Do not expect your room to get completely clean out, I stayed 4 nights/5 days & it was clean one time, only bed & clean towels were done. Everything else was not cleaned, trash was not taken and room was not vacuum. Housekeeping was a disappointment from what I'm used to on resorts and hotels. Supposedly that is explained at check in.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The shower curtain seemed to be made from a cotton-like material, which made it inconvenient to use while showering. The pillows were also uncomfortable and not of good quality.

We enjoyed a quick overnight stay. It is convenient and walkable to the Capital Theater. We felt it was a little overpriced for the overall hotel experience.

We enjoyed being able to walk down town to the concert we were attending. We also enjoyed driving to Honeymoon Island. It's a lovely beach.

Nice, clean hotel close to shopping and the beach. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices. Plenty of parking available.

The only bad experiences were not having the staff clean or service the room or pick up the trash during our 2 nights stay and the bathtub faucet was dripping all the time.

We were a little baffled with check in instructions that we had to request to have our room cleaned the day before. So essentially the bathroom got pretty dirty by the time we checked out even though housecleaning did enter the room every few days. My issue was with the pool. It was very dirty with bird droppings on the deck, in the pool and on the chairs. At the end of our stay they put in a high pitched sound devise with a motion detector which would have been fine if they had cleaned everything along with this effort. We did see someone scooping droppings out of the pool on one day but no thorough cleaning seemed to take place.

Everything we hoped it would be and more. Safe, spotless, friendly staff and handy for everywhere we wanted to visit. Plenty parking. Complimentary breakfast was unexpected and very well organised with friendly staff on hand to assist.

Staff is very caring, and room service is very attentive to details. Breakfast had a great variety of juice, cereal, oatmeal toppings, etc. The pool and area are nice and well kept. Definitely enjoyed it with my wife to stay at this hotel. I think the best thing is the location, because it is a short walking distance from anything you need. It has a wonderful park behind it and Walgreens nearby. Of course it's not on the island, next to the beach, but for this price it offers the same exact top-level service and rooms as the Edge hotel and others. Look at the pictures!

Breakfast was good but the room not so clean ..There was a strand of hair in the refrigerator and albeit it’s a roonI’ whete dogs are allowed, the carpet was sticky and so was the tile floors in the bathroom…Otherwise, people are kind and very nice..Plus location and breakfast were really good..

Absolutely wonderful everything about this property was wonderful. The staff was great. The parking was great. The rooms were great. Everything was good. Was clean close to everything and would absolutely stay there again with no hesitation. The only downfall was that I was there for one night and I wish I was there longer. Absolute must stay

The door to our room had very large gap and the room darkening blinds in sitting room did not work. We were comfortable but if a wheelchair person was in the room, they could not have closed the blinds.

Very well maintained hotel with friendly staff who really care about the quality of their hotel. Our king suite with full kitchen felt like a roomy one-bedroom apartment. Breakfast buffet had many options, all served hot, and we were able to skip lunch many days due to being full from breakfast. Great location allowed us to walk to downtown and eat at local restaurants and it was a quick drive to Baycare ballpark, and local beach towns.

Rooms were very well kept, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Parking area was well lit and surrounding area was quiet and didn't give any cause for safety uneasiness. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for Phillies Spring training. Location is great. Easy to get to ballpark and easy to get to the beach. Hotel was in pretty good condition and staff were very friendly. Our room was adequate. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The bathroom could use updating and maintenance (our sink drained slowly and the shower was in need of refurbishing). I used the gym. It was small but adequate for my needs. We didn't use the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The hotel is wonderful and very clean. We had an isolated incident where our room was not cleaned when it was scheduled to be cleaned. We contacted the front desk and since the cleaning staff had already left, we did not get the normal refresh. We received clean towels and the staff person took the garbage. It was disappointing but was addressed as best it could.

Room was decent, clean etc front desk agent was a bit curt but with a smile. TVs need replacing, could not find a settings feature to change the Spanish language to English and the in house technical expert who came in to reboot tv could not find the specific place to make change. He basically just waited a half hour of time after checking in very late. The reports were about 20-30 years old. For the money spent this should be a priority. The breakfast was adequate and fresh. Add fresh fruit, bananas would be awesome. And perhaps a waffle machine and it would be. Home run! Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel of this economy ranking.

Room was clean but looking tired and in need of some renovations. Staff was great.

The only problem is that checkout is at 12 and house keeping came banging on our door at 7:30am, didn’t announce themselves and kept trying to open our door. This occurred 3 different times while we were still trying to sleep.

The service was incredible. All staff we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide excellent service, from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to kitchen attendants. The only negative was that perhaps due to the recent hurricane, the room was musty and we had to request a room change. When we brought it up, our concerns were addressed immediately, so five stars for service, but 3 stars for the building itself. Hopefully those issues can be addressed to make future stays for other patrons more comfortable.

Support staff was nice and breakfast was good. The room was an issue. The TV did not work, just a hit or miss of squiggly lines and the front desk did not have a solve. The mattress on the bed was so worn on one side that one of us slept in a hole and the other had to keep from rolling down into to the hole all night. Horrible smell of cooking food throughout the hallway and room. Finally, the water in the shower was very weak and would not fully shut off so it dripped all night.

