    The front desk did not open till about 10 o’clock and it closed earlier around nine 10 o’clock at night. Staff was rude. The room was dirty. The blankets were dirty. They were broken things in the room. The whole floor I was on smelled like drugs and smoke I would not recommend this place for anybody.

    Several times after i left the grounds, I returned and noticed a strong men’s perfume in the room. I did not have any on for that trip. I feel that someone, had been in my room without my concent. No cleaning in the room by staff. Also, it appeared that this establishment has become an extended stay for families. No problem . I’m glad you’re there for them. The only problem, I felt like I was being policed. Seems like they were behaving lik some sort of “lookout” group. Lastly, I did change my reservations over the phone with the manager two days prior to my arrival. I requested that she note the system b/c I had prepaid for more days than I actually stayed. Needles to say, when I contacted Expedia, they informed me that no record was existed. I going forward I will find other accommodations

    The room was nice but the common area places was nasty. They allow thier gueat to smoke Everything (Weed, Cigarettes, and MORE) inside the building. There was dog poop and pee everywhere and it smelled bad. The elevator broke twice and the stairs was wet slippery and hot as hell.They allow the gueat to be loud and noisey all times of the night. They allow kids to run around property unsupervised knocking on doors and trying to open the door to other people rooms.

    very Unsafe there was people knocking on our hotel door begging for money saying they were starving and it smelt like wet dog and piss. The ac broke and it was so hot so they even moved us and there was a lot of weird people outside scetchy

    First night after arrival there was a disturbance and the cops were called for whatever reasoning. Kids run around the entire hotel doing kid things asking for money making noise playing games fighting with each other. People sit at each entry way smoking marijuana very loud music playing. Been here a week no one has came to our room for trash disposal. I asked for towels and they give me bath mats . The hallways and stairs smells like wet dogs and their is trash everywhere outside the building. Children roam in the parking lot.

    This property is very poorly maintained and the majority of the staff is very rude and has absolutely no people skills. In the time I was there people died. Staff members got into a brawl with guests and kids were involved and the police were called. On top of that I was given a set price and when I arrived to check in they tried to charge me almost $300 extra to wash my sheets. My room was filthy I had to mop and disinfect everything and my tv never even worked along with the stove. All in all it was an experience I’d rather not repeat. What they advertise is not what you get.

    Booked a room online and the room was given to someone else while my gf drove 5 hours to get here I then revived call saying room was booked and I had to find another hotel ! Hotel is trash with multiple kids running up and down hallways all day and night and staff was very inconsiderate

    I was allowed to make a late reservation (10:35pm to be exact) and when I arrived at the property the check in window was closed. After contacting the staff through lobby phone I was told I had to make it there before 10pm in order to check in. I was traveling with 4 children and had been on the road for 4 hours and having to find somewhere else to stay was a horrible inconvenience. I would never book again.

    I called ahead at this property to let them know I will have a late check in. I arrived at 11:30, was in the lobby, picked up the lobby phone, no answer.... and then I called the number posted near the lobby phone, no answer, a SMS text message was sent... no answer. I will be asking for a full refund but just got back.

    I reserved 2 rooms and upon arrival only 1 was available on the 4th floor with the elevator out of order. The front desk was not helpful basically saying "tough luck". I canceled both and found another hotel. At 9pm they called and were questioning when I would check in the 1 room.

    Was told to leave to after 3 days after paying week. Just because my dog got loose for a few minutes. They are not pet friendly. They will kick you out for any reason. Did not sign agreement that I would lose all that i paid in advance. Corporate can’t help. They can’t access the bill or anything. And during check out I was giving paper work that I didn’t even sign. If you have find a place for extended stay DO NOT GO THERE ! Pay to have your towels and sheets wash. They only clean ever 14 days.

    I didnt like that they "close at 10pm" so i had yo be there before that time. My room stunk like sweaty guy, very unpleasent and found cofee grounds in toilet. Had the complimentary bar of soap but not the shampoo or conditioner. ( staying one night didnt want to go to store to buy) Found out later that there is a vending machine selling travelsized shampoo for $3.00( dammit boy) so with that much money i opted to buy a Ferrari instead, joking. Bed uncomfortable a cot or hammock woild of been more comfortable. Looking back i should have paid the 5 dollar difference and stayed at Motel 6.

