The hotel was adequate and convenient, but only bare essentials. Shampoo but no conditioner. Wet towels. Warm, not hot, water. Non-functioning TV. And clearly there were many full-time residents of the hotel based on the number of people hanging out in the hallways shoeless.

Room was very clean I was on the third floor....that night the elevator was out of service. I needed ice,,,,no ice machine on the premises or refrigerator. WIFI worked but very weak. Good only for reading email nothing else.

The room overall looked clean. But after waking up and getting my daughter ready I saw that there was hair in the shower and the bathroom smelled. This made me look. I observed peeling paint in the shower alone with the floors and bottoms of the toilet being dirty. This is not how any facility be maintained… Also while in and out of my suitcase I notice there were ants crawling on me and my luggage. I had to kill ants during my stay… last but least the damn elevator broke down and was never fixed. I will never stay here again

When checking in I stood at the front desk for 5 or 7 minutes. No one was there to wait on me. Th room had roaches and my phone did not work. I was told that nothing could be done because I booked my hotel reservation through a third party. All and all terrible experiences.

Just the location It was dirty the tub was clean it had pubic hair all in the tub and I had to run the water for a half hour before it got warm the bed was hard and uncomfortable

When we arrived we were told that our reservation was cancelled due to elevator problems. They said they called with no answer. However we had no record of a call on our phones.

The room was nice and clean. Had all the kitchen materials what was needed staff was OK didn’t have a pool. The elevator was not working, which made things a little rough.

I didn't get to stay at the property. I was told they would not be able to rent me a room because the elevator was broken. The hotel cancelled my reservation and now I won't be refunded and so I will not use the service again

The only 2 problems were: The WiFi only let 1 login for free then you had to pay. Even when the 1 login logged out you could not change the device. And the remote was not programmed properly and the girl at the front desk said she couldn’t fix it because she didn’t know how and it wasn’t worth the trouble because I was only staying 1 night. So I could not change the channel on the TV. Everything thing else was fine.

The bathroom was dirty with stickies from previous guest still present. Hair on the floor and on the curtain in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and the staff that helped me when checking in was very rude. Not very hospital at all. I was only greeted with hospitality when checking out.

Hotel stunk of pet feces and feet. The elevator was broken and the stairwell smelled like marijuana. The tv screen was broken. I was highly disappointed.

Elevator didn't work, no hangers in the room, no hair dryer, smell of rotting hamburger, no facial tissues in the room, didn't appear anything like website photos, and for what I got, it was way overpriced. Never again will I stay ther.

The staff there very patient and respectful when I stayed at super 8 in Essex they gave me a room with no fridge this will be my go too hotel and I live in Essex that says alot

I’m an airline pilot who stays in hotels six months out of the year, this was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom, ventilation fan and operable in the bathroom, holes in the drywall and sheet rock, falling apart, pubic hairs, grease, boogers on the walls, not enough water pressure to take a shower in the morning, fire alarm missing battery, kitchen cabinetry falling apart, no soap or shampoos available, vinyl backsplash behind stove, top melted and warped.

Filthy dirty, roaches, elevator out of service with no none working time frame and gave us 3rd floor then offered 2nd floor room that was dirty and nastier. Just terrible place. Only positive was front desk staff was nice and understanding.

NOSTALGIA: Reminds me of a dorm room or solo apartment. Honest review, this place has no free breakfast so bring your own food. This is also partly because they incorporate a kitchen with fridge, microwave and induction stove. The gym is 24hrs with a key card, bring your own towel and disinfectants because they don't have any. It's a small gym but they have a treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike. They also have yoga mats with exercise balls. They got a laundry room with vending machines all at the main floor. TLDR not the worst hotel but definitely not a motel by at least two levels.

Staff was rude and threatening to kick us out as my 2 & 4 year old girls where “to loud” and they where not. Darryl (or however you spell it) came to my room and said he was downstairs in the other people’s room to deal with the complaints and said he heard them stomping around. All lies as at that very moment my children where sitting down eating lunch. Just overall poor customer service. Additionally these are suites with kitchen yet in order to use the kitchen to cook you had to pay to rent the cookware, etc. Just crazy!

Got there and clerk at front desk announced to the whole lobby they were over booked even if you have reservation no room but she’ll see if she can get us us rooms. Lucky us we got a room. The hallways stink. I slept on top of covers couldn’t get comfortable.

I checked the room prior to checking in only to find a bunch of kisses chocolate wrappers, an empty ziploc bag under the bed and a wrapped up bundle of hair behind the trash can in the bathroom; but yet the bed was made. Were the linens fresh, only God may know.

2 things about this place bothered me the shower didnt work you could only take a bath i didnt feel like switching rooms so i just got some cleaning supplies and took a bath but the other thing is it has a kitchen but comes with no plates cups utensils or cookware ive never been to a place that had a kitchen that didnt even at least provide a plate and utensils. But!!! the staff!!!! 10/10!!!! Amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers very friendly and very helpful

The room I stayed in had a faulty light in the bathroom. It kept flickering. You could tell that it had been an issue and no one changed the bulb. Also there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth on my room. Was okay for the night but elected to go elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.

The staff were awesome but the hotel itself was a mess, the elevator didn’t work so we had to go climb flights of stairs the whole weekend. The hallways smelled like animal urine & I let the front desk know but nothing was done. The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to take cold showers. The side doors of the hotel were always propped open with rocks so anyone could walk in without a room key.

