The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Overall our one night stay was very nice.

We were able to check in a little early and not miss as much of our festival. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay close to the Hayden amphitheater while on a budget, would definitely recommend!
- 3.5/5
Close to my families home, EZ to find and close to multiple coffee shops N/A
- 5/5
Pleasant helpful staff. Great from for the price. Comfortable. The restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel was fantastic.
- 5/5
Shockingly nice n fully renovated.
- 5/5
Room was clean, older building but nice for the price
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Good location with steakhouse across the street
- 4/5
This room was just fine. A typical room for a guy who spends 300 nights a year in hotels I am just in awe of the hotel prices in Bend Oregon. I mean sure it’s a pretty place but so are lots of places and aren’t near as greedy
- 4/5
The overall stay was very good. We appreciated the staff's helpfulness, and the recommendations we received for local places to eat. We'd stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient for one night stay.
- 5/5
It was great.
- 4/5
It might sound weird but the lighting really bothered me. I'd suggest warmer lights, these were bright and industrial.
- 4/5
I'd say I'd give it 4.5 stars. Everything was fine except the fact that there was another room that was constantly slamming their door. I was woken up at like 3am with someone slamming their door. My husband said they did it at like midnight too. (I didn't hear that one.)
- 4/5
Room was very clean, if a bit spartan. Toiletries were limited, but fine for a one-night stay. Good deal for the price.
- 3/5
It honestly was decent for what it was no real complaints, EXCEPT for them demanding ID for every person staying in the room, I’m not mad about it but when it’s not listed in any of the pre check in emails and one of our group had lost her wallet ON THE TRIP, and then were given a lot of trouble over and almost tried to make us feel guilty about the situation. Was just very odd.
- 4/5
Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning and maintenance staff were extremely nice! Even when we had an issue, they were quick to correct it and apologized profusely. The proximity to the incredible restaurant next door was great, and even being in downtown Bend, our room was fairly quiet and extremely comfortable! The beds were comfy, the shower had great water pressure, just an overall great stay for a couple nights and you couldn't beat the price!! The floors appeared clean, but our white socks told a different story. The hardwood floors needed mopped very badly, and our toilet had a problem flushing and then non-stop running. They quickly fixed the toilet for us, and were extremely apologetic. Even still, I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Pool was closed.
- 2/5
The window in our bathroom had what looked like a bullet hole. The comforter on the bed was dirty. It seems like a party hotel. People were loud all night and early in the morning.
- 5/5
It a great price for in town. Room was very clean. font office was very nice. quiet at night. Will use again.
- 3.5/5
The location for our needs was really good and the price fit our budget, room was very clean, desk attendants were very friendly. There is a restaurant right there that serves a really good breakfast with friendly waitstaff. We where on bottom floor, our choice, can't do stairs. You could hear everything above us. Heavy walking across room that sounded like stomping, Outside noise wasn't to bad. Biggest dislike the bed was very hard, made it difficult to sleep through the night.
- 5/5
The hotel is not new, and is a bit rustic. However, we were warmly welcomed by the lady in Reception when we arrived late at night. The parking was almost full and we thought it would be noisy. Not at all! We slept soundly until 8. There is a nice fridge and microwave and the bed was huge and comfortable. There was a breakfast table and 2 chairs. It was exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay. We didn't use the pool, but we saw some folks enjoying it - the water was 80 degrees even though the air outside was about 55. It's not new, but for the price it is clean and a great place to stay.

We were traveling through the state and stayed one night in May 2026 with my adult daughter and two minor grandchildren. We had a double queen room, which included a mini fridge, microwave, coffeepot, hairdryer and flat-screen TV. The room was very clean as was the grounds. The women at the front desk during check-in and check-out were friendly. I would stay here again.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and loved that it was pet friendly because we got to see so many cute animals even though we had to leave ours at home lol

Beds—way too hard. This made it difficult to sleep.
- 3.5/5
Centrally located and pretty quiet considering the location and how many rooms at the hotel. Needs more blankets or an actual bedspread on the bed. We needed to run the a/c because it was a warm day and evening but we were very cold as there was not enough blankets on the bed.