    Confusion at checkin regarding length of stay. Was resolved quickly but resulted in multiple credit card authorizations. Room was on the side of the hotel facing I10 so there was amplified sound of traffic day and night. Room floor was dirty and sticky in some areas and there was hair on the sink toilet and still in the shower. Bathroom smelled strongly of urine

    We booked the hotel last minute mainly on the price and location. Plenty of food options in all price points close by and right off the highway for easy access to and from. With that comes some traffic noise, but it wasn't terrible. We had no intention of using the fridge or cooktop, but a nice option to have. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean.

    This hotel is located right next to the freeway. The walls are paper thin. The whole place smelt like an old hospital. The rooms weren’t clean. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, anything that any other hotel provides for their guests. The mattress was hard. There was only two tiny pillows and there were two of us that stayed in this room so we weren’t able to use a pillow to cover our ears to try and sleep at night due to the loud freeway and the paper thin walls. There’s no type of breakfast, not even a banana to grab or a muffin to grab on your way out the door. The only good thing about this place was that there was a full size fridge, a microwave, and a two burner stove top. The quality of this hotel was awful considering it was almost $130 a night. Motel 6 would have been a breed option. Save your money and book elsewhere.

    Luckily We only booked one night here and it was horrible. Soon as we walked in the back door it smelled like pee. And it only got worse our room smelled dusty old and like mildew. I have really bad allergies and couldn’t sleep we ended up checking out at 6am cause I couldn’t handle the smell. The bathroom wasn’t clean. They offer a kitchen but u have to pay to get pots and plates.. I will never stay here again

    Great stay for the money. The staff was nice. My room was clean but dog feces was left on the side walk in the area of the wheel chair access and was not removed for more than two days, after I had notified the staff at the time of my check in. I reiterate that the rooms were great and they were clean. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was nice and the water was hot and did not have an odor.

    The room was very clean and the place felt safe! Very well lit parking lot at night or early morning. I stayed here 2 nights for work and I would stay hear again. The mini kitchen was great and extremely clean as well. The A/C fan unit was a little glitchy but I had brought a box fan with me so I had no problems keeping the room cool with that.

    Hotel is fantastic where as the hotels.com i was talked to very rude when i called to inquire about my payment. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmation number to the room i had purchased before i arrived and was told at the front desk i had to pay again because the payment was a third party payment. I had to pay another way thank goodness i had the funds or i would have been out on the streets. I did not appreciate that at all and i feel bad for the guests who gets to their so called destination only to find out their prepaid room never existed. Not fair to people at all.

    After traveling for 12 hours, it was late and I needed a place to crash. Found this place booked my room. The front desk “closes” but they have someone on sight to come in if you call a certain number. I called it the woman came down and she wasn’t the most pleasant as clearly she had to get out of bed to come assist me. Mind you I wouldn’t be either, so I don’t blame her nor do I wish to disparage her. However, it’s not my fault nor my problem that the hotel has such an inconvenient system for late night. I was given my key and told that to open my room I’d have to do a bit of maneuvering with the key card and the door handle. The room was what they had available so I said ok and went and parked my car and grabbed my bags and headed inside. Made it to the room and after struggling for about ten minutes to get the door open, I made it in. It was definitely it as simple or easy to accomplish opening that door. I got in, it was a smoking room, so it smelled terrible. For an “extended stay” property it offered nothing useful. There were no paper towels, silverware or plates as some others would offer. I guess they expect you to bring your own. There were no toiletries provided either, except for one little bar of soap. The bedding was cheap. Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk and no one answered the phone to assist me. I’d have to wait till ten. I myself will unlikely every use this facility or one by the same name again. It was inconvenient and non accommodating.

    Booked the same room 2 nights in a row. My room was double booked by receptionists. Stranger was given room key and barged in to my room while I was getting dressed. Also took 4-6 times to unlock the room door. Key slot would not read room key. However I did like the room itself. Clean and great price!

    They didn't explain nothing they do for clients. I drove 17hrs. An nothing was said about refund TV didn't work they dont clean rooms. They lazy

    When I went to check in, they told me I had to take a room on the fourth floor and that the elevator was out of order. That means I would have to take the stairs for flights up carrying my luggage and my seven-year-old son. Was not going to happen. We did not stay there.
