Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and perfect for our needs! The picnic basket each morning was a nice touch.

This hotel was superb. From the moment we arrived, until the minute we left, everything was wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was great at her job and the staff were all very courteous. The breakfast basket was perfect. The property is gorgeous. We will be returning!

Finally beautiful

Absolute dream location! Booked wrong date, when I was literally 20 minutes out, in the middle of the night.. and they fixed it. Super helpful staff-we felt welcome and at home. The Breakfast basket was so cute!! LOVED it! We will be back for a weekend getaway for sure!

Amazing hotel! Nora at the front desk was always accommodating. Only complaint i could make is the breakfast they provided could use some more options.. the baskets were cute and we loved it. But you can only eat apples and croissants so many times.

I like the basket of bread, apple and juice they put outside your door in the morning. You can take it to one of the places they have around the site and enjoy your quiet morning.

What made the experience even more special was the open space to play outdoor games. There was plenty of room to run, laugh, and enjoy quality time together, creating those simple but unforgettable memories that trips are made of. One of the most charming moments was sitting on the wrap around porch, gently rocking in the classic rocking chairs. There’s something so calming about that slow rhythm, especially with a soft breeze and beautiful surroundings, it felt like time paused just for us. And the architecture… absolutely stunning. The historic design of the inn is truly something to admire, with its graceful details and beautifully preserved character. It gives the entire place a sense of warmth, elegance, and history that you don’t find just anywhere. Overall, the Belleview Inn delivered a wonderful, relaxing experience filled with beauty, comfort, and charm one we’ll be thinking about long after we’ve left.

The negative of the stay was housekeeping was not up to standard. We did not get our room cleaned each day and we had to ask housekeeping to clean the room. The hotel stated house keeping was every day and it was needed after flaky croissants 😊 The main areas and outdoor space of the hotel was beautiful..very peaceful, beautiful veranda to sit on. The pool was heated and plenty of sun beds, but not much shade. The hotel felt traditional and tranquil. The hotel gym was a lovely room with a good choice of machines and a rack of weights with mats etc.. Enjoyed our stay!

Front Desk very rude and treat is really bad. She try to charge twice and start saying that we was not supposed to be there. A hotel like this can’t have someone like working on the front desk. We felt humiliated by her.

This place is beautiful and so welcoming!! The only thing I would add is a smart TV but that is not a huge deal to me. The added picnic basket with amazing croissants and orange juice was sooo good!!

The pool was relaxing, the staff was great, and for the first time ever, it felt like a "resort fee" actually covered useful amenities.

Place is beautiful. Not the most soundproof and we had people running around a lot the room above. When we checked in there was not complimentary waters and only one actual coffee mug. Several little details could hav been improved, such as the boards for corn holes. Little things that wouldn’t take much but no one seems to notice

The room was very clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We came Xmas week and it’s so beautifully decorated and was very quiet, surprisingly. The pool and pool chairs were not crowded. It’s definitely on the quiet side which we loved!

For three whole days, I only ate apples, croissants, and drank orange juice.

Second time staying at this hotel. Love that this hotel is perfect for total relaxation.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is not really a place for children but nice and quiet for adults. The hotel is elegant, clean and has a gorgeous pool with beautiful surroundings. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Not close to the beach but this is why the price is reasonable. We would definitely return.

The Belleview Inn is part of Costal Florida’s history. We enjoyed taking a step back in time, while having the modern conveniences.

Old money aesthetic, with classic hospitality that you dont see anywhere else anymore.

Loved everything about this unique, beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and looked after every detail. A wonderful retreat for a relaxing getaway- highly recommend!

Great property if you are looking for a nice quiet place with most amenities next door at Belleair Country Club. No bar or restaurant at the property which is a big plus. Nice pool, cabanas always available. Beautiful facility, great room, highly recommend.

The breakfast picnic baskets were a nice surprise! However, staying for 4 consecutive nights, it would have been nice it they would have changed the items around instead of having the same choice every morning. Overall, a great, nice relaxing environment!

It was a wonderful stay, everything from the room to the accommadates that came with the purchase made the price worth it. Compared to other hotels around the area, you can't beat it.

Nora greeted us as soon as we arrived. She was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! And the Inn is beautiful inside and out!

This was the most adorable little Inn. Really enjoyed that you were able to utilize the country club and golf course on the property! Breakfast croissant with fresh orange juice were a very nice inclusion. The area was private and serene. Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. There is also historical memorabilia located all over the Inn. The property has a fascinating story.

ALSO the hotel gives you free parking (and general access) at the Sandpearl hotel on the beach in Clearwater, which is totally worth it! You can drive to a nice beach without much problem. Also Sandpearl is like a 5 star hotel, and you can get access to their restaurants etc. The area around the hotel is a sort of retirement hirise village, so no places to walk to except down by the water. You will need a car to go anywhere in Clearwater if you stay here.

Beautiful and peaceful! The history of this place is fascinating and the inn has done a wonderful job preserving it. The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the pictures and decor depicted the history of this wonderful place. The picnic baskets of croissants and apples was a super nice touch. We will return!

We stayed at the Belleview Inn to join family for Christmas Vacation. It was very convenient being next to our family's condo.

Although overall we had a great time, our initial room was a little bit musty and tired.

Our stay at Belleview Inn was amazing. We travelled with a family of 4. Safe gated community. Nice bonus add was the delicious croissant with jam and fresh orange juice and fruit left at our door every morning. Grounds are immaculate. Will definitely book at Belleview again.

