    Big rooms (I took the biggest suite) so we had 4 restrooms (2 of them were so dirty that we didn’t use them). Nice view (water view). Good beds (bad pillows) Well…. The place is not clean. Had to pay an extra 100 dollars per day (fee) for facilities (very small swimming pool) and the worst breakfast I had in all the hotels I stayed at… Definitely not worth the money. Location is not that great. Well, basically 100% not going to recommend my friends. Good if you a big family and didn’t find anything else….

    The property is very well located on Bay Harbor Islands just steps from Bal Harbour (across the bridge). The rooms have two bathrooms and our room had a nice balcony facing the canal and in the distance the Atlantic Ocean. The jacuzzi and pool were great.

    Lovely, spacious, clean rooms and the hotel has a nice location. The gym and pool area are quite small but has everything you need. Beach is easy walking distance away. Some of the staff members could have been a bit friendlier.

    It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The front desk staff, cleaning crew and valets are exceptional. Breakfast is pretty disappointing. There’s stuff to eat but that’s about all I could say. The cooked stuff is like a low mid market hotel. The baked goods are not good quality. The coffee is pretty terrible. I don’t think they’d have to invest much to make it a lot better. We rented two rooms with sofa beds and neither room had bed linens for the sofa beds or enough towels for the number of people we specified were staying in the room. We shouldn’t have to wait half an hour at 10pm to get bed linens. They should be standard in every room with a sofa beds just in case they are needed. And every person should have a towel.

    Liked the location, bedroom was spacious (disabled room though no one told us that! ) Good touches, liked flamingo branding Check in was terrible. We arrived at 9pm, after delayed trip & very tired. Receptionist was very off hand, gave us no hotel information whatsoever. We saw Prosecco behind the desk & had to ask for the welcome drink. Very unfriendly. Day 2 much friendlier make member of staff kindly agreed for an hour later check out. We then had a call asking why we hadn’t left our room at 11am? Staff training would be a big suggestion - staff were not smiling or friendly!

    There was a nice pool, jacuzzi and lounging area. The only negative was that hotel is next to somewhat busy road and you can hear traffic when you’re lounging outside by the pool. Parking was not the greatest since there were out of valet parking spots at the time of check in so we had to park the car a block away and ménage the parking ourselves. Overall the stay was pleasant

    Our flight was very early in the morning, so we waited until 4pm for check in but did not get our room til 5!!! They said it took longer because they were still cleaning just to finally go up to our room and the shower and counters were still dirty. We asked for another room and the front desk was very rude about it. Very upsetting. She stated it was a hotel and not a hospital and that the rooms are cleaned to their standards. Not a good start to the vacation. Breakfast was the same buffet every morning. The rooms were a decent size. We had two bathrooms which was nice and a living room space and balcony.

    It was a beautiful hotel. The room was huge and actually had 2 bathrooms. Beautiful grounds around the pool! Decent breakfast. The only problem was that the lights around the bathroom mirrors were burned out. There was still an overhead light but lack of bathroom mirror light made it difficult to put on make up.

    Quite close to beach so good location Deceitful practices , we were sold sea view rooms with parking and breakfasts included but in the last moment they changed to garage type AC ventilation view onto the backyard. Breakfast was not included and we were charged 80 usd for „valet” parking in the basement. We came from UAE so this level of disappointment was really extreme. We asked for at least partial refund but hotel management refused without stating any reason. I didn’t file for the court case only because I am here just for holidays and didn’t want to spoil rest of my stay. Look at sea view they show before you pay and „sea view „ you get after

    LOVED this stay for our little family of three. HUGE balcony overlooking the canal and little glimpses of the ocean. Lovely huge space with two bathrooms. So nice and bright inside and was obsessed with the "Miami pink" accents throughout the property. Heated pool and lovely breakfast also nice. Arrived super late for our stay but there was an attentive staff member present for our arrival which was so kind. We are hoping to come back again. Nothing.