Saw the reviews online and never believed until I had the very same experience. Booked the room but checked in late due to my trip delay. The night shift front receptionist informed me that I had the privilege to check the room before my actual check in. First of all, their elevator wasn’t working and I had to struggle with my items to the third floor. The staircases looked like a place where drug addicts resides. Upon checking the rooms, they were stink and in a deplorable nasty condition. One of the rooms weren’t cleaned, it remained just the very same as how the guest left it, (I have video proof) I’ve checked three rooms and there was only one that was far from being partially clean. The refrigerator door was falling off, dirty microwave and bathtub, window was unable to open because the lock was missing. Bed sheet and mattress were extremely stained and dirty (luckily I took my own disposable linens). Blinds full of dirt and the bathroom tub and sink was clogged with dirt and hair which stops the flow of water. The stove was left greasy and dirty and the trash bins as well. I was unable to prepare a meal and eat for the entire afternoon due to the nasty environment. I went ahead and purchased my own cleaning products and cleaned the room from top to bottom. Reported the matter to front desk but they careless about the condition, they’re about the money. I checked out early and demanded a refund which remains futile. It’s extremely gross, it’s not worth your money.

Elevator was not working.. They were going to put me on 4th floor. Going to charge me $212.00 for pet fee. That is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Plus $10.00 every day after that. I canceled the reservations. Will not ever go there again

Although there was a freezer, there were no ice trays or ice machine available. Additionally there were no disposable cups. The pillows were very thin and unsupportive requiring g extra pillows to be provided. We also had to wait several minutes upon arrival to even see the front desk manager check us in. No front attendant was present for nearly 20 minutes and no way to notify them of our presence.

The first room the chair was a lot of wear and tear. I had to ask for a different room. The elevators were also out.

There's no pots, pans, or utensils provided. You have to empty your own trash and change the linens. The comforter is a thin blanket and the mattress was terrible. The elevators were broken and it's noisy late at night. If you have a limited budget, it's serviceable for an extended stay with a kitchenette, and the staff was very helpful.

Didn’t think they did a good job on cleaning my bath tub. It was hair in the tub and on the clean laundry (towels and wash cloths) but I brought my own so it didn’t bother me as much. I brought my own cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize all areas of use but the room was comfy and cozy besides the tub having hair all over it.

I book a one night stay but once i was given the opportunity to go check the room before signings, which i checked it out, at that time i canceled my stay and left. I would not recommend. Im still fighting with expedia for a refund because i never signed nor did i stay.

Despite the major issues, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the AC was great, front desk rep was accommodating despite my complaints, and the location was convenient for food, gas, and other needs. I will not be staying at this hotel (really motel) suite again, however, it made due for one night, and other guests looked like they were used to this type of service/standard. 1. You have to turn in your linen and towels before you can get new ones. 2. No refunds. You only get 1 roll of toilet paper per day and you have to buy dishes and pots. This should not be listed as a hotel but and extended stay.

The elevator is always a issue at these hotels. I don't like that the room is not cleaned until you check out and no refund. I had a hole in my bathroom door. I also had to buy pots and dishes. This information should be listed on the website especially if the elevator is out. This is the 2nd time I have used one of these properties and the elevator was not working.

This property is a scam!!! They will asked for a $100 incidental fee and used that to charge you for another night even though you just stayed for a night. Scammers!

TV cable was not provided for a one night stay. Floors were not clean.

When I arrived, I was told there was no elevators and my room would be on the 2nd floor. 26 steps and 26 steps down. I ended up cancelling my stay. I would not be able to make flight up and down with my leg problem. I suppose this hotel is not for the elderly. Also, it is illegal not to have an elevator especilally due the ADA. Americans with Dissabities Act.

We had a severe storm which knocked out our power with the temperature near 100 so we booked 2 rooms through expedia. When we arribed at the hotel, the only employee said she wouldnt honor our reservation beacuse the ele ator didnt work and the electric key cards didnt work and she wasnt walking to let everyone in their room by herself. Now Im fighting to get my money back and had to file a claim. Terrible!!! Never go here

This was $160 a night room that was worth maybe $40. Never again

Very disappointed in my stay the other evening. It smelled really bad, elevators didn’t work, and room wasn’t the cleanest.

The stay was okay. The staff was great, very understanding and accommodating to change our room because of loud people in the room above and beside us. There were a lot of families staying there. The rooms were pretty clean. The elevator was out of service though and not really being worked on. So we had to walk up the stairs. It was just really active place so it wasn’t the best place for a relaxing time. But great if you just need a clean cool place to sleep.

This place is terrible, a lady was outside smoking weed when I walked up. The room smelled like someone had been smoking weed. Paint was coming off the wall in the room and the bed was brick hard. The elevator didn't work luckily we were on the second floor. Walked down the hall someone had dropped part of a joint. This place is not a good place to stay.

This was an extended stay hotel which does not cater to vacationers! The hotel had strong perfume smell that was terrible for my allergies! The front desk person told me I could view the room before paying that was the first sign and then the elevator was broke and the room was on the first floor. This property still has some cosmetics issues and because we need a place to sleep those couple of I do not believe actually saying something would fix it in the appropriate time we were going to be there for, example toilet seat was broken holes punched in the front of the bathroom door and the back of the bathroom door, no roaches from what I seen this go around but still more improvements are needed and the pricing seems off to me for 4 days it was close to 500 it was almost like the price for 4 days should have been the same price for 7 days

Though the property was conveniently located near shopping and dining options, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was out. The rooms could use some upgrades to the appliances, countertops and window treatments. The staff was friendly and helpful.
