunded me half of my one night stay and didn’t hold me to the nonrefundable clause for the two days I had reserved so that was appreciated.

The queen suite perfectly met my need for a quiet space at the end of long days. The kitchen allowed me to eat at leisure and avoid the noise and expense of restaurants. The TV placement made it possible to see from any part of the room. Lighting placement was very good for reading in the evening. The staff was polite and friendly and helped with what I needed.