    For starters Expedia states free wine bottle per stay as a VIP. I was never given VIP treatment let alone a bottle of wine. I booked one night and wanted to extend the room the next day. My husband called downstairs and was told they had no rooms available. I checked Expedia and saw that they did have rooms available so I booked another night. When he called back to let them know there are rooms available he was told well then he can just book what he sees. I had to catch a flight back to NY that night but he stayed back. He wanted to extend the room again however he had lost his wallet so he asked if he could use his Apple Pay for the security hold. They told him no it has to be a physical card so he suggested “can I go buy a prepaid visa and use that”. She then said “I don’t know It has to have funds on it” so he says “yes I am going to put money on it, would that be acceptable for the security hold?” She proceeds to say “I don’t know?” So he says what do you know if everything is “I don’t know”.. she then says “you don’t have to come back”. I’ve worked in customer service and know that’s no way to be treated. If you don’t know something why not get someone who can help instead of being dismissive. The hotel itself is beautiful but the treatment we were given was not not up to par.

    The breakfast food was ok. The potatoes were not fully cooked. The orange juice was watered down. The bagels were good along with the yogurt. The atmosphere was good in the lobby. The terrace and water view was nice in the room. Called ahead of time to front desk and asked for linens and pillows for the pullout sofa. Checked in and this was not done. Went down to front desk and politely asked for these items. Front desk female employee with a strong accent became confrontational. She was so much in her feelings that she did not hear my request. One pillow was delivered to my room instead of the two that I politely asked her for. Once I figured out how to use the phones in the room. I called the front desk and asked for another pillow. 20 minutes passed and a pillow had not been delivered. I went back down to the front desk and asked for a pillow. The pillow was delivered after that. After a long day of traveling and hunting for food. I did not expect a simple situation to become so difficult. I did not expect this kind of behavior from hospitality staff. Housekeeping cleaned the room and only left one washcloth when we needed four. Once again, I had to go to the front desk and retrieve what should have been provided in the room. I was not pleased with the valet only parking at $42/night. The hotel should list valet only parking in the description.

    This hotel was dirty and unsanitary. Music was blasted from the room across I could hear from down the hallway by the elevators. When I got to my door I seen hand prints all over the door and dirt all over the handle and key pad. When I checked the room it had food spills, urine all over the toilet seat and poo speared on the toilet. The phone and dining menu was sticky to touch and dirty. The showers and sins had mold. The paper towel, toilet paper and bedding was damp. The room and bedding had an awful odour. The sheets and stains. I left right away. This is unacceptable.

    This hotel was probably really nice at one point there are so many bandages everywhere. Lights in the bathroom flickering, sink clogged, grout dirty in main shower. Breakfast was free so apparently that means effortless.eggs both under and overcooked, sweet potatato tots smelled like straight vegetable oil, orange juice tasted cut 1:1 with water.

    This hotel is top tier gorgeous. The water view suite is very large in size and the balcony was amazing with an amazing view. Pool was great! Just a ten all around the board. Fresh good breakfast in the morning. Definitely booking again.

    This hotel is a little gem and the location is perfect for what we wanted to do. We love to walk around the area and if we wanted to go to the beach we drove. Rosario at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly.

    The hotel staff was friendly and the common areas are nice. The room was a 2/5 just for the fact that it was very dusty and I have allergies. The shower floor also didn't look very clean. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. Lots of closet space and great view. Not for the shower and dust .......

    When we arrived, they said the room type i reserved on Expedia (two double beds) was sold out! It was 10:15pm and my two boys ages 15 & 13 had school the next morning. We didn’t have time to wait for them to make up a sofa bed. It was very disappointing.

    Wow! This is one of the nicest hotels that I’ve stayed at not just in Miami, but period! Everything from the check-in, valet, continental breakfast, room, and amenities were all exceptional. Next time we are in Miami, this is definitely where we will stay again.

    Detail on how to use the elevator and the complimentary breakfast. The room was beautiful: beautifully appointed with a balcony to sit out. While we didn't see the canal, we saw Miami and its light in the distance. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping and the beach. Loved it!

    I try very hard not to write negative reviews about hotels, in 30 years of extensive travel this is only my 3rd time. I try to deal with the staff and then the management to try to have issued resolved but this hotels had poor communication, especially from any supervisors on management! We stayed in a beautiful room but had a great deal of trouble getting into it. Took them for ever to prepare the room and made us wait until 5 mins before 4pm before they would check us in even though we spoke to a "supervisor" who assured us they would arrange an earlier check in so we could meet friends in Fort Lauderdale. We missed that meeting! We struggled with the cleanliness of the pool and spa, had a hard time getting towels for the pool and worst of all at 11pm when we wanted to crawl into bed we noticed the sheets were filthy! Dirt on the sheets and lots of dust/debris where your feet go and someone else's hair all over the bedding! We of course immediately called the front desk and no answer, we called for 10 minutes straight with no answer, finally I go dressed and went to the lobby and of course nobody around. After walking around looking for someone with no luck I gave up and went back to our room where we had to sleep fully clothed on the top of bed. Poor, customer service and issues with front desk staff from the moment we arrived. I called the manager and left 3 messages with No response. Even called the Grand Beach head office and send 2 emails also with NO response

    Absolutely amazing! The Grand specializes in such great customer service. We were given a corner room with a huge amount of space and a wrap around balcony. Marco was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Will be staying again!