Absolutely beautiful property with so much history. Such a cozy, warm and royal feeling for the whole family. Pool and hot tub are great. No real dining option on property except a cafe, but plenty of places near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The inn only has 35 rooms so it feels really intimate. Will definitely be back!

History of bulding is fantastic

Cool old school architecture. Room not cleaned properly. Food left in fridge and pecans on the floor (thought it was a cockroach). Only Decaf cartridges for the coffee maker. Cardboard cup insulators too big for the cups. Cups overfill if water is at the “fill” level. Metal lining for overhead spot light fell out previously (it was on a chair) and not replaced. Pillows might as well be volley balls. Curtains are difficult to raise/lower and let in an Armageddon worth of sunlight.

They have no power. They were also very understaffed. But such a lovely hotel. 💕💕

Room was very clean, beds were comfy, free parking, breakfast basket was such a cute touch. Kids loved the pool, bonus to have access to their beach hotel. We loved spending our family vacation there. Great experience! We will definitely spend time there again.

What a beautiful property!! The grounds were immaculate, the pool was perfect and the rooms were large and really comfortable. Loved the daily continental breakfast delivered right to our room each morning. Any other light food needs could be found downstairs in the cafe. Very quiet. Beautiful lobby. & loved the reciprocity of the other hotel right on the beach in Clearwater! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the grand old charm of the Belleview Inn that is present everywhere. But most of all, the attentive staff made our stay especially comfortable and relaxing!

The friendliness of the staff made our stay more comfortable. Unlike many hotels, you could tell the staff at the Belleview took pride in their Inn. The Inn itself was remarkable especially if you appreciate historical buildings.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Belleair Country Club, which I shared with management but it did not affect my incredibly high option of this hotel. It is a gem.

What can I say besides.. WOW. Incredible stay. Incredible place. Truly peaceful and quiet and the grounds and facilities make me feel like a southern bell in a mansion in the 1800’s. Definitely coming back!

A just simply fabulous renovated historic hotel. Everything about it is wonderful except they need a tiki bar out by the pool and a full blown restaurant. Nothing is really within walking distance. Still absolutely loved the stay and will come again.

Wonderfully refurbished historical luxury hotel on the Gulf waterfront with excellent amenities.

The neighbourhood is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. The pool was very relaxing with hardly anyone in it and a wonderfull place for family time. The only small negative is no on site restaurant and the breakfast not a lot in the morning.There is a country club next door to use or restaurants nearby though. We chose to use door dash and sat on the verandah eating it watching the amazing sunset.

We stayed here after our wedding, and when they found that out they sent a bottle of wine up to our room and a nice card congratulating us. The rooms are great and the vibes are really nice.

I really enjoyed returning to the Inn after working. The con of working and traveling can be exhausting. This was a welcome respite after a long day.

Nice location. Very quiet. No microwave in rooms. No hot water nor coffee available in lobby. Breakfast was just 1 croissant and 1 orange juice! (had to ask for an apple) Should have a shuttle to take the guests to the private beach included in the resort fees.

The hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained. They have an excellent staff to meet any and all of your needs. I highly recommend.

Hotel is stunning! Room was great! Website says you receive “freshly baked goods and juice every morning”. Check in stated it was an OJ, croissant and apple. Received a croissant and a warm OJ in the morning, no apple or fruit. Didn’t realize there wasn’t any bar or happy hour at facility and unable to go the the Belleair Club house bar as it’s members only. Put a bump in our girls, kid free night without a nice glass of wine at the bar!

Place is very quiet and unique, lots of history, our room was vey nice except a few essential items tv remote, missing, our mini fridge, and hair dryer

A beautiful property from the outside to the inside. All the staff was friendly and courteous especially Lisa Marie at the front desk. Great pool, ample parking, easy drive to many restaurants near the hotel. Overall a great experience.

Not a cookie-cutter hotel. Quiet, well maintained property on a Golf club with all amenities. Fantastic location! Overnight front desk person was very helpful. Rooms were clean and beautiful but you can hear the near by doors banging as they closed. Overall staff and TV news options can be diversified!

Amazing! Beautiful location, historical site with museum of property on site. Very relaxing and well appointed! The reciprocity with a nearby beachfront hotel was an added bonus which gave us easy access to Clearwater Beach. There are many cozy and relaxing nooks to sit and relax, it was difficult to leave! Definately will be back in near future!

Outstanding property, inside of a country club and offers access to it. We went with our 2 yo son and he enjoyed every part of it. also give you access to the beach at the sister resort in the beachfront of Clearwater. we will definitively go again

Lovely stay at this unique destination. Treated like a Country Club guest and that was the feel of the Inn (not like a hotel at all). If you want a hotel, this is not the place. You will enjoy this if you like a quiet, historic inn with personal touch.

This was the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed at. A picnic basket of croissants was delivered to our door for breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Just lovely.

Beautiful historic inn on a beautiful country club property. Room and beds very nice and staff very nice. Lovely pool, free bikes and some access to the country club (golf, restaurant). Near friends who live down there and Phillies Spring training which is partly why we went. My only very mild criticism/negative is that they don’t have a restaurant or bar in the building due to an agreement with the adjacent CC. Have a limited breakfast basket and had a little coffee/gift shop so it was fine, but I just didn’t expect it to be more of a bed and breakfast inn than a full service hotel.