It was just what we needed. The place was clean and friendly staff.

We left and didn’t even stay there. The staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious. But it smelled awful. Mildewed carpets! It was so overpowering we couldn’t even stay there. Still waiting for my refund when we didn’t even stay longer than 15 minutes

Really good basic hotel. The area around it is not very good in my opinion. I would not walk there at night, but since I was driving it’s fine. I would totally stay there again if I’m in the area.

Walking distance to downtown

The room I stayed in was a studio with a king bed. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The breakfast options were: eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, oatmeal with a toppings bar, cereal, fruit, juice, milk, coffee and more. The food was really good. They have a pool, cantina and work center. The work center is open 24 hours. I give it a 9.8 review. The little I found: - the garbage basket in the kitchen was too small to fit the breakfast plate. - the couch was nice yet might be more comfortable with a pillow for the back lumbar area. - the kitchen/dinning table was nice. It seats two. However, to use the chair nearest the kitchen you really need to pull the table away from the wall.

Front desk was SOOOOOO nice (Wu-Tang forever). Great place to stay if you're seeing a show at BayCare Sound (Leon Bridges was great). We only stayed one night but we will book it again for another show. We got a Lyft to the show and walked back after.

I accidentally left an important item behind, and they worked with us to have it shipped to me via UPS. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the caring staff. Clean, modern, safe & better than expected. Pictures don’t do it justice. Just minutes to The Bayshore Sound & Coachman Park. Short drive to the beaches. Great continental breakfast. Greeted by staff with a friendly smile upon check in. Great room. Full size fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove,microwave, dishes, cups, utensils, pots & pans, Publix grocery store nearby. No complaints

Property and room is great. One problem. Air conditioner in the room is right next to the bed. It is very loud and goes on and off throughout the night. Makes for challenging sleeping. However the bed is very comfortable.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was good as the first one. The property was clean, free parking, breakfast included and within few miles from the beach and other stores. The room was spacious, cleaned, quiet though the bathroom do need updated. The bathtub style is getting old and not as quite roomy and nice as their other newer properties. However, the price was decent and it was also next to Rita's Italian ice so that was one of the good perk. Overall, it worked for me.

The location is excellent, easy access from Highway 60. The room is surprisingly spacious and feels like a studio apartment with kitchen area and accessories.

The hotel is excellent. I stay at this particular hotel about every two weeks or so. Staff is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and large. I would recommend to stay here for sure!

I had a great experience as usual. I stay at this location about every other week or so and I’ve never been disappointed. The manager and other staff actually remember me and my name and I think it’s awesome!

Surely a good solution if you have a car and from here you can move toward the cost or to downtown Tampa. Free parking is definitely a plus as well as the small pool great to relax when you are back to the hotel from the beaches.

I was super impressed with how nice the amenities were in my hotel room! I couldn’t believe I had a full kitchen with cookware so I didn’t have to eat out every time. Quiet, the complimentary breakfast and the walkability made my stay awesome and relaxing! Will book again.

Everything was clean zero issues second week we were in a different room to seem like half of everything was broken and we seen some unwanted bugs coming out of the garbage disposal etc so I’m basically splitting my review between the low and the high hence why I just chose good vs average

The bed was very comfortable, and I finally got some much-needed rest… until about 8:30 AM when I was abruptly woken up by a loud knock at the door. It was housekeeping, asking when I planned to check out—even though checkout time isn't until 11:00 AM. I had only been asleep a few hours and was surprised by the early interruption. In hindsight, I should have put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but I didn’t expect housekeeping to be knocking that early. Aside from the unexpected wake-up and the interruption to my sleep, my overall experience with the front desk staff was excellent.

I have stayed there three times now twice on my own and once with my husband. I go to Clearwater to see friends and this place is centralized to everything I need. I really enjoy that when I go back the staff recognize me they address me by my name And everything is handled so well.

Nice handy location. Easy to get to and from. Service was outstanding. The rooms are good but the carpet is definitely dated. Also the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it unless you have kids that just don’t care where they sleep.

Young lady at the front desk during the evenings was great! Everyone was attentive. Breakfast was good, only thing I’d say about it would be to offer a side other than bread for your eggs and protein but that’s just me being picky. Check in and check out was a breeze, conveniently located on court street, parking included. Will now be one of my go-to places when in town again for work.

Affordable option while attending a wedding on Clearwater Beach. Hotel was a short uber ride to the wedding venue. Front desk staff was nice and the room was spotless. Highly recommend.

Love this hotel when we attend events

Our room was great although the refrigerator needs to be balanced. It rocks on the floor. Bathroom needs a night light switch. Rude awakening at 3 am when full light is your only option.

Very clean hotel. Located walking distance to Downtown Clearwater and Capitol Theater. Room was large and nicely furnished with a kitchenette and dining table as well as a nice comfy couch. Bed was very comfortable and the extra linens were appreciated even though we didn’t use the sofa bed.

Only downside to this wonderful hotel was the expensive parking. However since we were there during a hurricane, parking was free downtown.
