Horrible staff was unprofessional.. roaches all in bathtub....hairball over sheets...stains all over sheets Door did not lock properly. Sink would not drain Felt very unsafe. Dont bring your children

The rooms are always worth the money, and the location is very cozy. The pool could be fixed though tbh.

Trashy, ghetto, scary, my girlfriend cried, roaches, MOLD, door didn’t close all the way. Left literally 30 minutes after checking in. no refund issued.

My room did not have a Refrigerator or Microwave. Lock on door was a bit sketchy, smoke detector was missing, and remotes had no batteries.

They never made the bed or changed out the towels,smelled like cigaretts bad,the front door was massive chipped paint,along with everydoor i walked past,the grounds were dirty littered with plastic bottles,no effort at all on any sort of landskaping,nothing inviting or homey about this place,would never stay again

Don't know. Don't book on Expedia because after your visit if u take 15 minutes longer to get everything out of room they put in a list and the next time u arrive they just say ur not allowed in the property. Only management can tell u the reason. They're only there in the morning and check in isn't allowed until after 3pm. So basically your stuck . You've spent your money and can't check in. The least they can do is email or call and let people know. This has happened to several people . The heavy set guy is so rude. All the other front desk workers are great,but the FAT ONE , is a hot mess. I just dont recommend 3rd party booking for this property. Unless your rich.. Bring your pesticide as well. Don't leave food in the trash . This motel 6 has gone down. Terribly . In just a short time period. EXPEDIA IS AWESOME THOUGH.

The outside of the property is really gross. Being a Motel 6, where pets stay for free, the area around the parking lot on the on the east side of the property is completely filled with old dog poop. There are some piles that are layers of old droppings built up over time. The bags provided by the Motel were all used up. I would stay again because the rooms are in good shape and clean.

The guy who checked me in was super amazing as I was going the a traumatic situation and you could see it all over my face, he immediately picked up on it and gave comfort and empathy. The room was very clean and the cleaning people cleaned everyday. This location is around everything so no need for traveling for anything. I definitely would stay her again and the price was really good especially if you book online.

Ive never stayed at a hotel that everyone had to show ID. We were in town for a funeral, just me, my husband, and our kids and we were treated like criminals because my husband forgot his ID back home in Missouri and they almost didnt let me check in. The room was nasty, the floor was stained with nail polish, the tub was rusty, there were ash trays in a non smoking room. The remote was melted and the TV didnt work. The toilet seat was loose and the door wasnt secure.

I did not like anything , I did not stay there I vacated it right away. I was not able to get a refund because they said they could not give me one because I was there over i hour. I never thought expedia would have a property like this. I was not there for a hour. I feel that I deserve a refund, as I had to spend another 400 dollars.

When we checked in we had to wait for the staff to wake up to check us in, which was frustrating, but we got there very late so its whatever, but outside of that the stay was incredible.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have laundry facilities or they were broken down from my understanding and they had no microwave no refrigerator and the staff wasn't very friendly! It was pretty inconvenient stay but we dealt with it!

This hotel is a joke both the motel 6 and the studio 6 part. My children and I were just at this hotel 24 hours ago with two rooms. Nobody asked for extra ID but we come back to stay at the studio 6 and they want ID for everybody and all I had was a temporary ID and they made a big deal about that but we were just there 24 hours ago. Why don't y'all focus on remodeling the hotel and stop trying to act like you're some type of three or four-star hotel because you're not. Bye Felicia.

I am now put on the do not reserve list because I said damn to the receptionist because she was giving the wifi too slow and I wasn't even really talking to her. Just sort of expressing my frustration with her with the people around me and she took it personally. Maybe you could just give the wifi all at alonce and then give it again to verify that the person has it instead of giving it to one so slow as if their retarted.

This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled. It makes no sense for me to pay 67 dollars for a room that isn't cleaned properly, roaches, you can see outside from inside the room and housekeeping doesn't speak clear English. I know Spanish but come on if you're in this country speak English. A lot of us dont speak other languages. The room was very humid. The phone didn't work, the TV wasn't setup so we couldn't watch TV and I reserved a room That was supposed to have at least a microwave and refrigerator but it didn't have those things. It was my first time in Baytown Texas and this hotel did not leave me and my kids with a good impression. Motel 6 needs to do better because just about all of the motel 6 and studio 6 rooms have the same problem it's time to remodel and get back to the way it used to be. Hire better people. We're being charged too much for these disgusting rooms.

The staff were great! Check in wass fast abd friendly. The Motel is Pet friendly, polite and clean. I was exausted,checked in late in the evening, about 10ish, ended up oversleeping and running late for check-out. They were kind and allowed me an extra few minutes to finish packing up and get my things (including my cat into my vehicle. Could have (and many other places would have) charged me for that. I was very appreciative for that.