Clean and simple. Pool worked. Not high class but comfortable and friendly
- 4.5/5
Price Clean room Needed more blankets. Needs screen on bathroom window.
- 5/5
Super clean, budget friendly, close to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater (we were visiting for a show), as well as downtown, the last blockbuster, all kinds of food (Laurie’s in the parking lot was good), and of course right at the doorstep of the wonderful bits of nature in the area. Couldn’t have asked for more.
- 2/5
It didn’t feel safe. Our door had been seriously damaged by a previous incident. There were two big indentions, a crack and light came in 1!3 of the way down it was so bent. The pictures are false advertising. People above us left because of roaches. It was very basic. The room has way too much perfumed deodorizer. AND there was blood on the wall.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were not the best. Over all not a bad place to stay for a quick over night.
- 1/5
Honestly, the pictures online were a catfish, and those were already pretty bad. I paid $200 for a room with a kicked in door, extremely salty tap water, broken tv, unclean beds, and an overall trap-house vibe. I didn’t care to make a big fuss with the staff, since there wasn’t much to fix the experience, so I just left and paid for a room at a nearby hotel. If you’re thinking “well, it’s half the price of the other hotels, and it’s only for one night”, save yourself the trouble, and just eat the extra cost
- 4/5
The receptionist at check-in was very nice and helpful
- 5/5
Clean, easy, and cost effective
- 5/5
Fair price. Nice staff.
- 3/5
No cable, fire alarm had a constant chirping sound and one of the rooms smelled terrible. We had to be moved 3 times!
- 3/5
This was a nice clean place at a good price. The bed however was extremely uncomfortable & there was not a comfortable sitting chair in the room except for a small table with 2 hard chairs.
- 4/5
Old hotel. Outside in rough shape. Rooms decent and clean but windows and bathrooms were old. Central location. Fine for a cheap place to stay.
- 5/5
Clean and freshly remodeled
- 5/5
It had a low price but delivered a well designed and furnished room. Seems like they are updating the first floor rooms.
- 2/5
2nd stay this road trip. Room 218 is extremely noisy, not sure if it’s next to the boiler/air con system? It is next to the ice machine. Late at night we heard constant loud running water which wasn’t coming from the neighbouring room. Ask for another room, as our first stay was great.
- 5/5
Great sized room, king bed. Everything you need. Great Wi-Fi, ice machine. Bargain price, thank you.
- 4/5
Worst part is there were only two pillows and we need more.
- 4/5
Everything you need. Great one night stay for the price!
- 3/5
The bed was hard. I was fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was clean,
- 3/5
Very kind staff. I had to be moved rooms due to unclean bedding, and they were very nice about it. It is an old motel. Has a bit of a smell to it and isn’t fancy by any means. For $60 it was a decent place to sleep for a night, and dogs stay for free so that was nice. Appreciate the kindness.
- 2/5
I had a lower room and the room above me sounded like they were having a kettlebell workout at 1:18am. They left sometime in the 2:00 am hour. Management said call them and they will take care of it. They are on staff 24 hrs.
- 4/5
Parking easy. Clean rooms, dog friendly
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful , recommended amazing places to eat the room was clean and honestly one of the best budget friendly places ever ! Make sure to eat at the diner across the way Laurie’s had an amazing breakfast
- 5/5
Easy parking. A little older property. Nice staff
- 5/5
Room was exactly what was advertised. Had a comfortable sleep and everything was clean
- 5/5
Customer service was great and they were very accommodating asked if we wanted service or not property was very clean there was a bit of ruckus outside the hotel but it was not on the property
- 5/5
Room was clean and in a convenient location to down town
- 4/5
Safeway is within a block. Several restaurants are close also. Parking was easy. Room was clean and bathroom looked newly remodeled. Very nice for the money. However, the heater was very loud and there was a train near by. Sigh.
- 5/5
Perfect for pet owners

- 5/5
Great stay! Most things within 4 minute drive!
- 4/5
Not a fancy place, but it was clean and the staff were extremely kind!
- 1/5
Guests next door had loud music at 3:00 am and awoken agin at 5:00 am to cigarette smoke , horrible place to stay when needing rest after working a 14 hour day
- 3/5
An old property with some nice cosmetic upgrades, but could use more extensive updating.
- 5/5
Location close to downtown and easy to get to. Older property but has been renovated recently and is in great shape. No pet fees, great room for the price
- 5/5
The room were nice and clean. Had everything i needed in it. It had a microwave, coffee pot. refrigerator, iron and ironing board. It had a blow dryer and it was really quiet whe re our rooms were. The staff was friendly and Sandi was Awesome!!!
- 4/5
No pet fee was appreciated.
- 5/5
Great staff and pet friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The curtains block out most street light which I appreciate a lot.
- 5/5
Also, on the north side a block away is Walgreens and three places to eat.
- 5/5
From check in to check out was awesome. No issues whatsoever
- 5/5
The staff was really nice and friendly room was very clean

- 5/5
Newly remodeled and a great value!

- 5/5
Great place, scheduled last minute. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location, convenient to all things Bend,
- 4/5
There was no breakfast available.