    The hotel itself was nice however there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel. There was a lot of construction noise during the day when it would’ve been nice to just relax by the pool. The description of the hotel on Expedia states that it has a bar/restaurant under amenities However upon checking into the hotel we learned that this was not true. The room was spacious with two full bathrooms and the balcony was spacious as well. The staff at the hotel were all very pleasant and accommodating.

    Ocean view on fourth floor blocked by palm trees - paid extra. Not even an ocean view, would have been a intercoastal room. Bathroom lighting was poor - could not put in contacts,or shave without missing a spot. Breakfast was mediocre - nothing special. Pool was no more than a wading pool - could not do laps. Coffee - feh. Nice room but laminate floor delaminating on a couple of floor boards. Told all to front desk and they made me feel like they were doing me the favor. Really?

    Our room 212, reservations under David pershin was filthy. When we got into our room, my kids took off their shoes and i had to completely wipe my kids feet after because their feet were black. This was right after we got into our room. I then also noticed the bed frames were so dusty and looked like they haven’t been touched in weeks from all the dust buildup. I did mention all of this to the front desk the next morning but all they told me was i am sorry and the cleaning crew is new. I understand you have a-lot of guest coming in and out of the hotel everyday day, but floors and dust is really basic. When you go to any hotel this should not be ever a concern. I did not feel clean at all at your hotel.

    Pros: • Great Location: The hotel is in an excellent spot, close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This made getting around the city very convenient. Cons: • Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big disappointment. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food didn’t meet expectations. It was either cold or not very fresh. • Cleaning: The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. I noticed dust and stains in some areas, and it seemed like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned during my stay. It was definitely a concern. Conclusion: If you’re looking for a hotel with a fantastic location, this one has that. However, if you prioritize a good breakfast and cleanliness, you may want to consider other options.

    The room and overall hotel was beautiful. The only downside was the continental breakfast. The hot food was not always hot or warm. Had to reheat the waffles and french toast in the toaster each day.

    So we decided to surprise family for a birthday party and it was a blast. Got there 1 day before and did some sights but really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice, friendly, well-kept and comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay and well situated to do things around town.

    The view is amazing, only draw back is no parking. They do have Valet which i did use as there was no orher parking. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, on point for help or anything you needed.

    Could not check in when we arrived at 1:00. I understand that. The valet said we could leave our car. But, we didn't know where any restaurants were so we drove. When we checked in at 4:00, I told the Receptionist that we had a vehicle. She said I would have to deal with the valet. The new valet said there were no spots available and we would have to park elsewhere. No suggestions or help. He just walked away and said, "it's not my problem!" We ended up parking across the street in an alley for free, rather than the $40 per night the hotel charges. There were chairs in our room that had been used outside and were wet and filthy. Housekeeping had brought them inside to stay out of the possible winds from the hurricane so we had to walk around them and couldn't sit on them. There were stains on the couch. Floor was dirty. The bed creaked. We were there fleeing Hurricane Milton so we were safe and had a place to sleep. We were charged the resort fee even though the pool was drained and the hot tub was dirty. I would not recommend this place as somewhere to go on vacation.

    I traveled with a large group, we were comfortable in each room, which were spacious. Awesome location with easy walk to Bal Arbor mall and beach, also many option for restaurants. Parking was easy if you are using Vale is worth it! I have a 4 star for facility since the pool was not available due to repairs, I feel that we should have been notified! Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again

    the mirror in the living room was off the wall and resting on the floor. Someone removed it from the wall and didn't put it back up. The floor had several broken tiles which is unsanitary as dirt accumulates in the gaps. There was not mat to put on the floor when you get out of the shower. Small stuff that is easily fixable, but it shows that Mgt. is not paying attention.