The employees were nice and polite. They are working with an outdated hotel and doing the best they can. It was clean. Beds were clean. Super small bathroom. Pool is beyond repair. Lobby coffee is awful LoL. For $60 I won't complain, just know you won't be impre6sith this hotel.

It was not the best the staff wants letting us check in till 7pm, they also double the price from what this place normally is. I always pay about $56 for a room they charged me over $150. The room was dirty and smelly my son got locked in the bathroom because the door was broken. I needed a place due to the hurricane so I had no choice but to stay.

This experience was the worst and I will not stay there again. My trip started when I checked in and found out there would be no refrigerator no microwave in my room then I found roaches crawling on The wall . Second nite requested to change rooms and they move me to two more rooms still roaches were crawling on the bed and walls. The extra roll of toilet paper was mildew and black . The towels had stains on them sheets were stained manager offered no refund just wanted to put me in another room and I said no they all have roaches In them I need a refund for my stay this was my worse experience I couldn’t sleep because roaches were crawling on bed and I couldn’t keep anything cold to drink or even warm something to eat because no refrigerator and no microwave this is not what was advertised when I booked this room. I took pics after I killed the roaches I didn’t want the roach to get away while I look for a phone to take pictures so the ones that were in the bed i killed and scooted on the floor. that hotel needs major renovation needs to be shut down and fumigated

I would not recommend this property for women traveling alone. The property is unsafe due to poor management during late hours. Your safety is not if their concern if they are not on site.

The bed was the only comfortable part of the stay. On the website our king room was advertised as including a microwave, fridge, and a tv. Only the tv was provided and it didn’t even work. We mentioned this on our first day but it wasn’t fixed even after 8 nights passed of our entire stay.

Good location but housekeeping never cleaned the room I. The 2 weeks I was there. They came by twice to deliver towels. Any other time I would have to go to the front desk to trade them in. The front desk were nice and kind but it seems their hands were tied.

The reason for lower rating was because of trouble we had adjusting television volume and turning on/off when not able to use remote (even after going to office for new batteries) and no adjustments on Insignia television. Also only ice machine was in the office.

Worse place to stay. Room is terrible its all dirty the whole room. Bed shwets are all stained and dirty. Room had hole in the shower where the shower head is. I wanted a accessible room they didnt have any and thata cause they had rooms and that one they didnt have.

First room had 8 long, black hairs inside the sheets and an adjoing door with a flimsy lock and no sign that it was adjoining. Second room reaked of smoke. Third room was not as bad but they let people smoke in same bldgs as "non-smoking" rooms so the whole place stinks. Outer areas were in bad need of repair and maintenance. My favorite was Mr. Ankle brace from the county that kept coming to the lobby. He lives there?? Never again.

The bathroom was way to small had to leave the door open and hold the door open with my shoe so I didn’t hit my head on the door I’m 5’7 and 1/2 my aunt had issues with the size and she 5’0 ,

Front desk staff was very polite and easy to work with. No issues there. The A/C worked and they are pet friendly. The room was a smoking room and it was tidy but nothing special. Only 1 channel worked on the T.V. There were roaches in the room. The neighbors were very "busy" all night with people coming and going. Our dog barked every time as she should to let us know so not a restful night. In addition to this during the night someone stole a bag from the back of our truck. It was a grocery store cooler bag with ice and beer in it but still just gives you an idea of what the environment is. If you need a cheap place and don't mind the risk. It was ok.

This motel looks filthy and run down. As soon as i open the door i was met by a musty, mildew smell thay was unbearable. I had to xhanhe rooms. The next room covers was stained and looked like they wasnt washed. I never been to a hotel or motel that didnt have basic appliances like a microwave, iron and fridge. It definitely want worth saving a few dollars. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!!!!. except the 2nd shift lady. She was sweet

The $30 extra for the microwave and fridge raider and both did not work. The door stuck to where we had to kick and pull the door so hard it actually hurt our shoulder. We told the management and they just said that it’s under rent renovation and there’s nothing they can do about it. It did not look like the room was cleaned before we moved in for the week.

I reserved a handi-accessible room for my father and his room was given away. The room should have also come with a refrigerator and microwave. Those items were not in the room nor could the hotel accommodate us. The comforter has burn holes, and entry door had an additional hole; not a peephole. The pool was closed and out of service.

This was the dirtiest, scariest, nastiest motel I have ever stayed at. If I hadn’t been absolutely exhausted I would have found something somewhere else