- 5/5
Room was excellent and very clean!
- 5/5
We had a great stay
- 3/5
Room was clean
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was fine, but the two pillows were pathetic. Barely usable. I’ve gotten better sleep in County jail. Plus they had some
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room, courteous staff!
- 5/5
They were excellent!
- 4/5
As always a clean, well organized room. However this time the bathtub drain was clogging up and the rollers on the bed frame were so slick that the bed kept scooting away from the wall. Courteous staff as always.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Front desk lady very pleasant and friendly
- 5/5
Good spot to stay when in Bend, convenient location and great value. Front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious, also with well lit exterior that felt safe to park in. Would stay again!
- 4/5
Nice little basic hotel. Great location. Simple. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Perfect for just a place to sleep. Upstairs neighbor guests were loud but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Would stay again.
- 5/5
This was a really nice quiet clean convient room at a fair price!!!everything i wanted in a place to stay.
- 2/5
Old building hasnt been updated Front door was hard to shut and a huge air gap between door and threshold bathroom fan did not work. homeless people hanging around property would not stay there again.

- 5/5
This place is conveinent for me
- 5/5
The only thing I didn't like is there are no mats for under your feet coming in the door (it had been raining and there was no place to wipe my feet) and in front of the sink. Maybe have some ruggables that can be washed. Thanks for the stay!
- 5/5
Close to downtown
- 5/5
Clean, budget friendly hotel. Super nice front desk staff.
- 5/5
Close to restaurants
- 5/5
comfortable bed
- 5/5
It was great.
- 5/5
The first thing I noticed was the air in my room was not "perfumed "it was clean.
- 5/5
I arrived later in the evening and was traveling solo- the woman checking me in asked I wanted a quiet spot and I said yes- she gave me the room that she said was their most secluded room, right above their office area in a little alcove. It was perfect! I had to be up early for a conference and It was very quiet all night, for which I was grateful!
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great service
- 5/5
Clean and comfy
- 4/5
The king size bedroom is larger than most 2 star hotels. It has a couch to sit on while watching TV or reading, instead of laying in bed. We were happy it accepted pets.
- 5/5
Great place for the cost. Clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient access to amenities. We have our dog with us and there are small places to take him for his morning and evening walks in the area.
- 5/5
Cute little motel
- 5/5

