Great room for families!

There is false advertisement online it's says there is a jacuzzi but there was none on the property. The pool was filthy and merkey dark color the fountain did not work. The toilet in the room was broken. And house keeping never came and our sheets where dirty. They also said the restaurant and bar was open on weekends and it was closed.

Loved my stay at this Springhill Suites. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This was personal travel but I do travel a lot for work and stay in really nice hotels. This one ranks way up there on the “I’ll stay here again” list!

Breakfast was delicious and so were the options. Wish there would have been a hook or two in the bathrooms for hanging wet items.

The suites are comfortable, attractive and well appointed. Very good breakfasts. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Overall, still good, but disappointing little things. We stayed at this place once before, a year and a half ago. Since then, we noticed little things: cracked floor tiles coming out of the elevator. A couple of cracked tiles in our shower. Across from the elevator, a wall decoration that had paint chipping off of it. Right below that, blue painter's tape covering some small thing. The dryer didn't work. Lastly, the shower doors were a mystery. You have to pull them very hard to get them to close. It took us several days to realize it. Until then, we had very wet floors. They were small things, but disappointing.

The staffed went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, it’s a really nice to stay at and the pool was awesome and amenities close by.

The adjoining rooms are limited so we didn’t get one. There is no hot tub that is pictured. Other than that, it was great!

Really liked the room which was unique in comparison to many other places. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a box of tissues as our allergies were kicking during our stay. The breakfast was very good. Check in was good and the young lady was very polite and made a point of calling me by name. Not much other interaction.

Would have given a better review of the breakfast was better. The coffee was lukewarm at best, eggs were a big clump, and oatmeal was swimming in a pool of water.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was clean, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great and staff was so friendly. The only negative I have is the indoor pool was freezing. It was set to 84 degrees but the pool room was freezing. If the room would be set up to be warm then the pool wouldn't be so cold. Unfortunately we couldn't swim but maybe 10 minutes because it was too cold.

Everything was very nice, room was clean and modern. Staff was very nice and professional. Only thing that was not excellent is that on google, it shows pictures of a hot tub but to my surprise, it no longer exists. There are new tiles and a table with chairs where it used to be. I enjoy hot tubs after working long hours in the shipyards to relax and help my body reset. Other than that, I will stay here again because its very conveniently located and over all great quality

I did not stay at your hotel because you would not change my dates to the dates I actually wanted to stay, I've been in San Antonio since the 3rd.

I love the rooms and the toilet was separate from the shower was a plus for me.Only thing i didnt like was the swimming pool water was so cold.But i loved the hotel.

The back door entrance remains unlocked for anyone to enter without a key into facility. The trash cans in hallways were always overflowing and dirty. We had 2 large roaches in our room as well. The water was turned off for 2 consecutive hours on Friday from 11 A.M. until 2:00P.M. Without notification. And a 60$ hold on my credit card I refunded back to me. Please do better.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was really nice and breakfast had a great selection. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only problems we ran into was shower had some sort of stain on the floor like a bug had been squished but not cleaned up, and the water was turned off at night (due to maintenance by the city- so not the hotel’s fault, but we wished there would have been notice given, if possible, once the hotel staff knew- we called down and were told.)

When something wasn’t right, it was remedied with in about 15 minutes.

This hotel is our go to when visiting family. Its clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and comfy beds.

We had a great time! The hotel is always nice and everyone has such an excellent spirit. I only had one minor complaint. On Friday the water pitcher had lemons in it but on Saturday there wasn’t lemons in the water! Minor indeed!

Was a really nice hotel with comfortable beds. Little things like bathroom and shower room door didnt latch properly, but they did work. The indoor pool was a little cold, but not unbearable. Overall, I would stay here several times over. Good location, room had all the amenities needed, decent breakfast, and plenty of space!

I booked this hotel because it advertised a bar. Bar wasn't open the night I stayed. Big clean rooms. Not good value for money.

I had a great stay the only problem was the security guard was being weird constantly trailing me and my bf yes he smokes but we’re not harming no one nor bothering anyone and never came back smelling like the smoke or anything. He clearly knew we had a room there but walking up on my vehicle, looking in my vehicle and then parking next to me and doing the most was just too much he needs to do better because it was not that serious

We were at a ladies conference in Highlands. We very much enjoy this hotel. The only thing that we do not like is there’s not enough light in either one of the bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.

Horrible experience! Our car was stolen from their parking lot and they supposedly have security patrol but didn't notice. Manager never picked up the phone when the police came to the hotel to make the report adding that the night staff didn't even care much.

No hot water when I showered. It was early in the morning before work. I did not have time to change rooms. Just dealt with it. But did change hotels the next night.

On Thursday, November 21st, my employee stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Baytown. Let me say our experience was less than acceptable from an associate of the Marriot Corporation! We experienced faulty facility issues and when they were presented to the manager MS. Blake, she was very rude in her responses. From accusing us of making the issues up to hanging up on me when I had to reach out to her again after requesting her to call me when she gets in at 10:00. We had no hot water in our room and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, asking for the manager, they identified they were having issues with the boiler. MS Blake flatly denied any boiler issues, even though her employees were the ones that brought it up. So Lie to me, accus me of fabrications, and then hang up on me when I finally get her on the phone. MS Blake lacks customer relation etiquette and is frankly a LIAR!

Nice place. We will definitely be back. So close to the San Jacinto mall. Our favorite restaurants like Texas Roadhouse. What a burger. Dennys. Starbucks. Marshall’s. Everything within a few blocks. Nice clean rooms. Love the shower separate from the toilet area. Love the comforter. Pillows. Wish hotels would use Keurig because I always pack my favorite coffee pods but can never use them.

Restroom was not ideal doors were see through so if someone went to restoom while everyone was asleep the light made whole room light up toilet was in room shower in another ..the hearing accesible room was not working..housekeeping knocked on my door twice before 11am so disappointed..try ignoring 2nd time but they just walked in..we wont be back to this place

The check in process was great! The rooms are cute and spacious. The ac blows cold. We had. A room that was very accommodating, directly off the elevator. Only complaint I have was the mattress wasn’t firm at all. As if it had been slept on many many many times (which I know it has) and it had a divet on one side. Breakfast was ready before time specified, and was hot and fresh! Would stay here again! Over all minus the bed was a great experience.

Either a new hotel or recently renovated but my room was very nice, great layout and clean.

They gave us a room that was already occupied then gave us a different room and it was a handicapped room. Most lights didn’t work, the shower was cracked and hardly any water came out. Walls were stained and dirty. One of the worst hotels.

This property is very nice. Our room had a broken sliding door for the toilet room. More staff would help with broken things around the property

Came here for a quick 1-night stay on a business trip: my room was on the first floor so it was a bit noisy (got woken up at 6:45 am to housekeeping getting their carts and such ready, I’m assuming - was lots of clunking around) but the suite was nice and clean and the bed was spotless and so comfortable! Would still stay again

The Hotel was niece and clean. The problem was I booked 2 rooms, the rooms were on 2 different floors. The power was partial because of hurricane, the pool was closed.

Staff was accommodating during the power outage in Houston after the Beryl Hurricane.

GREAT HOTEL CLOSE TO POPULAR STORE BUCCES VERY CLEAN WE LOVED IT!

The property was very nice. However, the room needed some work. The office area had a loose floor board, the outside shower handle was missing, the inside shower handle was hanging on by one screw, and the shower door did not close all the way. I had to put a towel on the floor to catch the water from the shower.