- 4/5
Room 120 had a broken security chain on the door. Burned out light bulbs. The tinyest pillows I have ever seen and VERY firm bed. Room was clean.
- 2/5
The HVAC unit is very noisy. Can't sleep.
- 4/5
Great price and a clean room. I stayed here overnight coming and going on my way down to Brookings and back. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Solid motel room, better than Motel 6. Bathroom is remodeled and clean.
- 5/5
Great place, clean, friendly staff and very convenient for walking around.
- 5/5
Property is pretty basic, but great location and friendly/helpful staff.
- 5/5
Was surprisingly quiet and a great price.
- 3/5
The pool was closed for season already & it was 88 the day we arrived. The desk clerk was very friendly. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. I’m not sure what was on our floor & I am not sure I want to know. I will say the bathtub was extremely clean. The walls are paper thin. Whatever the bed spread is made of is rough & bedding should not be made of it. The bed is probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried to sleep on.
- 5/5
Nice room for a reasonable price. I am just staying 1 night so I don’t have to make my entire trip in 1 day.
- 5/5
Best Hotel staff EVER!!!!
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
Rooms are freshly updated, well priced, and the staff is friendly and respectful, overall great experience
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 4/5
This is basic accommodations so expectations have to be kept in check. The staff was as good as they can possibly be, both at the front desk and the maid service. The room was clean and well maintained. The location was acceptable. We will probably stay here again.
- 5/5
I felt at home when I walked through the front door. I would be happy to call this place home. I wish I had more time here.
- 4/5
The doors joining two adjacent units are not sound proof at all and you can hear all kinds of noises from the connected unit. The owner should simply seal those doors.
- 4/5
It is convenient location BUT don’t like the number of homeless behind the motel near Bimart! It’s packed by evening and many do not pick up after themselves.
- 4/5
Restaurant was only open until 2 PM. We arrived at 3:30 and hadn't eaten all day. Found restaurant about a mile away. Otherwise 😃.
- 4/5
Office staff was helpful and pleasant.
- 4/5
Low price, close to everything
- 3/5
Staff was kind
- 5/5
It was a nice hotel for what we were in town for.
- 5/5
location worked will
- 4/5
The check-in was a breeze. The lady that checked me in gave me quite a few suggestions about restaurants in the area. The room was comfortable. Somewhere between 9:00pm and 1:00am the person in the room above us sounded like he/she was up and down, very loud walking noises. Made it difficult to sleep. When I booked the reservation, I did not realize that the area around the motel is quite undesirable...lots of homeless transients. I was concerned about walking my dog at night, but luckily I did not have any issues.
- 2/5
Loved the restaurant next door
- 5/5
Most importantly, due to a limited budget, I was looking for a reasonably priced room close by to Sunriver (only 15 minutes away) and I found that at the Bend Inn & Suites in Bend. (Alternatively SunRiver Air BNB and Motel/Hotels were super expensive). The staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful, and the room I selected for three nights had TV, Mircrowave, small refrigerator, bed & bath and was perfect for me while attending a Level Up Pickleball Camp. Beautiful weather - it was awesome!
- 3/5
Noisy all night
- 4/5
The beds were comfortable. Hot water in the shower. The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful with local dining options. The only issue we had was the tv didn’t work. We didn’t contact the front desk because it wasn’t that big a deal.
- 4/5
We had some pretty rough people above us and outside after 1am, Not the hotels fault, just the area. The price is good and Laura's next door, a great restaurant for breakfast.
- 5/5
all good for 1 night stay
- 4/5
Large homeless encampment right behind the property
- 4/5
Appreciate the value for money, clean room and great staff.
- 4/5
Great stay for a great price. Friendly staff. No frills. This is not a $300 a night hotel that you find at a great rate. It’s a great place to lay your head and stay overnight. Will recommend and stay here again.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean affordable rooms for a Bend stay.
- 5/5
Nice economy hotel. They need better sheets.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and very clean !
- 2/5
Dated bad odors noisy poor television set and poor reception scant bedding
- 4/5
Easy walking to supplies
- 4/5
Hard to regulate the temperature in the room, parking lot was very crowded and hard to park and hard to exit the parking lot.
- 5/5
I just stayed in a different, "fancier" hotelthe night before this stay, and even though this place is half the price it is really quite perfect. Everything functions really well. The bed was very comfortable, I was able to request between two empty rooms, and the concierge was delightful and charming. There are many outlets conveniently placed so I am able to plug-in and charge all my things. There is a nice big nook with a rack to put my luggage. the curtains typical of this type of hotel. And the condition of the property is excellent. My expectations are usually low for motels, but this one surprised me... it looks like they paid attention to the details when they upgraded and installed the finishes.. and the nice finishing touch is that they made little rosette's and fans with the toilet paper and towels period I love that attention to detail! It's those little things that sets a motel apart. I mean, everything just worked and the place felt like a lot of attention was paid to the details. Anytime I am in Bend, I would definitely stay here!
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 4/5
All around the back and side of the hotel are homeless. Not sure if they ever come on the property but don’t go walking around by yourself. If the homeless are there to stay, the price should not be so high. I won’t be staying there again, for the reasons stated above.
- 2/5
Had to kill a fly that was in the room, there was a bug I killed in the shower curtain, and a bunch of little bugs in the sink too. Made me worry about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. But I was only in the room for about 7 hours total for a quick night's sleep, so didn't complain but wouldn't stay here again.
- 1/5
On Auguest 10th, When we checked into our room, we noticed the room next door to us had their door wide open with cases of beer on the bed and guests talking loudly and playing music. The room was clean enough, but the door looked like it had recently been kicked in and bent inwards at the bottom and had been poorly repaired. With an inch of visiblt daylight visible on the bottom 18 inches or so between door and jam. Within ten minutes of checking into the room, we made a reservation at another hotel, feeling this was not the place for us. We were running late to a show at Hayden Homes Ampitheater and simply left without checking out at the office. Planning on contacting them the next day. I left a message for them requesting a refund via the Hotels.com app. I never received a response. So I called them two weeks later and reached the front desk. The clerk had to check with her manager she said. She called my back and left a message stating they would issue a $20 credit via the "Expedia App" and not to my credit card. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel we deserve a full credit directly to my credit card.
- 5/5
Great place for a quick stop
- 4/5
Pleasant, clean stay - would absolutely stay again!
- 4/5
Not too far from the Hayden Amphitheater and there' a great wing place nearby. Place was clean and staff was very kind.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, hard-wood flooring and good quality mattresses among other things. Would've appreciated having some drinking water bottles in the rooms or a water filling station at service desk. The bathroom lock however did not work which we would've preferred.
- 4/5
The property is older. The staffing is minimal but adequate. The room I stayed in had a stove, full size fridge, kitchen sink, and seperate bathroom with it's own sink. It was clean and fresh. The amenities, while minimal and cheap, were fresh and adequate. All the linens, draperies, shower curtains, and furnishings were clean and functional. Nothing was broken or didn't work, which is rare for a motel in this price range in my experience. Over all, far better than I was expecting for what I payed. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great spot!! Very clean and comfortable! We will definitely return next time we're in town!
- 5/5
Clean. Affordable. Friendly front desk. Would stay again
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Management initially promised to comp two nights of my stay, but instead I was charged $318. I was also told another $489 would be refunded, but that has not been processed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this directly, including waiting for a manager call that never came, the hotel has not followed through. Dealing with bed bugs is upsetting enough, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation worse. I have now had to escalate this to my bank. I would gladly update this review if the hotel resolves the charges and honors their original commitments, but as of now, I cannot recommend staying here.
- 3/5
Rather run down
- 5/5
Both ladies at the front desk were super sweet and respectful! The staff was amazing and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!
- 2/5
The area is shady. The hotel guest and street noise was loud. Way over priced for you get. If you just want to crash for few hours, it's OK.
- 2/5
The people running the property are wonderfully, but the rooms are noisy and the beds are very uncomfortable. My wife and i sleep on two different kind of mattresses. I prefer stiff, and she prefers softer. The mattress hurt both of our backs and the pain persisted for the next two sleep cycles.
- 4/5
It was a very nice place for the price. There ended up being a pool as well which was a surprise. Only complaint is the ice machine cannot be accessed after 10 pm and no vending machines onsite but not a big deal at all. Staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Room was noisey cause it was an ajoining room.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Front desk was super friendly and room was clean. Nothing fancy but was decent for the two nights we spent there.
- 5/5
Clean room Sheets were soft and comfortable
- 1/5
It is in a run down neighborhood with about twenty homeless people right around the corner. Didn’t feel safe
- 5/5
The pool was nice. The lady at the front seat was so sweet. She told us about the Mexican food place across the street when we were looking for margaritas. HIGHLY recommend that food! The beds were on the firm side which I don't mind, they just need softer pillows. I couldn't sleep on hard pillows.
- 1/5
There was blood on my pillow under the pillowcase, which makes me wonder whether they saw it and didnt toss it or if they didnt change the linen...the drain was clogged because there was so much hair in it(not mine btw). The street we were next to had a bunch of homeless people living there and were loud into the night. Then the lady at the front desk that checked us in kept bad mouthing the other lady that pre-checked us in which seemed really unprofessional. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Everything was good except the homeless camps in the neighborhood, which I understand they have no control over
- 3/5
The walls are paper thin, could hear everything out front and all footsteps in the room above. Woke up at sunrise to the truck engine noise of an early guest. Bring ear plugs if you stay here.
- 2/5
Upgrade the blankets. Sleeping with large tissue paper wasn’t ideal.
- 4/5
It’s nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean, staff is nice and it’s centrally located. We were pleased with our stay.
- 4/5
Clean and good service
- 5/5
Pleasant front desk person and the location was convenient.
- 2/5
Door to our room was heavily damaged from being kicked in at the bottom, gapping the bottom of the door in from the door frame.

This is a great budget friendly option with basic amenities. I stayed for one night without spending much time in my room except to sleep. You can hear outside noises and the security lights are very bright so they do manage to glare at the edges of the black out curtains. The bed was comfortable though. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Basic hotel, great price and central location. Rooms were a little noisy, but for a budget hotel, it was fine. Front desk staff were friendly. Internet didn't seem great, but we were just there for one night and didn't really need it.

The staff was friendly and heplful. Honestly we weren’t expecting much with the price but our room was clean and sufficient. The pool and restaurant on the property was a bonus. We weren’t spending much time here so we weren’t looking for anything extra.

Friendly staff and solid facilities, especially for the price. Some of the surrounding area was a bit sketchy but the main street is great.

it was close to everything. easy parking.

We had a ground floor room and jumping children in the room above us all night long. Aside from that experience, everything else was great. Will stay here again.

Overall it was not a bad hotel, minor stains on comforter and pillows hard as rocks, and the toilet constantly running after each use without intervention. But i would stay there again, close to downtown, which is very cool, and close to a lot of fun places to eat.

Barebones stay, rough back alley, friendly front staff.

Quick and easy motel option, very simplistic. There was a small bit of black mold on the corner of our shower curtain, otherwise everything was clean.

Was as expected for a 2 star. Bed was okay, could have better pillow. There were loud people in other rooms and above us. Typical of many hotel/motels.

The staff and cleanliness were great at this hotel. The walls however are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you like they are in your room. But overall it was good value.

Check in staff was friendly and professional. Really made us feel welcome. Everything was clean and it was very pleasant to sit by the pool. The restaurant right in the parking lot was handy.
